Kei never thought he’d be the type to visit hisboyfriend’s matches, especially when said boyfriend was technically a big rivalto his own team, yet here he was.

The Shiratorizawa side of the stands were as lively asever, overwhelmingly purple and with the addition of lively cheerleaders tocreate as much hype as possible. Too noisy, if Kei had anything to say aboutit. But oh well, it wasn’t like he was here for anyone except—

“Wow! Did you see that spike?” Someone in the crowdbehind him spoke with awe, and Kei couldn’t help the small feeling of pride inhis chest. Annoying. “Ushijima is on fire today!”

“Yeah, it feels like more so than usual!”

“Maybe there are scouts somewhere he’s trying toimpress?”

Kei couldn’t help but laugh. Not scouts, Ushijimawouldn’t try so hard for something like that…his motivations were simpler…

Kei felt his face flush, and he bit his lip tosuppress the traitorous smile which wanted to express itself on his face. Belowhim, on the court, Ushijima was getting ready to serve again, and Kei doubtedthe other team would be able to stop it.

The team which Shiratorizawa was up against wassignificantly behind. The gap in points was actually impressive, even tosomeone like Kei. Maybe that was the pride again though.

As Ushijima got ready to serve, Kei saw his eyes dartto the left, scanning the stands until…

Their eyes finally met, for the first time since thegame had started, and Kei felt his breathing stall. Ushijima had been too busybefore then, and Kei had been too stubborn to let the ace know he would bewatching the game until last minute. Instead he’d made a rushed phone callright before warm ups had begun, and the thought of it alone had him feelingmore and more lame.

“I’mcoming to your dumb game, so don’t suck.”

“Youare?”

“Yeah…don’tsound so shocked.”

“I’mnot. I’m just very happy you’ll be there, Kei-kun. I want to see you.”

Ushijima really was an idiot, with his harsh honestyand unexpectedly affectionate words, but Kei acknowledged that it was what heliked best about the ace. He trusted Ushijima to always tell him the truth, notto mislead or sugarcoat things. Communication, which was never Kei’s strongsuit, was easy with him.

Kei liked him. He liked him more than he was ready toadmit aloud, but he hoped it came through with his presence, if nothing else.

Ushijima’s eyes seemed to light up upon finding Kei’s,innocent and gentle in a way which drove Kei mad. The ace’s posture straightened,as if he was about to show off and needed the serve to be perfect.

Lookslike the crowd was right after all.

Ushijima wanted to impress Kei, how stupid. He should’veknown, Kei was already impressed enough by him, in many different ways.

Right before he served, the ace’s eyes drifted furtherdown Kei’s body, smiling slightly before turning away. As the game continued,Kei looked down at himself in confusion, when he finally realized…

The purple shirt, which had the Shiratorizawa teamname printed in bold on the front, had been a genuine gift from Ushijima afterthey’d first started dating. Originally, it had been somewhat embarrassing,since it had some less than appropriate implications. Of course though,Ushijima didn’t see it that way. To him, the thought was for Kei to have apiece of him, and mostly, Kei wore the shirt to bed (god knows he couldn’t wearit around his teammates or in public, not when he was from Karasuno). But today…todayit had seemed appropriate. It was loose on him due to Ushijima’s broaderstature, but otherwise it fit him well, and he couldn’t deny the satisfactionhe felt when Ushijima became noticeably more fired up upon seeing him in it.

Hm,maybe I’ll come to these games more often.

“Are you wearing my shirt?” Ushijima asked after thegame had ended. He was notably sweaty, his hair slightly matted to hisforehead, and he raised his jersey to wipe at his neck. It gave Kei a good viewof his abs, which he hated to admit pleased him greatly. Ushijima was obliviousto Kei’s less than innocent thoughts however, and Kei didn’t know whether to bepeeved or thankful for it.

Kei scowled at him, clutching the bottom of the shirtin question. “Yeah, you gave it to me to wear didn’t you?”

That was the other thing about dating Ushijima, he wascompletely unaffected by any of Kei’s biting remarks.

“Yes, but I didn’t think you would,” the acecontinued, smiling softly. “It looks very good on you. I’m happy to see you.”

Kei felt his face light up, and he swore he sawUshijima’s eyes glint playfully in a rare show of teasing. Kei rolled his eyes,looking around to see if anyone was watching them before he stepped forward,letting Ushijima rest his forehead against his own. It wasn’t enough, but they’dhave time later.

Kei smirked lightly, feeling Ushijima’s hand slowlygrasp his. “Well, I might wear it more often then…when I come to more games.”

Judging from Ushijima’s low chuckle and the way hishand squeezed the blond’s, Kei knew the other was on board with the plan.

That’s exactly what I thought too! I’m seriously not a makeup person at all, so I’m not familiar with any prices or whatever and was pretty shocked when I learned that people spend like $50 on some moisturizer and stuff like that? ?? and I’m here like ?? I like my lip balm.. and anime.. lmao. But yeah, I also think that everyone just has to decide for themselves! It’s just sometimes difficult to ignore judgmental people and their opinions no one asked for hahah

Whenever my mom and dad buy something really expensive for them or my sisters, they cringe a little bit,but then they look at me and my sisters and tell us “Don’t let anyone tell you that you cannot buy happiness. If we can’t spend the money we gain in whaterever the fuck we want to, then what are we doing here?? Buy it you want to! Give in to the things that make you happy! Just make sure you can pay the bills, dears, try not to go overboard”. And that is a philosophy that I want to follow the rest of my life.

True! Of course hobbies like collecting should never be a danger to your existence, but besides that.. money is for spending. Yes, sure, you should also save some, but if I spend my whole life working and saving up money and not even spending it on stuff that I like/enjoy, what’s the point? As long as one can find the right balance, it should be alright like this..

Dear, I don't know if this is fluffy enough but think about Kuroo and Tsukki, in a future, living together, having one of those lazy days that kinda go through hazy because they're so relaxed and happy just getting up with the sun so slowly and spending a lot time in bed or in their couch watching movies, or shows, eating their favorite foods or snacks, making out slowly here and there, and yeah, not "remarkable" but very hapoy day

awwwwwwwww cuddling KuroTsuki is the best! In bed, Kuroo will wake up and watch Tsukki still sleeping soundly, the beautiful angel glowing when he opens his eyes to see Kuroo. And Kuroo falls in love with him all over again, like every other morning. Isn’t it nice to just keep falling in love with someone, like loving every piece of them, noticing the new moles or freckles and just loving? And I don’t know, Kuroo will kiss Tsukki tenderly, bc Tsukki’s such a precious person to Kuroo, he couldn’t think to harm him. Butterfly kisses on Tsukki’s forehead, eyelid, cheeks, lips, chin. And maybe Tsukki will purse his lips for more.

How I feel about this character

I feel like I want to know more about Ennoshita and see more of him?? He intrigues me a lot but I never get to see him much and I constantly forget his given name somehow. It starts with a Ch and then I get lost somehow and gotta google it I’m sorry idk. I also really like his voice? It’s pleasant to listen to. He also has a super relatable backstory to me.

I read some really good Ennoshita/Asahi once! It was a post here on tumblr somewhere and I have unfortunately lost it but I really loved it. Unfortunately not much content for that ship though.

I really like his dynamic with Tsukishima. He sees the crap Tsukki says or tries to pull and always seems to get the upper hand on him somehow and I love it 

My unpopular opinion about this character

I don’t see him as very motherly like a lot of people seem to portray him as. It just doesn’t quite click with me for some reason. 

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

I wanna watch him play more??? I loved when he subbed in for Daichi!! I felt like we really got to learn so much more about him

It was when they were in moments like this that Hinatawould remember. Tsukishima was above him, his breathing labored and musclestight with self-restraint. His glasses were gone, sitting on the nightstandbeside them, and his eyes glowed so much without them Hinata would’ve maybe comparedthem to candlelight. Yeah, that sounded good. It made sense too, from the waythe blond’s gaze was burning into his own.

Hinata’s body was on fire, his skin slick with sweatand his harsh breathing filling the whole room. Thank god his parents weregone. Hinata would’ve hated to keep in the small moans he was making, to nothear the ones Tsukishima made in return.

Hinata felt full,stretched open thoroughly to accommodate Tsukishima inside him, and now theywere finally connected. After two years as teammates, rivals, and friends, hehad Tsukishima where he was always meant to be. Funny, how after so muchteasing and snarking, this was how Tsukishima would show himself during theirintimate moments.

But well, Hinata had already kind of guessed as much.

Tsukishima’s pupils were blown wide, and his breathsstuttered every now and again as he waited for Hinata to give him the go ahead,for Hinata to say he was comfortable. Because that was all Tsukishima caredabout. He wanted Hinata to feel good, amazing even, though it was their firsttime. So considerate, so loving, so different from the emotionally constipatedfirst year Hinata had once known.

“Mm, Tsukishima,” Hinata breathed, his words stalledby a small moan when he felt the blond twitch inside him. God, he felt so good. Tsukishima was going to take him,come because of him, and Hinata couldn’t take it much longer. “You’re so wow…y’know?”

Hinata reached up as he spoke, cradling Tsukishima’sface in his hands. The skin underneath his palms was warm and flushed, and thelustful look in Tsukishima’s eyes seemed to double at the praise. Yeah, c’mon, always look at me like that.

“Hin—Shouyou,” Tsukishima corrected, and the use ofhis first name shot tingles through Hinata’s body. The blond gave a small jerkforward, tearing moans out of both of them, and Hinata’s strong legsimmediately went to wrap around the blocker’s waist, pushing him closer. “Youfeel so good…fuck…so hot…so…”

The blond looked downright desperate, but his eyesshowed a mix of desire and reverence for Hinata, and it was the last straw.That look was all for him, how could he not respond?

“I love seeing you like this…” Hinata managed towhisper, despite his embarrassment, and Tsukishima almost growled in pleasure.But still, he waited, patient as ever. But Hinata figured they’d both waitedlong enough. “C’mon now, f-fuck me.”

With an obscene moan, Tsukishima drew himself back,giving a strong thrust forward which made Hinata see stars. Tsukishima leaneddown, pressing their mouths together sloppily as he began to thrust in earnest,and Hinata pushed back to meet every single one, taking everything Tsukishimacould give him.

A pace was easy to find after that, and before Hinataknew it, the night melted into a memory of loud moans, arched backs, and thefeeling of Tsukishima’s touch all over his body. It was intoxicating. From theway the room was spinning to how sticky and hot their skin felt as they movedtogether, it was all making Hinata delirious with pleasure. Their hands wereall over each other, each subtle press of fingers drawing out moans from theblond and himself as they both got their fill of each other. As if they’d everactually get enough, Hinata had a lot of stamina after all.

It was almost scary, how intense and wonderful it was,but he trusted Tsukishima more than anything, after all their time together. Tothink they’d come this far. Once his enemy, now his lover, and Hinata wouldn’thave had it any other way.

Even as Tsukishima finished, collapsing down besideHinata in exhaustion, he didn’t doubt Tsukishima would be there in the morning,and for many more after that.

It was very difficult because the love triangles and squares are very hard for me to read, but your writing is so lovely and awesome!! I actually was reading Courtship of the Owls at my work and I was pretty surprised to see you posted an new chapter in that moment! xD Anyway, I'm so excited to see what's gonna happen next! KAJSJDKKSKS Like, poor Kuro with his "everyone points how much I don't have a special person" problems (I relate) and SemiShira y KyouHaba yes!!!
