karkat is Not a fan (and his sweatpants drawstrings are only violet because eridan bought them and switched them out and karkat can't un-switch them without getting apoplectically pissed off by that stupid little string that won't go through the holes)

Vladimir Verevochkin in Double

Premises: A man that looks a lot like the main character (Artem) is a debt collector, because of him doctor lost his home, his family left him. Artem is soon taken by police for stealing he didn't do, and as he keeps saying that it wasn’t him but a man who looks like him, is sent to the mental hospital. Doctor finds out what he’s accused of and plans revenge.

Mega Man has the goofiest fucking localization changes with names sometimes even if changing Rock Man to Mega Man was a good cool but I really think the funniest fucking thing that spanned across two series unintentionally was the fact they had to change VAVA to Vile since there asses in the states couldn’t get away with a clear Star Wars inspired character without too much copyright and that caused the domino effect later of them NAMING a fucking dude in Japanese Dr Vile and went “shit we can’t have people be confused- let’s rename him Weil and have it be German so it’s pronounced the same as if kids playing this game will know this and also just think he’s Wily due to the spelling”

another thing that drives me insane at the end of men at arms is this bit

its the implication that vimes has been communicating with vetinari a lot more than we ever see on the page and it haunts me that we never get to see that. i mean i wrote a whole fic thats supposed to be a missing scene from the end of men at arms but i couldve done so much more with it ... it bothers me so bad that theres so much happening between them and we never get to see it 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
