The reason for the absence is simple: I started my career as a consultant in visual storytelling and narrative design this autumn. As such, I've had to consolidate a lot of my work into building my business. That means that for the time being, BuildGuild will, unfortunately, be on pause until further notice.

An absolutely FANTASTIC rendition of my absolutely huggable fireball flinger Maxell done by the extremely talented @wackart-and-whatnot. They were a joy to work with and considering THIS came out of the arrangement, I’m gonna have to give a glowing recommendation.

The revival of Vladbraham, aka the most defining moment of this past LV. 

After having been pining for his lord for years, said lord actually confessed that he loved him in return. Abraham has had doubts about his self-worth, and whether or not he would be missed if he disappeared. 

And so we have Vlad - completely fucking incapable of voicing emotions normally, as well as showing them - and he just.... Swept him off his feet, and this moment was amazing.

it works! if you want to do it for a female character, though (”daughter of man”) it sounds pretty clunky imo

Do you have any good references for women wearing a dress while laying down? And/or tips on how to draw that? I'm doing an art project where I'm recreating a scene from TDC where's after Kira got stabbed and she's lying on the ground (as a side view) and I cannot get the dress to look right! I've tried googling "woman in dress lying down" but it's always women in short, skin-tight dresses, and not the longer, flowy-er ones I really need.
