I haven’t watched a vtale video since The Incident, and even before then I only watched a few old ones once in a while, (because almost all the newer ones were shit) so I only remember bits and pieces outside of P.I.E. And occasionally I get mentally punched in the throat by remembering the fucking toothless ragdoll video. Or the Acachalla family dinosaur. Or that bit in one of the creepypasta high school vids where Jeff the killer says he’s the rakes mother. (I thought he was a woman for so long because of that. That was my first introduction to creepypasta.)

This also makes for an Interesting experience trying to make a rewrite. (more like a first write, because the jumbled mess we all loved does now count as a proper story in the slightest) The wiki will be used sparingly, but other than that I am making a whole lot of shit up, and shoving as many half remembered references that I can fit.

“Yearning for nom noms” is my first victim. There will be many more.

Shout out to my Aussie friend (I think they were Australian?) I met online on Kik who I spent time raving over VenturianTale. More specifically Johnny Ghost and Johnny Toast, we shipped them like mad. Jimmy Casket my beloved,,,

We lost contact a long time ago.

Uhh I haven’t posted in a while because I’ve been writing out the plot, I want this to be a very good story before I post anything. Also they plot has changed a lot so...yeah 😅

But, uhh just a reminder (or not) that this comic will deal with religious themes, specifically Christian/God related ones. If you have a problem with this, then now isn’t the time to complain about it, now is the time to stop reading. Okay? Okay.

Also another thing about this AU: it’s basically a swap AU at its core, ex: Alphys and Undyne are Queen and King, while Toriel and Asgore are chefs and restaurateurs. There’s also some other things to make it a bit different from a regular swap AU, but that about it.

Also to make my definition of Swap AU clearer: This isn’t based off of Underswap/Swaptale. It’s characters are based off of the canon Undertale traits. This is partially why it’s taking so long for me to get this AU up off the ground, I want to stay true to their character while also making it so it isn’t too boring for you guys.

Day 8: Favorite AU

Omg I love like all of the AU how dare you ask me to choose????

But anyways if I have to choose I’d choose my brainchild, Variabletale (Vtale for short)

Basically it’s a swapped au with no boss monsters.

Undyne and Alphys are ‘King’ and ‘Queen’ respectively, and MK takes the Prince role, with Chara still appearing as Chara. I don’t want to reveal too much for plot reasons, but I’m trying to make this a realistic story? Like ‘this’ happened, so ‘this’ happens because of it.

I dunno if I’ll succeed yet but I’m going to try!

Also there aren’t going to be any new characters (I think?) except for 2 monsters for plot purposes, Arial and Curly who are dead skellies :(.

Sketches based on my Fanfiction that I’ll probably never finish. Here’s the link if you want to read it but my writings skills are atrocious.  Basically the story is about Vahl and Miraak meeting Cywren and Timebomb through the power of an elder scroll, things only get worse and they end up fighting to the death. It also was going to explain how Miraak and Vahl got together too but once again I didn’t finish. Maybe someday. (Also Miraak is based off my modded Miraak on my Vahl save/Might have screenshots on this blog if you want to go looking) Hope you guys enjoy these anyways I’m really proud of these!
