jjk men + where they keep a picture of you.
gojo, geto, nanami, megumi, yuuji.
cw: this is based off this trend! fully sfw. just wholesome talk about these guys looking at pictures of you everyday to lighten their day up <3 (or to mess with you, in gojo’s case)
⊹˚₊⭒ GOJO has recently picked up the habit of taking the absolutely most ridiculous pictures of you ever since Yuuji and the rest of the kids gifted him a Polaroid camera for his birthday. He even started to gather them up in a photo album he proudly shows to anyone who visits your home, and this alone would be just lovely, if it wasn’t for the fact that you’re fully asleep, or unshowered, or in the middle of sneezing, or eating—in all of them! He claims his favorite is one he took while you were actively arguing about him not taking out the trash the night before, so he decided that it was a great idea to capture the Polaroid with his phone and put it as your contact photo and the wallpaper to his laptop.
⊹˚₊⭒ GETO owns a big house and is the proud father of two precious twin girls, so the walls of his living room and a few tables are filled with picture frames of Nanako and Mimiko growing up and of course—of you, too. He loves the sense of familiarity and warmth it brings to his house, turning it into a home and making him feel whole. Geto also loves keeping pictures on his nightstand, sometimes he even go as far as to writing sweet notes in the back of them, declaring his love for you or how proud he is of the girls.
⊹˚₊⭒ NANAMI is a classic man, so of course he keeps a picture of you in his—very expensive, very posh—wallet. He really isn’t much a tech-like guy, as he prefers simple things and wishes to have a simple life, so he’s not one to be on his phone constantly. He doesn’t even use mobile payment regularly, instead prefers taking his multiple cards out of his wallet every time he’s purchasing something—hence why he put a little picture of you in there to be looking at him all the time. He also made sure to put one of both of you over his desk at work.
⊹˚₊⭒ MEGUMI’s favorite hobby is actually taking pretty pictures of you (unlike Gojo)—so you’re clearly the wallpaper on his phone. He has a whole folder dedicated to you, with your name and a little ‘<3’ next to it, and it’s flooded with images of you blowing him a kiss, eating and laughing on your weekly date nights, sparring with Yuuji and shopping with Nobara, and so much more. He’s the type to take out his phone any chance he gets to photograph anything you’re doing at anytime.
⊹˚₊⭒ YUUJI has a locket necklace with a picture of you and Todou in it… but it wasn’t really his choice to begin with. It was actually a Christmas gift from Todou himself, and Yuuji was really close to throw it away when his besto friendo opened it and showed him the smiley picture of you in the right side of the necklace. He grew very accustomed to it since that, but Choso’s been bothering him to get a new one where he appears ever since.

Pantone’s Color of the Year for 2024 'Peach Fuzz'
The gentle, pinkish-orange hue was chosen to reflect a collective desire for respite
A soft, pinkish-orange hue called “Peach Fuzz” is Pantone’s pick for the 2024 color of the year, the company announced last week.
Officially called “Pantone 13-1023 Peach Fuzz,” the color is “velvety,” “gentle” and “subtly sensual,” according to the design and color authority.
Pantone is best known for its color-matching system, created in the 1960s, that numbers and organizes hues with a distinct chip format. The company also runs the Pantone Color Institute, which selects the color of the year and conducts color trend forecasting research.
This year’s choice “echoes our innate yearning for closeness and connection,” says Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, in a statement.
“We chose a color radiant with warmth and modern elegance,” she adds. “A shade that resonates with compassion, offers a tactile embrace and effortlessly bridges the youthful with the timeless.”
Peach Fuzz is Pantone’s 25th color of the year. The annual announcements began in 1999 to “engage the design community and color enthusiasts around the world in a conversation around color,” per a statement from Laurie Pressman, the Pantone Color Institute’s vice president.
Every year, a team of color experts examines movies, art, fashion, design, travel destinations, technologies and more to figure out which colors are influencing the world in the current moment. They also use forecasting tools, color psychology research and other sources to predict upcoming trends. From all that research, they narrow down the options to just one color that they feel sets the tone for the year ahead.
Peach Fuzz is less bold than last year’s choice, a bright, pink-red shade called “Viva Magenta.” But the world felt different in 2023, when Pantone “celebrated coming out of the malaise of the last year,” as Eiseman tells CNN’s Leah Dolan. Viva Magenta was intended to evoke verve, power and grace as the world emerged from the pandemic and continued to grapple with social unrest, as NPR’s Rachel Treisman wrote last year.
Heading into 2024, however, Peach Fuzz “arrives at a dark time amid a tumultuous war and a tense election year,” as Angelica Villa writes for ARTnews. The more muted hue is meant to reflect the “need for some quiet, some peace, some respite,” Eiseman tells CNN.
Where will Peach Fuzz show up in 2024? Rugs, wallpaper, fabric, makeup, tea and more—which are all examples of products released in conjunction with Pantone’s announcement. The color is already showing up in fashion, with celebrities like Taylor Swift and the Rock wearing Peach Fuzz to various events, notes USA Today’s Emily DeLetter.
“It feels like another rediscovered neutral that’s meant to seep its way into every surface of our lives,” said Jeremy Allen, the art director for the New York Times Styles Desk, in a conversation with colleagues.

Whumptober 2024: No. 8 - Sleep Deprivation/"Leave the Lights on"
Title: Creature of Habit
Characters: Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn (Zowens)
Rating: Teen and Up Audiences
Word Count: 883
A/N: Welcome to Week 2 of Whumptober. As you can tell by now, there is a trend in WWE fanfics. I think I only wrote 5 non-wrestling fanfics out of the 31-day challenge. So, yeah. Enjoy and Cheers! Also, I do want to note, that this story follows the concept "kayfabe as reality". El Generico is in this one, so in the story he speaks next to no English, just like he did in interviews and in the ring. So, that's why there is Spanish in this. Translations are at the end of the story.
Summary: Sami Zayn is a creature of habit, something that Kevin Owens learns very early on.
Cross posted on AO3 under user wrestlinginjeans.
Kevin and Generico hadn’t known each other long before they had first started rooming together. After a month on the road making next to no money to get by, they figured pooling their resources together would only make sense. So, they did. In a dingy motel room with outdated peeling floral wallpaper and one bed that squeaked horribly when any weight was placed on it. They had mutually decided that they would share a bed in order to save money. Kevin had finished getting ready for bed, lounging on his side of the mattress, and catching up on some messages from family when Generico appeared out of the bathroom. The bathroom light was still on, but the luchador pointedly left the door cracked open to let a sliver of light through into the greater part of the hotel room.
Kevin watched Generico silently but did not comment. At first, he thought that the wrestler wasn’t finished getting ready for bed. But then he saw Generico throw his day clothes in his suitcase and approach the bed, clearly intending to go to sleep. Kevin, sore and tired from the three matches he had wrestled that night, didn’t have the energy to inquire about the light that night.
A couple weeks later, Kevin had noticed that Generico left the light on every single night before he went to sleep. On the nights that Generico got ready in the bathroom first and Kevin followed after, Generico made it a point to get up and turn the light on in the bathroom, cracking the door just as he did every night without a word before returning to bed.
“Uh… Hey man, what is it with you and that light?” Kevin asks, jerking his head to nod in the direction of the bathroom door.
A moment of silence passed between them as Generico tilts his head slightly in confusion.
“Qué?”
“The light?” Kevin elaborates, pointing to the lamp on the table next to him. “Why do you leave it on?”
“Oh. La luz mantiene alejada la oscuridad!” Generico says happily, nodding his head before settling down onto the bed.
Kevin shakes his head in confusion, looking over to Generico who seemed to be perfectly content with the response he had given. Kevin, knowing that he was unlikely to get anything that he could actually understand from the luchador, sighed in resignment and went back to his reading.
Years later, in the quiet of their now hotel room, Kevin Owens keeps one eye on the closed bathroom door as he waits for Sami Zayn to come out dressed for bed. While a lot has changed for them in the decades that they had known each other by this point, one thing had remained constant. Sami Zayn was a creature of habit.
The bathroom door opens and Kevin glances back down at his book quickly, all while Sami chatters away. “Hey, Kev. You remember seeing that vegan place down the street? Want to go and catch a bite before we head to the show tomorrow?” Sami suggests, stepping out into the hallway and shutting the bathroom door until the ever-familiar sliver of light shines from the bathroom into the hallway beyond.
Sami walks towards his suitcase as Kevin tries to hide his smile in his hand.
“Kev, did you hear me?” Sami asks, throwing his clothing items into the suitcase in front of him before coming to his side of the bed.
Kevin shakes his head once, attempting to wipe the smile from his face as he removed his hand and glanced at Sami.
“Sounds good, Sami.”
A month later, Kevin helps Sami into their hotel room, one arm slung over broad shoulders. They make slow work towards the bed in the center of the room. Reaching the side closest to the door, Kevin sets Sami down slowly, bending down to help Sami get his feet up onto the bed as the redhaired wrestler lays back onto the pillows stiffly.
“I’ve got you, Sami. Do you want to get cleaned up or do you want to sleep for a bit? The doc said that you would need to be woken up every 3 hours for me to check you.”
Sami, already in a dazed state as it was, brought a shaking hand to his cut forehead.
“Sleep, Kev…” Sami whispers, his voice portraying how much pain he was in.
“Alright, Sami. Sleep, I’ll be right here when you wake up.” Kevin states, pressing a hand gently (by Kevin’s standards) to Sami’s shoulder before placing the hotel throw on over his injured friend.
Glancing around the hotel room, he drops their gear down on the lounge chair in the corner and strides over to the bathroom. Flicking the light on in one swift motion, he cracks the door just as Sami had done so many times before. Nodding his head in satisfaction at the sufficient light filtering through the opening, he walks back over to Sami’s bedside and settles down next to him. Kevin reaches down and brushes his fingertips against the forearm of the slighter man in a gesture of closeness.
“I’ll leave the lights on for you…” Kevin whispers softly, leaning back against the headboard to begin his watch over his injured brother. “Just as you do for me.”

low-rise, light wash jeans make a comeback
it is deemed problematic to listen to music more than 10 years old, because doing so favors artists that are already rich and famous and denies opportunities to new upcoming artists
memes are considered passé by the younger generation, the new trend in internet humor is audio clips of people talking in funny voices
Plans to start filming a rated R Tic Tac Toe Movie are announced
“homelesscore” is the new fashion trend amongst wealthy young adults
everybody starts saying “go read a peer reviewed article” as the funny new comeback to when someone is being rude to you

Home Decor in 2024. What’s Hot & What’s Not?
Pink’s out. Peach is in.
Pantone’s Color of the Year for 2024 is soft and subtle “Peach Fuzz,” replacing last year’s vibrant “Viva Magenta.” Pantone is recognized globally as a leading source of color expertise.
“In seeking a hue that echoes our innate yearning for closeness and connection, we chose a color radiant with warmth and modern elegance,” says Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute™.
If you’re looking to revamp your space, consider PANTONE 13-1023 and its complementary colors: everything from creamy, brown and tan neutrals to shades of teal, lavender and mint green. Note: gray is not listed. For those who went wild with gray or greige tones during that trend, you might want to roll up your sleeves and buy a new paint roller.
What’s out?
Say goodbye to Barbiecore (think pink). What else is losing favor? Here’s a quick rundown of trends that seem to be going by the wayside in home decor:
Sliding barn doors (Let’s face it – they don’t even do a great job of blocking light, smells, and sounds.)
White-on-white kitchens
Extremes – whether that means bare minimalism or over-the-top Grand Millennial
Heavy industrial style
What’s in?
Back kitchens
AKA butler’s pantry or scullery, this separate space keeps secondary or backup items hidden from site, tidying up the more public area. Here you can house additional refrigeration and freezing, warming drawers, wine storage, lesser-used mechanical devices, formal entertaining dishes and cutlery, etc. Appliance garages have been around for a while, but they seem to be gaining popularity as another way to streamline kitchens.
Bespoke bedrooms and bathrooms
Behind the scenes, highly personalized spaces offer homeowners comfort and creative freedom. Feel free to layer these rooms with your favorite monogrammed fabrics, artwork, family photos, and heirlooms. Make it meaningful.
Casual luxury
It may sound like an oxymoron, but luxury doesn’t have to mean formal. Rather than opulent and imposing, choose comfortable, lived-in furniture that is still beautiful and lavish.
Bold wall treatments
Add depth and personality to walls by treating them as large canvases. Incorporate wallpaper, paneling, 3D wall coverings, stone or wood features, decorative molding. This is a take on dopamine decor – which continues to be popular – creative touches that make you feel good when you walk into a room.
Separated spaces
Demolishing interior walls to create all-in-one living/working/playing areas is seeing a bit of a reversal. Delineating spaces by incorporating walls that still have good flow through the use of doorways and openings allows for rooms with purpose and intention.
Mixed metals
This may come as a relief. Chrome, brass, black, copper, bronze – all can be used when harmoniously paired. Trying to keep up with what’s in shouldn’t mean having to change out plumbing fixtures annually!
Mixed materials
Kitchen countertops don’t have to be one solid matchy-matchy mass. Add interest and dimension to this horizontal space. Consider a mix of materials for visual, tactile and utilitarian variety – natural wood with granite, or quartz with sleek stainless steel.
Outdoors in
Windows seem to be taking center stage – becoming bigger and bigger. The view outside is more of a focal point than an after-thought. Biophilic design is also a way to get the feeling of nature inside your dwelling by adding large indoor plants and natural wood and stone finishes.
Mud-laundry rooms
Combining a laundry with a mudroom is a space-efficient idea. Storage components can serve double-duty: hooks, cabinets, cubbies and drawers.
Sustainability
Cheap, mass-produced furniture is becoming increasingly unpopular. People are gravitating toward quality pieces that are higher end and/or repurposed for a lesser environmental footprint.
A word of caution
Before you revamp your space with all the latest trends, carefully consider which ones truly work for you. If you’re thinking about selling your home soon, reach out to me and let's talk about what changes will give you the biggest bang for your buck.

The Printing Transfer Paper Market is projected to grow from USD 12940.87 million in 2024 to an estimated USD 17439.83 million by 2032, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 3.8% from 2024 to 2032. The global printing transfer paper market has grown rapidly in recent years, driven by a surge in demand for personalized and customized printing applications across various industries, from textiles to ceramics. Printing transfer paper is a specialized medium used to transfer images, designs, or patterns onto diverse materials, leveraging techniques such as heat press or inkjet printing. With the market expanding steadily, let’s explore key trends, applications, growth factors, and challenges that define the landscape of printing transfer paper.
Browse the full report https://www.credenceresearch.com/report/printing-transfer-paper-market
Market Overview
The printing transfer paper market is segmented based on type, application, and region. Types of transfer paper typically include **sublimation transfer paper, inkjet transfer paper, laser transfer paper, and electrostatic transfer paper. Each type has unique properties, making it suitable for specific applications and substrates. For instance, sublimation transfer paper is widely used in the textile industry because it allows high-quality, vibrant prints to penetrate polyester fabrics. On the other hand, inkjet transfer paper is common in printing T-shirts, ceramics, and even home décor.
Key Market Drivers
1. Growing Demand for Customization and Personalization With an increased focus on personal branding and individual expression, the demand for customized apparel, accessories, and décor has significantly contributed to the growth of the transfer paper market. Consumers are increasingly seeking personalized products, from t-shirts and mugs to phone cases, driving the need for high-quality transfer paper that can deliver sharp, durable designs.
2. Technological Advancements in Printing Techniques Advancements in printing technologies, such as digital printing and sublimation printing, have made it easier to produce intricate and high-resolution designs. These advancements support efficient and quick production, catering to the demands of both high-volume industrial needs and small-scale businesses. Transfer papers, in turn, have evolved to support different printers, allowing smoother transitions across various media.
3. Sustainability Initiatives As environmental concerns become a priority, manufacturers are introducing **eco-friendly transfer papers** and **non-toxic inks**. Eco-friendly transfer papers, made from biodegradable or recyclable materials, are increasingly sought after, especially in regions where regulations and consumer preferences favor sustainable products. This shift toward greener practices has created opportunities for companies that can innovate in this direction.
Major Applications and End-Use Industries
1. Textile and Apparel The textile industry is the largest consumer of transfer paper, driven by the demand for customized clothing. Sublimation transfer paper, which is highly effective on polyester fabrics, has proven especially popular for athletic wear, corporate uniforms, and fashion apparel. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing has also expanded the range of fabrics that can be customized.
2. Ceramics and Hard Surfaces Printing on ceramics, such as mugs, tiles, and plates, is another growing application area. Ceramic transfer papers, often using a heat transfer process, allow designs to be transferred permanently, creating a popular option for gift items and promotional products.
3. Home Décor and Interior Design Transfer paper is also finding applications in home décor, where custom-printed curtains, wallpapers, and cushion covers are becoming popular. As consumer tastes evolve, demand for these customized interior solutions is expected to grow, spurring further innovation in transfer paper types and applications.
Regional Market Insights
The Asia-Pacific region is currently the largest market for printing transfer paper, primarily due to the vast textile and apparel industries in countries like China, India, and Vietnam. The region benefits from an expansive manufacturing base, skilled labor, and low production costs, making it a preferred location for transfer paper production and utilization. North America and Europe also hold significant market shares, largely driven by technological advancements, higher adoption of digital printing, and consumer inclination toward personalized products.
Challenges and Market Constraints
Despite its growth, the printing transfer paper market faces certain challenges. **Environmental concerns** about non-biodegradable transfer papers and waste management issues in printing operations are increasingly impacting consumer choices and regulatory policies. Additionally, the **volatility in raw material prices** can influence production costs, thereby affecting profit margins for transfer paper manufacturers. There is also intense competition from direct digital printing, which bypasses the need for transfer paper in some applications, potentially affecting market demand in the long term.
Future Outlook
The printing transfer paper market is expected to continue its upward trajectory, driven by the rapid expansion of the customization trend across consumer goods and industrial sectors. Technological innovations will be critical for future growth, especially in improving print quality, reducing environmental impact, and enhancing compatibility with various printing techniques. Companies focusing on research and development to create versatile, eco-friendly, and high-quality transfer papers are well-positioned to capitalize on the market’s evolving demands.
As sustainability becomes a more prominent consideration, the future of the printing transfer paper market lies in balancing quality with eco-friendliness**. By innovating with sustainable materials and improving transfer technology, manufacturers have the opportunity to cater to an environmentally conscious consumer base while maintaining high standards of performance and print quality.

Transform Your Space: Top Trends in Interior Design for 2024
As we step into 2024, the world of interior design is buzzing with fresh ideas and innovative styles that promise to transform our living spaces. Whether you’re planning a complete overhaul or just looking to refresh a room, here are the top trends to watch this year.

1. Sustainable Design
Sustainability continues to be a significant focus in interior design. Homeowners are increasingly opting for eco-friendly materials, such as reclaimed wood, recycled metal, and natural fibers. Expect to see a rise in furniture made from sustainable resources, as well as an emphasis on energy-efficient appliances and fixtures. Incorporating plants and biophilic design elements also helps bring a touch of nature indoors.
2. Bold Colors and Patterns
In 2024, we’re seeing a departure from minimalistic neutral palettes. Vibrant colors and bold patterns are making a statement. Jewel tones like emerald green, sapphire blue, and deep burgundy are popular choices for accent walls or larger furniture pieces. Layering patterns through textiles, wallpapers, and art will add depth and personality to spaces.
3. Multi-Functional Spaces
As remote work becomes more common, the need for versatile spaces is paramount. Home offices that double as guest rooms, or living areas that can transform into exercise zones, are in high demand. Look for furniture that offers storage solutions or can be easily reconfigured to suit different activities, ensuring every square foot is utilized effectively.
4. Textured Surfaces
Texture is key in 2024. Mixing materials—such as velvet cushions, knitted throws, and rattan furniture—adds a tactile dimension to interiors. Textured walls, whether through wallpaper or plaster finishes, can create visual interest and warmth. This trend encourages homeowners to explore and experiment with different textures for a more dynamic environment.
5. Vintage and Retro Revival
Nostalgia plays a big role in this year’s trends. Vintage and retro designs are making a comeback, with pieces from the mid-century modern era and even the 70s gaining popularity. Thrifted finds and vintage-inspired furniture can add character to any room, while also promoting sustainable practices by giving new life to old items.

6. Personalized Spaces
2024 is all about individuality. Homeowners are encouraged to create spaces that reflect their personal stories and tastes. Gallery walls showcasing personal art collections, family photos, or even travel mementos are a great way to add a unique touch. Mixing different styles and eras in a single space will create an eclectic vibe that tells your story.
7. Smart Home Integration
Technology continues to reshape our living spaces. Smart home devices—like lighting systems, security cameras, and smart speakers—are becoming more integrated into design. Expect to see stylish solutions that blend seamlessly into your décor, enhancing both convenience and aesthetic appeal.
8. Wellness-Focused Design
Wellness is a priority in 2024, influencing everything from layout to materials. Spaces designed for relaxation and mindfulness, such as meditation corners or wellness nooks with natural light, are increasingly popular. Choosing calming color schemes and incorporating elements like aromatherapy or sound therapy can create a sanctuary within your home.
Conclusion
As we embrace these trends in 2024, remember that the best design is one that reflects your personality and meets your needs. Whether you choose to go bold with colors or prioritize sustainability, the key is to create a space that feels uniquely yours. Happy decorating!
