one of my kids at work is also a genshin player and so he's become super super invested in my genshin account and i let him pull for me bc he has insanely good gacha luck compared to mine (from him i've got neuvillette at 40 pity. venti at 0 pity. and qiqi on 70 pity. on my own i've hit hard pity for all my 5*s. on his own account his claim to fame is getting both hu tao and dehya on the same 10 pull) and also bc he has wayyyyy too much energy and wayyyyy too much disregard for the rules of the afterschool program so i use it to bribe him. and so last time i saw him he dared me to finish building my aether w the best weapon the best artifacts c6 lvl 90 triple crowned. and knowing him he will get very upset w me and act out if i don't. i play using dendro aether . so on tuesday i get the fun experience of trying to explain to him that i can't do the 10 hour aranara quests (for sapwood blade) and 14 hour desert quests (to unlock regions w dendroculous to get his last few constellations) in 4 days, i spent all my ascension books on venti, lynnette and neuvillette, 3 characters he knew i was building, if i triple crown aether i won't have enough crowns left for kaeya, and that the reason i only have 4/5 artifacts on him (and 3/4 are 4*) is bc the spire of solitary enlightenment hates my ass and won't give me deepwood.

I was trying to emulate Jeido’s omni team from his brag over a year ago but fall short of it in terms of mlb and cards so I was thinking some variant with Apple Epel 80 w/o investment, Dorm Idia/Ortho/Kalim and borrow a 107 Dorm Jamil, but this doesn’t have any flora but has 3 cosmic duos to compensate and this comp ideally requires 9 spells instead of 7/8 (Both of Epel’s spell, Ortho x2, Both of Idia to activate Ortho and Epel, Kalim/Jamil duo, and Kalim M1 to power Epel M1.)

Really trying to save the ssr perfume for my fav Deuce but something tells me that’s the answer… 😭. Open to any other suggestions

I don’t recommend using SSR perfumes unless you are extremely close to SSS especially if its not for characters or cards that are not your top favorites because you might regret it.

Fire Defense

You might be able to improve your score you use Lab Idia instead of GM Idia and saving Robe Ortho’s Flora and Lab Ace’s Cosmic spells for T5. However it will require you to LB Lab Idia and raise his spells.

Additionally, you can borrow Dorm Trey or Silk Jamil and use Silk Cater which will give you another heal and more HP with all the buddies if you are already doing too much damage.

Water Defense

Best way to improve defense scores is to LB cards for more HP or figure out a way to get another heal in. I would LB Lab Cater if you got the honey to the max him out.

If you are ending on T5-1 without using any duos, it will be risky to LB Deuce because It’s can be hard to come back from doing too much damage in defense exams without raising a new card or team. You can also lower your damage by making sure GM Idia doesn’t have his M1 power boost applied.

Omni Basic

You could try with a Dorm Rook overkill with Robe Epel and Birthday Lilia. It’ll be hard not getting in the mutual duos but Dorm Rook has a really strong overkill that would make it worth it.

You can LB Dorm Ortho for a stronger overkill but Omni is very RNG heavy and you might not be able to improve your score with the limited tries.

We've got "Uncle _____ /Auntie _____" - in my head, Yaoyao refers to everyone as her Uncle or Auntie. And thus I will do the same when, and only when, I am playing Yaoyao. ("UNCLE XIAO WAIT FOR YAOYAO!!! TOO FAST!!!" *sprinting as fast as her tiny little legs can go*)

"Yaoyao Fix!" - crops up most when Xiao says one of his edgy voicelines. He says something edgy and I just throw down a Yueguai. Yaoyao can fix anything- even emotions.

"Yaoyao carry" - Yaoyao, my absolutely goated healer (currently lvl 70, actively working on her though) & three level ~20 characters vs. One lvl 90 boss. Can Yaoyao keep them alive long enough to kill the boss. (Thusfar unsuccessful but I know we'll do it someday)

Idk Yaoyao just awakens the funniest part of my brain and we get endless amusement from her

-        hydro staff (polearm + orb catalyst fusion) called “oasis”; other characters with this weapon primarily use it as a polearm, and only certain sumeru scholars know how to infuse the catalyst part into it to inflict the wet status

-        ^ base atk 43 at lvl 1/passive increases crit dmg by 22%. ability is called “deserted dream”: user’s elemental res. doubles (chances are 35%; increases with refinement rank), also increasing it for other party members by 75% (if 35% fails, this is guaranteed for the user; otherwise, this just applies to the other party members) for 20s. cooldown is 30s.

-        physical dps + enabling

-        charged attack has her stick the staff in the ground, jump up, and literally swing around it via the staff’s orb while physically kicking people; cause yk, why not?

-        normal attack has her (1) forward lunge (2) swipe arm, whacking w/ floating catalyst (3) spin in a 315 or smth, again whacking w catalyst (4) hold polearm upside down and use floating catalyst to vault upwards (5) bada bing bada boom use the staff as a hammer

-        holding the charged attack for over three seconds has her doing a plunging attack, using up abt 50% of her stamina but dealing 150% dmg

       wouldn’t it be funny if she rolled around on her staff while using it as a scooter

-        her skill “rainlight” summons small stars to fall down on opponents, dealing AoE hydro dmg and applying the wet status as the catalyst on amika’s staff glows to life. hp restored from the stars scales off amika’s elemental resonance. if combined with opponents affected by cryo or pyro, stars deal an additional 20% dmg at lvl 1 (70% when talent is maxed out), while electro opponents share damage taken every 2s. skill lasts for 15s/cd is 20s.

-        her burst “no longer luminous” has amika unlocking the catalyst from her staff, throwing it up in the air, and whacking it with her polearm baseball-style, summoning a giant black hole that pulls in nearby opponents and renders them immobile, dealing physical dmg over time. those that aren’t pulled in are affected by massive AoE hydro dmg, and any other elements that combine with the black hole deal an additional 25% in elemental dmg. requires 70 energy/cd is 18s.

-        her passive “all by myself!” reduces expedition time by 25%

-        constellation: stella stilanus

-        special dish is from jelebis: she turns them into heart and star shapes, adds powdered sugar at random, and puts a few tiny multicolored roshmalai around the plate. now restores 34% hp and an additional 700 hp every 5s!

-        amika was the granddaughter of great sage azar. his prodigious son had died and his daughter-in-law had disappeared, leaving him with a little girl at the gates of the akademiya. instead of treating her like an actual child, he had tried to raise her as the future great sage to take over his job after he died.

-        ... unfortunately for him, amika hated sitting still and kept breaking her akasha earpiece. seeing as her mother was from aaru village, azar had determined that this was why she was so... unruly. he'd have to quench that in order for her to truly take over his great work.

-        and in amika's opinion, it was as if she'd been damned to eternity. look, she TRIED enrolling in the akademiya, okay? it was just so... suffocating. nobody tried reaching out for help unless they wanted to be seen as weak. nobody attempted to get close to her with good intentions. nobody wanted to rebel against the ridiculous hierarchy based on pure nonsense. anyone that tried releasing themselves from this barrier would be exiled. amika wondered if she, too, would become as unloving as the scholars were. not that she loved anything, but living out of spite wasn't nice.

-        for a bunch of smart folks, the scholars at the akademiya sure were stupid.

-        she tried bringing it up with her grandfather with limited success, if any at all. he decided that instead of promoting her to great sage, he'd denounce her on the day of the jnagarbah. it was a solid punishment for the traitor he'd failed at raising.

-        amika overheard him talking about this plan with the other sages. she should have figured this would happen eventually. with a heavy heart and days of secretly packing and planning, jnagarbah day came.

-        the second azar came into her room to "crown her as the next sage", she'd already escaped. she carried a large bag on her person, the only contents being an orb and a boatload of sunsettias. quite a terrible pick, honestly, but she was a bit short on time.

-        with that, the ex-next sage had left sumeru city.

-        amika ran to the desert. knowing those dumb sages, they wouldn't dare set foot outside of sumeru city or even port ormos. it seemed like the perfect plan. she'd be all alone.

-        ... oh. she was alone.

-        this was a problem.

-        after three days of walking aimlessly and rationing her food to the best of her ability, she sat in the sand and weighed her options. should she go back and endure the sage's puppetry just like always? should she be left to die here? which would be less punishing? wouldn't it be embarrassing if someone found her dead in the sand?

-        before she could reach a conclusion to her whirlwind of thoughts, a foot nudged her knee. she looked up to see a blond man with elaborate clothing, who reached out a hand to her and scowled.

-        "you look like you're going to die out here. come on, i've got food."

-        it did seem like a good deal (especially considering how bad a newborn adventurer is at rationing). with only a nod, she accepted his offer. they went back to his camp and amika resolved to only stay there for the night. she wouldn't want to be a bother after all.

-        the blond man's name was kaveh. he'd been taking a break from studying in the akademiya in order to pursue his own interests, craft, trade, the works. amika found him being in the middle of the desert to be quite strange, but she figured to each their own. despite her self-promise to stay the night, she'd end up sticking around for over half a year as she learned the joy of having something to love. sketching.

-        she'd draw on the back of maps, within scrapped architectural designs, between the page margins of textbooks. every surface she could find would be covered in doodles, whether simple smiley faces or intricate patterns. it became a habit of kaveh's to lend her any design he was having trouble with to see what she could add to his half-baked ideas.

-        being a master blacksmith (his words, not hers) and possessing a vision, he also taught amika to fight. first with the orb catalyst she'd brought with her, then with a long steel beam he'd forged a polearm out of. as reward for mastering both, he'd fused her catalyst and polearm together, turning it into a staff that doubled as what the modern age would call a slingshot-shaped baseball bat. she adored it, carving both of their names into the staff with a sharp rock she'd found nearby. kaveh may have called it defamation, but she'd keep it as a memory for years to come.

-        when kaveh announced that his research was done and that he'd start heading back to the akademiya, amika was noticeably taken aback at first. "why go back?" she had asked, her eyes narrowed. "it's nothing more than a land doomed by the god that left them."

-        kaveh sighed. "like i said, my research is done. plus," he added with a smile, "i'd say you're just about ready." with that, he left in the morning.

-        a month after he'd left for sumeru city, amika had adjusted well to living on her own. she could ration her supplies like a seasoned adventurer, hunt and forage for food easily, and even set up a camp and cook. in her opinion, she may as well have been a veteran with how skilled she had become.

-        that didn't mean it stopped being lonely, though.

-        with kaveh gone, amika had gone back to being quieter. she didn't want to go back to sumeru city, that'd only cause bad memories to resurface. her problem out here was that there wasn't anyone to talk to in particular aside from the wind. not like it'd say anything back. she had a hydro vision, not an anemo one. from the stories she'd heard about their archon, he seemed like a fun guy to hang around. perhaps he'd be a nice companion. yet with each new day passing by of being around nobody whatsoever, it was definitely starting to take a toll on her.

-        and so, she asked the wind. whether out of desperation, exasperation, or the sheer lack of having affection, she'd never be able to tell. either way, the wind decided it was going to kick up a breeze, carry the petals of a sumeru rose with it and send the girl chasing after the petals.

-        sumeru roses were rare around here... that had to be a sign, right?

-        laying her staff orb-down,she kicked it and planted her foot onto the side of the staff, steering the uniscooter through the desert and turning the sand she was riding on into dust. for periods of time, she'd switch between riding her staff and slinging it over her shoulder, running after the wind for a glimpse of something, anything, really.

-        nightfall came before she managed to catch up to the petals in a secluded tropical grove of sorts. hopping off her staff, she reached for the petals and grabbed a fistful of them, save for a single vibrant violet one that waltzed in the air before landing softly on the head of a boy seeming to be around her age slumbering against the base of a tree.

-        he looked like a porcelain doll. amika thought he was almost ethereal for a guy that looked totally out of place in a land like sumeru. sharp eyes, delicate facial features, dark hair that looked as soft as feathers. his clothes were of silk and another material amika couldn't recognize. next to him was a large disk with intricate details, almost brand new. she wondered if the dollface used it as a weapon. if it wasn't for his chest moving up and down rhythmically, she would have cursed the wind for leading her to a fragile corpse still frozen in time.

-        she approached hesitantly, crouching down as quietly as possible. extending a hand towards the boy, she plucked the petal from his head and sighed in relief... but as she turned to go back, a cold hand grabbed her wrist with lightning speed. her eyes darted back to the boy, whose eyelashes fluttered awake as his eyebrows furrowed.

-        "and what, may i ask," his voice was low, but clearly ticked off, "do you think you're doing?" the boy's eyes were almost like glass with how glazed over they seemed. a dull gray clouded them, almost lifeless.

-        she winced, but showed him the petal between her fingers. "easy there, dollface, i'm just grabbing a stray ingredient," she replied. "i'm making fish rolls for us." (she wasn't going to at first, but telling a stranger that she ran after a bunch of petals in the wind seemed really weird.)

-        "us?" he scoffed, but loosened his grip. amika pulled her hand back, rubbing at her now-red wrist. "you don't know me and i don't know you. how do i know you aren't here to kill me like everyone else?"

-        "i dunno who 'everyone else' is supposed to be, but to be quite frank with you, i'm just hungry." she stood up and scanned the landscape, her gaze landing upon an abandoned campsite. grinning, she rubbed her hands together and looked back at the boy at the tree, extending a hand out to him. "now get on your feet. you're going to help me cook over there."

-        "is that an order?"

-        "what am i, a god?" amika sighed, placing her other hand on her hip. "you're all skin and bones. i'm not letting you die of starvation out here."

-        he bit his lip, grumbling. "i don't need your pity--" he managed to get out before his stomach grumbled. after a beat or two, his shoulders slumped and he grabbed her wrist, letting her pull him up. "fine. your pity will be accepted just this once."

-        "it's not pity, pretty boy, it's just what feels right. plus," she added with a smirk, "any resistance will be met with the big circle thing over there turning into a plate." her smile widened at the look of abject horror on his face.

-        leading him to the campsite, she laid out their ingredients and started a fire underneath the pot. "what's your name, anyway?" she asked as she started chopping up the fish.

-        the boy, who had been put in charge of the rose petals, hummed softly. "i don't have one," he mumbled, his fingers brushing against the soft petals. "i'm just... a wanderer, i guess. they don't tend to have names."

-        "huh." a moment passed by. "i'm gonna call you 'dera'."

-        his gaze shifted to her, the wanderer's expression shifting to that of confusion. "you could have chosen anything else," he said, "and you land on that?"

-        she snickered in response. "okay, 'wandy'," she retorted.

-        "... on second thought, dera might be better."

-        within a half hour, they had made enough fish rolls to snack on. laying back against the tree, they sat in silence, the only sound coming from the gale breeze through the flora and the crunching of the rolls. swallowing one down, amika started to fiddle with the ribbons intertwining on her arm.

-        "so," she asked, "what are you doing here in the middle of nowhere?"

-        dera tilted his head, dull gray eyes locking with her own violet ones. "i could ask you the same thing," he said. despite there being nobody else around, he kept his voice quiet, soft. "you did ruin my nap, after all."

-        "please, you're just a light sleeper," amika retorted. "and like i said before, i lost the flower in the wind and had to get it back. then it led me to you." more fiddling, this time with the cuffs on her wrist. "your turn."

-        "like i said before, i'm a wanderer." he pinched the bridge of his nose at her blank expression. "hello? i'm a wanderer. i wander."

-        "ohhhh, that explains it."

-        he nodded, going back to staring at the landscape in front of him. "and via that wandering, i ended up here." his eyes closed, his blunt bangs shifting in the wind. "nobody around but me."

-        "and you've never, like..." the girl made some vague sort of gesture with her hands. "felt lonely or anything?"

-        the gray in his eyes darkened. "i don't experience useless emotions like that." he paused, resting a hand in the grass and grabbing a cluster in his hand. "rather," he added as an afterthought, "i'm not supposed to."

-        "it's okay if you do." she pulled a leg up to rest her head on her knee. "who said you couldn't?"

-        he looked away, but his grip on the grass cluster tightened. "that's not something for you to know."

-        ah, so there actually was someone. maybe someones. amika huffed, her fist balling up as her nails dug into her palm. "then they're as stupid and brain-dead as the akademiya scholars and sages."

-        "you don't seem to like them very much," dera remarked, the corner of his mouth quirking up in a half-amused, half-curious grin of sorts. letting go of the grass, he rested his hand on his thigh and started drumming his fingers absentmindedly.

-        she shrugged and sighed. "yeah, well..." her eyes lowered, her smile now bittersweet. "sometimes you're both not enough and too much at the same time for everyone you meet, y'know?"

-        dera's expression changed. "yeah," he breathed, "i do." without a word, he reached out and gently patted amika's shoulder, soothing both her and himself to an extent he'd rather not talk about. they stayed like that for a few minutes before he pulled the hood of her cloak over her face.

New Wolfboss Breakdown

(regarding the shield and how to break it)

you don't need a built geo character for the new boss

tl;dr, Your best bet for the new boss is geo traveler or Ningguang if you do have her to take out the wolf skulls

if u have like any of the geo characters (esp. Ningguang since she's catalyst so every hit will be geo) just pop them on the team because every geo hit (pressing Albedo's e--though auto geo dmg doesn't proc on these, Zhongli's e, traveler's e, Ningguangs literally anything, Noelle's e + q) will bring down the little wolf head shield by 1/3

so it'd take a total of 9 geo hits to break the entire shield (3 hits per skull x 3).

Otherwise, C + I tested out a lvl 40 Ningguang w/ no artis + the apprentice's notes at lvl 1 (so barebones, no leveled talents) and that's all you need. Noelle is least ideal of the geo characters b/c it's hard to gain energy for her q (so she's not as great for breaking the shield) and her e has 24s cooldown.

The other positive thing w/ Ningguang is you can cancel her attack animation by holding 'w' while using her autos so you can actually do x2 the damage compared to her usual speed.

Continuing.

Albedo + Zhongli are good b/c short e cooldown + you can just pop them down but they are limited 5* so it depends on if you have them.

If you don't have Ningguang, Albedo, or Zhongli, this is still definitely doable especially if you co-op the boss since it doesn't seem to have much damage resistance from the several tests we did together + separately.

However, the best character to use against the shield is Geo traveler since you are guaranteed them and can get their cons from the shop + statue and their cooldown for their skill, though a little longer than Albedo's or Zhongli's, is still short enough (6s) that it's not a big cause for worry.

Testing them out, it appears that Geo traveler's e (press) deals about 66% of the total dmg needed to break one wolf skull. If you have the 4th ascension traveler (lvl 60/70 iirc), their last auto will deal geo dmg which does break 33% of the wolf skull.

Apart from the Geo element, it seems like every non-physical dmg hit from any other element will deal approximately 2.5%~ of the total dmg needed to break the shield. As is, the new boss does have a slight physical resistance (not sure what), but it's not too bad and shouldn't greatly effect your damage. So using a non-geo character will take about 40 elemental hits total (give or take) to break one of the wolf skulls compared to 3 geo hits.

Because of this, you can even get away with anemo traveler (press e) or any other character who can deal constant elemental damage over time because the skulls will take consistent damage w/o cooldown--but it will take a while to break the shield due to the slight amount of dmg it does.

We'll continue to do more testing, but don't give up on the new boss yet nodnod.

EEK ok so ty to everyone's advice last night I finally managed to get past 10! My fucking dumbass forgot you can check the enemies beforehand 😭😭 then proceeded to 11... Which immediately kicked my ass smh BUT for that, several ppl suggested I post my details so 👉👈 here is my stuff

Most are at lvl 80... I have the materials to ascend Razor but I wanna get Diluc to 90 first bc ascensions are a lot of mora... I almost have Xiao's ascension ready too but the tiny bastard makes me fight twice the number of boss battles just to get him ascended 😤 and I'm finally attempting to make use of Keqing after having her at lvl 1 for a long time lol

The PS4 screenshot transfer process is a pain so I'm typing out the rest for artifacts/weapons bc it's literally easier... I don't pull for weapons so I'm operating mostly on craftables, BP weapons, and the few I managed to pull from normal banners. Most of my weapons are between lvl 75-85 with a few at 60-70 (Diona and Chongyun weapon). And I'll put it under a cut

Diluc - prototype archaic (atk) - full crimson witch (crit rate, atk, phys dmg bonus)

Xiao - deathmatch (crit rate, big atk bonus) - Full gladiator set (phys dmg, atk, crit dmg)... Bb is a killing machine I love him

Kaeya - I used to just have him on prototype rancour (phys dmg) but I also just got the black sword (crit rate) so I'm debating switching - 4 pc blizzard strayer (w/atk bonus) + a gladiator piece (cryo bonus)

Razor - Rainslasher (elemental mastery, increased dmg on opponents effected by electro) - 2 pc thundering fury, 2 pc bloodstained chivalry, + random electro dmg bonus piece

Zhongli - I shoved Xiao's former Prototype starglitter onto him bc it's got elemental recharge and I just use him to spam shield/nuke - 2 pc archaic petra (def), 2 pc retracing bolide (atk) + a Geo dmg piece

Venti - Windblume Ode (elemental mastery) - 2 pc Noblesse Oblige (atk) 2 pc Viridescent Venerer (just hp bonus bc it was all I could get :/) + an anemo dmg piece

Childe - skyward harp (crit rate) - full heart of depth and every piece is an atk bonus except the default hp one

Jean - Favonius sword (energy recharge) - maiden beloved (all atk) + a healing bonus piece - I literally just use her to spam heal for now

Sucrose - ok so I keep getting catalysts in the permanent banner for some reason? She's my only catalyst user but I have Eye of Perception (atk) and the Widsith (crit dmg) leveled - full Viridescent Venerer w/elemental mastery and def

Bennett - Lion's Roar (atk, bonus to enemies effected by pyro) - 2 pc Maiden Beloved and 2 pc Crimson Witch - I have extra crimson witch pieces I shoved onto him for the Spiral abyss bc I used him more for actual combat there

Chongyun - Whiteblind (def), OR I can use sacrificial sword (energy recharge) - 2 pc Blizzard Strayer, 2 pc Noblesse Oblige, and a Cryo dmg bonus piece

Xingqiu - Sacrificial Sword - 4 pc Heart of Depth (atk) + a gladiator hydro dmg bonus piece

Diona - Sacrificial Bow - 2 pc Maiden Beloved (def, atk), 2 pc Retracing Bolide (I managed to get a Retracing Bolide piece with a healing bonus which is 👌👌)

- My best character as far as raw damage output is Xiao but Diluc, Childe, Kaeya and Razor are close behind.

- for Razor I also leveled up 2 pc pale flame, so I can combine that with his bloodstained chivalry and get him to 50% phys dmg. I use that when I need him more for phys than electro, so I might put him on a team opposite of Xiao for that, buuuuut his electro is good for cryo enemies

- I use Zhongli pretty much exclusively for shield + nuke with his burst, and I use Diona for shield + heal, I spam heal/blow away small enemies with Jean, and Bennett also depends on what I put on him. Normally Bennett is more of a healer/support but since pyro is needed for the Spiral abyss I use that there

- I leveled up Xinyan to potentially help with the cryo levels as well, so she's an option too, I just need artifacts if I use her. I can swap her with Chongyun's Sacrificial greatsword/whiteblind, whichever the other doesn't use

Anyways so in genshin impact I’ve managed to reach AR 54 in about 150 days iirc? I’m a more “casual” player as in I don’t play 8 hrs a day like some mfs but I still have a p decent acc

I have Aether, Kaeya (obviously), & Zhongli ascended to 90 (but I still need to. Level aether and zhongli). This screenshot is a bit outdated bc chongyun (lvl 71 in this) is almost 80. Noelle and Lisa have been ascended to 80 too, just waiting for Chongyun to be done. After those three are 80 im gonna be bringing up Diona, Xingqiu, Bennett, and Sucrose for my next 4 (sucrose is ascended to 60 just been focusing on my 80s rn)

Basically I’m planning on bringing all characters I have and get to lvl 80, then I’ll 90 characters I really like Or they’re 5*s. So like. 5*s 90, then for rn all four of the free characters you get in the beginning will be lvl 90. + Barbara bc I love her so fucking much. Razor will also end up 90 bc he was my main DPS before kaeya!

As for artifact building, I’ve only recently started worrying about it bc for the longest time my barbara-kaeya combo did it’s job as a freeze team, BUT, I’ve gotten a semi decent artifact set on Kaeya. Rn I’m trying to get him a new feather and goblet on him bc they’re a little scuffed 😭 the feather is only there bc it provides the last bit of crit rate + atk he needs to get 50% rate and 2k atk. Barbara is also getting new artifacts bc my melt team with diluc is able to clear lvl 90 maiden/viridescent— I’m also mildly building sucrose and xiao through it too when I manage to get a viridescent to drop. Zhongli has 32k health and provides decent shields, but I’m working on getting an Actual set on him after I’m satisfied with Kaeya and Diluc

As for diluc, freeze team can clear crimson witch, but literally NO DECENT WITCHES DROP so I’m running him on lavawalker/crimson and. 😭. It’s fine tho he has my best crit rate tho I want to get him a bit more atk and cdmg— he has 1.7k and he gets just above 2k w barbies ring, BUT his cdmg is still lacking (like 114?? Iirc?). After those four tho I intend to build xiao finally (who was . . . . . . My first 5* . . . . .), then on to Amber, Razor, & Lisa.

Weapons wise I have a half decent amount? R2 Lvl 90 proto rancour on kaeya, R5 Lvl 80 thrilling tales on Barbara, R5 60 black tassel on Zhongli, and R2 lvl 60 Proto archaic on diluc. I have a 5* catalyst book sitting on Lisa rn, BUT, I’m saving it for when Baizhu has banner if he turns out to be a catalyst user!!

Speaking of Baizhu, I currently have guaranteed pity waiting for him (thank you diluc) + 31 wishes saved atm (5000+~ primos) and I’m hoping to get 90 wishes saved for him + another 90 for his signature weapon Just in Case considering we still have a lot of time before he comes— he’s not even confirmed yet. BUT. He’s supposed to come with the chasm which should be after inazuma, that’s next update in July

As for world exploration I actually only have. One fucking section at 100% despite my AR LMFAO. Mondstadt is all around 70-80, with one 90, but Liyue is 50-60 bc I don’t like. Climbing that much 😭😭. That’s one thing w open worlds that messes me up bc I need something specific to do like Gather this item or Do this Quest and 😐 yknow. I am starting to actually pay attention to seelies/chests I walk by but it’s pretty rare bc I do commissions, grind domains/leylines, do teapot shit for like 2 hrs, gather ascension materials then log off. But it’s fine it’s whatever.

Following that with the teapot, I don’t have many screenshots on hand but I’ve been spending. A lot of time on it

Kaeya isn’t on the bed he’s next to it. BUT. I have rooms made up for all of my current mains. Kaeyas room, Barbaras (incomplete) room, Zhonglis room, then Razor and Bennett share a room! I’m waiting on them to add more bedroom items for barbie. I’m using Emerald Peaks too so the waterfall one— my house is sitting on the highest island in the little small section next to the tallest waterfall and it’s just. Covered in bamboo/birch/amber

I’m going for a red/gold palette for the outside, tho I only rlly have one island decorated and it’s incomplete due to load 🥲, HOPING mihoyo addresses the load issue bc it didn’t improve for shit despite me having a lot of space left on my computer but it’s whatever.

hi!!  uhh honestly, the genshin aiming system is pretty good :0  the only advice i can give is keep your hand steady when you’re aiming (this applies to desktop and mobile).  there might also be an option to adjust your mouse/screen sensitivity so your screen doesn’t jump to slow/fast while you’re trying to aim, so i’d recommend messing with those if needed.

c6 barbara is definitely better than c1 qiqi!!  auto-revive is too useful to pass up on. :0  although, consider how often your characters faint in-game.  if frequently/youre doing challenging content, then i’d recommend c6 barbara over c1 qiqi.

hu tao and albedo would be amazing in a vaporize comp!!  albedo increases elemental mastery after unlocking his second ascension talent, and elemental mastery increases damage dealt by elemental interactions.  i would recommend xingqiu with hutao and albedo, since you’ll make the most of the elemental mastery bonus albedo gives.

i do have bennett! he is w/ diluc, kazuha, and fischl atm. i also have kaeya at lvl 70 but he’s not rlly built for anything except energy recharge atm since he was a support! aaaah ning is now lvl 70 w/ some mediocre archaic petra (2p) and decent glad (2p, one is a four star),,, she’s also currently missing a good geo dmg goblet ;-; so im not sure who to pair her w? i was thinking noelle and geo traveler? and then maybe steal fischl from diluc’s team?? i am just not sure who would fit well ya know?

i finally was able to max out the statue of the sevens and found the extra geoculus and anemoculus after putting it off for so looong,, rn i’m just trying to level up all my characters to lvl 80 or 70 (wish me luck) so i can finally do the spiral abyss ;-;

also i found out why my razor dies so easily

1. he has low hp compared to my other team members

2. i use him 90% of the time and i dont dodge bc i’ve been spoiled by noelle

but at least he does s-tier damage >.<

AHHHH CONGRATS!!! collecting anemo/geoculus is a huge pain. not sure if you’ve done the nine pillars of peace quest already but it helps to bring a shield producing character. noelle baby its time to shine ✨ i’ve seen a lot of people finding it hard but i found it pretty easy w zhongli/diona as a tank.

and dont get me started on spiral abyss. it’s the bane of my existence. honestly if you have really good artifacts, you can save yourself a lot of exp books. at least, in the earlier floors. when the fatui people start popping up in like floors 10-12 thats when things get real. please save me

and razor is so underrated,, i main him sometimes and despite being underleveled compared to diluc and xiao, he still manages really well against lvl 80+ enemies. personally, i would invest on healer/tank charas instead of hp artifacts bc all that damage output potential is lowkey wasted. i mean, you dont need hp if all of them are dead alr 😎

ah, i dont know what im talking about so dont take my advices too seriously. all i know is razor’s idle animation makes me cry all the time

god, anybody else just log in to genshin to just,, grind for levels and log back out,,,, been leveling up fucking Everything for days now in between work,, just fighting regisvines and leyline outcrops and hypostases and weapon level up domains like my resin deposits are cRYING I have not moved the story a damn inch in like a week and I Just got to watatsumi island like I am moving at Snail's Pace fR.

and heizou just came home so he's eating all the food in the damn kitchen (all my character level up items,,,, Gone,,,,) so I'm struggling to get everybody ascended before the next ascension quest (stuck at 45 rn,,,, I prolly could pull thru w/ only kaeya at phase 4 but I'm paranoid and don't Wanna :'3 I want everybody in my ascension party™ at least at level 70 come on,, xiangling's there but barbara and sucrose need to get a damn mOVE ON!! I just. hate fighting the oceanid and the anemo hypostasis so much.)
