Heyyy, how's it going? I hope y'all are feeling okay.

Today's been fine, pretty chill as always. After not understanding TribeTwelve, I decided to watch EverymanHYBRID. I know I should've watched it before TT, but idc at this point. I'll just watch it and then try to understand the lore. I really want to understand...

After that, I listened to the album Souvlaki by Slowdive. I swear it just got better and better, ph my god. Right now I prefer it more than Just For A Day. My favourite songs are Dagger, 40 Days, and Alison. Maybe I'll listen to Pygmalion now, pr maybe tomorrow.

The picture for today shows my favourite meal, which is like a simplified risotto...? With tuna and cheese. I love it. You can also see my favourite necklace, I always wear it. It's not very aesthetic, but I like showing random stuff.

Now, the song for today is "Lonely Hearts Club" by MARINA, one of my favourite singers EVER. I've been listening to her since January 2022 and I'm OBSESSED with her; especially now that it seems to be that she announced new music. I'm so HAPPYYYYYYY¡¡¡¡¡¡

And I chose THAT song specifically because it reminds me of... THE dream boy. Ugh. I couldn't stop thinking about him last night. Maybe I'm just creating fake scenarios... Yes, I am. I don't know how to stop it, it simply consumes everything in me. Even though I'm fully aware of the fact that he'll totally ruin me.

I'm already ruined anyway. It shouldn't matter. But I have to keep my friends close. That's more important than a boy.

A boy that looks very weird. But he has something, I don't know what it is, just something. Anyway, I should stop thinking about it. At least not a lot.

OH YEAH, I FINISHED HEARTSTOPPER SEASON 2. After three or four months. I had actually watched the first 3 episodes, but I started over and watched the 8 episodes in one night. I absolutely LOVED IT. I've never felt so single and so happy in this year. I can't wait to watch the 3rd season!

So yeah, I may have not done anything today, but I'm feeling cheerful. Everything is gonna be okay. I hope so...

Don't write off negative emotiona as being a teenager. Don't say it's hormones and shrug it off. Pay attention!

Before it's to late.

Most of the time adults rationalize themselves not helping teenagers during their depression as them 'being hormonal'or 'jsut being a teenager' and it's jsut accepted. It shouldn't. It's a shitty fuckign excuse that makes no sense. If you see your teen is struggling help even if you think it's them jsut being a teen or hormonal they still need help. You helping them in these small moments stops most of thenhig moments like depression and suicide.

A big thing about solitare and even heartstopper is how the people around us IGNORE issues for the dumbest reasons and then blame the people who are mentally well for not getting help immediately. How could we get help when you just say it's hormones or us being teenagers.

Toris friend acknowledging and telling her she's getting worse. Then also not helping and distancing themselves from her.

Michael holden being seen as a freak in school yet no one inquiries why he is like this way the teacher scolding him for not getting good grades instead of trying to help and understand!

Aled and tori are examples of WHAT CAN HAPPEN WHEN YOU DOTN HELP. HELP FOR FUCK SAKE. IT IS NEVER JSUT BEING A TEENAGER. ITS NEVER JSUT HORMONES. WE ARE FULL OF EMOTIONS AND WE NEED HELP LEARNING HOW TO SAFELY RESIDE IN THEM.

Toris attempt could've been stopped. Aled could've gotten better quicker. Michael could have made friends sooner. So many peoples struggles could have been helped. Could have been saved.

Patience kills. Ignorance kills.

Paying attention is love.
