最近买了个唱片机，第一次去了真正的唱片店，居然能在美国找到这张中国老唱片。估计是70年代末文革后期或者改革开放早期发行的。真的很神奇！

We recently bought a record player and went to our first real record store. To our surprise, we were able to find this old Chinese record from the late '70s. I imagine it was released around the end of the Cultural Revolution or early Reform Era. A really special find!

They produced a single album, 'Soldiers of Misfortune' which was never formally released and only given on CD to band members. (Your friendly neighbourhood submitter happens to be the lead singer's daughter.) 'Bound for Hell' is the band's most popular original composition, and was used as a gig closer.」

Wanted to share my queer joy playlist and also ask if anyone had any recommendations for songs to add? My general rule for adding songs has been that the song must explicitly celebrate queer experiences (whether through the lyrics and/or video), but depending on the country of origin that bar is lower into the realm of strong subtext. So far I only have English, Korean, and Mandarin songs, and just a single song in both French and Japanese. I am looking to expand into adding songs in other languages so please share the songs that bring you queer joy! 🏳️‍🌈

Still：　「I wrote the lyrics half while in 10th year Chemistry class and half while crying in my little sister's bed on her death anniversary. Unsurprisingly, it's about the grief and trauma of losing a loved one too soon from an accident and my grip on reality slipping as I struggle to come to terms with the emptiness and hopelessly cling to a ghost, and also bottling up feelings. Or something. This is still (hehe) my favourite of our songs because it's really special to me, but we're never quite satisfied with how it sounds, so there are like 5 different versions of it, and there are parts of it that make me cringe so I rewrote it in Dutch, haha. As the later versions are not out, here is the GIRL version. That iconic guitar riff is the jingle that plays on my ACNH island.」
