I think the reason I love 4halo so much as an aro spec person is because forever was looking for love so hard that he latched onto the first person who was kind to him: Philza. But he didn’t find love there, he found it over time in a place he didn’t expect, in the friend that has been there for him since the beginning, even if he didn’t know/thought bbh creepy/scary.

Their love (platonic or romantic) was born from mutual respect and compassion and those are my favorite types of fictional relationships.
