Happy Final Bad Batch Eve. I’m totally not crying.

All day I’ve seen final goodbyes and sad edits. And so to help ease the nerves and anxiety, I come here with some hopefully funny shenanigans. Featuring my beloved Mami again.

My mother has very little knowledge on Star Wars (which relatable, im still learning). And so I’ve asked for her to give me her thoughts on The Bad Batch characters!! I call this ✨ pre-game comfort ✨. Writing this two hours before midnight (it’s 10pm where I live).

“In my mind, Tech is not dead, he’s happily married to Phee.”

honestly i love dee bradley baker and michelle ang with all my heart, but i need more bad batch interviews that aren't just them. give me noshir dalal talking about his character and showing how he voiced those glorious screams in this week's episode. give me keisha castle-hughes talking more about emerie in a video interview rather than just an article one and what she thinks of emerie in season 3. give me jimmi simpson and how he nails hemlock's voice while not sounding like him at all in real life (at least to me based on whatever i've seen him in, I can't hear it). give me wanda sykes and how much she puts her own personality into phee.

The Stand Up Comedy nominees

Lehigh University students and others waiting hours to vote Tuesday were surprised by visits from actor Jonathan Groff and comedian Wanda Sykes.

The pair were among celebrities sent by the Harris-Walz campaign to meet with voters across the country. Actor Paul Rudd was at Temple University, according to reports.

Groff, an actor and singer most known for his roles in “Frozen” and “Hamilton,” and Sykes, an Emmy-Award winning comedian and actress, were canvassing with the Harris/Walz campaign throughout the day. They posed for photos and chatted about the long lines.

“It’s so inspiring and incredible, students are waiting up to six hours to vote,” Groff told The Morning Call. “I mean it’s so energizing and inspiring to be around.”

“I’m from Pennsylvania, it’s such an important state,” he continued. “It was important for me to vote this morning, but also spend the last couple of days knocking on doors and asking people to remember to vote. And now I’m here just to keep people inspired.”

“I’m so dang proud of all these young people out here,” Sykes said.
