Transform Your Bedroom: Fretwork Wardrobe Doors for Luxury London Homes
In the heart of London, where design meets sophistication, homeowners are constantly looking for ways to elevate their living spaces. One increasingly popular choice is the incorporation of fretwork wardrobe doors in luxury homes. These beautifully designed doors offer a unique blend of elegance, functionality, and bespoke craftsmanship that can transform any bedroom into a chic, organized retreat. Whether you live in a modern apartment or a traditional townhouse, fretwork wardrobe doors add a touch of timeless luxury to your space.
What Are Fretwork Wardrobe Doors?
Fretwork refers to an intricate, ornamental design that’s often carved out of wood, metal, or other materials. These patterns can range from geometric designs to delicate floral motifs, offering a versatile option for those who want a unique, personalized aesthetic. When applied to wardrobe doors, fretwork elevates an otherwise standard piece of furniture into a stunning focal point in the room.
Fretwork wardrobe doors aren't just about aesthetics, though. These doors can be designed with perforated patterns that allow for ventilation, which can be especially useful for wardrobes housing delicate clothing or linens. The combination of form and function makes fretwork an appealing choice for luxury homes, particularly in a design-conscious city like London.
The Appeal of Fretwork in Luxury London Homes
Luxury homes in London are known for their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Incorporating fretwork wardrobe doors into a bedroom design aligns with this ethos. Here’s why fretwork has become a top choice for London homeowners:
1. Unique Aesthetic Appeal: Fretwork doors are a statement piece. Whether the design is subtle or bold, the intricate detailing adds character and depth to your space. It reflects a refined sense of taste, offering something truly unique compared to standard flat-panel doors.
2. Customizable Design: A major benefit of fretwork wardrobe doors is the extensive level of customization they offer. Homeowners can choose from a wide range of patterns, materials, and finishes to complement their bedroom's style, from minimalist modern designs to ornate traditional patterns. This flexibility makes it easy to incorporate fretwork into any luxury interior design plan.
3. Enhanced Functionality: Fretwork wardrobe doors can be both beautiful and practical. With carefully designed patterns, they can help improve airflow within the wardrobe, preventing issues like moisture buildup, which is important for clothing preservation, especially for delicate fabrics.
4. Artistry and Superior Quality: High-end homes require exceptional materials and expert craftsmanship to meet the highest standards. Fretwork doors, often handmade, are a testament to skilled artisanship. The quality of the materials used—from rich woods to metal detailing—ensures that these doors are not only beautiful but also durable, lasting for years to come.
5. Adds Value to Your Home: Incorporating high-quality, bespoke features like fretwork wardrobe doors can significantly enhance the value of your property. In London’s competitive real estate market, where buyers are often looking for homes with unique design elements, these doors can set your home apart.
Pairing Fretwork Doors with Luxury Fitted Wardrobes
Luxury fitted wardrobes in London are another key feature of high-end homes. These wardrobes are custom-built to maximize storage space while maintaining a seamless, tailored look. Combining fretwork wardrobe doors creates a striking blend of elegance and practicality, turning your bedroom into a lavish sanctuary.
Custom-fitted wardrobes allow for a wide variety of interior configurations, such as shelves, drawers, hanging rails, and even built-in lighting. The addition of fretwork doors takes this storage solution to the next level by adding an extra layer of beauty to an already practical design. Imagine walking into your bedroom and being greeted by a wall of perfectly designed wardrobes, with intricate fretwork patterns catching the light—a true luxury experience.
Creating the Perfect Bedroom Atmosphere
A bedroom is more than just a place to sleep; it’s a sanctuary where you relax, recharge, and express your personal style. Fretwork wardrobe doors contribute to this by adding elegance and serenity to the room’s design. Paired with other luxury elements such as plush bedding, soft lighting, and sophisticated furniture, they can help you create a space that feels as luxurious as it looks.
For homeowners looking to blend the classic with the contemporary, fretwork doors offer the ideal solution. Their intricate designs can soften the look of more modern interiors, adding warmth and texture. Alternatively, they can enhance the richness of traditional décor, giving the bedroom a timeless appeal.
In London’s luxury real estate market, where style and functionality are paramount, fretwork wardrobe doors stand out as an exceptional design feature. They offer a perfect balance of beauty, practicality, and bespoke craftsmanship, making them the ideal choice for those looking to transform their bedroom into a luxurious retreat. By incorporating these stunning doors into your fitted wardrobes, you can elevate the overall aesthetic of your home while enjoying the benefits of enhanced storage solutions.
Whether you're redesigning your entire bedroom or looking for a way to add a touch of elegance to your existing space, fretwork wardrobe doors are a timeless investment in luxury living.

since edwin is very closed off, except for when he’s with his best friend, charles, costume designer kelli dunsmore reflected his buttoned-up mentality through his bespoke suit, complete with bowtie and collar. edwin’s outfit, along with charles’ period garb, were designed to help them stand out more in modern day port townsend. “i knew edwin would, because no one dresses like that now,” says dunsmore.
dunsmore wanted everything about charles to feel “a little bit cool and underground,” from his union jack and the who bull’s-eye patches to his checkerboard pins. his little cross earring and chain on the outside of his shirt are also meant to be homages to the ’80s.
in the show, crystal’s hero color is purple, which you’ll notice in her velvet coat and long silk letterman jacket, which dunsmore thought of as a psychic cloak with hand-embroidered patches, including the wilting rose of england.
her brown trench coat represents an explosion of everything going on in her mind. dunsmore decided the scribbled words and drawings are a result of crystal writing all over it to express her inner turmoil. there are even lyrics on there from the song she’s listening to on the tube when she meets the dead boys.
david’s connection with crystal seeps into her wardrobe, too. since david wears a flower shirt, dunsmore’s team hand-painted flowers onto crystal’s black boots. and niko is wearing a dark sweater with flowers on it when we first meet her, as an homage to crystal. the costume department also drew the same rune pattern the dead boys use to exorcise david in episode 1 onto crystal’s trench coat and on the tab of her wool bomber jacket. “so she’s always got some sort of protection,” says dunmore.
every color niko wears is inspired by what’s happening in that episode, from the green post-sprite exodus to blue when she’s feeling sad. niko only wears a white look, with nods to her japanese heritage, in the finale as a reset. the charms on her obi belt represent the colors she’s worn all season.
night nurse is someone who’s in control all the time and likes things to be in their proper place. dunsmore looked to vivienne westwood for inspiration, since everything in night nurse’s world is a bit exaggerated. (by the way, niko’s orange monochromatic look is a nod to her scenes with night nurse and night nurse’s red hair.)
since david is a demon, he finds a london boy that looks cool enough for crystal to find attractive. that meant dunsmore dressing him in a shearling jacket you’d find in “all the guy ritchie movies,” black pants and creeper shoes. the costumer’s mood board for “david the d” featured radiohead and amy winehouse and her husband blake, who often wore hats similar to the one you see david wearing in the show.
pay close attention to monty’s leather jacket and you just might spot an inlaid crow feather or two.
it’s not only esther who wears clothes with a gilt, old-gold color — cat king and night nurse also do as a nod to their villainy. (esther and cat king also have similar fur coats.) amidst her beauty, dunsmore wanted esther to be a little rough around the edges. she wears a cuff around her hand that’s adorned with a snake and a ring with teeth all around it to represent the teeth she’s collecting from all the little girls. her eye necklace is meant to be her witch pendant.
mischievous as ever, cat king has (cat) eyes everywhere and is aware of edwin’s affection for charles. so he wears charles’ socks the first time he meets edwin.

Are You Searching For Beautiful Bedrooms in London
Beautiful Bedrooms London transforming your bedroom storage is deciding what might suit your room, lifestyle, and budget. Find out about different fitted wardrobe options and styles below. Fitted wardrobes can be a great way to make the most of the space in your bedroom, particularly if it has awkward nooks and crannies, such as an attic room with sloping ceilings.
You’ll find you can maximize your storage in ways that suit the clothes you own. If you wear lots of suits, for example, you can opt for extra hanging space; if you have an enviable shoe collection you can build in shoe storage compartments.
Before you get started, think carefully about what will work for you so you don’t find yourself disappointed by niggles when the work is complete.
Already have a vision of what you want? Head straight to our advice on buying the best-fitted loft wardrobes. Or see the best-fitted bedroom furniture brands, according to customers.
Designs in Beautiful Bedrooms London
Fitted wardrobe doors Hinged doors will give your wardrobes a more traditional look while sliding doors can give a sleek finish and are a neat option if you have limited space.
You can ditch the doors completely with open-fronted wardrobes. These will put your items on display and create a more relaxed feel room. You’ll need to keep your clothes tidy though, to avoid your bedroom feeling cluttered.
Some options even use curtains in place of doors for a softer way to conceal your clothes.
Fitted sliding wardrobes As the name implies, these have sliding doors as opposed to hinged ones that open out.
There are lots of different options for sliding wardrobes, including the number and width of doors.
They come in a number of different styles and finishes, from mirrored glass to more traditional wood.
The benefit of sliding wardrobe doors is that the doors take up less space. Similarly, a good option is, to have a tight fit between wardrobes and beds.
Here more designs for you
Fitted mirrored wardrobes Both hinged and sliding wardrobes come with mirrored options. Doors can be totally or partially mirrored, and you can have all of the doors done in the same way, or just a few.
Full-length mirrors can be great for bringing light into the room, but bear in mind that they are tricky to keep clean — dust and fingerprints will show up more than on a normal door.
One option is to have mirrors incorporated inside your wardrobe doors. So they could be hung on the back of the doors, integrated as pull-out panels, or tucked at the back of a section. If you’ll be using them to check your outfit in the morning, make sure they’ve got plenty of light.
Corner fitted wardrobes and Bedrooms As with any other tricky space in a bedroom, a fitted bedrooms wardrobe can utilize a corner so that it isn’t wasted.
They tend to come with options such as curved rails, particularly long rails or pull-out rails to make the corner easier to reach. Our section below on storage ideas shows more of the choices available.
Walk-in wardrobes If you have the space, a walk-in wardrobe can make it easier to keep your bedroom tidy. In other words, to keep your bedroom clutter-free.
These can include the same storage solutions as any other fitted wardrobes and can have internal doors or open shelving.
A smaller-scale version can make a nice feature of a recess or nook.
Fitted bedroom wardrobes for small bedroom design and sloping ceilings If your bedroom is an awkward shape, Beautiful bedrooms in London can help get the best out of its dimensions.
If alcoves and crevices show up around sloping ceilings and curved walls it can be a really fancy Bespoke wardrobe.

My take/designs on the pevensies! (They’re definitely heavily inspired by their looks in the movies.)
Beginning of the lion, the witch and the wardrobe
End of golden age-ish
I’d call this a WIP but it’s not really, mostly once we get into designing clothes in fantasy settings I feel very out of my depth, but I wanna practice more. I’m the most happy with Lucy’s but that’s also cause I most heavily referenced with hers.
Im mostly still just figuring out the clothes design for when they’re in narnia. I want brighter/more jewel toned and warmth to contrast with the more muted London clothes. And for the clothing design I want embroidery, but other than that I have no idea how I would make the designs of the narnian style in this era cohesive.
I also have vague main colours for each of them, lucy green, secondary red, edmund blue secondary brown, Susan purple secondary blue, Peter red secondary purple, and all of them use gold as well.
#fairmerthefarmer art#clothes from earth are so much easier to research#Susan gives elf to me#so maybe looking to that for inspo?#idk whenever I do stuff like this I’m just frantically galavanting on Pinterest#it’s harder for me to visualize clothes#my costume design knowledge is furthest away from my main skill sets#pevensies#lucy pevensie#edmund pevensie#peter pevensie#Susan pevensie#narnia#chronicles of narnia#lww#character design#digital illustration#my art <3#artists on tumblr#CoN#golden age#illustrators on tumblr#character lineup#one day I’m gonna fucking learn more about clothing design for fantasy#instead of just taking it#digital art#c.s. lewis

Knitted Jacket
c.1630-1670
Italy
This waistcoat is a rare example of early 17th century informal dress, which never appears in visual images and with few references in inventories and accounts. References to these garments in wills and wardrobe accounts show that they were worn by both men and women. They seem to have been produced in workshops, knit in ensembles of shaped pieces for the fronts, backs and sleeves. One of the latest references to them appears in a London paper of 1712 reporting the theft of 'a green silk knit waistcoat with gold and silver flowers all over it, and about fourteen yards of gold and silver lace thick upon it.' Similar jackets have survived in many parts of Europe and it is assumed that they came from one centre of production - Italy seems most likely as silk yarns were most easily obtainable there. It is possible that the knitted pieces were stitched together by the purchaser.
The waistcoat is hand knit with coral pink silk and yellow silk wrapped with silver-gilt thread. It is constructed of five shaped panels, one for the back, one each for the two fronts and the sleeves. The seams are hand-sewn with silk thread and the whole garment is lined with blue linen. A series of regular holes along the front edges of the lining on each front edge suggest that it originally fastened with silk ribbons and metal points. It was once thought that these waistcoats were produced on the early versions of the knitting frame. However research has shown that the frame was not developed enough in the early 17th century to produce purl stitches or such a fine gauge. Each panel of knitting bears a pattern of stylised scrolling floral motifs worked in yellow silk on coral. These may have been inspired by the designs of woven silks. A very similar pattern can be seen on knitted waistcoats in the Royal Ontario Museum, the Cleveland Museum of Art and the Museum der Stadt in Ulm. The design is further delineated by the use of reverse stocking stitch against a ground of stocking stitch. A border of basket stitch (squares of purl and stocking stitch) edges the lower hem and wrists. The knitting is very fine, about 17 stitches per inch.

Winter back home
Simon Riley x Reader
He has a problem.
He’s had problems all his life. He’s got a lot of experience in dealing with problems, really. The ones that can be solved with bullets, anyway.
This is not that kind of problem. Well, maybe a bullet could take care of this. But he promised himself he would never take that path. So, he suffers.
His problem is the dichotomy. His problem is Ghost, months of suffocating under a stale mask, the orders, the blood, the uniform. His problem is Simon, weeks of nothing, the silence, the civilian comfort, being a person.
He’s gone. Somewhere between base and “home”- a cold, dark flat in the outskirts of London-, he lost his soul. Now he isn’t here nor there. None of his names fit him.
He is just a being, two legs on top of two feet that can’t stand the feeling of dry, clean socks inside of simple sneakers. A head, a neck, on top of a pair of shoulders too wide to fit the door of normalcy. A back too tight to bear the weight of actual life. Hands too strong to hold reality without breaking it, skin so rough it tears instead of caressing. A pair of eyes that do not know where to look if not for threats.
He's a storm waiting to happen. Too dark to be a person, too broken to be a man. Too heavy for a ghost.
The flat feels wrong. Especially the first few days. He has to open the windows to let the fresh air in- more like freezing air. It’s okay, he’s used to dealing with the cold. It’s actually being comfortable what makes him uneasy. The fact that he has so much space for himself. He doesn’t have things. He doesn’t own more than a couple changes of clothes. His sofa looks new, even though he bought it years ago. His bed is soft, his bedside table is empty. He owns a table, two chairs and headphones. One bottle of water. Four glasses, a cheap six-piece cutlery set. Some plates he bought on sale. One rug he doesn’t step on. A broom. Shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste are in the bag he brings from base. Even his bike just takes up half his designated parking space.
Other than that, he has nothing.
The other thing that bothers him is the silence. He should be able to sleep in the quiet- he’s fallen asleep in active bombing zones, for God’s sake. But the white noise of the cars, the soft humming of the refrigerator- all they do is keep him awake. It’s always too quiet, too… Too safe. He knows it’s a trap. It always is.
That’s why he checks the windows.
Like now, when he enters the apartment in silence. The lights stay off until he’s cleared every room. Then he turns them all on. His duffel bag goes into the wardrobe, still closed. The boots under the bed. He changes into civilian clothes, checks the pantry- empty, always empty- and starts his rounds.
He checks the three windows: the small one in the bathroom, the one in the bedroom that looks over the neighbor’s rooftop, and the one in the living room. Usually, the last one is his favorite. The view lets him keep an eye on the street, alert in case there’s something suspicious lurking down there.
This time, though, he can’t look down.
He’s stuck in the window in front of his. The apartment building across the street is nicer than the one he’s standing in. By his standards, anyway. That means it looks warm and worn down. Brick walls instead of grey cement, wood stairs instead of metal. It has pots with flowers and an old mirror in the entrance.
There’s only one apartment with the lights still on. It’s late, he reminds himself, for normal people. Most of them are asleep at two in the morning.
You’re not. Through your open curtains, he can see your tired face. You’re curled up on a desk chair, with messy hair and reading glasses on. Your pajama is cute, it looks soft and a little too big. It fits you perfectly. You’re holding a steaming cup and frowning at the pile of papers on top of your desk.
When you fix the -presumably hand-knitted- blanket on top of your shoulders, he frowns. Aren’t you cold? You should close the window.
And go to bed, while you’re at it. What are you doing up this late, anyway? Working? He hopes not. A cute little thing like you should have a quiet job, with stable working hours and low stress. But you look very stressed. Maybe you’re studying. That’s it, probably. You don’t look his age, but he’d bet you’re in your late twenties, maybe thirties.
He pictures you getting a degree. It’s easy, you look smart. Oh, you must have a degree already. Surely, he decides, you must have one. You’re getting a doctorate now, aren’t you?
It’s a silly question, of course. He knows nothing about you, except that you should be sleeping instead of munching at a cookie. But it’s a relief to pretend he does. To believe he can see life through your window. If he had to guess, that’s what living looks like: a woman in the room, plans for the future, eating homemade treats and knowing you’ll survive the upcoming test, even if you don’t pass.
For the first time since he bought this place, he’s actually there. As if taking a deep breath, Simon is suddenly aware of his body. The t-shirt he’s wearing is soft, a little too thin for the weather. The place smells like leather- must be the sofa. Was the ceiling always this high? Simon makes a mental note to buy air freshener and a blanket.
It takes him a couple of days of staring out the window to realize what happened.
It’s Friday, and he’s checked your closed blinds for the third time this afternoon. Simon hasn’t seen you today. He sighs and turns around. He goes to open one of the kitchen drawers when it hits him.
There are cookies in there. Two different kinds. And he’s wearing slippers- they were on sale at the supermarket, and he didn’t even think about it. But he’s thinking about it now. Simon looks around. One of his jackets is hanging by the door. There’s lint on the rug. The cushions on the sofa are out of their place. He left a mug on the counter.
He's living again.
It a crushing discovery. Once he saw it, it’s impossible to miss. He made plans. He has tickets to watch a movie next Tuesday. When was the last time he planned something other than a mission? And cookies? Simon hasn’t eaten cookies since he enlisted. Maybe longer. His clothes are comfortable. Actually comfortable, he doesn’t need to ignore the fabric irritating his skin. The windows are closed: he’s not cold. It’s quite nice, honestly. And the place smells like someone lives here. A mix of cologne, tea and leftovers from lunch.
The flat doesn’t feel empty. Simon doesn’t feel empty.
His muscles give out. It’s not a dramatic fall, more like an extreme relaxation. It hurts a little; like clenching your fist for hours and then letting your hand open. The blood starts flowing back with a tingle. The oxygen gets where it is supposed to go. There is a strange open space in the palm of your hand.
The relieved smile is a side effect.
He still wears it when he settles back down on the couch. Someone is playing music outside, and the plants on your building’s hall are blooming. What a weird time to bloom, in the middle of the cold.
Simon understands, though, when he sees you finally open your blinds.
Yes, he gets the desire to be alive now.
A/n: I sat down to write and four hours later I'm posting this. It is not proofread and I'm a little too tired to care. Maybe I'll fix it later. Also, my anxiety has been a bitch lately (that means I freeze instead of being able to reply to messages and asks- my poor friends have the patience of a thousand saints stacked on top of each other), so I won't reply to the asks today. Maybe tomorrow, we'll see. In any case, I hope you're all having a great weekend, full of flowers and treats <3

okay so i've been working on some hadestown designs on and off for MONTHS and i wasnt planning on posting them until they were all done but i decided to post what i have done to maybe motivate me to finish the rest. so heres the two main couples!! every time i listen to hadestown a little fake production plays in my head so i wanted to get it out into the world. notes under the cut i have a lot to say <3
my orpheus is a butch lesbian idc you cant take this away from me
i'm bringing back the jean jacket from the london production because i love it so much but ALSO because its always bothered me that orpheus is the only human character that doesnt get a jacket for the winter?? it's worn for some scenes in act 1 including wait for me but is gone in act 2. i imagine she lost it at some point during the journey to the underworld, especially because its so hot down there
the idea was that orpheus' clothes are pretty nice (nice slacks, nice shoes) but theyre all worn out. scuffed shoes, baggy knees, holes in the shirt etc etc
patch on the knee matches eurydice's dress <3
i like the idea of eurydice having a bright dress under her huge dark coat. during summer she is happy and opening up to orpheus so her wardrobe changes to reflect that. but on the flip side during winter when her coat is stolen she is forced to bare her raw self to hades
she keeps her headband even in her hades uniform to show shes still holding onto her fading memories and individuality
okay so while i was working on this i came to the realization that i dont really like persephone's dress that much. and then i realized i can do whatever i want.
i referenced a lot of 30's evening gowns. i wanted something poofy and with a lot of movement. not super happy with how i drew the sleeves but its hardddd
theres this one persephone wig that has gray streaks in her hair i loveeee
both dresses of hers would be very shimmery and sparkly. im imagining a lot of subtle texture thats just hard to capture with digital art
i still HATE drawing suits
not a lot to say about hades i didnt stray too far from his established look because its so perfect
OH i added a red pocket square to both match the red back of his vest but also to be evocative of his heart! like under all the layers and walls he still has some feelings lol
#my art#fanart#hadestown#orpheus#orpheus hadestown#eurydice#eurydice hadestown#persephone hadestown#persephone#hades#hades hadestown#realizing i wrote way more abt orpheus than the others#not my fault shes my fav and i have a lot of thoughts about her. for normal reasons.#anyways i NEED yall to hold me accountable for finishing the rest of these designs#because i do really want to

Elegant Fitted Wardrobes in London: Sliding Door Options for Modern Living
In the bustling city of London, where space is often at a premium, the need for efficient and stylish storage solutions is paramount. Step into the realm of fitted wardrobes, where elegance meets functionality, crafted to optimize space while bringing a refined touch to any room. Among the various styles available, sliding door options have become increasingly popular for modern living, offering a sleek and contemporary look that complements any decor.
Why Choose Fitted Wardrobes?
Fitted wardrobes in London offer a tailored solution to the unique challenges of urban living. Unlike freestanding wardrobes, fitted wardrobes are designed and constructed to perfectly match the precise measurements of your room, making sure that every inch of space is utilized efficiently. This bespoke approach allows for a seamless integration into your room, enhancing the overall aesthetic while providing ample storage.
The Appeal of Sliding Doors
Sliding doors are a standout feature in modern fitted wardrobes, offering several advantages over traditional hinged doors. Firstly, they save space. In a city where every square foot counts, sliding doors eliminate the need for additional clearance, allowing you to make the most of your room layout. This is especially advantageous in smaller bedrooms or apartments where space is at a premium.
Secondly, sliding doors provide a sleek, minimalist look that is perfect for contemporary interiors. They can be customized with various finishes, from mirrored surfaces that create the illusion of more space to wood or lacquered panels that add warmth and texture. This versatility allows homeowners to match their wardrobes with existing decor, creating a cohesive and stylish environment.
Customization Options
One of the greatest advantages of fitted wardrobes with sliding doors is the ability to customize every aspect of the design. In London, where architectural styles vary widely, this flexibility is invaluable. Homeowners can choose from a range of materials, colors, and finishes to create a wardrobe that reflects their personal style and complements their home's architecture.
Internally, the customization continues with options for shelving, drawers, and hanging spaces tailored to your specific needs. Whether you require extra shoe storage, a dedicated space for suits, or adjustable shelves for seasonal clothing, fitted wardrobes can be designed to accommodate your lifestyle.
Enhancing Your Home's Value
Investing in fitted sliding wardrobes in London is not only about improving your living space; it can also enhance the value of your home. In a competitive real estate market like London's, potential buyers are often drawn to properties that offer smart storage solutions. A well-designed fitted wardrobe with sliding doors can be a selling point, showcasing the home's functionality and style.
Sustainable Choices
As sustainability becomes an increasingly important consideration for homeowners, many companies in London offer eco-friendly options for fitted wardrobes. From using sustainably sourced materials to incorporating energy-efficient lighting, there are numerous ways to ensure your wardrobe is as environmentally friendly as it is elegant.
Conclusion
Elegant fitted wardrobes with sliding doors are an ideal solution for modern living in London. They offer a perfect combination of style, functionality, and customization, making them a worthwhile investment for any homeowner. Whether you're looking to maximize space in a small apartment or add a touch of luxury to a larger home, sliding door wardrobes provide a versatile and attractive option.
Incorporating these wardrobes into your home not only enhances your living space but also adds value and appeal to your property. With endless design possibilities and a focus on sustainability, fitted wardrobes are a smart choice for those looking to embrace modern living in one of the world's most dynamic cities.

Who loves Disney? Well, if you do, the real estate agent says, "We’ve just waved our magic wand and *Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo* we’ve found your happily ever after!" For this semi-detached, 3bd, 1ba home in Rhyl, LL18 UK, I will be quoting the descriptions from the agent. A bargain at £179,950 / $236,203.
"Step into the spacious living/dining/kitchen area where the magic begins. With plenty of natural light and an open plan design, you’ll feel like you're in the happiest place on Earth with ample room for all the family."
"Can easily accommodate a large dining table and chairs, with double doors opening onto the newly laid Indian sandstone patio." But, currently, it houses the owners' collection.
"With plenty of cupboards and work surfaces, the kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure and will make every meal feel like hakuna matata - no worries, just good times!"
Not sure what this room is. It looks like a den, with an evil queen theme. Love the matching fireplace.
Up the stairs, we've got the London Bridge and Big Ben.
"The master bedroom is perfect for any sleeping beauty and is fitted with wardrobes which have plenty of hanging space for those princess gowns." Is that Strawberry Shortcake on the wall?
" A further double bedroom and single room which is perfect as a nursery or home office giving you a whole new world of possibilities." See what they did here? "A whole new world?"
"Into the bathroom, your very own splash mountain retreat - unwind with a bubble bath or shower, this larger than average bathroom is designed to help you just keep swimming with ease through your daily routine." Splash Mountain retreat? That's a stretch.
"Outside the low maintenance rear garden is a wonderland offering space to relax and play, offering a private and sunny aspect perfect for those bear necessities of life like a weekend BBQ or morning coffee!"
Well, I don't see a garden, and the theme has switched to a variety of other characters.
"With the added benefit of an extended garage with power and lights, a large summer house and further storage shed. Parking for your Lightning McQueen is available to the front of the property and on the single drive in front of the garage."
"Dont miss out on this practically perfect in every way property and contact us today and make this home part of your world."

Lewis Hamilton: I've Struggled With Depression From A Very Early Age
From Formula One glory to making a film with Brad Pitt, at 39, the sports star is more successful than ever. It's been tough, but he wouldn't have it any other way.
Sir Lewis Hamilton is the most successful Formula 1 driver in history, with 105 (at the time of writing) grand prix victories to his name, as well as seven championships and a knighthood in 2021. What makes this achievement even more extraordinary is Hamilton's background. He is the first and only black man to race in F1, a sport dominated by the gilded progeny of wealthy white families. A child of mixed heritage-his father, Anthony, is of Grenadian descent; his mother, Carmen, is a white woman from Birmingham-Hamilton was partly raised on a council estate in Stevenage, his family sacrificing so much to get him to the track. "I am grateful I had that experience. I remember not having any money. I remember the struggle of my parents. I feel that's an advantage," he says. "Did you fight harder on the track because it was so tough for you to get there," I ask. "One thousand per cent," he replies. We are meeting at the Kensington Roof Gardens (Hamilton has a home in London, as well as Monaco, Geneva, Colorado and New York). He is a vision in expensive beige: Maison Margiela slacks, chunky Bottega Veneta boots, a Dries Van Noten cardigan, Dior bracelets, Cartier rings, a pearl necklace he bought online, twinkly little studs, one for each side of his nose, his hands a collage of geometric tattoos. But his love of fashion goes beyond amassing a "dream" wardrobe. He has collaborated with Tommy Hilfiger on several collections and has just been made guest designer at Dior, for whom he has a debut collection coming this autumn, the palette for which was inspired by his travels in Africa, particularly Nigeria. Hamilton agrees it's a busy time for him. At the end of this season he will be moving to Ferrari, after twelve years with Mercedes. "It's been a rollercoaster of emotions from the moment I signed the contract. Telling my boss, that was terrifying. But it's so exciting because I remember as a kid watching Michael. Every driver watches that car and you're like, 'What would it be like to sit in the red cockpit?'" He is a quiet presence, boyish almost, despite his 39 years. He uses euphemisms for swearwords such as "frick" and "shoot." He doesn't drink, is "plant-based," and loves hanging out with his nieces and nephew, playing Uno and Fortnite, chucking them about in the pool on holiday. "I'm really good with the kids," he says, setting aside his oat latte. "With them I feel like I'm able to be the kid that I am."
Hamilton's own childhood was not so carefree. His parents separated when he was two, his father meeting his new wife, Linda, at British Rail, where they both worked. Sundays with his dad were spent watching Formula 1. This was the era of the talismanic Brazilian driver Ayrton Senna, Hamilton's hero. It was during a holiday in Ibiza that he first got in a go-kart. "I was hooked," he says. "The adrenaline, the chaos, trying to control it. You feel it in your chest, your emotions, through your fingers, everything." Hamilton's dad bought him a kart for Christmas when he was eight. "I think he just wanted something to do with me, this kid that had all this energy, that had no fear." He describes himself, back then, as a "Tasmanian devil," a child who didn't enjoy school, who had undiagnosed dyslexia, who was shy - but behind the wheel "something flowed through me. It was the only thing I was confident in." The family began to orientate their existence around Hamilton's racing, his father taking extra jobs, while his stepmum spent all her savings on his new passion. Hamilton won his first race when he was ten. "That was really empowering for me," he says, 'Because I was competing against a lot of wealthier families."
It was also around this time that Senna died, his car crashing into a concrete barrier during the San Marino Grand Prix. "I was with my dad; we were working on the go-kart. I remember going to the front and crying, bawling my eyes out. I couldn't cry in front of my dad. He was not that kind of guy." Hamilton suppressed his grief, in the same way that he suppressed his emotions about the bullying and racism he endured. "There was no escaping it. You experience it at school, in the parks, walking through town. I didn't understand it and my parents never spoke to me about it. They never explained what was going on. My dad was just, 'Keep your head down, hold it in, don't say anything, just beat them on the track, that's all you can do.'" So that was what he did. When Hamilton was thirteen he was offered a place on the McLaren driver development team. His father became his manager, looking after all elements of his career, including finance. "Even when I got to Formula 1, at 22, I had no comprehension of money," he says. Hamilton's first F1 season was in 2007, his first championship win in 2008. But despite all that it gave him, despite his deep love of the sport, of competing, Hamilton found the world of F1 corporate and stifling. There was a requirement to conform, a residual feeling that just one misstep and the opportunities he had been given would be taken away. "It wasn't until I'd had some wins that I started to put my toe out of the box. Each time it was, like, you make one step and that rock's safe, but that next one was wobbly or would fall away. You'd get criticism about how you were presenting yourself. But I kept punching and kept fighting." Racing, like so much competitive sport, can be a lonely business. "You're nice and friendly outside the car," Hamilton says, "but in the car my dad would say you have to be ruthless, aggressive, sharp. In the car there are no friends." He found greater freedom, a sense of belonging and camaraderie, in the fashion world, attending his first show in 2007. "Everyone was wearing what they wanted. You didn't feel like you were being judged because everyone's on their own vibe. It was the first time I got into an environment where everyone was expressing themselves and I loved it."
Hamilton tried to bring some of that creative freedom to his professional life. In 2010 he sacked his father as manager. "Obviously parents try to protect their kids, forever I guess, and some don't want to let go. My dad struggled with that. There was a point when I was like, 'Look, I've done everything you've asked me to do, now let me live my life. I am going to have to make my own mistakes.' That was a really tough process." At the end of the 2012 season he left McLaren for Mercedes. "They gave me a lot more freedom," he says. He became involved in the look of the team, bringing in Hilfiger to help redesign the clothing. "But still if I felt there were wrongdoings, I didn't feel I could speak out." That all changed in 2020, when Hamilton watched a video of the murder of George Floyd by the policeman Derek Chauvin. "The cork popped. It had me on my knees in tears. All this emotion came out. It was such a strange experience because I don't remember crying since I was really young. I knew that I'd had enough, I really needed to speak out. There are people that are staying silent, people that feel voiceless, and I have this platform. Winning championships is an amazing thing, but what are you doing with it? What are you doing with your time on this planet?" These were the questions that Hamilton began asking himself during that pandemic year, which was also when he started meditating. "I would struggle initially to calm my mind, but it's a really great way of getting in touch with myself, my inner feelings, understanding what I want to do." These days he meditates every morning, waking at five, following this with a ten km run, which he sees as an extension of his meditation, a time to have ideas, to clear his mind.
"When I was in my twenties I had some really difficult phases. I mean, I’ve struggled with mental health through my life." What are we talking, I ask. Anxiety, depression? "Depression. From a very early age, when I was, like, thirteen . I think it was the pressure of the racing and struggling at school, the bullying. I had no one to talk to." I ask if he has ever seen a therapist. "I spoke to one woman, years ago, but that wasn't really helpful. I would like to find someone today." He has gone on silent retreats and reads books about mental health, including The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman. "You're learning about things that have been passed down to you from your parents, noticing those patterns, how you react to things, how you can change those. So what might have angered me in the past doesn't anger me today. I am so much more refined." The year 2020 was a time of profound personal change. Hamilton took the knee before every race he entered that year. He advocated for change within his industry, initiating the Hamilton Commission to research the underrepresentation of black people in UK motorsport and the STEM sector. Using this information, he launched Mission 44, a charity to help young people around the world overcome social injustice, investing £20 million (he is worth an estimated £350 million) into the project.
He also started moving into other spheres with greater purpose, including fashion and music. He developed a non-alcoholic drink, Almave, and set up a film production company. "I want to be able to tell diverse stories. Film has changed my life. There is so much inspiration I have received," he says. One of his first co-productions is F1, the upcoming movie with Brad Pitt and a more diverse vision of the circuit, including a female technical director. "That was important to me. I lived with my dad, but I was really raised by my two mums and my two sisters. I grew up around a lot of female energy, powerful women. Most of the people on my team are women. The women hold it down." And, of course, there is Pitt playing a driver in his fifties. "That was a tricky part for me," Hamilton says, "because, shoot, of course we want Brad. But I was like, there is no way a 58 year old can compete with a twenty year old. These guys have got nothing going on but to race. And they're fit. So we had to work around this narrative, telling him how much harder he would have to train to get in shape." Hamilton himself is old for an F1 driver, most of whom retire in their thirties. His replacement at Mercedes, the Italian Kimi Antonelli, has only just turned eighteen. You could be his dad, I say, and Hamilton laughs like this hadn't actually occurred to him. "Honestly, right now I feel I'm healthier than I've ever been," he says. "I'm in such a good place, physically and mentally. My reaction times are still quicker than the young guys. I think I'm a better driver than I was at 22. I was just young, energetic and ruthless, but no finesse, no balance. I didn't know how to be a team player, how to be a leader. Being a good racing driver, it's not just about being fast. It's about being the most rounded. When I study the legends, they're spread between small percentages, so it's the whole package. What do they speak for, stand for? That's what I look at. I look to Ayrton Senna and Nelson Mandela, and those are the two people gelled together that I want to be."
Senna used to cross himself before every race. Like him, Hamilton was raised a Catholic. "I pray every time before I race," he says. "I pray that everyone is safe." Motor racing is far less dangerous than it used to be, but people still die. I ask Hamilton if he fears death when he drives. "I don't, no," he says. "But still, we're traveling at crazy speeds. You have to respect it. So that's why I'm conscious of the time I spend with my family, with my mum. Is this the last time I get to hug her? Because you just don't know. Nothing is guaranteed." Hamilton is single, but he would like to have a family. "One day. I wouldn't be able to do what I do to the level that I do it today with that. One of my best friends has just had a kid and I'm seeing how manic it is. And my nieces and nephew are a handful. There will be a time and a place for it, and I can't wait for that part. But right now I have some work to do."

Im not finished with Carlos fully but he looks good enough for right now ( he’s 22 in this picture here)
I changed Carlos and Evie up, so now Evie is a vain witch like her mother who is fashionable but she doesn’t sew her own stuff. ( which is for the better cse wtf was that ugly ass dress she made for Mal in D2???)
Carlos considers himself to be a very expensive person and can be pretty big germaphobe. He hates getting anything on his clothes and he refuses to wear the school uniforms at Auradon Uni because they’re ugly. He wears lots of black white grey and red, with gold accents usually. He does theme around dog associated items like gold bone cutlets, paw print lapel chains, and a tennis ball brooch. He often wears red gloves and his favorite shoes are his collection of red bottom dress shoes. He likes hiding red on the interlining of his clothes too, such as his jackets and hats and vests.
A lot of his own person style is derived from 1990s London fashion ( as the artist that means I get my references from the 1996 101 Dalmatians live action movie, the styling of Cruela in that movie is ICONIC AND IMACULATE, and I MUST reference her for Carlos.
PURRRR
Of course he wears REAL animal print. And he’s not a weak touch me not prick like some think. He’s still tech savvy and does Anyalitics and specs for the core four. He also loves GUNS 😄. Think of him like a sharp shooter who stays in the back of turf wars and snipes people. The isle doesn’t have many marks men ( they all really like swords for some reason) so he’s pretty dangerous. He builds his own weapons too.
His passion started out as a way for him to collect his own furs but Harry gets him most of what he needs plus he always needs Carlos to redo his wardrobe ( he gets… messy… after a couple days work) Carlos hates that Harry ruins his creations so fast but he pays him well and gifts him rare fabrics and samples from Auradon.
Because Carlos has no magic Mal always underestimates him. She sees him as only a stylist and ranged weapon specialist. Even tho she acknowledges him for his wit and tech skills she still doesn’t listen to him. Sometimes he wishes he could stay with Harry but then he’d have to do more work up front. Harry understood what Carlos was capable of and respected him a lot. What Harry doesn’t understand is that not everybody likes to be covered head to toe in hot sticky blood 24/7. Harry had also promised him a suite on his boat that nobody else was allowed to occupy, but even if Harry’s crew feared HARRY they wouldn’t mind having an attitude with CARLOS for preferential treatment, even if it is what he deserves 🙄
Harry and Carlos’s relationship is the definition of there are two wolves inside you. Carlos smokes and drinks but he’s more of a Marlboro and Merlot type of guy and Harry’s a Rum and Cigar kinda lad. ( I’m using cartoon logic and say that those habits are purely aesthetic based of iconography from the original Disney moves, Cruella smokes and Capt. Hook smokes two cigars at once)
Carols isn’t really scared of dogs anymore but when he arrives at Auradon he “befriends” his roommate Chad ( now an animal lover like his mother) who has pet rats and a entourage of wild animals constantly in their dorm, and threatens to shoot and skin them all every single day to make a new line of coats ( when Chad rebuttals that his rats are too small to make coats, Carlos says they’d make the perfect fuzzy gloves 💀) He also uses Chad as a living mannequin for his designs. They have a goofy relationship with each other, Carlos does make Chad do all the dirty work of skinning and draining the animals he hunts but despite how traumatic that is Carlos is a fun sweet guy so it’s okay 💀💀💀.
Jay is jelly of Carlos due to his closeness with Harry. ( I guess the way to Jays heart and respect is by holding him at sword point and threatening to gut him and hang him by those very guts over shark infested waters and watch them nibble away at him 💀)
Next I’ll find up Carlos and do some fit designs then I’ll redesign Jay and tell that gutting story 😛
