I just got assaulted at a public library where a man continued some really inappropriate behaviour with me. After trauma dumping he started asking my name, age, where I lived, if I was seeing someone (romantically), and offering to teach me Spanish and wanting to be my friend. I love making friends with older people in my community but the way he was interacting with me was clearly not in a friend way. He was 56 and I'm 25. Told him I'm married etc.

He for some reason got really obsessed with my neck, said I had a bump on it. Of course I got worried and started touching my neck. He then proceeded to lift my head until I couldn't lift it anymore and started pressing down all over. Commented on how long my neck is, that's it's thin, and the muscles and skin was soft. He did it again. When he tried a third time I tried to stop him amd he just wasn't getting it, so I had to leave.

Just reported him leaving out the muscle and skin comment cuz like WHAT?! I forgot it in the moment... I don't think it's important enough to call back for

having thoughts about Isabeau’s fashion career, and how his artistic style would evolve over time. that it may be almost surface level at the start, as he’s still clinging to his gullible persona and perhaps not letting himself fully indulge in what interests him as a person for the sake of his appearance. the clothes he makes are only ever lightly experimental: with anything too “abstract” or overly personal being restricted to forbidden concepts in his sketchbook. he sticks to the book, stays true to teachings and the clothes he’s used to learning “sell the best”. and it does sell, both due to his reputation as “a savior of vauguarde”, but also because the clothes he first designs are safe and predictable. they’re something you can wear and say “I feel warm in this”, that “I could wear this every day”. Something that you can fall back on.

and then, as both his skills & his confidence in himself as an individual evolves, the clothing changes as well. he deviates from his usual reputation of softer and sturdier materials, and begins experimenting with strange patterns and very unconventional pieces. the safe clothes still exist of course, but even those take a life of their own, morphing into garments that aren’t so hardy or overly reliable. by this point, the things he makes are made because he wanted to get the idea out of his mind, and not worry about if it’s palatable for buyers. his ideas and feelings and genuine mindset shown unapologetically, slowly but surely making designs that please himself, rather than exist to sooth others.

I had no idea Ginger Rogers was pregnant!! With TWINS no less!!! She's so fucking round... I bet it'll be nice to have em out. Also check out those little pup skeletons in the X-ray!!!! So cool!! Their skulls are so TINY....

Bats tend to only have one pup, but Eastern Reds can have up to FIVE (although that is fairly uncommon) so twins aren't super unprecedented for her! They also have four nipples which is cool, I didn't know that until I looked up their litter sizes. These two will be able to suckle to their heart's content without bother :)

Here's hoping for everything to go well for her, I'm looking forwards to seeing the babies :3 Thank you for this VERY important Chopper update, anon!!! I haven't restocked the queue recently so I've been woefully behind on the PA bat rescue news...

WE'RE IN VVARDENFELL LETS GOOO

After Azura's Oracles prophecy about "an island, a mountain of rage and ash" Cirwedh knew she'd have to go to Vvardenfell soon enough. I mean she spent two yrs in Morrowind gathering all the information on Sotha Sil and these Princes Varen spoke of she kinda knew she'd have to travel to the island sooner or later. It just ended up being sooner. Anyway she buys passage to Vvardenfell and docks in Seyda Neen a couple days later, out of sorts and paranoid she's gonna get herself in over her head again, when she hears someone calling for help. After speaking with the distressed woman and reaching the armiger down the road she would be lying if she said she wasn't relieved to hear from Azura again. After escorting Llevule through the tomb and back out she heads for Vivec, since that's where the Canon had said she should go. Accepting that this is the easiest way for her to get her answers and earn some money she goes. Almost immediately she realizes how badly she sticks out so she puts together this little fit with the help of some friendly merchants (though most merchants will be friendly if you're spending coin). Living God here we come!

Your brains so fucking large and I also think it’s awesome seeing ur takes on peeniss. There’s such a lack of just even headcanon discussions on how fucked Katniss and peetas entire relationship up until the very end of the story was created and dragged along.

I enjoy thinking of happy ending stuff, But Also, getting to talk about how their shared trauma doesn’t make them purely perfect for each other and how it leaves more room for hidden resentment and hatred and guilt is so so discussion worthy. Especially for katniss and especially when ur applying that dynamic to ivypool (i am insane for both) thank u for this meal

[floodgates opened] LITERALLY LITERALLY LITERALLY like first and foremost even BEFORE mockingjay peeta falls in love with katniss before knowing ANYTHING about her, and when she acts in a way that doesnt fit in with how he imagined her, he gets frustrated. in general he seems to have a very low opinion of her (im drawing them as cats so its relevant to this blog). he throws the shit his mother said in her face as if she had any control over it . she gets drunk ONE TIME and he focuses his criticism on her instead of HAYMITCH

he agrees to be friends with her and then he says that shit like "yeah i have nightmares but theyre just about losing you............ i feel better when i see you when i wake up......................" and katniss is like "i know he doesnt mean to make me feel bad" BUT ITS LIKE. WELL IF HES SO WELL SPOKEN THEN LIKE I THINK HE DOES????? I THINK HE KNOWS EXACTLY HOW IT COMES ACROSS WHEN HE SAYS SHIT LIKE THAT

and then AFTER mockingjay. first and foremost his personal trauma is being brainwashed into essentially dehumanizing her and believing that she was genetically engineered to torture him. so even in recovery for that shit, like. theres no way his nightmares don't heavily feature katniss as the antagonizing force. AND VICE VERSA. BECAUSE HE LITERALLY TRIES TO KILL HER TWICE. like i cannot wrap my head around how they would get together when katniss much flinch every time he reaches towards her like its fucking crazy to me. not to mention that the awful shit he said to her is so personal and so clearly shit katniss thought about herself .

none of this is to say katniss is perfect like she obv doesnt give half a shit about peeta 9 times out of 10 but idk. anyway. tl;dr:

but yeah katniss and ivypool are like. so similar in so many ways its very fun to apply my thoughts about one onto the other.

If I draw something that you think should be tagged for whatever reason (alcohol mention, cussing, a specific ship) you can totally send an ask to say so! I don't think much of it when I draw it but if anything topically is something you would rather I tag... please tell me. I am just drawing what makes me happy most days but that doesn't mean I want you to be uncomfortable looking at it!

Also in regards to ships: I can try to use my best judgment for it but I'm prone to enjoying banter and stupid/silly conversations that are not intended as romantic. So I do draw people interacting that I might ship but in a platonic (to me) interaction and I don't think it would count as tag-worthy for it.
