Season 2 episode 2 is almost nothing but misery and anguish#Helena by Nickle Creek does not quite fit the comic's vibe but it is absolutely a Xue Yang song so I linked it.#The change from “Helena don't walk away...(gentle)” to “HELENA. DON'T WALK AWAY (threat)” is fantastic.#And “Don't waste your pretty sympathy - I'll always be just fine”. Xue Yang core.#Okay now for the real meat. Disclaimer first: *I really like XY.* I think he's a great character. I think his actions consistently-#come from a place of deep trauma. While his reactions and actions put him in a villainous role he is still human about his hurt#and what I'm about to say is NOT intended to be a statement of causality or villianize a group of misunderstood people.#So with that said...Man oh man does Xue Yang have a lot of BPD traits. More that just 'character who is chronically manipulative'.#The impulsivity and emotional reactions and seeking stability makes him feel like he needs that control. What other choice is there?#The part that really gets me is how he *wants* to be safe and happy. But his past experiences tell him how thats impossible#He's the kind of person who goes 'if you don't like me then you better hate me for something substantial". All (pos) or All (neg)#''Love me entirely or Hate me. But don't you dare leave me or forget about me.''#Not at all comfortable saying 'BPD coded'. Im not a psychiatrist. Just that he has TRAITS. Feel free to disagree or add your thoughts.#ppl with bpd also are not a monolith and everyone has very different experiences. Xue yang is very complex. People more so.

#fe fates#camilla#so i actually drew this a while ago but was gonna shade it and do more emoji things#but welp uh hmmmm im sick and apparently look like I'm dying#which isnt a problem until i sit down to draw and my vision is blurry and yeah thats a problem#so i just attempted to do a doodle and then failed and opted to apply a tiny but of shading to this and give up#but yup uh after a nice of body aches and misery and trying to sleep and failing#i crashed from 10am to 5pm thinking id just rest a lil bit#before anyone says oh you could have taken a day off you know - i technically can yes youre right#however my brain uses art as a coping mech and i need that coping mech really bad right now#which is why i stopped trying to draw something new for today and just went back to a past thing#im not overdoing it i promise#even if my mom and sister think i look like death walking around

What I like about Fear and Hunger is that it presents us with the question of “Is it worth it to sacrifice an innocent for the greater good?” and then shows us the answer of “Yeah...lmao jk it’s actually not”

reaching new levels of exhaustion 👍
#on and off dozing at work for the past. hour oops#which means that i was on an endlessly repeating cycle of drifting off for like a few minutes immediately entering weird dream territory#and then waking up when i hear or sense that people at my job are walking toward where im sitting#but anyway i think ive reached a new combination of physical exhaustion from end of vacation and being back to doing stuff at work#and being back on my normal shitty sleep schedule after the blissful week and a half out of the whole year where i finally did#and emotional exhaustion of end of my trip being back at work misery and whatevers going on w my dad#im so tired. we're so back (back to how bad i was feeling before my vacation)#like ill be fine lol. going through it today particularly i guess

One thing about me is that I support women's rights but most importantly I support women's wrongs. In fiction and in real life.
And it's so interesting going through reblogs and notes about dramas bc so often you see people loving the ML's flaws and nuance and emotions, but then seeing how they react to the FL is always the complete opposite, no matter how valid her actions or responses are. Like the FLs are almost never given the same amount of grace as the MLs. The MLs flaws get romanticized and the women get villainized.
Y'all want to see a villain? Me and my friends would've beaten half these men with hammers.

It’s me again and not only did my brother call Kuukou a ketchup bottle but he absolutely destroyed Hitoya and Jyushi. 😭😭 He saw Hitoya do a backflip, asked me how old he was, and said “Bros bones are gone….disintegrated. He’s not coming back from that” I told him he’s a lawyer and he said “If he was my lawyer I would tell the judge to give me the longest sentence no court case needed. He’s NOT gonna be my lawyer with that pompadour” then with Jyushi he said “I don’t need to know anything about him. Just looking at him I could probably guess everything about him” The only positive thing he said was that he liked Sasara’s hair. 😭😭😭😭😭
