→ bokuto also talks to akaashi about you a lot after you meet so you become besties at practices

→ if he starts acting like a baby while playing a match, you know how to calm him down or cheer him up

→ and then he plays 10x better

→ but yeah the team really likes you because you know how to control bokuto hsjsjhs

→ when bokuto adds you to the vbc groupchat, that’s when you become good friends with the team

→ like it’ll occasionally blow up at midnight when you send a tiktok lol

Sooo I see you need advice 👀 I DID NOT THINK YOU WOULD ACTUALLY CONSIDER JASON HOLY SHIT 😂 THINGS GOT SO REAL. Listennnn as much as I think Jason is hot...hear me out...I think Kincaid is the better option 👀 I can already hear the Jason simps coming for me BUT HEAR ME OUT. Jason is so toxic lol if you want your story to be more REALISTIC obv u should stick with Kincaid since HE ACTUALLY HAS A CHANCE. Jason is too much like Billy and after everything we've been through there's no way we would probably associate ourselves with him. I feel like us showing any interest in Jason would make us look like a dumbass who can't learn our lesson 🤐 it'd be out of character to not see the warning signs with our PTSD and major trust issues too.

I don't think we should risk our character looking dumb. IM SORRY, BUT NO 😂😭 James, Stu and Billy, then Jason? It's the same song and dance ALL OVER AGAIN. Sure, we all know the attraction is going to be one-sided even if it's Kincaid, but at least with Kincaid I can see us TRUSTING HIM. I couldn't imagine us even being friends with Jason UNLESS we try to see the good in him BUT EVEN THEN, I would think we'd suspect his bs and he'd get killed off early from Billy and Stu simply cause their scared he'll do something to us.

BOTH would put up a good fight, but like you said it's inevitable that Jason will die bc it's 2 against one. The only way Jason could probably survive is if he had a partner 👀 if we were to actually TEAM UP WITH HIM. This could be very interesting for the plot, but it could be out of character unless we've known Jason for a while. You could tie this back to our past and be like 'okay, y/n meets Jason, an old friend/lover from her OLD HIGHSCHOOL, someone she has old, good memories with.' That right there could explain us feeling an inclination to trust him, however, I still feel like we'd end up looking like a clown who can't see the signs of a psycho 🤡 you know? it'd butcher our character development to fall for his act, even if he is from our past and we used to know him. If there's anything we've learned from Woodsboro, it's that u can't trust old friends/lovers lmao

With Kincaid on the other hand, there's a higher chance of him surviving. He's got the police backing him up after all. HE'S A COP, so we would trust him pretty easily automatically. It would be realistic for us to get close to him since he's going to literally be helping us to survive. I could actually picture us being receptive to his feelings, whereas with Jason I feel like IF we felt an attraction, we'd be self-aware enough to realize that the feelings AREN'T real. With JASON, after literally thinking we had feelings for Randy and Derek in the past, do you REALLY think we'd make the same mistake? The same mistake of comparing another guy to Billy and Stu and CONVINCING ourselves that we like them? HELL NO. I feel like obv we're going to be more mature and ALOT MORE SELF-AWARE AFTER SEVERAL YEARS. I can't imagine us confusing our feelings ALL OVER AGAIN. It would legit piss me off since I consider myself a very self-aware person 😭

With Kincaid, you could also do the same thing with his character by bringing up our past. You could be like 'Y/n grew up with Kincaid as a child. The two briefly dated in high school BEFORE she moved to Woodsboro. The two decide to catch up over lunch and realize how much they missed being friends.' This is just another idea for making us trust Kincaid more and giving us more backstory. Kincaid having a past with us will also make STU AND BILLY MORE JEALOUS. Him being a cop is gonna drive them crazy, BUT FOR HIM TO BE AN OLD FRIEND OR EX BF THEY NEVER HEARD OF?! You can't tell me that wouldn't bug the hell out of them lmaoooo they'll feel insecure that another guy could have known us intimately before them and that this guy knows more about us than even, they do. They'll probably be thinking we lost our virginity to him and be livid 😂 they'll be livid he's a cop sooo he's gonna give them a run for their money.

With Jason, I feel like they'd be LESS JEALOUS bc altho he's like Billy, they may think the only reason we might reciprocate feelings is bc he's similar to them. They may rationalize this in their head and think 'oh yeah, there's no way she's over us if she likes someone just like us.' They'd be less jealous bc they may think we're confusing our feelings. I also feel like they may be MORE SCARED of what Jason could do to us then jealous of him just bc of how he's got them bad boy vibes and they could be worried Jason could become physically abusive. He would remind them too much of James's abusive ass and altho they don't wanna admit it, they still care and would kill him for laying a hand on us ���

Whereas with Kincaid, even if you don't want him to have a past with us, I still FIRMLY BELIEVE Billy and Stu would be more jealous of him bc he's everything they're not. With Jason, there's the comfort of knowing we might not be over them, right? They'd be livid, but it's probably there. But with Kincaid, there isn't that comfort bc he's the complete opposite of them. There's no trying to say 'oh, she only likes him cause he reminds her of us' bc HE DOESN'T. He's sooo different that Billy and Stu are going to be pissed that we might have actually moved on. They're going to be jealous that he's kind, has a good job, that he isn't crazy like them and can actually give us what we need.

Overall, with Mark, we have a chance of HURTING THEM. Why? bc Mark will be OUR HERO. Remember when Stu and Billy took pride in killing James and trying to protect us from Randy's accusations? How Stu always tried to protect us from Billy's temper and killing us? You can't tell me these two didn't enjoy protecting us, especially Stu. Stu even said in Sequels Suck, "You don't have me protecting you anymore." They kinda have a savior complex I feel like deep down and to have their roles REPLACED? To see us have a guy who's willing to do anything to protect us and is able to do it successfully? IT'S GONNA HURT. AND THEY DESERVE TO GET HURT AND FEEL LOWKEY REPLACED 🙃

This is my exact thought process too. We are trying to get into a career of Criminology we aren't that stupid to trust JD again at 23 yrs old after everything at Woodsboro and Windsor.

Listen, I get it. JD is the OG bad boy with psychological issues. But Billy would see him as competition in a mocking way and kill him instantly and Stu would just plan out not like him. I actually think JD would be crazier than Billy and Stu. Idk why but JD feels more unhinged than they do and it would be a disservice to our character to repeat old mistakes all over again.

After Sequels Suck; the romantic tension is going to be much more focused on the boys. Mark Kincaid may be a distraction and the boys themselves think he's more of an option than he really is (Just to make them insecure and pacing the floor while we're at the station and they can't even get near it) but nothing to the level the Derek, Randy, Billy Stu thing is in Sequels Suck. When with JD, he's such a fan fav that if I kill him or have him rejected; some fans r gonna be upset.

Kincaid is everything they will never be. Period. And that has them nervous and hurt and desperate. And there won't be a damn thing they can do about it for once. With how much of a control freak Billy is and how emotionally impulsive Stu is...That's gonna sting.

I'm pretty decided on Kincaid and JD will have his own story. (Like, this story doesn't exist and JD moved to Woodsboro right when Billy and Stu were crushing on us sort of thing) Thanks for the suggestion of him being a childhood friend or ex; that could work 🤔

so imo you need to have a serious talk with your friends first. bcs if they said something when you didn’t want them to talk to them then it’s a problem. you need to outright tell them how you feel and let them know what they did wasn’t ok and be a bit cold if necessary. ik a lot of people say this but communication really is the key. be aware of the tones they use when answering you bcs that can indicate a lot. and keep some distance from them for a while to let them know that what they did has bothered you. i don’t mean like not talk at all, just don’t be the one to initiate it unless necessary.

as for the boys i think you should just straight up ignore them unless they initiate a conversation first. and while talking with them don’t be too cold or like how you used to answer them before. somewhere in between yk?? you need to show them that you don’t really care for what they say but also that you’re kinda bothered. don’t let them see that it hurt you like this. they don’ t deserve anything from you. boys will always be boys. you deserve so much better <3

Summary: You and Tom are exes, but you need a place to stay at while you film in London and Harry is your best friend. Things get more complicated when a pandemic starts.

A/n: I’ve been thinking about writing this for so long, but like I LITERALLY HAVEN’T WRITTEN ANYTHING SINCE MIDDLE SCHOOL LOL and also I feel bad for writing this bc I have a bf (is this wrong? haha). Anyways I decided to write this bc Stuck With U came out and I was like ok yes I’ll do it now. I kinda have this story planned out and already have other parts written, so please let me know if you like it or give me feedback on my writing!

*Two weeks before lockdown*

You rolled your luggage toward the exit of the airport looking for your best friend, Harry. You weren’t nervous when you were on the plane, but as soon as the cold London air hit your face you began to think this was all a bad idea. You tried to convince yourself that filming would keep you away from Tom. You were pulled away from your thoughts when a deep British voice rang through your ears,

“Y/n! Over here!” You looked over and smiled to see Harry standing by the side of the car. He ran up to you engulfing you in a tight hug swaying you both slowly.

“I’ve missed seeing my best friend in person.” You hummed smiling up at him when you parted he took both of your luggage to the car.

“I’m so glad you’re staying with us while you film here.” Harry stated as he pulled your luggage into the trunk. 

“Ya me too, it was so hard to find a place to rent near the set.” You sighed putting in your other luggage into the trunk. “But are you sure it’s ok with Tom that I’m staying here? I haven’t talked to him in ages. If it’s not ok I can-”

“Y/n, chill mate. It was actually his idea.” He said and your breath hitched. 

“Bitch what?”

He laughed, “No seriously it was! He was asking how you were doing two weeks ago and I mentioned that you were filming about 30 minutes away from our house and that you couldn’t find a place to rent and he was like ‘oh why doesn’t she stay here then?’ and I was like uhhh alright. So then I texted you!” He said it as if you and Tom didn’t have a past. Your cheeks heated up and you got in the car remembering how things started going wrong with Tom.

“Tom I can’t believe you said that! I told you to keep us on the DL for now.” You said irritated.

“Y/n, please there’s literally no way that anyone knows we’re dating. Plus he was hitting on you, he can’t do that because you’re my girlfriend.”

“He can do that actually because nobody knows I’m your girlfriend except our castmates and family.” 

Tom rolled his eyes, “Ok then why didn’t you do anything about it? Why’d you let him continue to flirt with you? Do you not want to be my girlfriend or something?”

You scoffed, “Oh please, Tom are you kidding me? You let so many fans and random girls flirt with you and I’ve stayed quiet about it, but when one person flirts with me it’s a fucking sin!”

Tom looked at you sternly, “You didn’t answer my question about not wanting to be my girlfriend.” 

“I can’t believe you right now Tom.” You looked at him in disbelief and walked away.

“Hello? Earth to y/n?” Harry repeated. 

“Oops sorry, Harry, what’d you say?”

He chuckled, “I said what are you thinking about?” 

“Oh uhm thinking about the beginning of the end of Tom and I…” You said awkwardly, “I don’t know if being in the same house will be good for either of us.”

He sighed, “Look, I know things are gonna be really odd between you two, but despite what happened you said you’d try to stay friends. And I know I shouldn’t be saying this, but he still cares for you y/n, I know it. As your best friend and not Tom’s brother I’m asking you to try and put any negative feelings aside and just be friends at least.” He looked at you in a pleading and apologetic way. 

“Ya you’re right he’s letting me stay at his house and he is the reason you and I are best friends after all.” You smiled at him and he smiled at your positive attitude.

When you pulled up to the house there were 2 other cars. One of the doors to one of the cars opened up and a gorgeous girl walked out and into the house. You gulped already having a feeling of who she was. 

“Oh uh yeah. Y/n, there’s something else I had to tell you. Tom’s got a new girlfriend.” He said carefully looking at you. Your chest began to tighten. 

“Yeah figured. Why didn’t you tell me when they first started dating so I could be prepared.” You said softly trying not to show you were upset.

“Sorry, I didn’t think you’d want to know… Hey, you’ll be alright, love. You’re a bad bitch remember?” You turned to Harry who looked scared that he said something wrong and you both burst out laughing. 

“Yes,” still laughing, “You’re right. I am a bad bitch. Fuck it, we broke up for a reason.” You shrugged and let out a big breath and fixed yourself a bit before looking at Harry again, “Fuck past feelings it’s time for a new slate.” You decided to brush your feelings to the side and walked out the car to retrieve your luggage. Harry watched worried and knew that if you didn’t tell him how you truly felt you were gonna implode at some point. Nonetheless he let you be because you knew you’d talk to him when you were ready.

Not too long after Tom’s girlfriend entered the house you and Harry did. You heard a yell and immediately knew who it was, “I just heard the door open. IS IT Y/N?” you laughed as Harrison came running around the corner and lifting you up in a big bear hug spinning you. 

“Harrison put me down you’re gonna make me sick!” He put you down and you wobbled a bit, but Harry held your shoulders in place. After looking back and thanking him you turned back to Harrison, “So, how’ve you been? It's been ages since I’ve seen you!”

“Oh my god, y/n, I have to update you on so much, but I’ll let you say hi to everyone first.” You laughed and nodded turning to Tuwaine.

Squealing a bit you ran into his arms, “Tuwaine, bud, how’ve you been?”

He laughed, “I’ve been good, all fun in here with the boys. I’ve been getting more roles too!”

“That’s amazing congratulations!” He thanked you.

“The rest of the fam are busy right now so they couldn’t say hello, but they want to have a welcome dinner for you tomorrow if that’s alright.” Harry said.

“That would be lovely!” You looked around for Tom, but he wasn’t in the hallway. 

“Oh uh I guess Tom’s still in the living room.” Harrison said awkwardly. You nodded taking a deep breath as you headed there.

You froze as you saw Tom and his girlfriend kissing your heart sped up a bit, “Oh god I’m so sorry.” You turned around and Tom pushed the girl off him quickly and he stood up.

“Y/n! Wait, come back and say hello!” He chuckled awkwardly, his hands getting clammy. You turned around and walked to him in painfully awkward silence, all you could hear was the increasing pulse of your heart, so much for a new slate of feelings. I have my fair share of traumatic experiences and his family situation is actually pretty similar to Touya (he introduced me to bnha bc he really connected with dabi and before that shouto for slightly diff reasons) but like, idk my therapist says she doesn't think my traumas are influencing me to be w someone older (i cant explain it any better bc it would ve too personal) but yea I'm just so fucking scared and worried and even though your works are helping both of us it's still so hard some days. oh gosh anon babie i am so sorry this is causing you both so much stress and anguish!! i have a lot to say so please bear with me, my response will be long!!

first of all, in my opinion, as long as your relationship is healthy and you both are happy, then it is absolutely NONE of anyone else's business. you're both adults. you both took the time to seriously think this out and made an informed decision. no two relationships are alike; they're all unique and they all depend on the participants in the relationship, you know? age gaps aren't always inherently BAD. they can be, but almost anything 'can be' bad (ie too much coffee can be bad for you, too much time spent online can be bad for you, etc.). circumstances and nuances and all of those little details matter A LOT, and they will vary greatly from relationship to relationship depending on a variety of factors. i think that there are so many people in our contemporary world that so desperately wish that moral matters such as these were easily definable and neatly categorized to fit into these tiny little boxes of GOOD and BAD when in reality morality is so extremely grey.

for example, the relationship between, let’s say, a 21 year old student and her 28 year old teaching assistant, or a relationship between a 21 year old worker and her 28 year old supervisor would have a more substantial power imbalance than the more simple imbalance in your own relationship which, based on the information you've given me, seems to ONLY pertain to the age difference. now, those examples i gave above don't automatically make those relationships BAD, it just means that there is a bigger potential for misuse of that power, etc etc. my point here being that there are SEVERAL factors that would influence an abusive or toxic misuse of that power, not always solely the age difference itself. does that make sense?

i think that card your ex friend sent him is incredibly tasteless. once again, your relationship is absolutely none of their business. also, if you've discussed this with your therapist and they don't think that it's harming either of you, i think that's a good sign!

i think it's also important to keep in mind that everyone will have different opinions on this situation, just as everyone has their very own set of morals and opinions and beliefs. everyone will have different feelings and 'truths' towards it. but your opinion doesn't have to align with theirs. YOU know your relationship best. YOU know what is true for your specific relationship and what isn't. just because one person doesn't agree with your relationship or thinks it is somehow 'wrong' doesn't mean it IS. there are plenty of people who think the content i create is 'wrong', and their opinions are fine and valid, and they're allowed to have them. i, however, 100% disagree with them, for several reasons. and that's okay, we can agree to disagree, and move on with our lives. 

i think what i'm really trying to say is: COULD an age gap contribute to some sort of misdoing (ie abuse) in a relationship? sure. does it ALWAYS? no, not at all. COULD a relationship with no age gap experience the exact same misdoings? YES, absolutely. there's so much more that goes into an unhealthy/bad/toxic relationship; so many other factors, you know? an age gap is just one of those things that COULD *potentially* be a singular factor, but is in no means and by no way ALWAYS a factor, or is this ALWAYS the case.

i totally get what you mean when you say you’d rather you break up because you don’t mesh well, NOT because of what others think of your relationship, and i agree!! i think it’s super sweet that he’s so considerate and is worried about what you might go through due to the judgemental people you’re surrounded by, but if you think he is worth the suffering, then tell him so! to answer your final questions: no, i do not think it’s wrong for the two of you to be together: this is a consensual relationship between two adults. i most definitely do not think he is a bad person; what would make him a ‘bad’ person are his INTENTIONS. if he got with you at the age of 19 with the INTENT to use the power imbalance an age gap may sometimes present to HIS advantage, he’d be doing the wrong thing. if he was manipulating you and using your inexperience or naiveness against you, he would be doing the wrong thing. do you see where this is going? his intention matters a lot more than the seven year age gap, in my personal opinion.

at the end of the day, it's your decision, and your morals, and your relationship. i can only offer you my opinions here, but you in no way have to agree with them, you know? it isn't my place (or anyone else's!!) to tell you whether or not your relationship is 'bad'. that's up for the two of you to decide. ultimately, i can only give you my thoughts based on the information you’ve given me; i don’t know either of you or your relationship, but YOU DO!! work together to make an informed decision based on the unique details of YOUR relationship, and try not to care what others think. there will always people who disagree with you, no matter what you’re doing, no matter how good you’re striving to be, and honestly that’s their problem, not yours. what matters is that YOU know the truth.

most adventurous thing you’ve ever done in your life? okay so technically this wasn’t me who did it but i was part of the adventure. when me and my boyfriend were just “friends” ie. liked each other and knew we liked each other but were too scared to admit it. anyway, we had this elaborate plan to shave our youth group leader’s head if we were able to bring in a certain amount of food for the food drive during vbs week. so yeah we spent like three days planning the whole thing out and then decided to go price shopping at walmart with all of our younger siblings bc we needed supervision or something lol to see how many individual things of food we could buy with $20 each we ended up just getting like 20 huge boxes of ramen and then his sister ended up throwing up so we took her home and then went back to church where my car was parked but instead of turning to get to church my boyfriend decides to go straight through the stop light (it was green okay) and spontaneously drive up into the foothills. well we get to the top of the foothills and we’re at the lake and we all get out to look at the city and my boyfriend claims that we need to document this moment so he takes a selfie with all of us and we somehow ended up right next to each other in it and i only found this out like three months ago (this happened back in june) that he only took the picture because he wanted one of us together in case we didn’t start dating lol so sweet and yeah, that was a very long story but i needed context instead of just saying “yeah we drove up a mountain”
