Canon or not, echoes of wisdom will be the third playable Zelda adventure game. Wand of Gamelon Zelda will always be my fav.

They actually did it. Nintendo made a Legend of Zelda video game.

I love how the main gimmick for Echoes of Wisdom, in addition to playing as Zelda saving Link from Ganon, is the fact that she wields a magic wand. It’s like Nintendo took all the jokes about Wand of Gamelon being the first playable Zelda game personally, and opted to make their own better version so people would finally shut up about it. Can’t wait to see a game with fully animated 2D cutscenes…

Wait that’s the Link’s Awakening remake, it even introduced the game engine and art style that EoW uses! If that’s Faces of Evil… Then all we need now is Nintendo’s answer to the third CDI game that nobody talks about (due to not being as memeable), Zelda’s Adventure!

Long before Echoes of Wisdom, there was the CD-i. Wand of Gamelon versus Zelda's Adventure. Playable Zelda only it's SUPER cursed. May I suggest not including 'I haven't played either' or 'I've only played one' here because basically no one HAS played either, and go solely based on Vibes(tm)?
