hello! this may sound stupid but do you think we’ll get a prequel or a book or ANYTHING related to young silco? and vander and the others? because he gained sooo many fans with those concept arts and flashbacks (he had so many fans but he’s kinda going viral) and we know netflix milks everything so what do you think?^^

Uuhhhh it's a tricky question tbh. He is popular with the fans, especially after s2, but the creators themselves tried to remove him from the events/character stories as much as possible, so I don't know if we're gonna get much content with him unless Riot requests it. Yeah, it's an important detail that Netflix doesn't really have to do anything with Arcane except providing the platform iirc.

Personally I don't want any future content with him, Vander and others if it's gonna be written like s2. They already ruined almost everything they could about him and I'd want to salvage the little bits that were untouched.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to see more Silco more than anything, he is my favorite character of all time after all, but I'm the kind of person that would rather don't get anything than get something mediocre/bad. If they want to include Silco in something it better be good, or I'll dismiss it and perceive it as a non-canon like I did with the entirety of s2.

and obviously you find yourself thinking oh i do wish i could get severed to do this one thing. would you actually maybe not. but you do wish you didn't have to undergo medical procedures you do wish you didn't have to do the things that give you anxiety you do wish you didn't have to do tedious tasks that barely even require you to be present for them. it's tempting. that's why the premise works. but the premise is also that somebody has to do it. somebody has to go to the dentist and somebody has to get on that plane and somebody has to write those thank you notes. just like somebody has to clean the house and somebody has to harvest the food you eat and somebody has to make the clothes you wear. you can't eliminate inconvenience you can only delegate it. you can't eliminate suffering you can only delegate it. and always the easiest way to live with this is to see that somebody as less than. less than you less than people. and if that somebody has to wear your body to do it well maybe it's not all that different. they're not a person. you are. it's capitalism all the way down baby

hey did you know??? that if you stop stretching and maintaining mobility in your body then it goes away?? things get tight and you can't move the way that you used to??? and when you decide to try getting a stretch routine going that the first week fucking sucks because you keep going 'damn i used to be able to do this no problem' and then you have to switch gears and be kind to yourself and just focus on getting better from here instead of berating yourself for dropping the good habits in the first place??? and your body never stops aging so you gotta keep taking care of it and sometimes you gotta take care of it extra in certain areas because of things that happened when you were younger and it's boring and sometimes hurts but it's so necessary???

i am yelling this at myself right now i am going through An Experience (trying to get into a routine of body maintenance again for my physical and mental health)
