thoughts on shifting + manifesting with ease. (as someone who's shifted many times, alongside manifesting)
coming back to this side of tumblr after spending years away from it has made me realized how many of you are truly the problem, it might sound kinda harsh but really. so many of you ask the same questions over and over again.. "but HOW do i do it?" "how do i shift" "how do i manifest" JUST DO IT. stop looking for signs, stop looking for methods or "cheat codes". just do it man.
your mind is so powerful and it actually kinda irritates me how many of you doubt it, just because it "seems to easy". you don't understand how you've been manipulated by society to not see your power. how have you been on loa social media, shifting social media, for soooo long — yet still don't see it?? let me tell you..
the moment i got off social media, the moment i took time to erase everything in my head and stop overthinking everything, was the moment everything came to me. i already had it, i just needed to stop telling myself i didn't.
it took me barely any time to get used to convincing myself i had everything i wanted, i shifted to my desired realities, and everything worked out in my favour. AFFIRMING IS ALL YOU NEED. I AM YELLING AT YOU. JUST AFFIRM.
really, please, affirm. the routine is so simple.
1. any bad thought is instantly turned positive.
ex: "i really want her waist"
to
"am i stupid ... i have her waist.. tbh mine even looks a little better.. am i crazy?? like actually? this must be a glitch or something cause my waist is practically identical to hers.. i literally love my waist"
exaggerate, say what you need to say to erase the negativity.
2. it's yours, so act like it..
ex: talk about ur DR normally. it's your reality, not a fantasy land you made up in a dream. ITS REAL. it's a reality. for example, i'd watch videos of my s/o in this reality, and speak about our lives in my dr. "i can't wait to see __ tonight... god i love __, it's so nice hanging out with them everyday.. wow they look so pretty in this video — i'm so lucky their mine". it's natural, they're yours aren't they? exactly, so act like it.. this is used the exact same way when manifesting..
you see someone with something you want? thinking of something you wanna do? something you wanna be? ... it's urs... so can you act like it?? like whyre u feeling sad someone else got a job promotion 😹😹 you literally got a better one ...
3. that's literally it
you don't need a fancy method (although it can give u some peace of mind.. let's be real, a lot of methods set y'all back and make you overwhelmed, blocking ur beliefs and making everything seem harder). you literally just need to live. tell yourself it's done, over and over again. nothing matters. it's done, it's yours, you have it, you're happy and fulfilled. other peoples sucess should really mean nothing to you negatively. it shouldn't make you stressed, shouldn't make you feel behind.. why would it when you have everything, you can do everything, go anywhere, and you can be anything.
it'll seem like manifesting blogs and shifting blogs just repeat the same things.. which is true, they do, because i'm telling you there's nothing more to it than what you've already read. it is that easy. all it takes is your mind. decide, and tell yourself.
as i said before, it took me barely anytime to switch my mindset once i actually started focusing on myself, my journey and not every body else's results. repeating stuff to yourself WORKS. repeating is literally ALL i did. choose what i want, told myself it's mine in any way i could describe it. and there, it's mine. ive shifted to many different realities, along side gaining a better life in this one after years of convincing myself there was nothing for me. if i can break out of the cycle, trust me you can too. i cannot describe how desperate i was at the beginning, how long i took in false info and wasted time on methods all while doubting every single thing.
so why don't you believe it? you'll sit there and tell yourself over and over again that you're ugly, or broke, or friendless... but you won't tell urself that you've shifted? that you have your dream body...? girl okay i guess....
once you realize nothing besides your mind truly matters, is when you'll be free with yourself. circumstances don't matter, past feelings don't matter, doubts don't matter, your mind is all you need.

(Let yourself forget about this reality temporary. Think about the little details of that life. Details in the things around you. Are you in a room? Who’s room? What is outside of the room? What can you hear?)
3: Feel the feelings you would feel while being present in that life
(Again, immersing yourself. Use your imagination to your advantage. Feel the shift in mindset.)
4: Do something mindless.
(Imagine yourself walking around or doing something that’s natural for you to do in that life. Something that doesn’t require much thought.)
5: THATS IT.
You just shifted and/or trained your mind to become familiar with your desired life.

Guys , I entered void state and fudge! it was so easy 😭
Short story about how it happened :
Okay so I was scrolling through reddit where I saw success post of someone telling they shifted to marvel universe yayy . So about how they did it was just laying down and relaxing and affirming that "I'm in void state" and and "I can go in void state on command"
I thought hell!! Sounds so simple so i just went straight to bed And did some breathing things. After I was relaxed I affirmed like "I'm in void state" "I have entered the void state" . I felt itchy some time but I knew it's my brain making sure that my body is asleep. So I just ignored it and focused on affirming to trick my brain in thinking that body is asleep . And tada!!!! I was in void state!!!!!! I manifested jambalaya to eat lol!!

How to shift: EMBODY YOUR DR SELF!!

Most of us always focus on the process of shifting, the symptoms, the 5 senses, overanalyze our process and being very critical of ourselves, we try to analyze why we don't shift, giving ourselves excuses and explanations Saying "I didn't do enough", "I should have tried harder" I wish you guys to STOP THAT.
Actually, none of the above matters. The reason you think the methods, meditation, etc matters it's because of your assumptions and beliefs because you didn't get there and you think "you're doing something wrong" and you ARE NOT, leave that mentality behind and stop seeing shifting as a task or obligation, as something with steps that must be followed to the letter.
Stop and get back to BASICS, When you are trying to get to your DR, stop thinking and focus on "I have to get there" just think that YOU ARE THERE, think ABOUT YOU, about your dr self, who are you in your dr? This is why it is very important that you like your dr's self, and not just an "improved 2.0 me, now with ultra-powered engines" because it just makes you feel uncomfortable, and you need to feel comfortable with being your dr self, You must like being yourself, you must know yourself, dive into your brain and connect with your dr self and with who you're there.
And when you connect with who you are there, forget about everything else, forget how many breaths you have to take, what number you are on, or if you visualize enough, just connect with you, with who you are. By connecting with your 5 senses and with the environment, you are not traveling, I mean this is okay but when you're trying to shift, the shift it's in the mindset, not in the around, it happens in your subconscious, it happens when you become that person, you are becoming your dr self not your environment, WHO ARE YOU? Connect with that person. Start with "Who am I?" "What am I doing here?" "What is my name?" Until it becomes a natural flow, connect with your thoughts until it becomes a natural flow. You did it, you've shifted, when you are fully connected to your dr self and you no longer need to think like your dr self thinks, you are there, and nothing else matters, fuck if "your environment tells you otherwise", It doesn't matter what you see, hear or feel anymore, you are in your dr and you are your dr's person. You know that you're there because of your mindset, enjoy that because that is shifting, that is change, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE, this is manifesting, and manifestation happens instantly when you change your mindset.
The process of shifting doesn't have to take a long time, it doesn't have to take years, the only reason it takes you so long is because you see it as homework. Get out of that mindset, connect with yourself, change your mindset, delate everything else, stop making everything so difficult. "I didn't shift last night because-" STOP, there's no reason you haven't shifted. We shift in every decision we make, when you go to bed YOU HAVE ALREADY SHIFTED, but you are not going to accept it and you MUST accept it.

Why you should embody your dr self (good for lazy shifters):
You should try to connect with your dr self instead of using the five senses or connecting with your dr it's because:
1. It's a bit backwards to try to connect with your surroundings instead of yourself. As I said before, you are not shifting to be your environment, you are shifting to be you, to be your dr self. (Although I'm not saying that using all 5 senses is a bad thing, but you shouldn't focus only on that)
2. Embodying your dr self bypasses all the extra shit about you just lying in your bed trying to shift. The moment you connect with your dr's self, you have already shifted, because if you were not in your dr you would not be able to access the thoughts of your dr self. And when you are focused on this, you are no longer focused on the symptoms and that is the best thing that can happen to you because YOU SHOULDN'T FOCUS ON THE SYMPTOMS because it's not a physical process, physical change comes after the change of mentality. Connecting with your dr self's thoughts is much better than memorizing affirmations and meditating, it's more natural, you enjoy it more and it's less tiring.
3. In the case that your physical environment does not end up changing, you end up connecting with your dr self (THAT IS SO IMPORTANT) you alredy had the mindset shift. And many people when they start doing all this, they start having dreams about themselves being their dr self, and having experiences in their dreams being their dr self, and that is SO GOOD (it's literally happening to me) Taking this post into account, I assure you that YOU WILL SEE CHANGES YES OR YES this is a connecting point.

just a reminder that shifting and manifesting is supposed to be fun. its not supposed to be a chore. the entire process of shifting (meditating, the act of shifting, etc.) is supposed to be fun. stop thinking like you have to do something because u dont have to do anything. its all about what works for you and what you want to do. “i dont wanna do this” then dont do it. its a simple as that. shifting is simple, and it can be easy if you choose to do what you personally like and motivates you.

When you sleep, you go through about four stages:
Stage 1 - This is the transition from wakefulness to sleep, lasting about 5-10 minutes. In this stage, you close your eyes and get comfy in bed.
Stage 2 - This stage, which makes up about 45% of your sleep, lasts 25-30 minutes. Your eye movement stops, your heart rate and breathing slow, and your muscles relax. K-complexes, which are brief, high-amplitude brain waves, occur sporadically. They help protect sleep by reducing responses to external stimuli and supporting memory consolidation. Simultaneously, sleep spindles, which are bursts of rhythmic brain activity, help integrate sensory information and maintain sleep stability.
Stage 3 - Known for deep sleep, this stage lasts about 30-40 minutes and is your body in its most relaxed state. You become less aware of your surroundings during this stage.
Stage 4 (REM sleep) - Most commonly occurring after about 90 minutes of the first three stages, REM sleep involves rapid eye movement and temporary muscle paralysis (so that you don't move in response to your dreams. How cool is that?). This excludes your eyes and breathing muscles. Brain activity increases, leading to vivid dreams. REM sleep lasts 10 to 90 minutes and gets longer with each cycle. Dreams can happen at any stage, but they're most vivid and frequent during REM sleep.

Each stage is associated with a different type of brain wave. 
The most common brain waves, produced in waking hours, are called beta waves. In stage 1, your brain produces alpha waves; which shift to theta waves as you relax. In stage 2 the previously explained k-complexes and sleep spindles occur. Between these short bursts, your brain is producing theta waves. In stage 3 your brain is producing delta waves. These are the slowest brain waves and are (obviously) a characteristic of deep sleep. In stage 4 (REM) your brain waves are most similar to how they are when awake, which means your brain is dominantly producing beta waves.

Robotic affirmations changes the way your brain thinks.
No for real though. My mom has lowkey always been my biggest supporter as well as my biggest hater and she commented on how lazy I had gotten and how I had put on the weight I lost from over exercising and under eating for a month straight and usually this would trigger a relapse into my old habit.
But because I had been robotically affirming for hours for the past 2 days that I had my desired appearance her words barely touched me or shook my resolve because I genuinely believe that I have my desired appearance even if other people don’t see it.
Like I don’t care what anyone says, I know I have my desired appearance already and its just a matter of time before my 3D gives in and accepts that reality as well. Even as I’m typing this out I’m robotically affirming.

“But I don’t see any progress!!” Because you are focused on the 3d, the 3d is a reflection of your beliefs. If you believe you see no progress, you won’t.
“Then how do I change my beliefs?!?” By simply deciding that it’s changed, and persisting in the fact that it has.
If you believe that it’ll take 3 days to manifest xyz, it will.
If you believe it’s impossible, it is.
If you believe it IS possible, then the 3d will have no other choice than to conform.
It’s your choice.

do you have to control or micromanage when you wake up in the void? no. does it happen regularly enough that you can trust it'll absolutely happen again soon? yes.
this is an identity shift to be this version of self instead of fixating and obsessing on methods and techniques to make something happen outside of you. basically, that's how all my subs work anyway.

IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING WITH THE VOID STATE LISTEN TO ME
I keep seeing people trying to do all these intricate methods to get into the void state.
Now, I can get into the void state so easily. Like literally it’s so simple for me. So seeing these people trying all these methods to get into the void state honestly makes me kinda sad.
PLEASE listen to me when I say you are WAY over complicating it.
The void state is a deep meditative state.
Where you feel (in the simplest way I can put it) pure soul.
You don’t have to do a whole bunch of steps to get into it.
The first time I got into it I had no idea what it was. I was very confused and I’m so glad that I did not know what it was until after I did it.
How did I get into it?
The first time I got into the void state I put on brown noise (it was the first time I meditated to brown noise) and I just focused on the pure nothingness of the sound and just listened to my thoughts and letting them drift away. I wasn’t saying any affirmations, I wasn’t trying to shift, I was simply being. After a while, my body fell asleep but my mind was awake.
I kept focusing on the noise and after a while, I realized I was nowhere. I felt like I was completely nowhere. Not attached to any single reality. I was pure soul.
I’m not totally sure how I got out of it or how long I was there. I was certainly there for a long time for this reality, but it felt like an eternity in the most amazing way.
Now it is months later and I can get into it (just about) any time I like to.
Please don’t put it on the pedestal and act like it’s the most amazing thing ever. I mean yeah it’s really sick. But if you put on a pedestal, then it’ll be even harder for you to get there. It’s only as hard as you make it to be.

A general mini-guide to the LOA and the ACTUAL Void State (reposting my post in reddit here cause i felt like it will help alot of ppl!!) Hello, this post is summarizing information that really helped me, I really recommend checking out the posts linked AND researching more on your own. Remember, you can shift even if you don't read this but this post will help you understand more and very likely help you shift.
This is NOT a motivational post, I truly mean it, it really is that easy.
Abbreviations used in this post:
3D - The 3rd dimension, your current reality. The physical plane you experience, that mirrors the 4D based on your assumptions.
4D - The 4th dimension, your imagination. The higher plane where your imagination is, the 3D mirrors is based on your assumptions.
1 - THE VOID STATE.
What is the void state really?
In general, the void state is the state of pure consciousness - only being aware of your 4D, ignoring your 3D.
Awake state - being aware of both your 3D and 4D.
State of pure consciousness (void state) - only aware of your 4D.
Asleep state - aware of neither your 3D or 4D.
This is it. It's not a complicated meditative state, it's not astral projecting, it's just this. State of pure consciousness. You think that's hard? You do it every day! Have you ever been distracted at school/any other place, just staring at a wall and daydreaming. Well congratulations, you were in the void state. You were distracted away from the 3D as if it didn't matter, you were only aware of your 4D. (imagination)

2 - THE LAW OF ASSUMPTION
The law of assumption works, when you assume something (believe it's true without proof) and it happens in your 3D. Well, when you desire something, you have to accept that you already have it BECAUSE YOU DO. If you have it in your 4D, then your 3D will copy it as well. It always does.
Remember - think as if, because you do have it. If you have it in your 4D, then you have it in your 3D.
