He's wearing expensive looking clothes dyed cool colors such as teal and purple with white sleeves and lots of gold accents. On his hip he carries a leather belt with some (also leather) pouches. He is surrounded on all sides by many, many angry cream-ish white ghosts. They come from different backgrounds but are all screaming at the nobleman, some raising arms in anger.

It's an Enchantment that costs 2 Uncolored mana and 1 White mana. Its rarity is mythic rare.

The rules text reads "Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays 2 Uncolored mana for each creature they control that's attacking you."
