personally, I like interpretations where Crowfeather is the overdramatic one. Nightcloud/Leafpool, in my opinion, would be a fun au if Crowfeather is shown to be the irrational one- it goes in character with TNP. Leafpool maybe running away with Crowfeather, and trying to picture his eyes as Dawn pink instead of cold blue, and trying to make herself like him instead of the drop-dead gorgeous molly that she saw at the gathering. In this essay I will-

i think Crow serves his purpose well enough in TNP however i do like the idea of him getting Leafpool so wrapped up in his theatrics that she agrees to go with him. now her imagining Nightcloud....keep talking
