decided to get off my ass and work on my art, because it's just felt unsatisfactory to my taste and ive admired a lot of artists

i really like @/meow972's art (fav eluca n ron artist 100%), i also take some inspiration on detail from jililijililiji on instagram. i like stylized art a lot i think. im a fan of yurie sekiya too. there's kind of a pattern. again, stylized art is super cool and i want to capture that

also!!! the blue gal to the right doesnt belong to me!! she's a gijinka of lily of alchemy from pvz by a user on the fandom wiki!! and ofc credits to jason the art kid for the plants vs rappers fnf mod, based mod based songs. rex and snowy are ofc mine tho

i learned a lot from this, i like how i did zombie bf the most. ill go forward with that sort of style and add to/take from it as i keep practicing

Hi! Just wanted to say thank you to the mods for hosting this fest! :) It's been really fun to discover so many great new Romione fics through this fest!

I'm hoping it's okay for me to reach out to ask this, but I'd like to try to host my own Romione themed fest one day since I have a few different really fun ideas for a fanfic fest and want to help boost the visibility of more Ron/Hermione fanfics! So if any of the mods of this fest have any advice or guidance to share on the logistics to consider when hosting and organizing a fest, I was wondering if it might be okay for me to ask a few questions to one of the mods over DM? Or if the mods here are interested in having an extra person helping out with planning the next Romione fest, I would love to contribute however I can! :)

Hey there! We’re so happy you enjoyed the fest, we had a lot of fun running it and there were so many great fics submitted! 🥰

We love to see more Romione in the world, and there's definitely no right or wrong way to run a fest! Some do prompt claiming, some run on AO3 vs tumblr…it just depends on what you're most comfortable with.

Some general thoughts:

If you haven't already, consider joining the Romione Discord! It's a great community of Romione fans.

We use Google Sheets to stay organized (sometimes a little too organized because we mods love our spreadsheets lol) and this is especially helpful if you have multiple mods.

Be flexible/learn as you go. Your fest won't be perfect (especially your first) and THAT'S OKAY.

Remember, above all, we do this for fun! Good luck! 🩷

The rework does has some good things in it-like Chainsaw Dipsy trying to wear Ron's head-okay maybe only I find that funny.

I always found it weird that the dev of the rework never responded to any of the comments talking about the missing Laa-Laa scene.

And just many days later like basically "Its been patched so everyone shut up and stop talking about it"

It just feels like they never intended on patching that and what do you mean no one liked that death trap

While I prefer playing mods vs the original-since its always a win to me if the dev adds an infected Anne

(Its such a dim memory but I remember someone talking about being sad about infected Anne because "she's so sweet and motherly *ect ect DLC" and I'm internally over here like shut up-is Anne not allowed any good content of her by these people-)

But a mod a lose if Laa-Laa and Po aren't in it. The first is obvious, I just love Laa-Laa to bits. I just really like all of Po's phases.

I am a fan of reskins especially if people are giving Spider Po more eyes. Or bonus points for rope around Po's neck.

And I really like it when mods have a swap map.

Still wish we could replace Tinky Tank with something else like U G H that transformation was a gosh dang MISTAKE

Still angry at that Slendytubbies Reworked for removing the Guardian and Laa-Laa interaction, instead giving the player a deathtrap instead and you can't continue unless if you play the game all over and make the choice in chapter 0 to wake up Laa-Laa. (But a lot of people are angry about this) No I'm not angry I don't get to point at Guardian and call out his flaws, I'm angry because in the rework it just implies to me that Laa-Laa was too weak to endure the infection as soon as Guardian got there. It feels insulting to Laa-Laa's character but again I just love Laa-Laa a lot.
