I’ve read that Logan S. felt really lonely being the only American in F1. Like, he wasn’t completely accepted in the grid. Maybe he has an overprotective older sister who is a professional soccer player (like World Cup level good) who finally has time to attend his races. She dislikes most of the grid, except Alex and Oscar, for how they treated her brother. quick to defend Logan and even as far as annihilate them during the annual driver soccer match to prove a point. Im thinking G. Russel pairing due to Logan living in England. he wins her over by treating logan right, acknowledging he could have been welcoming, etc. Just a thought!

Y/N loves her brother, she really does. Yeah, she’s tried to get to a few of his F2 rounds, but with her soccer taking her around the world, she has had very little time. She has the entire month off though, so what better to do than visit her brother at his home grand prix. Miami is always a party, so maybe she could let loose for a bit, try and relax, and find a guy.

This is quickly vetoed when she finds Logan cooped up in his drivers room. While most people would think that he was excited for the race, most people weren’t Logan’s sister. She could tell he was thinking too hard about something, and it wasn’t good.

“Hey Logie Bear! Whatcha thinking about?” She tried to appear happy, but she could see that Logan’s smile did not reach his eyes

“Nothing, just excited for the race, the car is quick, just aiming for some points, hoping for a safety car. The garage is over there, sorry I have to warm up.” Y/N looked up as Benny entered the room and Logan stood up. She could tell how closed up he was, how he didn’t want to talk at all

“Okay, we’ll talk after the race Logan! Good luck, you'll smash it!” Y/N walked out of the drivers room towards the garage seeing the chaos of it.

Y/N watched as Logan apologised over again and again to his engineer for not making up any more places. She stood there listening to his engineer reassure her younger brother. She eventually decided that she couldn’t listen to it anymore and decided to wait in his garage room.

When he walked in, Y/N could tell he wasn’t sure whether to throw stuff or cry. 

“Hey, hey, come here! It’s okay, it’s okay!” She opened her arms and sat down as Logan fell down into them and hugged her baby brother, as he started talking the words just rushed out

“I just wanted to prove that I deserve to be here, feel like I’m a part of the paddock.” Logan hugged his sister back tightly, hesitating slightly.

“What do you mean? Of course you’re a part of the paddock, you’ve got your seat, y’know?” Y/N was confused as to what her brother meant, from what she had seen, he was welcomed warmly by everyone.

“Yeah but, I’m never invited to the grid parties, no one really ever talks to me, except Alex and Oscar, and Oscar is getting into the rest of the grid through Lando, and Alex is only really talking to me because I mean, he’s my teammate we have to be friends, and I just want everyone to like me… so I thought maybe if I got some points and good overtakes, then people would like me..”

“Oh, Logie… It’ll be okay. If they don’t like you then I think they’re just idiots, but they won’t. They’ll warm up to you, I promise.”

George watched as Y/N sprinted up and down. Okay the F1 team was never going to win, particularly when multiple women who were playing in the world cup were playing on the opposition team, but ‘Sargeant’  (who also had the same name as the rookie driver this year, who was sitting in the stands) was dominating, she had more goals then all of the f1 team, so of course the celebrity team won 4-1. She’d almost immediately jumped into the stands once the referee blew the whistle and started talking to Logan, maybe the kid got married young and just didn’t want anyone to realise. 

Although she looked quite similar to Logan, so maybe his sister instead. Either way, she did not seem to like them, she called them all dickheads and shoved them over a few times. George’s knees were sore. But she was still pretty. So he approached Logan and the girl.

“Hello! I’m George and…’

“I’m pretty sure my brother knows your name, Georgie! Why don’t you say hello to him?”

“Y/N-”

“No. Say hi to Logan, George.” She smiled, but it didn’t reach her eyes, almost forced.

“Hey Logan! Looking forward to the grand prix this weekend?”

“Uhhhh… yeah. ” He turned back to Y/N “I’ve got some stuff to do, so you can make your way back. See ya!”

As soon as Logan was out of listening range, Y/N pulled George in and started whispering, “Listen, I don’t know what problem you have my brother, but you need to get over it ASAP, understood?”

“I.. don’t have a problem with your brother.”

“Well, then why is he telling me that there have been 2 people, Oscar and Alex, who have actually welcomed him to F1. Everyone else has snubbed him and he doesn’t understand why you don’t like him. He’s lonely. So fucking sort your shit out.”

George stood there, mouth gaping as she stormed off to grab her bag and then sprinted after Logan. He could almost hear the f1 team laughing at his failed attempt at flirting, but all he could think about ‘was what she said true?’’

Y/N was going to cry.

She could see Logan in the family and friends box, hands over his mouth, eyes glassy.

That corner kick should’ve gone in, she thought, we had so many chances and we still fucked it all. Couldn’t even give Megs a proper farewell.

She walks slowly over to her younger brother and let his arms wrap around her

“I’m sorry, I’m sorry. Dragged you halfway ‘round the world when you should’ve been training only to lose the first game.”

“Hey, hey, it’s okay, don’t worry about it. Go pack up, we can head home and spend some time in London relaxing. I’ve got next week off before I need to be back in the factory.”

Y/N was awoken by a knock on the front door. Hearing Logan snoring from his bedroom, she got up off the couch, rubbing her eyes and opened the door.

Of all the people she was expecting to see, George Russell would’ve been just about the last on her list “Uhh, hey?”

“Oh, morning! Is your brother up?”

Y/n paused for a moment to let George hear the snores coming from Logan’s bedroom. “Yeah, no, sorry. I can pass on a message?”

“Oh, No I was just going to offer if he was still up to go on a morning jog with him, but as he isn’t…”

“You been doing this often?”

“Almost every week we’ve been in town. I don’t think he understands what or why I’m doing this. But, he’s a good kid, opens up a bit when you talk to him. He likes you, respects you a lot for 2 siblings pursuing their sport across the globe.”

“I’ll make some breakfast and you can stay til Logan wakes up, okay? As a thanks for looking out for him. Hard for me to do from across the globe.” Y/N looked tense, with an almost forced smile. She looked awkward, before stepping back, holding the door open so George could come in.

“LOGAN SARGEANT!”

“Hello, dear sister, what do you want?”

“I think you must have watched a different grand prix, I got P12.”

“Hamilton and Leclerc got disqualified, something about wood, but you got points!”

“AHH! Shit, wait I think people are coming in, give me a sec.

Y/N looks at the buzzing phone on her bedside table. Well clearly she had grabbed Logan’s phone before bed last night. She looked at the contact name

‘George - probably calling about something from the GDPA.’

She picked up.

“Before you start talking, I’m not Logan and I have not signed any NDAs related to his contract so, don’t talk to me.”

“Hi Y/N, do you know where Logan is?” George’s voice was way too cheery for however fucking early it is right now.

“Yeah he’s in his bedroom, he grabbed my phone and I grabbed his, why?” Y/N swung her legs out of the bed and stood up, still rubbing her eyes.

“Oh, can you come answer the door?”

“The door, why?” Y/N got up, and walked to her front door and opened the door to …nothing.

“George, are you pulling a prank on me? There’s nothing at the door.”

“You haven’t opened the door!”

“George… Logan and I are in Florida for Christmas. I’m guessing you’re in London.”

“Oh…yes. Bugger. I came to congratulate him on his contract renewal and so now I’ve got food and flowers and stuff and he’s not here!”

“If you go round the block to 20 XXX Close, there’s a single mom there, who will appreciate some Christmas cheer Georgie.”

“Oh, thank you. I’ll send it over.”

“Why were you congratulating Logan, George? I didn’t think you cared. Only Alex and Oscar have reached out so far.”

“I..I remember what you said at the soccer match, about Logan feeling ostracised by all of us. So I’ve been trying to make him feel welcomed… not just because you said that, and I like you, but also because I kinda realised we’d all be failing him as a grid, so i thought if I started it, maybe others would catch on. It didn’t work, but I think he feels more included.”

“That’s very nice of you Georgie. I’ll pass on your congrats. Now it’s like 7am here, and I didn’t need to be awake today, so i will be heading back to bed. Night Georgie boy.”

Half of what consists of sarzhou is fanon FOR NOW… I don’t know much about their lore yet and I haven’t been digging into sarzhou lore hehe but there is my first very short thesis link here

I did save a few images and I know that the two of them were in this one image and they were both VERY YOUNG like probably in their fourteens-fifteens because Logan does look really young for his age back then and Guanyu looks 15-16 ish IM SO SORRY I COULDNT FIND THE IMAGE I will link it when I find it :D

Firstly, may be a personally bias but I love both their smiles, very sweet and unique grins and LOOOKKKKKK pre race interaction. I love pre race interactions I love when the drivers come together to gossip. I love friendships I love them!

Thinking about how Guanyu compared to Logan is the more fashionable one while Logan is just. Polo tee cargo shorts. Maybe Guanyu can do something to help with his fashion sense. Nevertheless both of them are perfect either way

THAT NIGHT WHEN THEY WENT TO A PARTY TOGETHER. And many other nights, I think they went to post race parties together a couple of times and believe me or not when I didn’t know Guanyu might have a girlfriend I would have thought they were dating.

Currently I like thinking about how they bonded because both of them were so called “outcasts” as well, Guanyu being an Asian karter in Europe and Logan an American, they aren’t from Europe/England and I love thinking about how Oscar and Guanyu introduced Logan around when he first moved to England on his own (before meeting benny). Clyde Logan x Reader Summary: Just a few thoughts on Clyde being a dad to Benjamin (established here) strewn together from my brain. Word Count: 858

The day you gave birth was hectic. You had scheduled your cesarean on the 15th, narrowly avoiding your Friday the 13th due date. Clyde wouldn’t have it. Too much bad luck t’be playin’ around with that, honey.

So you took leisure in packing and double checking both yours and Clyde’s bag the night before. A hand resting on your belly. Clyde brought you a glass of orange juice and some toast, reminding you you wouldn’t be able to eat soon.

He pressed a few gentle kisses on your swollen tummy. This was one of the last times he’d see you so full. 

The morning of the 15th went smoothly. You and Clyde arrived at the hospital, met the staff that were going to be taking care of you, and then were able to get you both dressed and prepped for your little nugget to enter this big world. Clyde was perfect. He sat right by your head, whispering words of encouragement. Once the surgery had started, Clyde was able to stand, against the wishes of the doctor, to peek at where his son was being born. 

Clyde usually doesn’t cry, but the tears that fell as he watched your son take his first breath, couldn’t be stopped. “You did amazin’ honey bee.” He whispers to you, as Benjamin was placed on your chest. Your arms weren’t able to move, from the partial anesthesia, shaking uncontrollably from the epidural. Clyde’s flesh hand was on him though, quicker than you could’ve imagined. “Shhh, we’ve got him.” He whispered to you, pressing a few kisses against your head as the nurse you’d passed your phone to snapped a few photos of your first moments as a family of three.

That whole first week was new territory that neither of you had ever ventured into. Clyde’s partial arm had Benjamin tucked up tight against his body as he eyed the television, you both were exhausted. Top Chef was on and you’d been watching it as you made dinner. Your mind buzzing off the pain medication you’d been given and love for your two best boys.

Clyde tipped a beer to his lips, Ben was asleep. You didn’t think it would ever be better than this. 

At bedtime, Clyde was the one tucking Ben into his bassinet. It was a few feet from your bed, isolated into what you two made Ben’s Corner. He was the one humming soft show tunes to your little one. Clyde had seemed to never be afraid of anything, until then. Every single thing had him on edge, fearing he just might be so unlucky to have Ben, ripped from him.

You soothed his nightmares with calming words and gentle kisses, but nothing calmed him down like sitting in the rocking chair with Benny in his arms. When you had suggested naming the baby after him, his whole chest got hot. He tried to stop you, “Darlin’ I ain’t anything special. He needs his own name.” And that’s when Clyde brought Ben up to you. You used the full name Benjamin and Clyde had given in, with you attaching Clyde to the middle. You couldn’t imagine him being named anything else. It fit him perfectly.

When Ben started growing older, Clyde started watching the way he spoke. He was cleaning up his act. He didn’t want Benjamin picking up the wrong idea. You watched the way they played together, Clyde was lying in the grass as Ben picked up rocks, showing each one to his dad. You smiled. If you could hear them, you’d know Clyde was telling him all about each one, in hopes he’d teach him something to hold onto. 

You knew just how far Clyde’s intelligence spanned, and you knew that he turned to putty any time Ben asked him for help with a word or what made the leaves green. Clyde always took his time explaining, and if he didn’t know the answer, they would look it up together.

“Daddy?” Ben whispered quietly when you stepped onto the back patio to sit on the swing and read by yourself in the cool breeze, sipping a lemonade as you went. Maybe you just wanted to get a better look at Clyde teaching your son all that he knew about. Maybe you wanted to hear Ben’s small voice asking for help. Maybe you wanted to bask in the fact that this was your family. You were the Logan’s, and you got to watch Clyde change from a bashful teenager, to a vet, to a family man. Clyde knew no other joy than getting to be Ben’s dad and your husband.

“Hm?” Clyde smiled, propping himself up on his partial arm. A rock that Ben had dropped in front of him was in his hand.

“I love you.” Ben grins as he settles down, leaning against Clyde’s belly as he lays there. Clyde smiles, glancing over at you. He wanted another baby.

“I love you too, bud.” Clyde kisses the top of his head, going back to teaching Ben about his rocks. There was a smile toying on his lips, and Clyde never let out smiles like that. Your heart clenched. You both needed another baby.

Jey’s Pride Celebration 2021

Hello all!

I decided for Pride month this year, I wanted to do daily writing prompts and really focus on wlw/lady characters, thruples and canon queer characters. I am opening requests for the prompt list below now and I’ll (hopefully) be posting them daily for the month of June. I’m going to aim for these to be around 1k words each since I’ll have a lot to do but they may end up longer or shorter depending on how it goes while I’m writing.

I will be hosting a weekly writing challenge for everyone to join in as well! I’ll post the weekly prompt every Saturday evening and reblog people’s works throughout the week. You can write for any character as long as it’s along the queer pride theme (lady loves, thruples and canon queer characters). Smut is welcome but please make sure you tag for it and any other content warnings! Please let me know if you like to participate and I can tag you in the weekly prompt lists. 

I’ll make a post closer to June with more details and the first week's prompts!

A few things first!

One request per person please! Just to give everyone a chance to get a request in since they’re only going to be 30. Anon is fine! Please send as an ask so I can keep track of everything.

Please let me know if you want a fem, or gn reader. For the lady loves I’ll default to a fem or afab if I use pronouns since this is for pride.

Also let me know if there’s anything specific you do or don’t want (fluff, smut, a specific scenario, an au, etc). I am not writing angst for this event since it’s a pride celebration.

I’d also like to make sure there’s variety in what I’m writing so if there’s more than 4 or 5 requests for a character I’ll stop taking requests for them for this event. 

You don’t have to be following me but I always appreciate a follow! Especially since I’m so close to a follower milestone! Again, thank you all for all your support!  You are all amazing and I truly cannot thank you enough for helping me get this far.  It’s certainly a milestone that I never thought I’d see.

Straight to the challenge!

Basic rules apply ~ there are 30 songs and 30 quotes posted below, pick one from your fandom with your character.  This will be open for a while as 2 requests per song/quote.  The only rule is here is, is that the requests cannot be from the same fandom.  I will try and keep the lists as updated as I can to try and avoid cross overs!

1. Favorite piece of clothing you own: Hmmm. I'm collecting Fallout T-shirts, because I like them, and after enough wear, they'll become a big Fallout T-shirt quilt. I don't know that I have one specific fave piece of clothing. I do like the Hawai'ian shirt I got at the Back to the Future: The Ride opening at Universal Studios. It's held up fantastically well over the years.

2. Favorite song: Right now? Hm. I like Mojave Song by Miracle of Sound. "Music using only sounds from Windows XP and 98". Smugglers' Waltz from Curse of Monkey Island is a longtime favorite. The Postmodern Jukebox cover of "Pompeii". A bunch of tracks by The Stupendium.

3. Favourite time of the year: spring, which lasts about 2 weeks here between "too cold" and "too hot". Also the lemon tree blossoms at that time and the whole garden smells great.

4. Comfort food: the family-recipe homemade mac and cheese. Do Doritos count? Ice cream?

5. Do you collect something? I try not to collect things just for the sake of collecting, because that takes up room and just catches dust. I do commission art of my characters! And given the size of the fabric stash, I could probably say I collect fabric, though the end goal there is to use it all :D

I'm also amassing quite a lot of Fallout stuff despite myself, so there's that. Nowhere near what some fans have accumulated, though.

6. Favorite drink: Caffeinated: diet Mountain Dew. Decaffeinated: home-brewed decaf tea (I add lemon & sweetener per glass).

8. Place you'd love to be right now? My parents' house from when we all lived in Florida. I miss that house so much. If I ever come into Big Bux I'm buying that house and moving into it.

9. Your fav film... of all time? Of all time? Jeez. I have favorite films I can watch repeatedly. The LOTR trilogy of course. Mystery Men, Blues Brothers; Logan Lucky is a current favorite. idk if The Terror counts since it was an 8-episode series.

Clyde had the same stupidly huge smile on his face for this announcement photo that he did in Ben’s. But this time, he held his little buddy on his hip, flesh arm wrapped around him as they both held the letter Board. Hair was peeking out from under Clyde’s hat along with the tips of his ears.

Two years of trying for this one, two years paid off for you two to be having another perfect little boy. You felt impossibly more round than you did before, at only twenty weeks. Clyde sat Benjamin down after you’d taken their photo and placed his hand on your belly. He loved feeling your belly.

“Mama.” Ben patted your thigh gently. “There’s a baby?” You just ruffled his hair and nodded.

“Mhm, there’s a baby.” Your grin was ear to ear as Clyde began to pick up the toys Ben had left out on the floor of the trailer.

“How do you get the baby?” He asks curiously. You rolled your eyes and smiled, that’s a question for your daddy, sweet cheeks.

At week 38, You felt so impossibly big that you couldn’t even bend down to do simple tasks anymore. But Clyde was picking up the slack you left. When Ben’s toys were scattered through the living room floor of the trailer— he was the one running along and coaxing Ben to pick up.

Clyde was even insisting you stay in bed, he’d take care of you, the house, his job, and Benjamin. You knew his heart was in it. But could see how quickly it was going to wear him down. “Just let me help, Clyde. I can make dinner.” You laughed, placing a hand on your lower back as you stretched a bit. You felt like you were bigger now than you were with Benjamin.

Clyde smiles as he places his hands on your tummy, his thumb rubbing a soothing circle as you turn your head to check on where Ben was. “Honeybee, I can take care of us. More than capable.

“I know you’re capable.” You say to him, a hand over his as he continues the soothing circles. “But I’m also capable. This pregnancy has been amazing. Fit as a fidd— Ben!” You reach out to grab the collar of Benjamin’s shirt to keep him from running face first into the countertop.

“Let him play, honey. He’s a growin’ boy.” Clyde says softly and fixes the collar of Ben’s shirt for him. “Run on and play. Don’t scare your mama.” He whispers, giving him a pat on the back as Benjamin throws a thumbs up and runs into his bedroom.

“Can’t keep putting off fixing Ben’s room around for Andy.” You say as you move to pull the thawed chicken from the fridge and seasonings to cook with. “Need to put the crib up.”

“Honeybee, stop worryin’ that pretty lil head.” Clyde mumbles as he lifts Benjamin up, holding him on his hip with his flesh arm around him. “Papa bear’s got it. Huh Benny?”

“Daddy got it.” He nods as Clyde sits him in his chair.

“I’m not worrying really. He could be here any day now and we haven’t set up anything yet.” You smile at him. “Literally any day.”

Clyde rolled his eyes as you three ate together, Andrew kicking your rib and causing some major heartburn as you went.

At week 40, you two woke up on the morning of the 14th. The day you’d scheduled your next c-section. Sadie had come by to watch Benjamin. You made sure to tell her he had to eat his dinner and no juice after seven. That he could play outside as long as he took a bath— and you two were off.

After being prepped for your surgery, Clyde was holding your hand the entire time. Which might’ve been different from Benjamin’s birth. He didn’t stand to watch this time, just whispered each and every thing that was happening, wishing you realized just how perfect what you’re doing was.

When they cleared his lungs, the two of you heard a small cry. It’s little Andrew.

When you brought Andy home, you set Benjamin on the couch and Andrew in his lap. Clyde sat beside them, supporting Andy’s head with a smile. Your three boys.

Your heart was so full. You didn’t ever wanna let this moment go. But soon Andy and Ben would be out running around and playing. Maybe they’d get Clyde out there with them. Teaching them to shoot cans and to be gentlemen. But right now you got to see all three of your boys sitting there in front of you.

When it came time for bedtime, you bathed Ben and Andy together; got them into their pjs, and Clyde helped you get them to bed. He tucked Benjamin in as he laid Andrew into his crib. After their bedtime story, and shutting their light off, you two crawled into your own bed.

“Our first night with them both was successful.” You say as Clyde reads from his book. Clyde only hums in response. He loved them both more than anything, maybe more than he loved you. His kids would come first as long as he lived and you didn’t mind. Your kids came first to you too. No matter how much you loved Clyde.

When Andrew was two and Benjamin was six, Clyde decided to sit them both down after a particularly long day shift at the Duck Tape and an unusual amount of misbehaving for you on your kids part. “Now your mama tells me you two’ve been causing trouble.”

Andrew gives Clyde his biggest smile and reaches out for him, “daddy! be good.” He says softly.

Clyde smiles and puts his hands down. “You were not good today. Neither was your brother.” You watched them from where you were cooking, Clyde just talked and talked about them needing to behave when he was gone.

“Now go give your mama a hug and say you’re sorry.” He gives them both a kiss on the head as they stand and he sighs, sitting down himself to relax for a moment. His boys were his biggest accomplishment— maybe besides you. and he wanted to mold them into fine young men.

You hug both of your boys, kissing their cheeks and opening the front door to the trailer. “Go on out and play, boys. Don’t leave the yard.

“Daddy says we—”

“I said don’t leave the yard.” You say a little more stern as the boys run out to play. You pour a glass of sweet tea and bring it over to Clyde, sitting on his lap as he takes the glass. “They’ve been saying all day you and Jimmy promised to take them fishing.”

“Mm, we did.” Clyde takes a few drinks and closes his eyes. “Friday, maybe.”

You smile, tucking back a strand of his hair. Your life with him couldn’t possibly get any better than it was. “Clyde?”

“Hm, honey bee?”

Knows that eventually communication will peter out to obligatory texts and that Logan has to find a way to cope with that and move on. He can’t keep doing this to Benny or Sarah. He can’t destroy their actual family.

Logan’s phone lights up with the name ‘Sarah ❤️’ and the picture that the three of them took on the beach in Miami in 2023. Logan has a feeling as to why she’s calling, but can’t let it go unanswered. He couldn’t do that to Sarah, so he takes a deep breath and unlocks his phone. “Hello?” “Hi, love.” “Hi, Sarah,” Logan says. “You want to tell me what’s going on?” She asks gently. And something inside Logan breaks. Suddenly he’s sobbing down the phone with shuddering gasps racking his body, unable to catch his breath. “Hey, hey. You’re fine, babes. I need you to breathe for me.” He’s fucking trying, but his body just won’t cooperate. Remember the Logan/early Billy Russo era Ben? He was the absolute best. Benny Boy himself said so, that he loved working on Westworld. He felt carefree and the best version of himself. Why wouldn't he? His name was finally associated with a critically acclaimed project and he had another big and promising one, aka the Punisher, lined up. He had the time of his life for real. Red carpet appearances, magazine shots and even a freaking fashion house campaign. And he was so different back then. His social media shenanigans were wild as fuck, but it was the good wild.

(Not like the shit he's up to now, with weird emoji games, t-swift wannabe clue posts and those Fresh Vine induced liking sprees where the posts he interacts with are mostly his fangirls saying how amazing he is. Basically a god.)

So what happened? Honestly? Can't figure it out? We all already know Ben is bad at the fame game. But it seems like he was not able to monopolize all the good coming his way. S2 of Punisher was a bit of a trainwreck, still, it was a Netflix and Marvel production. Wonder why he went for Gold Digger afterwards. The show had interesting premises but ended up being a failure. You can tell he was not happy with the show either, or at least that's the impression I'm getting. There was no enthusiasm whatsoever about it from Benny Boy's end. And then... He ended up doing a YA Netflix cash grab. Followed by the so-called long dreamed release of his own music.

(Let me just add here that he was not able to market the music either. He was stuck at 1.8 to 1.9 million followers before it was released and stayed like that after. Clearly music should have focused people's interest on him outside usual fan circles, but it did not. Benny Boy served the music to his fans and them only because they are the only ones who for sure would be interested.

And another digression. He jumped up in followers number BEFORE the premiere of Shadow and Bone me Daddy. I am as fuck sure he bought himself some of those)

Benny seems to make poor life choices since the Golden Times ended, and sadly his career choices are not the smartest either. The new Guillermo Del Toro project is one of better choices for now, but we'll see how it ends. I can't get excited about it anyway, the Barnes charm ain't doing it for me anymore.

Is anyone else feeling this way? I mean do you miss the old Ben? The time when people were still interested in him for good reasons? He was not so inclined to impress the 'cool kids', way less self-conscious, still able to maintain some actual depth and character, and even a little bit later when Meganne Young was clinging to him people gave him the easy treatment and took it only as something corny but hilarious?
