OKAY second attempt at answering this after tumblr unceremoniously closed out of the post while i tabbed out to get a link to a song LOL

yayy an excuse to talk about this :) marshall maximizer/phony are iconic and i'm glad so many people have been dragged into kafu hell because of them SDJKSDF

as for me i got into kafu really early during her first handful of demo songs, my first kafu song was Furachi na Kassai/Unscrupulous Cheers by police picadilly (the original from february 2021, not the duet cover between kaf and kafu that came later) cause i saw it in my subscriptions box from being subscribed to the producer. i wasn't keeping up with vocalsynth news well at the time and didn't know kafu existed yet, so this was my first time hearing her voice. i was also really unadjusted to cevio at the time and i thought that she was just a real person with autotune... so i looked up kafu out of curiosity as to who the singer was and was shocked to see she was a vocalsynth LOL and then my curiosity was probed further when i saw on her wiki page that she was voiced by a vsinger with nearly the same name (KAF) and i looked kaf up, fell in love with kamitsubaki's work pretty much instantly, and the rest is history... been in this hell for over 2 years now

as for my favorite kaf/kafu song... idk if u mean duet or individual songs but i will just answer for each possible case because i can JASKDFFSDA my favorite kaf/u duet is their duet of Kafuka by Sasakure.uk, my favorite kaf song is Kyoukankaku (this hasn't been publicly posted to youtube yet, it's on her most recent album, so here's my private upload of it shh don't tell anyone /j), and my favorite kafu song changes a lot but right now it's prooobably Ended Up Dead by Sheeno Mirin just on account of how often i come back to it?? but i have a kafu playlist with over 1.5k songs in it so suffice to say it is difficult to narrow it down JSAKDDF
