Just finished Adventure Time/Distant Lands (just started Fionna and Cake) and HOLY FUCK y’all were right! I loved it sooo much! Although the first few seasons do drag a little I don’t recommend skipping them. Even if they aren’t super plot heavy doesn’t mean they aren’t plot relevant. I think if I started from anywhere other than season one I would have been very confused. I was super wary to start the show cus I thought it was going to have that iconic Cartoon Network uncomfortable weirdness (and the first few seasons DEFINITELY did), but it once I got into it, it became a lot better, and I loved it so much. 10/10 from me.

That being said, once I finish Fionna and Cake I’m gonna need a new show to watch.

Glowing Altean marks are actually a sign of static electricity so if anyone else touches them they get a shock. Allura would chase people down just to shock them growing up. They are Altean Pikachus. Allura and Lotor rub their faces together to create almost-lightning. Lance better hit the ground running.
