Waspinator Recovery design

The show was very good at implying just how fucked up Cybertron is and Wasp is the perfect example.

After the amount of bs he’s been put through he deserves not only to get better but some real friends dammit.

This is just a theoretical “if he had the Organic half stripped from him but it also not quite” design

I had originally wanted to draw Wasp in his Waspinator form, and have him and Lapis dressed up as Disney's Beauty & The Beast.

so Lapis would be wearing that yellow dress, from the part of the movie where Belle and Beast danced together.

but I didn't feel like doing it, even if I wanted it to be for Halloween.

so I just went with what is seen in this drawing and decided to add Prowl and Garnet in the mix.

and ya can view Prowl and Garnet as a "I ship it" or "I bud it", like either being a romantic ship or a friend zone type where you say "I bud it" cause once again with some types you can't just say "I ship it" because it will give the wrong idea, you only use "I ship it" for romantic type ships.

you use "I bud it", "I sib it" and "I fam it"

for friendships and families, and the "I sib it" and "I fam it" is for characters who are like siblings and family type bonds.

and even if Lapis enjoys art like Bulkhead, I think she would be more closer to Wasp, since they both would understand what it is like to being accused of being a Crystal Gem and Decepticon.

which they both end up becoming later on in future episodes.

anyway even if some can view Prowl and Garnet as either being a romantic ship or just friends...

the ship for Wasplazuli is a romantic type ship, and they are going to be my Crossover OTP, cause in canon they haven't met but I don't care, I'm still gonna ship them. XD

anyway hope some had a good Halloween, and if ya haven't, I hope the next one will be more awesome for ya next year.

Waspinator Recovery Thoughts

It's supposed to say "dysphoria" not dysmorphia- it was 3am and I am a terrible at spelling/remembering words even at my most awake sorry lol

Anyways, thinking more on Wasp's recovery and figuring himself out, because while it was unstable, he did seem to enjoy his new organic form and i think it'd be fun to explore his more complicated feelings on the whole thing.

I do think if his Techno-Organic form was more stable it would be less monstrous (something something reflecting how the second time he undergoes the process he is safe and doesn't feel the need to lash out at the world as much something something).

Despite being "cured", Wasp's body was still unstable and causing him problems

Being in a safe environment with food and shelter and his improving mental health had helped, but he still was experiencing extreme body dysphoria (i spelled it wrong in the picture because it was 3am I'm sorry lol) and discomfort.

Lyn and Wasp at a car show to find a potential new Earth alti-mode (it was unsuccessful)

Wasp realizes he wants his "Waspinator" form back.

*Several shenanigans Later*

Waspinator's Techno Organic Form (now stabilized) is restored

he was such a joy, he got SO excited to see sumdac it was SO sweet & he adored my loki cosplay! he's a super duper cool person and id jump at the chance to meet him again ;;
