dzień 1

dzień pierwszy za mną. wjechała dzisiaj tylko woda, nie zjadłem dzisiaj nic. zamówiona została natomiast waga, tak aby mieć wszystko pod kontrolą. bo waga nigdy nie kłamie, pamiętajcie o tym. jutro powinno być łatwiej, w pracy nie myślę o jedzeniu. przez jedzenie jesteśmy wszyscy okropni. chudość jest cudowna.

First post, welcome.

The first thing I imagine when I think to myself “how could I bet better... perfect..?” Is my weight. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a very young child. I was starved before going into foster care so I gained loads fast and didn’t quiet care or at least understand until the start of middleschool, when the teasing began.

Now over the years I have worked hard, I have also had many slip ups. Losing and gaining over and over.

I may be over weight but I do have an anorexic disorder along with a binge eating disorder. If you are unsure what this means I basically have a vicious cycle of periods where I can’t eat, it makes me sick and makes me feel worthless. I go weeks feeling this way, but once I give in to food I can’t stop. I’m always hungry and just can’t seem to get enough. And so on and on. My body has entered a starvation mode so anything I eat and drink my body stores fast. Puts a whole meaning to the saying “just by looking at that I gained 5 pounds” because unfortunately it is the harsh reality for not just me, but many others.

I do and plan to work my a$$ off, I have a goal I want to reach and I will get there. I’m done making excuse after excuse and I’m hoping some of you will want to join me in this.

Unfortunately there is only so much I can do, I am 6 months pregnant and I will not do anything that may harm my child. I’m trying to eat better but it gets hard at times I admit, I’m hoping that making this blog may help me want to keep a routine in place.

*the picture posted is the ideal body I can see myself realistically achieving. I have a larger frame, but good curves. Remember that each body is different and though I wish I could be smaller I also have to realistic to what my body can physically handle*

Unraveling

I can feel myself unraveling. I have been good for so long.There's a deep desire to fill my mind with all the things I wish I could be no matter what the cost. I can feel myself searching for the torment of my disorders. All my hard work comes to an end.
