Hi, so i was thinking for awhile might switch this to a more closed off account from the rest! If i do so could i make a small request? I never fully got the idea down of what I could've looked like i know it was
eastern dragon but more cat like and VERY big claw paws, bigger ears (Not to long but also really fluffy around the base) and a tail that has fur at the beginning goes skinny and puffs out at the end like an eastern dragon.. patterns like a snow leopard pattern mixed with a fox But on the green scale of colors?? (paw claws) that go up to the knees these are mostly from dreams, and i know it was in space since it was usually connected- i also think it had dark green bug antenna, it was some space- dragon, cat thing hybrid alien?? I dont remember much.. but yeah thats what i know from my dreams!!
(DON'T HAVE TO DO!! AT ALL!! THIS IS ALL /POS!)
hey there anon! I RACED to fulfil this request because this was one of the most unique and awesome descriptions of a dragon kintype I have ever heard, and I haven’t met another space dragon yet!! I tried my best to follow all your requests but I may have misinterpreted (and i’m not sure what you meant by the paw claws that go up to the knees, sorry!) so i apologise if not everything is accurate! I also had to take some creative liberties on stuff like the eyes that were not specified, but i can change the colour of anything incredibly easily so feel free to message me for a correction!

I really hope you like it! 🐾❣️

....why are the youtube comments so mad lol don't y'all like to have fun. don't we like to have fun here
#ari speaks#half of them are 'wahhh this is what happens when you make games WOKE' like. baby. shhhh. it's not dark fantasy enough for you???#like we are allowed to have varied opinions but also idk. dragon age has always had moments of being a lil silly. especially inquisition.#titsicles???? the nug king???? i'm attacking your holdfast with a goat????? cmon now.#we DO get a little silly here and i'm really not opposed to (well-placed) tonal irreverence in a world about to end.#bitch the world we are CURRENTLY living in is falling apart and i am also being a silly fucking guy because it's all i got.#if i lived in thedas irl i'd be in taverns getting tomatoes thrown at me for bad stand-up about kirkwall HAVE SOME FUN LIVE A LITTLE.#also bc it's been so long one has to imagine that they're also trying to grab some new fans here so it does not surprise me#that the trailer is not 'Boo Hoo Sad Times Dark Fantasy Game No. 49' (i say as an enjoyer of depressing dark fantasy)#esp when all of the prior promotional material has been very doom and gloom.#i don't think that just because the game is being marketed like this/that we're switching focus from solas that the game will be#sanitized and not dealing with any kind of fucked up lore and shit. i am holding out hope that we're going to get some cool opportunities#to play in a space that is def dark but can still give room to breathe.#anyway i do not actually giv a fuck (genuine not insulting) if the trailer did not make u excited das ok.#unless you're complaining that it's woke garbage now/so bad because g*ider is uninvolved. if thats the case you may fuck off.#sorry for the tag essay!

2023 reads // twitter thread
To Shape A Dragon’s Breath
YA fantasy
a young Indigenous girl finds & bonds with a dragon hatchling - the first time in many generations for her people - and is required to go to the coloniser’s dragon academy in their mainland city, to learn how to raise her dragon and the science of its magic
historical inspired setting on the cusp of industrial revolution with steampunk vibes
bi polyamorous MC, Black lesbian SC, nonverbal autistic SC
#To Shape A Dragon’s Breath#aroaessidhe 2023 reads#this is really really good i loved it!#the chapter titles are all like snippets of a story. or like sentence fragments that match up. which is cool#it is definitely more about being indigenous in a coloniser institution than Dragon School - not Super dragon heavy if you want that#I suspect the subsequent books will get into that when she gets big enough to ride and stuff#t’s also def YA! i’ve seen a few ppl assume it’s adult and be like its very young :( but like. I mean its perfectly reasonable for a 15yo m#definitely a Lot of racism and colonialism which is not fun to read! though it's still through a YA lens. there was def a part of me that#was imagining consequences of the narrative as if it were an adult novel#on that line of thought - at the end a lot of it is kind of solved by them going to the king and he's is like. oh no racism is happening?#that's bad i'll deal with those people! which felt like. a little simplistic. but maybe the easiest way to end the narrative for book 1 -#I don't think the author ACTUALLY is going to portray the king as a Good Guy throughout the series - it just felt conveniently like -#a simple YA solution to some very big and complex elements? if that makes sense? (but again - it is YA so it's allowed I suppose!)#some of the worldbuilding (like all the science learning) is probably setup for next books - we don’t really see any practical application#the romances are also subtle and not Overbearing In Book One which i like - leave some space for the series!#also her getting fanmail from a 10yo mixed race girl who looks up to her 🥺#anyway. i really loved it!#oh also it reminded me a little of leviathan. i guess just the steampunk/time period/european culture....#To Shape A Dragon's Breath

speaking of dnd characters, I never posted him here so!! fixing that! my pc for our Avernus campaign :)
this is Archibald Faustus Whitelocke, better known as Archie to his compatriots. he’s a Giff fighter, expert with a rapier and just as handy with his black-powder blunderbuss.
he’s uptight, arrogant, and a stickler for etiquette. he thinks manners make the man, and once he’s picked a hill to die on refuses to budge for anything. he strongly distrusts and dislikes magic users- so naturally, he’s being forced to work with a ragtag group of several of them along with the Flaming Fists. he’s ex-military himself, reasonably decorated but also he’s an explorer.
personality wise, think like a british explorer slash big game hunter, only minus the colonialism, lol. he’s in things purely for social stature and, occasionally, monetary gain. he only works for those he considers strong or respectable in some way, ideally. he’s... Coping

When joking about how ridiculous it is that Fabian is popular I don’t think people realize how insanely cool the bad kids are in universe. As viewers we see their cool moments but we also see them being dorks and lame idiots. Think about their in universe reputations and how you would react to hearing about them if you lived in the same world as them.
There is a group of six people who saved the world 3 different times before they even entered their junior year of high school.
One of them never showed up to any of their classes until their third year and still passed. She is a rockstar and arch devil of rebellion who owns a recording studio in hell where she plays the bass.
One dude threw the greatest party the entire high school has ever seen, is captain of the sports team, and killed the school’s evil principal without facing any punishment.
One performed a motorcycle kick-flip that was doing a jump off of a mansion’s roof into a pool of flaming tartar sauce. Said kick-flip student has created a god, killed that god, brought herself back from the dead, and resurrected a completely different god.
One of the girls is the chosen oracle of all elves and punched her dad so hard he instantly died. Also if you dig deep enough into the political history books it turns out she caused there to be a feud (bordering on full war) between her home nation and the nation she currently lives in.
The quietest kid of the bunch is a super genius who invented a solar lasso that captured and contained an eldritch horror into his van, took 4 years of high school all at once and passed all of them, is currently acing his arcane mechanics and physical Ed studies, and is the second hand man on the school sports team. He also is the drummer for the arch devil’s band and launched a fully working satellite into space before he even started studying arcane mechanics.
Finally the “dork” of their group is an arcane consultant of heaven, became a P.I. after freshman year, is currently in every extra-curricular school club, and is beloved by seemingly all of his underclassmen. Also after he found out that the dragon his party was fighting ate his dad he fucking ATE IT to avenge him.
Obviously we know the truth behind all of these things and the actual way these six dorks act, but think how insanely sick they all sound in universe.

Rhaenyra Targaryen and Harwin Strong had only one daughter together, the younger sister of Jace and the older sister of Luke and Joffrey. This familial position meant I was both cherished and protected, sometimes excessively so.
"Princess, stop running," commanded the guard, his tone stern, yet I couldn't help but laugh and glance over my shoulder, having no intentions of stopping.
As the youngest daughter and sole sister in my family, their protectiveness knew no bounds.
I cherished their concern, but sometimes it smothered me. That's why I often found myself darting through alleyways and side streets, evading my guards.
The streets of King's Landing became my playground, here, amidst the cries of vendors and the whispers of beggars, I tested my limits, savouring the bitter-sweet taste of freedom, so different from the sterile air of the Keep.
If my mother, father, or my brothers knew of my escapades, I'd undoubtedly face their wrath. Yet, all I craved were a few fleeting moments of freedom.
Down a narrow lane, I made a sharp turn and collided with a solid mass that nearly sent me sprawling. Strong arms encircled my waist, steadying me. Without hesitation, I manoeuvred behind my rescuer, shielding myself from the approaching guard.
"Niece," a familiar voice greeted. Looking up, I saw my uncle, unmistakable despite the eye patch.
"Uncle," I breathed, my voice softening as a smile tugged at my lips. I stepped back, feeling a strange mix of relief and unease.
"Seems you've outpaced your guards once again," he observed, straightening himself. I chuckled softly.
"It's a habit I've yet to break over the years," I confessed, glancing briefly at the patch covering his eye, the same eye my younger brother had taken.
"It has been too long," I remarked, attempting to shift the focus.
"Far too long," he agreed, a hint of nostalgia in his voice.
Aemond Targaryen, my mother's half-brother, had always been a figure of complexity in my life.
Footsteps echoed behind us, growing louder. Aemond glanced over his shoulder, his expression resigned. Then, without hesitation, he took my hand.
"Come," he said, his grip firm as he led me deeper into the labyrinth of alleys and streets. His hand, rough and calloused from years of swordsmanship, felt reassuringly strong.
We stopped running eventually, seeking refuge in the quiet embrace of a secluded alley. Beyond the distant hum of market activity, we were alone.
My chest heaved with exertion, each breath a struggle to steady myself.
Aemond stood against the opposite wall, his sharp features softened by the shadows. For a moment, the world outside our little hideaway ceased to exist.
Aemond's gaze swept over me slowly, lingering on the rise and fall of my chest before drifting downward with deliberate intensity.
Every inch of my skin seemed to burn under his scrutiny, his gaze was intense, causing me to press my back against the cool stone wall, feeling its rough texture against my skin.
He took a slight step back, creating space between us.
"You've grown," he remarked, his voice low, sending a shiver down my spine. The corners of his mouth lifted in a familiar, teasing smile that brought back memories of our years past.
"So have you," I replied, unable to hide the flutter in my pulse.
His chuckle resonated through the narrow alley, a sound that was both comforting and thrilling. It was as if no time had passed between us, despite the years that had stretched out since our last meeting.
The moments we had shared in the past, filled with laughter and mischief, seemed to surface with his every word and gesture.
"Tell me, dear niece," he asked, his tone turning more serious as he shifted the conversation away from pleasantries, "what brings your family here? I wasn't informed of any visitors."
I began to explain the succession matters concerning Driftmark, the tense negotiations, and the family discussions that had brought us to King's Landing. However, his attention seemed elsewhere.
His gaze was fixed on my face as if trying to capture every detail he had missed over the years. His intense scrutiny made my heart race, and I found it difficult to maintain my composure.
"Aemond," I murmured softly, the sound barely audible over the distant noise of the city. His name on my lips felt both familiar and new, a reminder of the bond we shared as family yet tinged with a hint of something more.
"Yes, my dear sweet niece?" he replied, his voice tender, his gaze unwavering.
I felt a blush rising in response to his unabashed scrutiny, the warmth spreading across my cheeks. The intensity of his stare was like a flame, igniting emotions I had tried to keep buried.
"You're staring," I whispered, though the flutter in my voice betrayed my amusement.
Aemond's smirk widened as he closed the remaining distance between us, taking a step towards me, until our bodies pressed together, his warmth enveloping me. I couldn't help but worry that he might feel the frantic rhythm of my heart beneath my chest.
His left hand traced a path up my arm, fingers intertwining with mine. The sensation was electric, sending tingles through my skin.
Meanwhile, his right hand grazed the side of my face, trailing delicately along my jawline, his thumb gently brushing over my lips. The touch was both tender and possessive, a silent claim that left me breathless.
The sensation weakened my knees, and I struggled to compose myself.
"How could I not?" he murmured, his breath warm against my ear as he dipped his head closer. His proximity was intoxicating, his scent a mix of leather and something uniquely him.
Every rational thought, every instinct I had ever been taught, screamed that this was forbidden, an act that could unravel everything we knew but my heart, traitorous and wild, refused to listen, and instead, I found myself leaning into him, craving the forbidden comfort of his touch.
Just as the tension between us peaked, the sound of approaching footsteps shattered our intimate moment.
"Prince Aemond," a voice called out, jolting me back to reality. I reluctantly pushed him away, turning to face a man standing at a distance, uncertainty written across his features.
"Princess?" he ventured cautiously, his eyes flickering between us.
"I apologize, are we in your way?" I stammered, feeling the weight of the situation settling on my shoulders. Glancing at Aemond, who wore an amused smirk, I attempted to diffuse the tension.
"Yes," the man began tentatively, then corrected himself hurriedly, "No, I apologize." His fear was palpable, and I softened at his obvious discomfort.
"It's quite alright," I reassured him gently, trying to ease his nerves. He nodded gratefully, lowering his head before swiftly passing us by.
As he disappeared down the alley, I turned back to Aemond, a maelstrom of emotions swirling within me, guilt, desire, and the lingering warmth of his touch.
I heard Aemond's laughter, and I cleared my throat, attempting to regain composure.
"This is not a laughing matter," I managed to stumble out, but his laughter only grew louder, echoing off the alley walls.
Sighing in frustration, I moved to step away when his hand gripped my arm firmly.
"Aemond, please," I pleaded, but he tutted softly.
"It's alright," he reassured me, guiding me back against the stone wall with gentle insistence.
He stood before me once more, closer than before, his presence overwhelming. My stomach churned with nervousness and butterflies fluttered wildly within me at his proximity.
"Aemond," I repeated, my voice barely a whisper this time, but he silenced me with a tender touch, his hand cupping my cheek as I involuntarily leaned into his caress.
Simultaneously, his other hand snaked around my waist, pulling me closer.
"Hush," he whispered against my lips, his breath warm against my skin as he leaned in and kissed me. Our lips moved in perfect rhythm, the kiss both sweet and passionate, igniting a fire within me.
His hand trailed up my side, fingers brushing gently over my skin before cupping my breast. I couldn't suppress a soft moan, which only seemed to encourage him, his smile evident against my lips.
"Aemond, please," I pleaded again, unsure of what I was asking for as his touch sent a rush of conflicting emotions through me.
"Say my name again," he murmured huskily against my lips, and I sighed, tangling my fingers in his hair.
"Say it," he urged, withdrawing his hand from my cheek to press against my back, pulling me even closer to him.
His lips moved down my neck, he began sucking on my skin tenderly, his breath warm and tantalizing. I felt a rush of heat and desire, my heart pounding wildly in my chest.
"Aemond," I murmured, my voice catching as he found a particularly sensitive spot. His lips and tongue worked in perfect harmony, creating a sensation that was both thrilling and achingly intimate.
He paused for a moment, his breath hot against the damp skin of my neck.
"You taste like heaven," he whispered, his voice husky with desire.
His words sent another wave of heat through me, and I arched my neck, offering him more of the tender skin that he seemed intent on marking as his own.
As he resumed sucking, I felt the pressure intensify. His tongue swirled, and his teeth grazed my skin lightly. I gasped, the sensation bordering on pain but underscored by a pleasure that left me breathless. All that mattered was the feel of his mouth on my skin and the passion that flared between us.
"Please," I pleaded softly, though I wasn't entirely sure what I was asking for. Perhaps I wanted him to stop before we were caught, or maybe I wanted him to keep going, to lose ourselves completely in each other.
His right hand, which had been resting on my back, slid lower, tracing the curve of my hip. His left hand still cradled my cheek, his thumb stroking my skin tenderly.
"Do you want me to stop?" he asked, his voice a mixture of teasing and genuine curiosity.
"No," I whispered, barely recognizing my own voice, thick with longing. "Don't stop."
He chuckled softly, a sound that vibrated against my neck.
"Good," he murmured, his lips trailing back up to my ear. "Because I don't intend to."
With renewed fervour, he resumed sucking and licking at the delicate skin of my neck. I could feel the bruise forming, the skin tender and sensitive under his attention.
The knowledge that he was marking me, that I would carry a piece of him with me even when we were apart, filled me with a heady sense of belonging.
Just as I felt myself slipping further into the intoxicating haze of desire, the sound of approaching footsteps shattered our intimate bubble.
Aemond pulled back abruptly, his eyes dark with a mix of frustration and regret. I reluctantly stepped away from him, turning to face the approaching figure and covering my neck with my hair.
"Princess!" one of the guards exclaimed with evident relief, his face breaking into a smile as Ser Lewyn and a couple of others caught up with him.
"Ser Lewyn," I greeted warmly, acknowledging their presence.
"We should return to the Keep," Ser Lewyn stated decisively, moving towards me with a sense of duty.
"I suppose we can now," I replied, brushing my fingers over my lips as Aemond smirked knowingly beside me.
"Prince Aemond, will you be joining us?" one of the guards inquired, prompting Aemond to nod in agreement. "I should greet my nephews, it's been quite some time," he added.
"Very well," Ser Lewyn acquiesced as I began to walk, feeling a twinge of amusement.
"Ser Lewyn, you ought not to worry as much. I fear it may be affecting your health," I teased lightly, earning a sigh from the guard in question.
"I will, Princess, once you stop eluding your guards," he replied with a wry smile, causing Aemond to chuckle.
My expression turned somewhat serious. "I suppose we won't mention this to my mother or brothers," I remarked, addressing Ser Lewyn but keeping my gaze on Aemond.
"I believe that's the wisest course of action," Aemond interjected smoothly, understanding the unspoken agreement between us.
"Indeed it is Princess," Ser Lewyn replied. "We are fortunate that you encountered the Prince, he managed to keep you both safe and occupied," he added.
Aemond smirked, mouthing the words 'safe and occupied' to me, his eyes twinkling with amusement.
For now, this moment would remain ours alone.
A/n - Very safe... very occupied indeed

casual MLA formatting (a common way of structuring essays and citing sources) and following established nonfiction/journalism writing rules are really cool in online spaces like tumblr. let me briefly give some examples.
if you’re using an acronym in your post, establish what the acronym means first, like “the grand budapest hotel (GBH)” THEN use the acronym for the rest of the post. i see too many posts that just go right into the acronyms with nothing else to indicate what they mean, like “if you like the HTTYD movies but you’ve never read the books, are you really a fan?” which makes no sense to someone who doesn’t know what HTTYD is. instead, say “if you like the How To Train Your Dragon (HTTYD) movies…” just to give people a chance. this goes for shorthand/abbreviations and slang terms, too!!
if you’re quoting or referencing something, CITE IT. “actually tempering chocolate with extra cocoa butter results in XYZ (source)” is so much more useful for people who want to learn more than a lone claim with no source or reference. even a link/url or saying “look up “specific phrase” to learn more” is more helpful than nothing. we live in a period where nearly everyone has access to the internet, but not everyone knows how to navigate it. if you already have a couple sources, make it easier for everyone by citing them. different citation styles have different rules, but i use MLA because i already have all the rules memorised.
beyond that, being conscious of paragraph breaks and individual sentences is extremely helpful. we fanfic writers and readers joke about a massive block of text being a turn off, but it is the same for nonfiction!! chunk out your rant into bite sized paragraphs please.
i know online spaces like tumblr can be extraordinarily casual with slang terms and grammar rules, but it often gets to a point where even posts intended to be educational and informational are incomprehensible. i don’t really care about your two thousand blorbo posts, but if you’ve ever wondered how to improve the coherency of your rants and tangents, start with improving grammar, establishing acronyms, shorthand terms, and slang terms, and citing any claims you make especially if you already have sources on hand.
this has been a Public Service Announcement (PSA).

Fun Fact: Even in space, ACAB.
Let's talk about Jaco: The Galactic Patrolman, a somewhat more obscure manga compared to Dragon Ball that Akira Toriyama wrote in its setting.
Tumblr media
For the most part, this is a short and fairly simple story. It's primarily a character drama, with the developing relationship between Jaco and the scientist Omori as its central focus.
Tumblr media
The manga is surprisingly vague about its connections to Dragon Ball for nearly all of its length, until its final chapter. Jaco is here on Earth to thwart some vague threat sent to the planet from a world of hostile aliens. It's only at the end of the manga that we learn he's talking about Goku.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Galactic Patrol detected an Attack Ball leaving Planet Vegeta and making its way to Earth, so they sent Jaco to... assess the situation and then make a decision about whether or not to do anything.
Tumblr media
In his defense, the Saiyans are the most powerful race in the universe. I can understand why he doesn't want to fuck with a full-grown Saiyan warrior. Nobody wants to fuck with a full-grown Saiyan warrior. The most that the finest police force in the universe can do against Saiyans is to try and nip them in the bud when they're babies.
It's interesting that Galactic Patrol doesn't have Scouter technology. I wonder if that proprietary? Frieza might have a patent.
But at the same time, I don't want to be too sympathetic to Jaco because. Well. He sucks.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Galactic Patrol sucks. That's kind of the bit. Jaco is a self-absorbed little shit, utterly devoid of empathy or compassion for the people he polices. He's stranded on Earth right now because he wasn't watching the road while driving.
Tumblr media
Jaco's a prick, but what little we learn about Galactic Patrol as a whole doesn't make them sound much better.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This one time Jaco accidentally pressed the Extinction Bomb when he wasn't supposed to and wiped out a planet. Hoo boy, was his boss mad! Gave him a real talking to before giving him another Extinction Bomb and putting him back on patrol.
Universe isn't going to police itself, y'know. Someone's gotta be out there very occasionally trying to stop those real estate genocides.
For his part, Jaco's in it for the aesthetic. He likes the image of being a cop, and he spends his time practicing looking cool for when he presumably dispenses justice upon the criminal element.
Tumblr media
But his interactions with the common people are filled with condescension and menace.
Tumblr media
Like I said, this is the bit. Jaco is a self-important thug with a badge, with the initial conflict stemming as much from trying to keep him from doing something awful to the community under his jurisdiction as from trying to solve his problem.
Ostensibly here to protect Earth from the impending arrival of a Saiyan threat, he is as much a threat to this community as the invader he's here to assess. Without Omori there to guide him, he'd be killing people left and right.
He fits in pretty well with the cast of Dragon Ball, many of whom at least begin their tenure with a degree of amorality to them. Omori himself is a bitter misanthrope ironically thrust into the position of having to convince Jaco not to kill people.
And then there's the manga's biggest Dragon Ball connection: The introduction of Tights.
Tumblr media
Any reader who's been picking up on the Dragon Ball-ness of this universe will know immediately where Tights came from. Her name pun gives the game away. Just like how the final chapter clarifies Jaco's target as the young Goku, we get to see the familiar faces of Tights's family as well.
Tumblr media
Bulma basically solves the entire plot singlehandedly.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Even as a little kid, the universe's greatest heretic remains unparalleled in the field of game-breaking super-intelligence. Bulma OP do not nerf.
Again, this speaks to how little of the manga is actually about the plot. If this were a story-driven manga, having a character from another manga show up in the final issue and solve the plot in the span of two pages would be pretty disappointing. But since the plot is just an excuse to make these characters interact with one another, it doesn't really matter.
We aren't here for the story; We're here for the relationship between Jaco, Omori, and Tights. With that in mind, Baby Bulma waddling up and going "I fixed the spaceship; Are you stupid or something?" is hysterical.
For her part, Tights lives up to her family legacy of being super-brilliant.
Tumblr media
She graduated from college at 16. She's a genius like the rest of the family. What she's not is interested in science and technology. Possibly as a justification for why we've never heard of her before, Tights goes against the mold for her family.
She honestly seems like something of a free spirit. She lives in East City when we meet her, famously the city that Nappa wiped off the map, while Capsule Corp and Bulma's family are out in West City. Rather than a scientist, she works as a body double for a famous pop idol.
Tumblr media
As a publicity stunt, they're going to launch an idol into space. Tights's job is to impersonate the idol so she can die in the inevitable disaster instead. She is bizarrely chill with being paid a huge sum of money to get stupidly killed. Much like Bulma, Tights has a terrible sense of self-preservation and is willing to take on incredible risk for the sake of achieving a personal goal.
Tumblr media
Tights is the best character in the manga. An aspiring sci-fi novelist who agreed to probably die in space for the sake of the experience. This family gives zero fucks.
And then there's Omori himself.
Tumblr media
Despite its title, Omori is basically the main character of this manga. He's the one whose life situation is most heavily scrutinized. This is his status quo that Jaco and Tights enter. Similarly, Omori is the character who undergoes personal transformation as his experiences with Jaco and Tights help him find hope in connections with other people again.
The three characters click really well together. So well, in fact, that Dragon Ball would end up recycling the setup of Super Alien/Crotchety Old Man/Spunky Young Woman for one of the best dynamics they ever wrote.
Tumblr media
This is not a copy/paste; Cheelai, Leemo, and Broly are all distinctly separate characters. but you can still feel the barebones aesthetic of Tights, Omori, and Jaco in their dynamic.
So. Yeah. Overall, for what it is, it's a cute little short story about a group of characters just living lives in the world of Dragon Ball. It's the kind of thing that the franchise needs more of, and still does to this day: An opportunity to flesh out the universe a little but also just to let us live in it through the eyes of someone else.

𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃
mini durin has been settling well in his new home in teyvat, but his strange disappearance one day sparks anxiety for you and wanderer
content: wanderer x gn!reader; established relationship; use of 'kuni' as wanderer's nickname; set approx. a month after the events of summertime scales and tales; mini durin appreciation !!; mild angst surrounding loss but ultimately comfort; hopefully not too ooc wanderer 🥺; 3.1k words
a/n: if i had a dollar for every time i wrote about waking up in the morning beside wanderer who wanted to stay in bed with you, i'd have two dollars which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened twice
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
When Wanderer brought home a miniature dragon, you initially thought he had got roped into taking care of someone else’s companion. At your first introduction, it had zipped around the room, little wings flapping intensely, as Wanderer tried to scold it to settle down to not frighten you. Its excitable, curious energy compared to his perpetual indifference was a sight to behold. To your surprise, it was in fact a friend he had met on his surreal adventure in a storybook land. You could hardly believe it when Wanderer retold the details of his journey to you, but the proof was in the adorable little dragon sitting on the sofa between you.
Mini Durin, as he was named, quickly became settled into you and Wanderer’s home. You both had begun to include him in your routines, much to Wanderer's persistent denial at wanting to get closer to him as friends. One of Mini Durin’s favourite parts of the day was the mornings when he could wake you two up. He’d sit on your chest and nuzzle against your cheeks or eagerly pull away at the blankets with his mouth, leaving a less than pleased Wanderer each time. However, today you woke up without hearing the bubbly sound of his giggles and greetings.
Your eyes opened blearily. Strange… he’s not here, was all your unfocused mind could think.
“Kuni,” you whispered with a slight rasp, voice still finding itself in the morning.
Wanderer remained perfectly still. He slept on his side facing you, and always had his arm draped around your body. Shoulders, back, waist, anything that connected you to him. Whilst breathing wasn’t necessary for him, feeling the rhythm of your inhales and exhales helped lull him into slumber.
“Come on,” you cooed, “we can’t stay in bed for the whole day.”
You were met only by the room’s silence, and the involuntary twitch of Wanderer’s eyelid.
Wanting to get up, you carefully lifted his hand that laid across your waist. Your fingers grazed his own, and, ever so slowly, you tried to move it closer to his body.  Suddenly, his fingers interlocked with yours. Your eyes widened with surprise as he shuffled closer, filling in the space between you.
“So, you were awake!”
Wanderer’s eyes fluttered open, amusement swirling in his indigo gaze.
“You’re too lazy, you know that?” you said with a teasing lilt.
He sighed in response, pulling your hand closer to his chest. The warmth of your body radiated across his naturally cool skin.
“And you’re too talkative,” he drawled. “There are worse things in life than sleeping in.”
You couldn’t fault him there, but productivity would be thrown out the window if you both stayed like this.
“Mini Durin didn’t wake us up today,” you mentioned.
Wanderer shrugged, rolling onto his back.
“Maybe he’s finally learned some etiquette about interrupting other people’s sleep.”
He closed his eyes again, anticipating that you would do the same. Though, he should have known better that you wouldn’t bend to his will so easily. As his guard lowered, you wiggled out his grasp. As much as Wanderer tried to stop you by wrapping his hands around your waist, you were too quick. Now that you were out of bed, there was no point in him staying here as well. He groaned in defeat. Shortly after, a drowsy Wanderer followed you out.
“Durin, good morning!” you called out.
Morning light filtered in as you pulled the curtains open, tying them aside. You scanned the room, but still no sign of him.
“It’s time to eat,” Wanderer called as well. “Durin?”
He disappeared into an adjoining room in search of his purple-winged friend.
At this point, Mini Durin would already be fluttering about helping you open windows or perching on the counter as he brewed tea. Wanderer frowned.
“Where’s Mini Durin?” he asked.
You furrowed your brows. “Have you checked the laundry basket? He might be hiding in there again.”
“Of course I checked,” he replied.
“Well, what about the closet–”
“Where we store our blankets and extra pillows in? I already did that too,” he tried to keep the snap in his voice at bay, running a hand through his hair.
It was incredibly rare to see Wanderer uneasy, which made the twinge of anxiety you heard as he spoke even more noticeable.
Though Mini Durin was fond of exploration, it was uncharacteristic of him to disappear without mentioning, even more so in the early mornings. He had to be here somewhere. Your shared home was small, so there were not many spaces where the dragon could be hidden.
You strode to the study room, the last area neither of you had searched. The window above the desk had been opened, the light curtain material swaying lazily with the breeze.
“Kuni, I think he might have flown out through here,” you said, tiptoeing to push the curtain aside.
As you peered out, you hoped he would be there, perhaps simply getting some fresh air. However, only the occasional person would walk by, either on their morning stroll or carrying bags from their market visit. Mini Durin was still nowhere to be found.
Wanderer scowled, approaching your side near the window. “He should know better than to just leave like that.”
“He couldn’t have gone too far,” you reassured, laying your feet back on the floor, “I’m sure he’ll be alright.”
“Alright?”
You turned to your partner, startled by the sudden seething of his voice. Wanderer’s face was contorted in frustration, though he couldn’t meet your gaze.
“He barely knows Sumeru City,” he spat. “How can you say he’ll be alright?”
Mini Durin had accompanied the two of you outside, but only in covert ways. You couldn’t deny his point that the roads of the city were yet to be familiar to him.
Wanderer was simmering with anger, a state he hardly wanted to show in front of you. He had become more accepting of other emotions—embarrassment when you caught him staring at you on a golden afternoon, amusement at your attempts to care for house plants that oftentimes wilted, even adoration when you brought cups of tea to help him through troublesome Akademiya assignments—though, as much as he wanted to diminish it, anger was the easiest to provoke. Especially when it could mask other, more fragile feelings. Sadness and fear, namely, being the culprits.
Though he had not outwardly admitted it since his time in Simulanka, Mini Durin had become a close friend. He saw too much of himself in the little dragon to not at least hold some fondness. Few could occupy the soft spot of the person with no heart, and yet Mini Durin had cosied his way in, much like you had. It was what made the thought of losing him even more painful.
You reached your hand out to steady him, placing it on his shoulder.
“Kuni, please–”
“We don’t even know what time he left!” he continued, seeming to not hear you speak. He paced to the middle of the room, shrugging off your hand. “He could have flown out hours before we woke up.”
Too many thoughts raced through his mind. He hated this. Hated the flurry of emotions he got swept in, like a single pilot navigating through an endless storm.
“And who knows what kind of crazy people might be out there thinking he’s some kind of bounty.”
His throat felt tight as the words clawed up their way up. Some miserable part of him expected you to be afraid of him. That this side of him, prone to temperamental outbursts, would be more than you could handle.
“I–” he began before groaning. Exasperated by his own anger, he ruffled his hair with his hand, “–didn’t mean to… yell like that to you...”
He needed to think. Where would Mini Durin try to go first? Surely the Akademiya. Wanderer had taken him there many times, hidden away in his bags or garments. Mini Durin would probably want to satisfy his curiosity by exploring there himself. The Akademiya didn’t have too many floors, but it was an expansive building. If he left now, then–
Wanderer was jolted from his spiral of thoughts as he felt two hands press against the sides of his face, squishing his cheeks slightly.
“What are you doing!?” he spluttered, holding onto your wrists in shock.
“I’m calming you down,” you said, firmly.
He was forced to look at you, confronted by the concern in your eyes.
Incredibly, the combination of your touch and voice did slow his racing mind. It was a break in the storm. That sliver of light that guided him towards safer skies.
“I am calm,” he asserted.
You gave him a skeptical look, brows raised. Wanderer clicked his tongue, knowing that his own statement was far from the truth.
You sighed.
Wanderer never spoke of his past, preferring it to stay left behind rather than exist in the present. Even so, you could make your own deductions. You sensed that sudden disappearances of those he cared about may be all too familiar to him. Your heart ached at the very thought.
“It’s alright to be frightened,” you said, gently. “It just shows how much Mini Durin means to you.”
“Frightened? I’m not…” his denial dried up in his throat, as too did his temper.
“But Mini Durin isn’t reckless. A little naïve, sure, but he would never put himself in danger like that,” you reasoned.
Tension released from his body at your consolations. Archons, he cursed. He was not one to be easily placated, but your voice and words managed to soothe him so quickly. You were a complement to his vitriol—understanding the world’s harshness yet maintaining a forgiveness he had yet to figure out.
He guided your hands down from his face, holding them loosely in his lap.
“You’re incomprehensible,” he muttered under his breath.
With a shallow tease like that, you knew his spirits had somewhat returned to him.
“We’ll find him together, okay?” you lightly rubbed his hand with your thumb. “No matter what.”
He nodded, his thoughts clearing with each gently circle you placed on his skin. “We should look around the street first and then head to the Akademiya. I wouldn’t put it pass him to want to explore that building on his own.”
Both in agreement, you two quickly changed out of your night clothes and headed out of your home. Walking down the street together, you knocked on the doors of your neighbours and approached those who were passing by, asking if they had seen a small purple dragon. However, you received no such clue as to his whereabouts. You prickled with anxiety with each shrug of shoulders and shake of people’s head. Maybe Mini Durin had flown out for longer than you anticipated.
You reached the last home on the street, knowing the owner to be a kind old woman named Noor who lived by herself. Wanderer tapped on the door.
A voice called out, though it did not sound like an elderly woman at all.
“Coming!”
The door swung open. Standing at the threshold before you were two familiar figures.
“Mini Durin!” you cried out with a gasp.
Seeing him at his neighbour’s home and not somewhere more dire filled Wanderer with inexplicable amounts of relief. His arms moved before he could even think. He yanked the little dragon into his arms and pressed him against his chest. Tucking his chin over his horned head, Wanderer let out exclaimed a sound of something between relief and annoyance. You rushed to wrap your arms around him as well, joining in on this tight hug.
“Oh! H-hello you two!” was all Mini Durin could reply, voice muffled by Wanderer’s garments.
The casualness of his tone certainly contrasted against yours and Wanderer’s panic over his disappearance. He was confused by the overwhelming concern you both displayed, and, particularly, the sudden physical affection by his friends.
Despite the gentleness in the way he held Mini Durin, Wanderer’s voice was still harsh as he scolded, “What are you doing here!?”
The purple dragon pushed his head out from Wanderer’s grasp, needing to get more air to speak.
“Well, I was just stretching my wings out in the morning, when I heard a THUD outside,” he replied, adding an extra emphasis on the sound effect. “I looked out the window and saw granny struggling with her grocery bags! I couldn’t just leave her, so I went out to help.”
You looked over at Noor standing at the door, walking stick in hand and a warm smile on her face.
“The young Wanderer and Y/N!” she crooned, “What a pleasure it is to see you.”
“Good morning, Noor,” you greeted with a fluster. “Sorry for all the commotion, we’re just happy to see our friend.”
Noor gazed fondly at the trio.
“Ah, is this little one with you two? “I should’ve known someone as kind as him would be acquainted with you.”
You moved to Noor’s side, supporting her arm as she shuffled towards Wanderer, Mini Durin still in his arms.
“I thought this small one wouldn’t be able to manage, but he swooped in and carried some of my bags in his mouth and flew all the way down this street!” she recounted with a hearty laugh.
As much as Wanderer didn’t want to react, the corners of his mouth twitched. Your expression was much less hidden as you burst into a grin. A tiny dragon carrying bags triple his size was certainly a comical image.
Noor leaned in closer to Mini Durin, patting him on the head. “Thank you, little purple one. It would have taken me double the time to get home without your assistance.”
Mini Durin lifted his chin proudly. “No problem, granny! I’m strong and fast enough to carry anything.”
Wanderer rolled his eyes and scoffed at that bold claim. He turned his attention to Noor, bowing his head.
“Thank you for looking after him,” Wanderer said.
There was sincerity in his voice that she didn’t think he was capable of. She nodded thoughtfully. It took little to judge that the prickly, young scholar had made a true friend.
“It was my pleasure,” she chuckled. “I’ll let you three go, but you’re always welcome to visit my home whenever you’d like.”
Mini Durin broke free from Wanderer’s arms, nuzzling Noor on the cheek which she happily received. The three of you waved goodbye, waiting until Noor shut her door before walking away.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The morning sun had risen past the green tiled roofs of the houses lining the street, basking everything in a yellow glow. Mini Durin flew gently next to Wanderer, still quite happy about his earlier act of heroism.
Walking side-by-side, Wanderer wordlessly drifted closer to you. Your hands grazed each other, and you noticed his skin was warmer now to the touch. You turned towards him curiously. For a split second, his eyes flicked to the side towards you, before returning to gaze straight ahead of him. It would easily have been interpreted as a reflexive movement if not for the pink that bloomed across his porcelain skin. You bit back a smile, understanding your partner’s subtle shows of gratitude.
Wanderer knew if he properly turned to you, he’d see that silly, doting look on your face and he did not want to lose his composure this early in the day. Instead, he looked over at Mini Durin.
“You left the house without any warning to follow someone you barely know?” he huffed. “You’re too careless for someone whose been here for less than a month.”
“That’s Kuni-speak for: I was really worried about you,” you mock whispered.
Wanderer shot a glare at you for admitting that, and you couldn’t help but chuckle.
Mini Durin, prepared to defend himself for helping a citizen in need, brightened. His round, innocent eyes seemed to sparkle in the morning light.
“You were worried about me?” he asked, zipping in front of you, “Truly?”
He hovered in front of you two, wings flapping in excitement, stopping both of you in your tracks.
“Of course we were!” you exclaimed. “You’re our friend. We wanted to make sure nothing bad had happened.”
Mini Durin’s little heart soared hearing you say that word: friend. He looked expectantly at Wanderer.
Wanderer stared at the anticipation in the purple dragon’s expression. He realized at that moment that there was a trend of surrounding himself with somewhat bright-eyed individuals.
“Yeah, yeah, I was worried too…” he mumbled, darting his eyes away. In a louder voice he moved the topic along with a wave of his hand, “Now, let’s all go home so I can get on with my morning.”
He walked briskly down the street, ahead of you and Mini Durin.
You and Mini Durin looked at each other for a beat before bursting into giggles. Too focused on each other’s amusement, you didn’t see Wanderer turn around to observe the two of you.
He thought it would take many, many lifetimes for him to feel this way. The world seemed too cruel to give out such warmth, and yet, there were the two of before him, a bubbly mess in the middle of the street. Contrary to what many would believe, he found himself not hating this feeling. If he remembered correctly, content was what it was named.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The next morning, just like he had always done before, Mini Durin creaked open the door to your bedroom and flew inside. Landing on the blankets, he saw the two of you in a tangled mess. Notably, Wanderer locking you in his arms.
“Good morning!” he chirped, stretching out his wings. “Come on, it’s time to get ready for the day!”
You both shifted in your sleep, slowly coming into consciousness at his wake-up call. Unexpectedly, Wanderer lifted a tired hand at Mini Durin, gesturing him to come closer.
Mini Durin cocked his head to the side in confusion. Typically, his good friend would groan and complain before begrudgingly getting out of bed. He flew closer.
“Huh? Is there something–”
With a loud exclamation, Mini Durin was swept by Wanderer’s grasp. Before he knew it, he was snuggled underneath the blankets between you and Wanderer.
“Hey! You tricked me!” he said, trying to keep his tone hushed being so close to each of your ears.
He was met only by a cheeky smile from Wanderer and a quiet laugh from you. Wanderer patted Mini Durin’s head before speaking softly,
“It’s good to see you here.”

DM - Chilchuck Tims x Reader 🍋 - Logical Next Step
Tumblr media
Kinktober 2024 - XI
Size difference + Breeding
Summary: Realizing he's getting up there in age, Chilchuck decides to settle down again for his remaining years. After taking you as his second wife, he finds himself missing a home filled with the pattering of little feet.
Warnings: Breeding, unprotected sex, creampie, tallman!reader, fem!reader, sub!reader, dom!Chilchuck, married/pre-established relationship, post-canon, language
Chilchuck would never have claimed to have had the perfect life, nor would he have claimed that that wasn't his own fault. He knew in his heart that he was the reason his marriage fell apart, why he was estranged from his children, why he was living paycheck to paycheck. As he aged and fell into life with the Touden party, he thought he was comfortable with spending the rest of his life dungeon-delving. That was until he met you.
You had joined the party shortly after Senshi had, during their search for Falin and the Red Dragon, and the half-foot was quietly amazed at your way of operating. You were a fair bit younger than him, around Laios's age, but you were so mature, so cool under pressure. You had a way of saying exactly the right thing at exactly the right time to calm everyone's nerves. Chilchuck couldn't count how many times you'd soothed Marcille when she got anxious, or came between himself and Laios when he was ready to come to blows.
"Hey, we're all tired and frustrated. Let's cool off, yeah?" You'd say, your hand on his shoulder, smiling down at him patiently. After which, you'd lead him away to the other side of camp and offer him space or company. And you always respected any decision he made.
That was why, after the journey to save Falin was completed, Chilchuck took his savings, bought himself a cottage and a stop, and decided to settle down. With what little he had left, he bought a modest ring with a genuine pearl and approached you at Laios's dinner party.
"H-Hey, (Y/N), c'mere." Hey stammered as he passed you, everyone else preoccupied. Popping the question here, especially with his daughters in attendance was risky for sure, but he just couldn't wait. You followed him over to the corned, watching on curiously as he fidgeted with something in his pocket. "I know we haven't known each other long, and we've only been together for a little while..."
Tears instantly pricked your eyes and you gasped, covering your mouth, guessing what came next. "But I'm not gettin' any younger." He continued. " I never thought I'd find myself looking to get tied down again but..." He sighed, frustrated that he was losing words- he was stalling.
"Go ahead," You smiled patiently, sinking to your knees to be on his level. You didn't miss the way his eyes wet at your action, and he mirrored it, kneeling on his left knee.
"R-Right," He laughed nervously, clearing his throat. " I thought I had it all figured out, that domestic life just wasn't for me but- (Y/N), I wanna try it again. With you." By this time, he'd pulled the silver band out of his pocket. He didn't have an ornate box with silk lining, he just pinched it between his fingers as he offered it to you. "You've singlehandedly changed my entire outlook on life, and I'm tired of wasting the last little bit of my life doing odd jobs, sleeping on a bedroll by myself."
Suddenly, there was a chorus of squeals from the dinner table, and Chilchuck grimaced. Looking over his shoulder, you could see his two younger daughters, as well as Marcille, fawning over the sight. You giggled a bit as a crowd formed around him, pinning you both into the corner. He began to sweat, irritated that his moment has been ruined. "Can't you all screw off for five minutes?" He scolded, face red.
"Chilchuck," You smiled fondly, placing your hand on his shoulder. "What did you want to ask me?"
His attention instantly snapped back to you, the tips of his ears hot from his daughters excitedly cheering him on. "W-Will uh..." He swallows nervously, nodding to the ring. " Will you marry me?"
"Yes, I thought you'd never ask!"
-----
You hummed softly, stirring a large cast iron pot filled with Autumn vegetables and broth. Beside you, your youngest step-daughter set the dinner table. "Your father and sister should be home soon," You mentioned casually.
"I wonder how business went today," Puckpatti replied, fluffing the bouquet of flowers in the center of the table.
"I'm sure it went well, those two are the best lockpicks around!" Flertom chirped from the sink, washing up the dishes you'd used.
You and Chilchuck had been married for about a month and today was the first day that his new shop would be open. To celebrate, you and the girls planned a dinner to surprise him. You couldn't help but feel a warmth in your chest, truly part of the family. Nothing could possibly make you happier.
Just as you turned off the heat of the stove, the front door opened, and you could hear a jovial conversation and a pair of boots hitting the floor near the entrance. "Hon, we're home- oh!"
Chilchuck couldn't keep a straight face as he stepped into the kitchen, finding his lovely wife and beautiful daughters standing around the table, waiting for him. "What's all this?"
You smiled bashfully, setting the pot down on the table, plaid oven mitts still covering your hands. "We made dinner to celebrate the shop opening today!" Flertom cheered, pressing into his side for a hug.
"We wanted to surprise you!" Puckpatti added, mirroring her sister on his other side. Their father glanced back over his shoulder to his eldest daughter, who smiled back at him smugly.
"Did you know about this, Mei?" He asked with a smirk. She simply nodded, uncrossing her arms and patting his back.
You watched the moment fondly, feeling a bit awkward to be outside of it. Shyly, you turned away to the oven, pulling out a fresh loaf of bread. "Don't think I forgot about you," Your husband's flirtatious voice called, startlingly close. You nearly jumped, feeling his arms wrap around your hips, pressing a kiss to your tummy as you sat the bread down. The girls grimaced at the display. "Oh, grow up," Chilchuck groaned, taking his seat, and prompting you to sit beside him. "When you get spouses that are twice your height, you'll understand!" He huffed, crossing his arms before pausing. "Wait, scratch that, none of you are allowed to get married!"
The night went smoothly, filled with laughter, joy, and praise for your squash stew. As the stars came out, one by one, the girls all began to leave, each tired and heading to their respective homes. Once it was just the pair of you left, you stood up, beginning to clear the table. "Hey, lemme help with that." Your husband smiled, standing up with you and carrying the rest of the dishes to the sink.
You thanked him, rolling up your sleeves to begin washing them, plunging your hands into the wrist-deep sink of bubbles. "How was work, dear?" You asked softly as his arms found their way around your waist again.
"It was great, we were way busier than I thought we'd be." He mused, resting his head against the small of your back. "Mei's so skill now, she might actually be a better locksmith than me. Don't tell her I said that, though."
You giggled in response. "She's a carbon copy of you, of course she's skilled. She learned from the best."
"Patti and Fler seem pretty fond of you." He mentioned, partying from you and heading over to the cabinet, taking a bottle of ale from it.
"I'm pretty fond of them too," You laughed. "They're sweet girls. So is Mei."
"Yeah, you're right, couldn't ask for better kids." Chilchuck smiled softly, uncorking the bottle. "By the way, I've been meaning to ask... are we gonna have kids?" The question caught you so off guard, you dropped a bowl into the sudsy sink, shattering it. "I didn't mean to startle you, I'm sorry."
Concerned, he stepped up onto a stool, pulling your hands away from the sink as you tried to dip them back in, apologizing relentlessly. "Hey, it's okay, really. Let me," You watched as he carefully dug out the drain stop, revealing the rest of the dishes and broken glass, before picking it out into a towel. "You okay?" He asked, setting the towel to the side. "Listen, I'Il fix this tomorrow after work, m'kay? No harm, no foul."
You soften at his comforting words, nodding. Ever the worrier, his concerned eyes stayed trained on you. "You look a bit flushed, why don't you go rest? I'll finish up."
-----
Your hands wouldn't stop trembling as you undressed for bed, his words echoing in your head. Where the two of you going to have kids? He didn't want more kids, did he? Could the two of you even have kids, being different species? What would they look like? How would that even work?
Your mind raced with questions and visions of how he might go about impregnating you, considering the vast difference in your stature. Sure, you'd been intimate before, but when you imagined how a man would breed his wife, it tended to look a bit different than what you were used to with him.
Nevermind all that- did he want to have more kids with you?
As you slid into bed, you tried to immerse yourself in a book to calm your nerves, but just as you found your place, the bedroom door opened. "Are you upset at me, hun?" Chilchuck's voice was a bit more timid than usual and laced with worry. "I'm sorry I asked about having kids, it was dumb-"
"Do... you want to have more kids?" You interrupted him, voice quaking a bit.
"I wanna do whatever you wanna do." He answered, approaching the bed and sitting on the edge of it.
You search his eyes for sincerity. "So do I, so you tell me first."
"Well..." He trailed, rubbing the back of his neck. "I guess I wouldn't mind. Kinda miss when the girls were little." He admitted with a sheepish smile. "Is that weird? Am I too old to be havin' kids?"
"No," you replied with a warm smile. "I don't think so, not at all."
"Would you... maybe wanna?" He asked with a nervous laugh, much like how he acted the day he proposed. "You wanna be a mama?"
Your cheeks heated up exponentially and you hid your face, save for your eyes with your book. "I-I... I-" You stammered, unable to find the correct words. Eventually, you simply nodded. Chilchuck's sheepish expression turned smug as he began crawling closer.
"Need you to tell me with words, hun." He cooed, straddling your lap. "Tell me you wanna have my baby."
"I-I want to..." You swallowed hard. "Have your b-baby." As a reward for your obedience, he pulled you close, tilting your chin up as he began peppering kisses up and down your throat. "M-My love, what are you...?"
"Givin' my pretty wife a baby."
-----
"G-Gods, Chil," You cooed, your eyes rolling back as he bottomed out, hips rolling into yours at a slow but firm pace. His hands cupped the back of your knees, pressing them into your collarbone, folding you beneath him.
"What's the matter, sweetheart?" He rasped, a bead of sweat dripping from his forehead onto your tummy. "Didn't think a guy like me could fold a girl like you? I'm stronger than I look." His brows furrowed, a cocky grin splitting his flushed face. "Not gonna lie, ain't never bred a woman bigger than me, but-" He laughed confidently, suddenly slamming his hips into yours, making you see stars. "Won't let that stop me from fuckin' a baby into this pretty little thing."
You had always known Chilchuck had a foul mouth, but you'd never heard anything like this from his lips. You felt a bit silly for worrying about how this would go, he was so stubborn, you should have known he'd find a way. Still, it made your tummy churn how he could be half your size and still dominate you so completely. He had you wrapped around his finger and you both knew it.
"That's it, pretty, just lay back," He soothed smugly, pressing you deeper into the mattress. "Let your big, strong husband take care of everything," You could practically see his ego inflate with his self-praise, breath falling out in ragged chuckles. "How does it feel getting pinned by a half-foot?"
"F-Feels good..." You whimpered, drool dripping down the side of your cheek as his tip endlessly nudged against that special spot, which he seemed to know exactly how to locate.
"What's that? Couldn't hear ya?" He teased, hips pistoning into yours with renewed vigor. "Tell me louder, mama."
"Chil, it f-feels so good," You moaned a bit louder, eyes squeezed tight, trembling under him.
"What feels good?" He laughed cruelly, his nails digging into the meat of the back of your thighs in his daze. "Be specific, babe."
"I-I feels so good to be under you like this..." You admitted shyly, overwhelmed tears welling in your eyes. Chilchuck groaned at your words, drunk off of your pretty, pouty, flustered expression.
"That's my girl," He grinned, doubling his efforts, reaching down to press his thumb to your clit, rubbing in rough circles with experienced ease. "Big surprises come in small packages, or however the saying goes."
"Chil, ahh-" You whined, feeling that familiar knot in your tummy tightens at his doubled efforts. "P-Please, make me a mommy..."
Your eager begging made his breath hitch and his pace faltered a bit. "Shit, pretty, so desperate to carry my baby, huh?" He grunted, thrusts changing to a more insistent pattern. "That's okay, I can't wait to be a daddy again."
You knew his last words would do you in, the knot in your belly snapping taut within seconds of hearing it. You couldn't hold back the needy pleading that spilled from your throat, clamping down on him as you rolled your hips into his, riding out. "A-Ahh, Chil! I love you so much!"
He let out a choked groan, sent over the edge by your constriction and loving declaration. "Oh fuck," He hissed, hips sputtering as that warm, gooey feeling enveloped his sensitive member. "Fuckin' milk it, mama." He muttered, folding against you, nestling his face between your breasts. "Shit, love love you like crazy."
Your chest heaved as you both lay there, revelling in the moment. After a bit, you began to shift, expecting him to pull away so you could stretch your legs. To your surprise, he continued to hold your knees to your shoulders. "H-Honey," You whispered bashfully. "My hips are getting sore."
"That sucks," He laughed, languidly rolling his hips into yours, making you jump in surprise. "Gonna have to get used to it, they're gonna get a lot worse when you start showin'." He teased, fuckings seed deeper into your womb.
"S-Showing what?" You asked innocently, melting at his tender pace.
"Your baby bump, obviously." He smirked, kissing up and down your stomach.
"I-I don't think I can go again so soon..." You admit shamefully, only to have him reach out, lifting your chin to meet his gaze.
"You want me to make you cum again later, I will, but that's not what this is, hun." It was just now that you were beginning to really look at his face, your eyes having been closed during most of this event. His cheeks, nose, and ears were blushed, freckles more evident against the pinked skin. His auburn hair slicked to his forehead with sweat and you could see the greys in his sideburns more easily in the moonlight. He looked so mature in this moment, you could almost forget how different his species was from yours.
"W-What is it, then, my love?" You asked, bringing up a hand to lovingly rake through his hair.
"Think of it as insurance," he replied, softening a bit, nuzzling into your hand. "Gotta make sure it takes, right? And hey, if it doesn't we won't stop 'til we get it right."

"Uhh, guys what is that?"
"What is what-"
A loud crash made the group of four turn towards one of the dilapidated structures. A gaping hole could be seen in the roof as dust rose from the damaged part.
"....we should go," Elita muttered as she began inching away while not taking her optics off of the building. D-16 nodded silently and followed the pink femme's lead. Orion and Bee, however, wanted to investigate.
"Pax." A warning hiss came from Elita as she noticed the hesitancy from the two. "Let's go."
"Yeahhh, I'm with Elita on this one," Bee began turning around when Orion stepped toward the building instead.
"I just wanna get another look." Orion spoke as he walked toward the entrance of the building. He peered inside the darkness and leaned forward, nothing seemed to be moving or inside the structure. After a few more nanoklicks had passed, Orion hummed and backed away.
Only something big popped out and tackled him to the ground.
Orion screamed as well as the B-127.
"Orion!" D-16 was quick to act and rushed over to his friend. Elita groaned and ran after D-16 to aid in saving Orion.
"It's eating his face! It's eating his face!" Bee shrieked as he pointed at the weird beast thing on top of Orion. It wasn't that big, just a few sizes bigger than Orion and the more Orion examined the beast on him the more he recognized what it was. Seeing that Orion wasn't struggling anymore, the beast also stopped snapping it's maw at him.
"Hehe!" A strange laugh came from the beast as it began transforming. Before anyone knew it, a femme appeared where the beast was and sat on Orion.
"You lot sure are funny-!" You didn't have time to introduce yourself before two bodies slammed into yours. You blinked and glanced down at the bots who were attempting to..shove you off?
"Get off of him!" The silver mech demanded.
"Oh! Yeah, sorry, sometimes I forget I'm stronger than most bots, but then again I haven't seen any bot for a long, longggg time so maybe I just haven't had any strong bot to test my strength against and-"
"JUST GET OFF."
"Okay! Okay! Geez," You raised your servos up and got off of their friend. "Better?"
"B-better," Orion hadn't realized he was out of breath as he sat up and wheezed. "You're…a predacon?"
"What now?"
"A predacon," Elita's optics widened as she took in your form. "I thought…no, weren't they supposed to be dead?"
"Who said that? I'm alive and well, thank you very much," You crossed your arms and huffed.
"Wait, what's a predacon, guys? It sounds cool," Bee piped up as he bounced over to you. "You're like…really big and grrrr rahhh! What's that about?? What's your designation? Mine is B-127 but I like to call myself, b a d a s s a t r o n. Do you live here? How long have you been here? Hey, why are you living in this…lovely place? Hey, are you single-?"
You sat there stunned as the barrage of questions assaulted your processor too quickly for you to even remember the first one. You turned your helm to look at the trio who only shrugged.
"Uh, yes?"
The yellow mech let out a joyous laugh that was infectious, your previous confusion melted away as you leaned down to examine B-127 or 'Badassatron.'
"You're funny, I like it." You poked a claw at Bee's helm before picking at his arm.
"Well, you're gonna like me more since…being funny is my whole thing," Bee didn't seem to mind your touchy-feelyness and even went as far as to poke and prod at you too.
"Excuse me, sorry for interrupting the happy couple," Elita rose her voice. "But I think we have somewhere to be, let's go."
"Oh! Right…you can come with us!"
"What?"
"I don't…"
"Why not?" Orion shrugged. Elita gave Orion a hard stare and D-16 just gave in with a loop-sided smile.
"Eeeee! It's official!" Bee and you cheered as the two of you rushed ahead of the group.
"...I mean, at least they'll balance each other out."
"Yeah, now I won't have to entertain 'badassatron' anymore." Elita sighed but a small grin formed on her dermas.
"I think they're kind of cute?"
"Yeah, yeah, haul some aft, cupid." D-16 shoved Orion's arm and trailed after the chattering duo. Elita and Orion followed.

no one really knows how the two of you became so close after that fateful meeting. they’re still wondering how you drew suguru in so effortlessly — some say you planned it, others say it was just by chance, but you’re not too sure yourself when all you can focus on is the racer beside you muttering into your skin a year after.
it was a(n almost) blissful six months when you first start out. that day he did keep his promise, winning the race without breaking a sweat and you cheer for geto unconsciously, catching the curious eyes of gojo and nanami who exchange looks — maybe you’d finally be the someone to capture geto’s heart.
geto made an effort to u-turn back to the corner he was parked in with the passenger side to you and he leans over to open it for you, but in return it just gathers more attention. “shall we go?” you try your best to escape the prying eyes of the tokyo crowd, and with a wave to the other two, geto is speeding off once you’ve gotten into the car.
“so… why’re you driving me there?”
“why cinnamoroll? berry and cherry’s a hundred times better.” he comments, and much to your dismay, he just answers your question with a less serious question than yours.
“why not?”
“well i mean…” was this man really about to lecture you on sanrio characters? his explanation is brief, but detailed, and you can’t help but stifle a laugh — although a snort still leaves you — just as he turns into the next carpark that you were supposed to go into instead and he’s asking what? like he didn’t just ramble about two sanrio demon characters.
“eh, it’s just cute that a scary, cool racer guy like you knows so much about sanrio.” you giggle when you watch him find an empty spot, and you’re trying to not let it affect you: the dragon that wraps around his bicep right to his forearm, the tense of his muscles, the addictive line of his jaw that trails all the way down to his collarbone—
you don’t notice your choice of words until geto uses that chance to fluster you instead.
“it’s just what?” he’s all up in your personal space like he was earlier before pulling away — a quiet, chilling tension that sends your hairs standing, left arm going behind your seat to park his car perfectly in the lot. his jawline is accentuated by how he turns behind to reverse (he hopes parking effortlessly would get you to like him more); suguru’s good at always making you want more, you realise that.
“cute.”
you’re mumbling and once he’s got the car in, his arm comes back round, a teasing hand pressed up to his ear. “what was that, hm?”
and maybe you were wrong to think he was being a decent person among the sneers and mockery of the crowd earlier, and you frown, thinking if you’d really want to entertain him. there’s a dilemma in you: what if he was just like the others, the loud, cocky ones who only ever cared about their cars? suguru looked just like the part, too, and if you weren’t careful, you’d probably end up being a trophy piece for him to bring around.
you just sigh. “thank you for driving me, geto-san.” it’s rigid as you say it, an inner turmoil within you; you hope it doesn’t show.
and he immediately regrets his silly question. he doesn’t blame you for standing your ground especially after the whole spectacle before the race started, watching in defeat as you slam the door to his Mazda a little harshly. hurriedly his eyes dart around the dashboard for paper, messily scribbling down an apology together with his number, along with some cash — he did promise to treat you to something in that cafe, but he was confident you’d want nothing to do with him; for now, anyway.
“hey, i’m uh— i’m sorry. it was out of line, enjoy the event, ’kay?” geto genuinely looked sorry, a sheepish smile spreading across his face and he hurries away before you can say anything. he’s lamenting over it upon returning, talking to gojo who could barely care and nanami who’s zoning out, about how you looked so innocent and stunning by simply sitting in his car.
and you? you’ve resorted to telling yourself how you’d only send a message to the mysterious number only after getting back home, after a shower, paper creased and unintelligible at some point that you almost typed in a ‘6’ in place of an ‘8’.
you’ve broken your own rule already once you’re stepping foot into your home because your finger immediately opens the empty chat, hovering over the button to send the message you’ve drafted two hours ago. your heart pounds and you feel dizzy — you never wanted to die so bad before.
suguru’s mood remains sour until later in the evening where an unknown number texts him with a faceless photo of a cup of cinnamoroll cappuccino and a crème brûlée with cinnamorll’s face on the caramelised sugar. he knows it’s you from the outfit you wore earlier and geto can’t help but smile, dwelling on what he could say to you that wouldn’t sound stupid.
god, geto was a racer. he was supposed to be cool and a natural at flirting, but he can’t believe he’s already deleted his drafted message for a fifth time, not noticing how you fluctuate between being online and off, too.
he doesn’t answer you like an idiot because while you’re nervous over the simple text, geto wants to tear his hair out — until he gets an idea; he’s off the bed in a minute, hastily grabbing his leather jacket and putting his hair into a bun.
eventually he manages to say something that sounds nonchalant.
[19:23, geto → UNKNOWN]: enjoy your cinnamoroll coffee?
suguru waits patiently when you type and stop, and type and stop, and he uses that time to sprint to his Mazda and to speed to a close-by 7-eleven. he was sure to find some sanrio merchandise in the store, face lighting up when he comes across a mediocre cinnamoroll keychain — and after a small battle with himself he also adds a duo berry and cherry keychain to the pile — he just needed to figure out when to give it to you.
a notification interrupts his daydreams.
[19:29, UNKNOWN → geto]: better without you here
he knows you’re joking with the way you send a sticker after.
[19:30, UNKNOWN → geto]: but thank you for the treat.
and for driving me
and for the number
geto chuckles, paying and leaving the store before he lets out a breath.
[19:31, geto → UNKNOWN]: want to come out for a drive? i really want to apologise for earlier
and every doubt ceases to exist, your contemplation ending right there, head snapping to your clock to look at the time. if you could get dressed fast enough—
[19:31, geto → UNKNOWN]: and also i just… want to get to know you
i’ll meet you at that same parking lot where we met. i’ll wait for you, okay?
—you could see the mysterious, brooding racer again. despite your outburst, you couldn’t deny the adrenaline you felt sitting in his car, bickering over which character was better, seeing the raise of his eyebrow on his attractive face. you don’t trust yourself to type anything else so you simply send a thumbs up emoji, jumping up to get ready in the darkening and freezing tokyo landscape.
shouting out an excuse, you bid goodbye to your parents and race out the door, white wisps of your hot breath appearing as you reach the car park in record time, seeing him nervously leaning against his Mazda. you smile. seems like you weren’t the only fidgety one.
“how’re you doin’?” geto clears his throat, but you just grin, getting into his passenger seat. the tips of your fingers tingle, you hoped the adrenaline would help you even a little.
“you called me out because you want to show off, right?” that loosens suguru a little, letting out a laugh at your unexpected comment.
“sure did.”
the next hours are spent speeding through the streets of shibuya, with you scared out of your mind at first. but when geto looks over to you with a blinding smile, you ease into his leather seats, slowly getting used to his sharp and precise turns.
geto is focused on drifting on specific turns, smile fading into a serious expression as he slams on the break and changes gear, steering the wheel sharply and you find yourself staring freely, a smile tugging on your lips at how so damn good he looked at the moment.
the night ends up with letting you try out the car for a bit, and even geto is surprised at himself because his RX-7 was something he cherished deeply, but to let someone try it was beyond him. he’s laughing with you, telling you that drift racers do not need to use turn signals and you burn in embarrassment, but other than that you have a good time, a quietness settling as he pulls up to your host home in japan.
“come to my next race?”
you bit your lip. you can’t lie, geto suguru is handsome as hell and you’re already hooked, unaware how the other wants you just as bad.
“sure thing, suguru.” the first name seems to catch him off-guard, even more so when you lean over the stick shift to peck his cheeks.
geto spends the next five minutes touching the skin where you kissed it, the loud rev of his engine reflecting exactly how he felt.
Tumblr media
geto suguru was a goner.
every text, every call, every outfit (by god, geto did not care about what he wore, until he got with you) was for you. geto suguru was the gentlest with you, always asking if you’re okay with whatever he does. a hand on your waist, a peck to your cheek. he eases into the relationship, a plethora of night races lined up in his roster since he didn’t want you to miss any classes. nor could you underperform, because if your grades weren’t up to standard, you’d be sent home — your actual home back in your country. it came easy, though, apart from the sneaky makeout sessions in between geto telling you you used ‘your’ instead of ‘you’re’ in your essays.
“y’know you don’t have to wear it, right?” geto laughs, placing a kiss to your temple while your mouth twists at the shape of the miniskirt, gifted to you by his sister who had worn it in the same scene, too. your boyfriend only whistles when you place it to your front, hands tightening just a little around your waist when he sees just how short it is.
“so?” you emerge from the bathroom a little while later, his oversized shirt on you looking a bit weird with the miniskirt but his breath hitches when you pull the top up, admiring the way the miniskirt hugged your figure so well. “i’m not sure if i like it, su…”
“that’s cause you’ll need other sort of tops, baby,” geto simply smiles, beckoning you over with a hand. it’s criminal how easily you follow the gesture, moving to stand between his legs. his rough hands leave hot trails of fire along your thighs, inching dangerously close to your ass. “you’ll need,” an unsatisfactory kiss on the denim of your skirt, suguru frowns, “a crop top,” a kiss to your hip bone. “or maybe a halter,” a kiss to your other hip bone, “a tube top,” a kiss to your stomach, “or maybe even a cami?” the grin geto gives you is sickening sweet as he lists them off one by one, each kiss getting closer and closer, from your hands to your shoulders, until they finally reach your face and your heart is beating like you were in fucking seven minutes in heaven.
“how’d you know so much?” you’re twiddling with the hem of his oversized shirt.
geto exhales, placing a sweet kiss onto your lips, “when you’ve been racing underground for quite a bit… it’s easy to pick up on the fashion. but—” he melts all your worries away when he takes your cheeks in his hands, “but even if you weren’t dolled up, i’ll still be lookin’ at ya. you’d still be the prettiest girl in the room.”
“my prettiest girl.” suguru mumbles, getting lost in your lips again with a promise he’ll take you shopping the next day.
you ease into the miniskirts soon enough. though you don’t exactly abandon your old style, you also love the freedom of wearing teeny skirts with skin tight tops, legs and ass on display for all to see while geto simply smiles no matter what you wear. he thinks you look stunning either way.
“what do you think?” geto asks inwardly if you were really the same person who loved cinnamoroll, legs on display and safety shorts hugging your ass so well as you twirl around in your room — geto wasn’t opposed to just panties, either; he knows he can throw a decent punch. you’re donning the piece of apparel so well that he feels himself getting hard.
“i think my baby looks gorgeous,” suguru smiles, sauntering up to you before wrapping his bigger arms around your middle before coating your face and neck with kisses but your mind’s wandering into the gutter with how you can see both your figures in the mirror. you’re thinking just what it’ll be like to fog up the mirror with your shaky breaths as geto rams into you from behind, but you snap out of it before he notices, turning around in his embrace to land a kiss to his lips.
“a good luck kiss for my racer boy,” you giggle, hands getting lost in his hair. you’ve become more bold too, geto realises and he decides that maybe tonight he’ll have you before you leave to finish your university semester and his heart clenches at the thought of you leaving — six months is six months, after all. having to resort to facetimes and timezones and late night messages is the reality, but he’s willing to try.
if it’s you, he’ll try.
one thing led to the next; it was your miniskirt riding up your legs, it was the way you ran up to him after he wins, jumping into his arms knowing these were your last few days together. just like how you were obsessed with geto suguru, he was besotted with you.
“is this okay with you, (y/n)?” the way he says your name has you wishing he would do it over and over in that pleading voice of his — it’s just the first of many.
“you’ll be taking my first, suguru.” you mumble out as his lips trail from your jaw to neck, and it makes him freeze. maybe you shouldn’t hav—
“you want me to be your first?” geto asks breathlessly, like he’s been told he won the lottery. he couldn’t believe how you’ve been untouched this whole time, yet your sultry gazes and untamed hips say otherwise.
“you’re such a little minx, teasing me and shit, but you haven’t lost your virginity?” his fingers caress your cheek and you preen at his tone, leaning into his touch.
you hum and smile, “i never lose.” and you giggle when he laughs, capturing your lips in another kiss. the playful mood fades into the prior one, feeling the other get rougher with his kiss while his hands start to wander more.
“tell me to stop whenever and i’ll stop, okay, sweetheart?” you nod, squishing his face in your hands.
“i’ll be okay, su,” you grin before wrapping your legs around his pelvis, pulling him onto your needy cunt. he’s already hard, a dark spot forming at where his tip was. “i’ll be okay, especially when i fuck myself thinking it’s your cock.”
suguru’s jaw drops just a bit and he craves you even more by then, flipping up your skirt and pressing kisses along your thigh. he was determined to wipe the sick little grin off your face. he was determined to make you cum so hard you’d regret teasing him at all.
you hardly have any attitude for him once his tongue meets your pulsing clit and groans into your core, licking an experimental stripe up your folds. “better than your fingers?” suguru grins when he glances up and all he can see is your head thrown back, a subtle nod that’s got him back into feasting. he alternates between flicking your bud and sucking harshly, his calloused hands that you always admired around the steering wheel are now on your thighs, spreading them apart when you start to close them. by now your skirt’s soaked from how wet your pussy is, mewling and whining for your lover for more.
“you taste so fuckin’ good,” geto mumbles into your folds, giddy on the tangy sweetness of your juices that he has to reach down to squeeze his cock, “my girlfriend’s pussy tastes so good.”
“f-fuck… suguru don’t stop—” in the large bedroom, it’s filled with moans from you and the lewd sounds of your pussy, which escalate into a shriek when he’s suddenly pushing you up, weight transferred onto your shoulders and neck, not before making sure you have a pillow under you. “su—!”
“oh— ooh shit!” geto easily manhandles you as he props you up, your body bent uncomfortably while your hips continue to buck in his mouth and you aren’t sure where your legs go. it gives him better access to your cunt as he dips his tongue into your hole, nose nudging into your clit while you’re clutching onto his forearms for balance; his front supports you perfectly. geto’s onyx eyes bore into yours when he eats, moaning softly when he feels you clench around his tongue.
“you close?” he commits you to memory: how your toes curl and your stomach contracts. how your pussy flutters around his mouth and soft needy sighs turn into wanton moans. he feels so tense too, cock twitching in his underwear that it’s begging to be in you. “my baby’s g’nna cum, hm?”
“y-yes— ’m close mmf...” you can hardly manage a nod, moans escaping in between one worded sentences and you’re sure your legs are shaking from how good geto was giving it to you. with the hands that spread you out, one goes to your nipple to pinch it while the other plays with your clit, pressing and rubbing on it and a choked suguru leaves your lips.
“cum,” the one word has so much command over you, paired with the ministrations he was so skilled at that you’re clenching around air when you reach your high, euphoria crashing down on you with how you see white and your body feels tired already. “that’s my pretty girl, god, you’re cumming s’much.”
it takes awhile for you to come down from your orgasm, but despite your fatigue you already find yourself wanting more when you shoot geto a grin, heart fluttering at how he massages your thighs and bring you back down.
“you okay?” geto mumbles, pecking your knee softly, inwardly smiling at the way your legs still jolt and shake at your climax, “got my princess shakin’ and all.”
you giggle before you’re pulling him toward you, tasting yourself on his tongue as the kiss deepens, jumping a little when geto slips in a finger easily. you’re easily moaning into the kiss, reeling from just how one finger feels in you, slipping in so easily just how soaked your cunt was.
gotta prep you for me, ‘kay? he whispers against your lips before a second goes in and you have to break the kiss to whimper. relax, baby, suguru’s voice is so intoxicating that you’re doing the exact opposite. you’re so tight that geto has to take a moment, imagining what you’ll feel like around him, but it’s not long before you’re begging for more that he starts moving his fingers into your cunt.
they are soft, gentle on you that you’re already tugging on his waistband, swallowing geto’s chuckle and comment about just how eager you are. in that bedroom, you’ve gotten him on his knees just by existing, pussy still drooling and your body contorted in such sensuality that he’s already worshipping you unconsciously. you gasp a little when he finally removes his underwear, eyes fixated on the pretty dick he’s got in his hand, leaking so much pre-cum just from eating you out. he makes quick work to grab a condom out from his bedside drawer.
“i’ll make it fit. gotta relax, yeah?” he hums into your skin before he rolls the condom over his cock as you watch, impatient. along with some lube, he smears your juices around with his tip, relishing in how you squeeze his forearms.
and when geto suguru sinks into you for the first time, tip nudging past your folds and stretching you out at first, a long whine leaves you just as geto groans out because you’re so warm inside that it’s got him dizzy. your eyes try to flutter close but geto mumbles that he wants to see how good he makes you feel, body hovering over yours like it’s forbidden. but he knows if he sinks into you with the feel of your tits on him, he wouldn’t last.
“s’big, suguru— ah!” eyes struggling to stay open, your arms hang around his neck, the feel of the rubber in you not entirely pleasant but suguru hitting all your spots is enough to make up for it. you’re just dripping and dripping non-stop that it leaks right down to the sheets before the other bottoms out in you, a teasing grin on his face. “told ya it could fit.” the stretch is borderline painful, and like a good boyfriend, he waits for a few to get you accustomed.
you roll your eyes with a soft smile, taking deep breaths before you feel like you could handle him, “move, please…”
“gettin' to it, my love,” geto’s cock is so big you swear you can feel him in your stomach, mouth dropping open when he moves slowly, grunting at your clamping hole, “i don’t think i can last long, baby.”
you breathlessly laugh, “yeah, me e-either.” your back arches off the bed as suguru starts to find a pace, thighs already burning from the taut pull of his muscles, something he’s done unconsciously because of how divine your cunt felt. with a hand you’re rubbing at your clit, evident it’s your first time when your hips are already bucking in mini shockwaves, sucking in his length that it’s not long before you’re moving your pelvis to meet his.
there’s the squelching noises of your pussy and little pants leaving you, pussy already convulsing around him with the release of the twist in your stomach. you’re clenching as you cum hard on his cock and it drives the other crazy, the tightness of your entrance that restricts his movement that he settles for short thrusts just to orgasm, spilling heavy loads of cum into the condom. geto groans into thin air, hips stuttering and pulling out incase there’s a rip in the rubber. it’s obvious you’re still unfamiliar with each other’s body in such an intimate setting, stuttered apologies and cleared throats, but soon geto’s leaning down to lock lips with you to quell the first-time awkwardness.
“was that okay? are you hurt anywhere?” you shake your head with a smile.
“that was more than okay, suguru,” you’re sleepy from the race, from the late night, and it’s clear all you want is sleep. it’s clear when you melt into suguru’s embrace and his heart feels like it might beat out of his chest when you find his hand to twine your fingers together, with his other one rubbing your thigh affectionately.
geto feels that same feeling paired with a certain dread when two weeks later you’re kissing him goodbye at the airport, pink luggage in hand while your nose starts to redden a little. you always know what to say, slowly getting used to geto’s habits. a huff when he’s annoyed, or a quick furrow of his eyebrows when he’s distraught. “it’s not the end of the world, baby.”
suguru only pouts, hands caressing your sides just outside the departure gate. “i know, i just— six months?”
“you’ll survive,” you smile softly, brushing the bangs from his face, “you did it before me.”
“i know, but now that i’ve known you, you’re all i think about,” geto huffs, “i…”
there’s many more things he wants to say, how he’ll be sure to keep your things until you return, how thankful he is that you (willingly!) gave him an underwear of yours, how he struggles to breathe just seeing your name. he just hopes you’ll miss him just as much, but he restrains himself knowing your flight’s in an hour.
“you’re all i think about, too,” you mumble and swallow uncomfortably, ashamed to have tears already brimming at your eyes, “i’ll come right back after i finish the sem, alright?”
“i’ll hold you to that.” geto smiles, although it’s laced with a sadness, kissing you softly one last time and bearing himself for the countless texts and video calls to your foreign number. you both can taste the salt in your tears, sniffling like a lovesick fool at the immense feelings you have for this man.
love. you haven’t even said the words yet.
as the racer watches you pass through the departure doors, he gives one last glance to the cherry keychain hanging off your carry-on, giving a similar longing glance to the matching berry one on his bag.
geto leaves the airport before anyone can see the wetness in his eyes, too.

The Fall from the Heavens
[ canon • Aemond x Strong • niece female ]
[ warnings: kissing, angst, arranged engagement, violence, swearing, humiliation, bullying, chauvinism ]
Tumblr media
[ description: A cool distance turns into friendship and more when two children see that they can find refuge and understanding in each other. However, naïve dreams collide with the reality in which every event has consequences and what once could have been love becomes a dark, newly painful obsession. Angst, sexual tension, obsession, violence, madness, very dark Aemond. ]
The story in this series is an alternate reality from the oneshot Stay and love, leave and die, in which Aemond reads the letters his niece has sent to him over the years. They are the same characters and it shows what would have happened between them − I have changed the background story from their childhood slightly for the sake of the plot.

_____
He had always felt that he lacked something. Part of him claimed that if a dragon had hatched from his egg, things would have been different, however, years later, he recognised that this was not entirely true.
Aegon had a gift for light-hearted conversation, an ironic humour that he lacked. He kept telling him to smile at last, to get his nose out of his books, that he was boring, perpetually serious and withdrawn. He preferred to spend time with Jace and Luke − they were louder and funnier than him, they understood him, they had what he was missing.
They had dragons.
They didn't spare unpleasant comments even to their own sister, calling her a hamster, most likely referring to her rosy, firm cheeks and big eyes.
He could see that she was running away from them crying, but he wasn't going to comfort her. She was a girl – her world, filled with poetry, embroidery and music seemed to him as distant as Essos.
The only thing they had in common was books.
They bumped into each other occasionally in the library, and although at first they simply pretended not to see one another, one day she dared to sit next to him as he looked through the family tree of their ancestors.
"What is it?" She asked, placing the large volume on the table in front of them with difficulty.
He huffed as the dust that rose with her movement reached his nostrils, out of the corner of his eye he noticed that it was The Great History of Aegon the Conqueror.
He did not reply, turning the page of the book, not knowing why he should explain it to her.
He didn't believe her, didn't trust her, didn't want her.
She was a bastard, though she probably didn't know it herself, wallowing in riches like a princess even though she didn't deserve them.
He didn't want her pity, attention or anything else she could give him.
He didn't want to be her second choice, the place she ran to because her brothers were mean to her; he had his own, in his mind very adult, worries and he didn't want to listen to hers.
"Is this a book dedicated to our family history?" She asked softly, leaning out so that she could see what he was reading.
She stood up, coming closer to him, intrigued. He pressed his lips together when he smelled her pleasant scent, some intense vanilla oil.
He felt a tightening and burbling in his stomach at the thought of the cake that smelled similar, which his mother had ordered to be baked for his Name Day a few months earlier.
"Ah, our family tree. Where are we?" She asked cheerfully, and he sighed heavily, reluctantly flipping forward a few pages, tracing their line with his finger, showing her a place at the very end.
He swallowed loudly as he saw how Laenor Velaryon was written in the space where her father was inscribed, trying not to smile with mockery.
She leaned lower, looking at the area he had pointed at and he glanced at her out of the corner of his eye, her cheek right next to his.
He was surprised at how different they were, apart from the obvious fact that he was a man and she was a woman.
His eyelashes were almost white and translucent and hers were black, long, surrounding her shining eyes, making them seem even bigger to him. His skin was pale, thin as parchment when hers was flushed and full of life, her lips plump and moist, her nose shapely and straight, the contour of her face gentle as his jaw was outlined sharply.
And finally, his hair, the colour of Targaryen's, the white she lacked, her luscious black curls falling gently down her back was visible proof of who her father was.
Although he liked to mock her in spirit, he couldn't say she was ugly or repulsive.
"Would you marry Helaena if our King so commanded?" She asked curiously, glancing sideways at his seated figure. He lifted his gaze to her and sighed heavily, figuring that nothing would happen if he spoke to her for a while.
She was simply bored, just like him, and he didn't get the impression that she had come to entertain herself at his expense.
He shrugged his shoulders.
"Yes. I would do my duty as a Prince and son of the King." He said lowly, solemnly, fiddling between his fingers with the page of the book he had just looked at, crossing his legs.
Even though he was still a child, he was trying to sound and look like a man.
She cocked her head, clearly genuinely intrigued by his statement, a wide smile on her face.
"Are you in love with her?" She asked as if it was obvious, as if she was encouraging him to reveal to her his little secret. He looked at her in disbelief, not knowing what to make of her question.
He swallowed loudly, lowering his gaze, feeling his heart pounding fast.
What did it matter?
"Well…she's my sister. Of course I love her." He replied coolly, feeling strange with the words on his tongue, as if there was something inappropriate about them.
"I love Jace too, but I'm not in love with him. There's a difference." She said with a kind of calmness and wisdom that surprised him, looking at him with a gentle expression on her face that consternated him.
Why were they even having this conversation?
Still, her words made him feel a tightness in his throat, a realisation that he understood what she meant, but didn't want to admit it.
The tenderness of falling in love, the poems and the late-night frolicking were the domain of women's imagination, which unfortunately then had to collide with the cruel reality. He was a man, however, and he had no intention of getting into these deep divagations of the weaker sex.
"Don't be naïve. Marriage is not meant to be a pleasure. It is meant to be a sacrifice for the good of the kingdom, to secure its needs." He said dryly, turning back to the page he had been reading earlier, frustrated for some reason by her remark.
She did not speak again, returning to her seat, sinking into reading the gigantic volume dedicated to Aegon the Conqueror.
Although he could have done it in his chamber, he had been coming to the library to read ever since and always met her in the same place. Although they didn't appoint themselves, they both had their assignments until midday and would turn up there to read immediately afterwards, sitting next to each other, exchanging thoughts in passing.
He was afraid that Aegon would see them one day, but fortunately he never ventured into the abyss of the library, few people went there and he felt reasonably safe.
Usually it was she who asked him questions and he was the one who answered her. He felt some sort of empowerment because of this – at last there was someone who appreciated his knowledge and rhetoric, who listened intently to his opinion.
"I would like to be like Rhaenys in the future." She said softly and he looked at her as if she had lost her mind.
"Rhaenys? What's interesting about her? Visenya could fight with a sword and she rode the largest dragon still alive in this world. If I had a choice, I would marry her." He said without thinking, recognising that it would be wonderful to have by his side a woman who could wield a sword perfectly, with a sharp tongue and temperament, who would be a born warrior like him.
He saw his niece raise an eyebrow in amusement, a sort of childlike joy on her face, her eyes shining.
"Aegon the Conqueror thought otherwise. Out of ten nights, nine he spent with Rhaenys." She said mockingly, as if immensely pleased that she could take the argument out of his hand. He pressed his lips together at her remark and shrugged his shoulders, returning to his reading.
He didn't care what men and women did at night − his mother had told him that he shouldn't bother with it for the time being, and he had decided that there was in fact no need to, until his father called on him one morning.
"− no −" He heard his mother's voice, leaning over the table where the tired King sat, looking at her as if half asleep. "− I do not agree, Viserys, it's not −"
She did not finish, hearing his footsteps and folded her arms in front of her, trying to calm herself, letting out a loud breath. His father nodded at him to come closer, which he did obediently, feeling his heart pounding hard.
His father had never yet called on him on any serious matter.
"I have just been discussing with your mother the importance of our family, of our kingdom remaining united. Although I have agreed that, according to tradition, your sister should marry your brother and not your nephew, I would like you to be the one to bring House Targaryen together anew, and that you should marry the daughter of Rhaenyra and Laenor in the future." He said calmly, with each finished sentence tapping his fingers on the table top, as if to add some finality and certainty to his words that he was convinced this was the right thing to do.
"− this is ridiculous − Aemond should secure our kingdom with a marriage to the daughter of one of the lords who can benefit us −" His mother began impatiently, her husband sighed loudly, exhausted.
"And who should receive this honour? The Starks? The Arryns? The Baratheons? No choice would be good, for someone would always feel disadvantaged. Marriage within the family will not outrage anyone on the outside, and will only strengthen what has been strained." He said with conviction; the Queen swallowed hard, shaking her head, finally looking at him as if she was certain he abhorred the idea as much as she did.
"− Aemond, you don't have to agree −" She said in a trembling voice, and he swallowed hard, looking at the stone floor beneath his feet, feeling his heart pounding hard.
Bastard or not, the dragon's blood flowed in her, as it did in him. She didn't despise or mistreat him. She knew what duty and obligation meant.
He reasoned that although he would have preferred to have a female warrior by his side, in fact the idea of marrying her did not reject him. He preferred her to the daughter of some common lord.
In his own way, he even liked her.
He grunted, feeling proud to rise to the occasion and fulfil his father's desire.
"If it is my King's wish, I will marry her, for the sake of the kingdom and our family." He said lowly, looking him straight in the eyes, standing upright, his hands folded behind his back.
He felt a squeeze in his throat as his father smiled at him sincerely, for the first and last time in his life.
"So it's decided."
He didn't know how the message had been conveyed to his betrothed, however he could see by the look on her face as she ran into the library, all red with emotion, that someone had made her aware of what had happened and he felt a twist in his stomach at the thought.
He was afraid she would make it clear to him that she didn't want him, that she abhorred him, that she had no intention of marrying a man who didn't have a dragon of his own.
As she approached him however her eyes sparkled, she laughed as if she didn't believe it.
"Is it true?" She asked breathing loudly and he swallowed hard, nodding his head, looking at her with wide eyes.
"I'm so happy." She giggled sweetly, warmly, covering her mouth with her hand, as if someone had just given her a wonderful surprise.
He felt some kind of heat in his chest, an affection towards her, a gratitude for her faithfulness, for her devotion, for the fact that she respected him.
He was shocked to think that she would make a good wife.
Aegon laughed at him, not understanding where his lack of objection came from, how he could think that good had happened.
"She doesn't even have an arse or tits." He sneered and he clenched his jaw, wrinkling his brow, looking at him over his shoulder.
"Shut your mouth. Don't speak about her this way." He growled, feeling that her good name was now his as well, and that he had to protect her.
Aegon snorted, shaking his head, patting him on the back piteously.
"My little brother fell in love with Lady Strong?" He asked, forcing himself into a sweet, mocking tone as if he were speaking to a small child, which angered him even more. He slammed his head against his forehead, and he swore in pain, staggering backwards, catching the table, which fell over with him.
"You fucking bastard!" He shouted throwing himself at him, and they began to pound each other with their fists, wrestling with each other on the floor, until, hearing the commotion, a servant girl rushed into his chamber, trying to separate them.
His future wife visited him in his chamber that day, concerned that he had not appeared in the library, raising her eyebrows in simultaneous concern and amusement as she saw him holding an ice cube to his red cheek, a large bruise under his eye.
"What's happened?" She asked as she was accustomed to, without any pleasantries, approaching him sitting in a chair that was, however, too big and his legs did not reach the ground. He just rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders without answering.
He had no intention of revealing what had caused the fight − he wasn't going to appear to her as a prince on a white horse who would worship and adore her, as in all those poems she had surely read.
"Does it hurt a lot?" She asked further, and he shook his head. She sighed heavily, taking a single lemon cake from the pocket of her bottom gown, placing it in front of him.
"I know the Queen only allows you to eat sweets after your weekly visit to the Great Sept, but I stole one for you anyway. As a consolation." She said proudly, and he nodded, lifting his gaze to her, involuntarily feeling grateful.
She cared for him without wanting anything in return.
Since they were betrothed, she hadn't asked him for solitary walks, gifts, confessions of love or anything else a lady of her status might desire from the man she was to marry.
"Thank you." He replied calmly, recognising that he could give her at least that much.
She looked around his chamber and he realised that she was in it for the first time in her life. He stood up, setting the ice sack down in the bowl, walking over to his bookshelf, a gift to him from his mother.
"If you wish, I can lend you some. Just pick which one." He said softly, coming to the conclusion that he wanted to be kind to her, that he wanted her to have no regrets about him becoming her husband, to be proud of it.
She looked at him gratefully and took out a book written by the ancient philosopher, Areon, dissecting human dignity and duty. Something about her choice pleased him, the thought that she wanted to understand him.
She pressed the book to her heart and looked at him, her eyes seemed even bigger to him than usual, her beautiful long eyelashes, hair and plump lips shone in the summer light of the day.
He felt a pleasant tickle in his lower abdomen watching her without saying a word.
"– can I kiss you? –" She asked so quietly that for a moment he thought he had overheard himself. He felt his whole body tense up as his pupils dilate in disbelief, his fingers involuntarily began to rub against each other in a subconscious nervous reflex.
Oh gods.
Should they be doing this?
Was this the right thing to do?
She was supposed to be his wife. From what he understood, husbands and wives did this, as a kind of union and intimacy.
He swallowed loudly, looking at her lips, thinking they looked pleasantly warm and soft; a shiver went through him at the thought that he could feel them in a moment if he wanted to.
He nodded his head.
He watched her vigilantly, involuntarily breathing through his mouth as she stepped closer to him; he was taller than her and leaned in slightly, wanting to make her task easier.
She surprised him when she suddenly lifted up on her tiptoes and her lips pressed against his in a warm, innocent kiss − he felt like his heart had stopped for a moment, the scent of vanilla filled his lungs, her skin delightfully moist and soft.
It felt so pleasant.
She pulled away from him immediately, all red as he was, breathing hard, as if it took a lot of effort and courage from her too, her wide eyes looked at him in excitement, as if she was waiting for his reaction.
"– one more time –"
These words came out of him like a weak whisper, like a plea through which he felt the shame overpowering him.
She smiled before rising on her toes again, this time placing her hand on his shoulders for balance − she pressed her fleshy, moist lips to his for a longer time and sighed softly as he touched her cheek, wonderfully soft and warm.
She pulled away from him with a quiet click and closed her eyes feeling him stroke her skin with his thumb. He pressed his forehead against hers, feeling butterflies in his stomach.
"– will you come to me at night? –"
He had nightmares most of the time at night − usually dreams in which he saw anew the pig that his brother and nephews had introduced to him as his dragon, humiliating him as no one had ever done before.
He found that her presence calmed him and that perhaps if she slept in the same bed, he would finally get some rest.
He didn't think about the fact that it might have been at least inappropriate in the eyes of others when under the cover of night she snuck into his chamber, slipping under the thick furs beside him, snuggling up to him. In his mind she was already his wife, and wives slept with their husbands − unless it was his parents.
They lay that night looking at each other with their foreheads pressed together, stroking each other's cheeks, shy and embarrassed.
Their wordless, innocent confession of affection and need for closeness.
"We are going to have seven children." He stated after some thought, as if he had decided that such a number would satisfy him. He wanted his family to be strong and broad, and also seven were gods, so it had symbolic meaning as well.
She blinked, as if something troubled her in his words, furrowing her brow.
"My mother gets very tired during childbirth and then can't get up for a few days. With the rest, how do we do it?" She asked uncertainly and he shrugged his shoulders.
He had never delved into the ins and outs of the pleasures of the flesh too much − Aegon had said that rapprochements with women were very pleasurable and, as he understood, that was why he couldn't pull away from them, to him, however, what he had was enough.
"We'll find out everything when we're older. Do not fret." He said with certainty, stroking her soft, plump cheek with his thumb. She cheered up, he saw the sparkle in her gaze before her lips stole a soft, warm kiss from him again.
He smiled at the thought that he felt that in her eyes he was a man, the head of their future family.
There had been times when he had forgotten who she was, who her father was, her smile, her laugh, her eyes, the sweet kisses she bestowed on him when they were alone made him think it didn't matter anymore.
Years later, he could not believe how wrong he was.

°•IF THE BG3 COMPANIONS BABYSAT YOUR KIDS!•°
Tumblr media
Lae'zel
Congratulations your children are spending an afternoon at boot camp!
You can rest assured they will be treated fairly at least.
No favoritism going on here.
Anyone who misbehaves shall be sent to solidarity confinement and left there until....Idk
If they want a snack they WILL have to fight one another in a duel to the death.
Or at least until one of them falls down and cries.
To the winner go the cookies.
Or more accurately maybe some giant space hamster jerky.
Karlach
This is assuming her engine has been fixed, naturally.
The kids absolutely love Auntie K.
Legit can carry them all on her shoulders at once.
She gives the best hugs too and is always so nice and warm.
She is up to play any games with them! Especially ones where she pretends to be a monster and chases them around.
Very protective of the little ones.
Brings them new stuffies each time she visits.
You MUST remind her constantly to watch her language around the little ones!
Gale
Arrives via magic portal.
Brings Tara to help him.
Takes it very personally if one of the children don't like him.
Tries to impress them via magic and creates a magical illusion to entertain the kiddos.
Attempts to teach them everything he knows about the weave.
Takes it very hard if the children fall asleep during his lecture.
Must be consoled by Tara.
If any take an interest in the weave they immediately become his favorite.
You'll probably end up coming home to your home appliances floating or having some kind of enchantment on them.
Halsin
Yes he turns into a bear and lets them ride on his back.
Most time is spent outside enjoying nature and all of its beauty.
Will carry the littlest one on his shoulders at all times.
Always brings healthy snacks, mostly fruit like apple slices.
Proceeds to take them to a nearby pond to feed the ducks.
Widdles them little animal figures to play with.
No TV or video games. The thought of technology taking over their lives makes him sick.
We play outside or we don't play at all.
Doesn't mind them grabbing at his ears, if they can even reach them that is!
He has to remind one of them multiple times that he unfortunately cannot turn into a dragon.
Sad sad truth.
Shadowheart
Makes cute little flower crowns with them.
Helps the little ones feel better if any of them are afraid of the dark.
Is very good at comforting them.
Possibly might be one of the older one's first goth girl crush.
Badmouths Lae'zel in front of them shamelessly.
Always puts on a tim Burton movie or something for them to watch.
Definitely the reason for any of their emo phases.
They think she's really cool though.
Wyll
Always the first to volunteer to babysit.
Man has the patience of a saint and can handle even the most unruly of children.
Always talks them up and is very careful to never put them down.
Tells them all kinds of exciting stories of his time as the Blade.
Makes sure to adjust them to be suitable for the kiddos.
Leaves out the scary parts.
If any of them are mean to one another and can't get along he's the type to make them each say something nice about the other as a punishment.
Let's them play with toy swords and teaches them a thing or two about using them.
Never raises his voice at them. Is super calm and collected.
Loves them all to pieces!
Also may or may not take them out to get ice cream if they're good.
Astarion
Assuming this is Spawnstarion we're talking about because the vampire Ascendant would just laugh in your face if you asked him then slam the door on you.
Our sweet little spawn will also likely laugh and think you're joking at first.
"You seriously want a vampire to watch over your children?"
Assuming you pay him and be sure to give him big sweet puppy dog eyes he may consider it.
This man is a very not my child not my problem kind of guy.
Gets annoyed with all the children asking tedious vampire questions and responds with very sarcastic answers.
Does not approve of them wanting to touch his ears.
Agrees to let them see his fangs in hopes to scare them (the mischievous little shit).
The children instead think they're cool, which confuses him. He really isn't sure how to feel about it.
Threatens to eat them if they get on his nerves.
Spends most of the time on the sofa, boredly reading a magazine or watching television.
Miraculously takes a shine to one of the younger girls who call him pretty and compliments his clothes and hair.
This is also given the girl is a little mischief gremlin who pulls pranks on her older siblings.
He lets her paint his nails purple or red while she gossips about her mother/father's new partner or her siblings.
Unapologetically shows her favoritism and lets her sit on his lap and watch TV with him.
Will not bat an eye if the other children run a muck and destroy shit.
Legit just keeps watching TV. Probably some drama filled 'reality' show.
He actually finds the chaos caused by the children quite amusing.
One of the children somehow ends up on the roof.
Once the parents are home and it's time to leave. The youngest girl gives him a hug.
His eyes get all big and round and almost threaten to tear up.
Astarion is not asked to babysit again.
Sorry some of them are so short, I mostly write for Astarion so I'm not very confident at doing the other characters.
Hope you like it though!

To save and be saved - Shouto Todoroki x Reader - Baby Series part 3
part 2
Tumblr media
“Oh, you’re hiring help now?” Katsuki drawls from the doorway, one hand in his hip as he examines the office.
“Uncle Tsuki!” Shouji’s on his feet in a heartbeat, racing over. “Uncle Tsuki!”
“Hey Stinker,” he picks the kid up with ease, settling him on his shoulder. “You helping your Pop?”
“Yes!” Shouji exclaims eagerly. “I’m drawing his Logo.”
“Good idea, the old one sucks anyway. You wanna show me what you’ve got so far?”
The boy considers it for a second, sucking in his lower lip before shaking his head.
“Not yet. Wanna finish it first.”
“Good choice. Well, I’ll leave you to it, then. Gonna talk to your Pop for a second, okay? Ears off!”
“Okay,” Shouji giggles, pretending to shut off his ears when Katsuki lets him down, shuffling over to where he’s got paper and pens spread out.
-
“Is it taking your kid to work day?” Katsuki asks Shouto, walking closer. “You look like you haven’t slept in a week.”
“Sorry,” Shouto pinches the bridge of his nose. “Shouko’s colicky. It’s been a tough week.”
“Ugh, that’s the worst. I’m so glad Kaede is over that. Want me to take Shouji for the weekend? It’s only a small help, I guess, but we like having him around.”
“That’s a nice offer.” Shouto yawns. “I’m going to play it back before giving you an answer, if that’s okay. But surely you’re not here to help me raise my kids and keep my sanity at the same time.”
“No, you’re right. I have the numbers on the new guy. Hitoshi thinks he’ll be able to trap him tonight or tomorrow at least. Thought you might want a piece of it, but I think you better sit this own out.”
“Uncle Toshi?” Shouji asks from his corner, curiosity piqued.
“What did I say about your ears being off?” Katsuki asks, face thunderous.
Shouji giggles and turns back to drawing, not the least bit afraid.
“It’s a shame, really,” Shouto agrees. “But I don’t think it would be a safe choice to join. I’d appoint one of my Sidekicks if we need the numbers. Shatter’s doing exceptionally well.”
Katsuki huffs. “Sidekicks.” For a moment it’s quiet between the two, but then he nods. “Fine, tell her to call me. I’ll give her the details.”
He gets up, pausing for a moment, his hand on the back of his chair as he stares at the wall.
“I’m gonna send some of the guys over,” he finally adds.
Shouto blinks up at him, confusion visible.
“You need a nap. If you can’t ask for help, that’s your bad. Eh, Stinker. You wanna hit up Kirishima?”
“Uncle Jirou?” Shouji’s jumping up and down with excitement. “Can I, Papa?”
Shouto sighs, eyeing the Couch. It does look comfy.
“Sure. But don’t eat any of the sweets Denki keeps in his pockets.”
“Okay,” Shouji grabs a paper and runs over, pushing it onto his Desk.
The Logo he’d been trying to draw has been abandoned in the corner, instead, there’s now a drawing of him, you, and the two kids. Shouji and Shouko are drawn holding hands and he has to fight back tears when Shouji clambers up his lap to press a wet kiss against his cheek.
“See you later Papa. Love you!”
-
“No way,” Denki leans forward. “You’re making that up.”
“Uhuh,” Shouji shakes his head. “I really dreamed that.”
“A dragon’s so cool. I never dreamed of dragons. I just have boring dreams. Like race cars.”
“Race cars are cool too.”
“Uff, I’m glad.” Denki chuckles, turning to his side. “Babe, did you hear that? I’m cool too.”
“Not you,” Kyoka points out. “Just the race cars.”
“You wound me.”
She snickers before winking at Shouji. “You’re going to come over to visit when the little one is born?” She points at the swell of her belly, flinches at what must be a kick.
“He’s playing soccer right now.”
“He is?” Shouji’s amazed. “I didn’t know there was so much space in there. Shouko never played soccer!”
“Yeah, because our kid’s cool.” Denki boasts before considering it. “Shouko’s cool too though. Maybe she was planning world domination?”
“What’s that mean?” Shouji asks just as Eijirou settles heavily on the chair next to him. “Hey Big Man!”
“Uncle Jirou!” Shouji jumps into his lap with ease, eager to cash in the warm hug this uncle always gives out. “Missed you.”
“Missed you too, Big Man! You’re growing like a weed, Man. Soon you’re taller than Minoru.”
“Very funny,” Minoru lisps from the other end of the table. “Don’t listen to him, Shouji. You can do great things no matter your height!”
“Sure, Uncle Noru.”
“Is everyone coming by today,” Denki asks at that moment, eyeing the door. “Not like I hate impromptu get-to-gathers, but what’s the occasion?”
“Shouto needed a fiver,” Katsuki harrumphs, stepping over. “And if I just call one of you guys, the rest is gonna be jealous. Don’t lie.”
“I’d never lie,” Tenya points out, two steps behind him. “I thank you for your consideration.”
-
Shouji doesn’t seem to mind the attention, climbing from one lap to the other, always answering the same questions.
Yes, he’s grown since the last time.
Yes, his little sister is the cutest thing on earth.
Yes, he’s progressing well in his Quirk Training.
“Look!” He shows off to Uncle Shouji - probably one of his favorites because Uncle Shouji always calls him Shouji Number One. “I can make a really big flame and a big icicle at the same time.”
“That’s amazing!” Shouji praises him.
Not soon after though, all the talking and climbing and hugging has tired him out.
“Has anyone seen the kid?” Katsuki asks when he notices his voice missing.
“Over here,” Shouji calls out in a hushed voice, opening up his arms. Shouji’s sleeping soundly in his embrace, sucking on his thumb.
“So cute!” Mina can’t help but comment, clinging to Eijirou. “I want that too.”
“Children are not just cute,” Tenya points out. “They are also a lot of work!”
“I know that,” Mina hisses back. “Spoilsport!”
Tenya opens his mouth to retaliate, closing it with a click though when someone clears their throat pointedly behind them.
“I thought you wanted to hit up Kirishima?” Shouto asks from the doorway, voice carefully calm.
Katsuki shrugs. “You call one of them, they all come. You had a good nap?”
“Yes,” Shouto confirms stiffly. “Thank you. Where’s my son?”
All of his old classmates point in unison.
Shouto sighs. He should have known.
“I should have been home an hour ago,” he explains softly under his breathe as he makes his way over. “Sorry for the trouble, everyone.”
“No trouble at all,” Izuku points out, pressing Shouto’s shoulder with one scarred hand. “Always there to help when you need us.”
“I don’t wanna bother-”
“Dude,” Denki exclaims. “You’re not bothering us. If anything, you’re giving us an excuse to hit you up as well when the little one’s a pain in the ass.”
Kyoka hits his shoulder at that, but she still nods to show her agreement.
“Look,” Fumikage points out, startling them. “We’ve been through war together. Can it really be more difficult to ask for help in this?”
Shouto’s shoulders lower and he nods. “Thanks. I appreciate it.”
He bends down to scoop up Shouji, unable to stop from smiling when he notices the thumb firmly lodged in his mouth.
“Let’s get you home.”
“No, no...” Shouji whines low under his breath, waking up just enough to realize what’s going on. “Wanna play!”
“Yes, yes. Momma’s waiting.”
Shouji sniffles at that, falling silent, his face hidden against his father’s neck.
With a last smile at his friends, Shouto leaves.
-
“Fuyumi asked if we’d leave Shouko with her for the weekend,” you explain that night, curled into his hold.
“That’s pretty brave to offer in this state,” Shouto comments dryly, enjoying the chuckle it draws from you.
“It is. But she’s gone through this before, she knows what to do. Besides, Rei’s going to help out.”
“You think we should do it?”
“You don’t think so?” You ask back, leaning back to catch the look in his eyes. “What are your thoughts?”
“I’m just… Shouldn’t we be able to do this on our own?”
“We are doing it on our own,” you disagree softly. “But no one said we have to refuse any help. Besides, I think we’re over the worst. And one weekend of uninterrupted sleep would do wonders for us. You can’t be a good father if you’re running on fumes.”
“Hmm,” he hums, considering it. “So… Shouko with Fuyumi and Shouji with Katsuki?”
“He offered,” You remind him. “Besides, your parents are always eager to get Shouji for the weekend, you know that.”
“Yes.” He presses a kiss to your temple. “I know. I think…” He takes a deep breath. “If you think it’s the right thing to do, I’ll follow your lead.”
“Good,” you kiss him, let your love and care for him drop like honey from your tongue. “Now close your eyes and rest, love. I’ll keep you safe.”
Maybe he could have laughed at that. That a civilian could keep a Hero safe.
But he knows it’s true. His heart has never been safer than with you.
