Little vent post

I have been struggling.

I have so much to do for uni and am lagging behind. That stresses me and makes harder for me to catch up, making me more behind on things which in turn makes me more and more anxious. I've tried to contact my two closest friends but they are incredibly busy as well and I understand they dont have the time, energy or emotional capacity to come back to me or interact in a way I would need/that would help me. Meeting up is difficult too of course for aforementioned reasons. But I just feel very alone atm.

Then there is my extended family that me and my parents have essentially cut contact with for now. I am with them on this but that doesn't make it less tough. Also this time of year my greatgrandmother died a few years ago and I always get more sentimental and emotional at the end of November. I still miss her so much.

Then all kinds of bigger and smaller anxieties about the world and my life and I feel like I am close to reaching my breaking point soon.

I know I will make it through this. I have been through worse. But I am scared of going through it because I know how hard it is and still will be. I am scared because I have been through this and I know just how close I came to breaking and I really really don't want to land there again.

All in all, just having a hard time this evening.

If you read all this, I'm sending you a hug. It will get better. Even if it takes some time ♡
