OKAY BUT IMAGINE;
Becoming Morpheus's safe space or his emotional support human. Like one day you're walking through the Dreaming and you find Morpheus, who is completely overwhelmed with his feelings and is hiding from everyone. So you, who has been completely nervous and a little intimidated by him bc he's literally an Endless, go up to him and hug him without hesitation. You comfort him without asking any questions or trying to get him to talk about it. You just let him feel with no judgement.
Que to like maybe a couple weeks or months later where Morpheus just constantly seeks out your touch for comfort. Like will literally cross a whole room just to touch you no matter whoever is there or wherever you two are. He just automatically relaxs at the touch and he also like to see the light blush that appears on your face because despite how normal the touching is by now, he still makes you nervous in a butterflies in the stomach type of way.
OH MY GOD MY HEART IS MELTING AT THIS I DIDNT KNOW I NEEDED THIS UNTIL YOU SAID IT
You were in the library assisting Lucienne with reorganizing all the new books. The two of you were talking about anything and everything. It was calm, and enjoyable.
Until such a peace was interrupted.
Hasty footsteps cut through your melodic conversation. You both turned your head to find Morpheus marching through the library. His eyes determined and somewhat harsh as each of his steps were filled with a near righteous purpose. He seemed to be on some personal - and dare you say important - mission. As if, he was trying to locate something, or someone.
Morpheus’s eyes flickered over to you. Instantly, he beelined it directly towards you. Once within your grasp, he hugged you from behind.
Someone. He was trying to find someone, and that being you.
You tensed up, feeling your heart skip. His arms tightened around your waist as he pressed his forehead into your shoulder. He let out a deep long heavy exhale as some internal weight lifted off of him.
Lucienne bit back a smile. You glanced at her with wide eyes, feeling a heat rise to your cheeks. She knew of your small crush on the Endless, a secret she swore to keep. “I will finish later, there are other things I must do,” she said with a slight playfulness in her voice.
You wanted to call out to her, to tell her not to go, but all those words died on your lips. Once she disappeared from sight, you let out a small sigh. She will give you grief later.
“Apologies,” Morpheus murmured, still clinging to you. You tensed at the soft hypnotic timbre of his voice. “It has been a … difficult morning.”
With each passing second, the stress continued to melt off of him. How could one hug, one touch from you, calm him so immensely?
“It’s ok,” you tried to keep your voice steady. “Just took me a bit off guard.”
“Should I -“ he slowly removed his arms.
“No,” you blurted out. “It’s fine, really. You just looked so … so … angry earlier, I didn’t know what you were going to do.”
Morpheus sighed, returning his arms around you grateful for it. “Again, I am sorry if I alarmed you.”
“Please you don’t have to apologize. If I can bring you any kind of comfort then I’m happy to help.”
His arms gave you a small squeeze, almost as if in a silent thank you. “You truly are a wonder to behold,” he whispered.
Your heart fluttered at his touching words. “How so,” you asked with a giddy smile as you placed your hands over top of his.
“You can always calm my chaotic emotions.”
You turned your head slightly to peer at him from the corner of your eye. All you saw was his messy ruffled hair. You leaned your head towards his, and lovingly rest it against his. “Always happy to help,” you whispered softly into his hair.
Morpheus was thankful to have hid his face, for he knew if you looked at him you could see his unspoken love for you. A mortal who went from stranger to confidante. His dear mortal whose words and touch can assuage any turmoil within him. His infatuation that held his heart in a way he could not comprehend. His love who he hoped would stay by his side when he gathered the courage to ask.
“Thank you,” he mumbled.
Thank you for everything.
“Of course, I’m always here for you,” you hummed.

Pharsalia came up in Latin class today and the professor sensed the class wasn't really convinced it was I quote "a magnificent work". So she tried to sell it by mentioning there's talking corpses and rains of blood in a very enthusiastic voice. And I thought of this blog.

Hm seems I haven’t posted him yet.
Say hi to Louis Vivet (or well Louis and Vivet)
Louis is a new age clone, being 17 at the start of season 2.
His clone father is well, Louis Vivet. He was one of the first people every formally diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder! Not much is known about his life outside of that unfortunately. With it being noted that he was a laborer up until 17 where he was paralyzed due to trauma from a viper, to which he then turned and started tailoring.
Louis takes after his clone father, having a nerve disorder leading to him using mobility aids along with taking an interest in sewing. Along with that, Louis also happens to have DID (not that it was a genetic thing, don’t think too hard about it). He has at least one other distinct personality, who takes their last name, Vivet, as their own.
Louis is said to be a calm, patient, and friendly person. Meanwhile, Vivet is more of a hot-head and a bit rude. Vivet is also “uncaring” in comparison to Louis. That isn’t to say that Vivet doesn’t *care*, she does, it’s just a little hard for him to show it. Another comparison is that Louis heavily prefers using his wheelchair while Vivet prefers their arm crutches.
Most of the school knows of Louis’s disorder, but the unfrozen 2003 clones don’t. Until most of them were told, Louis and Vivet managed to coordinate and pretend they were twins. This lasted at least a month.
Okay that’s all I have the brain to write right now. Sigh

È angosciante quanto i disturbi psicologici e parte di quelli neurologici non siano riconosciuti come reali disagi da chi non li hai mai vissuti sulla propria pelle.

I have another idea, not as mushy as the other one BUT;
Imagine you've been seeing Morpheus for a few years, so you're comfortable in the Dreaming and you help Lucienne out in the library. You come across some scrolls with drawings of stars and galaxies on them. When you ask Lucienne, she tells you Morpheus used to draw out his plans before making the galaxies. Then she shows you his favorite one, maybe it was supposed to be a flower that had a galaxy on the petals instead of just regular colors, but he never made it because he was never sure about it but he still looks at the idea from time to time.
So you decide to get the galaxy flower tattooed on your left wrist, EXACTLY HOW HE DREW IT, because you love it so much. When he sees it, he's so shocked that you wanted to get something of not only his permanently on your body, but also how beautiful it looks. Maybe at the end, he decides to make a field of them or a forest filled with them and they only bloom when you're in the Dreaming?
WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOT AS MUSHY???? THIS SHIT IS STILL MUSHY
Morpheus stared down at your wrist with a blank expression.
“Do … do you not like it?” You asked slightly unsure. “I thought it was quite pretty.”
Morpheus slowly ran his fingers over your skin. The galaxy - a rough draft in his opinion - was now etched into your sky. His finger followed the stars and swirled as it formed a blooming flower. With each stroke, he half expected the design to wipe off.
“It is beautiful,” he murmured, still tracing over the inked picture. His eyes flickered up, locking with yours. “But, why?”
You cocked your head, scrunching up your face. “Why, what?”
“Why mark your skin with this particular design?” He stared down, remembering the small minor imperfections in his design: one petal slightly bigger than the others, too many stars weighted on one side, the colors could be better. Yet, here it laid on your skin. Imperfections and all.
“Why not?” You shrugged with a smile. “Like I said it’s pretty.”
Morpheus simply nodded.
You spoke up, “Lucienne told me about it. She said you always came back to it, and I guess I decided to make a thought reality.”
His heart melted at such proclamations.
Your smile only grew as you stared down at the design. “It’s perfect.”
“On you? Indeed, it is.”
It conformed and curved to your skin in such a way that the night sky could not replicate. The colors were vibrant on your skin, the stars twisted across your skin as if dancing, the petals hugged your wrist and no one could tell if one was too big.
A warmth spread over your chest. “Thank you.”
Morpheus tugged your wrist, drawing you closer to him. He placed a small kiss on your temple, whispering into your skin. “No, thank you, my love.”

"You are the 'now' of God"
In 2019 Pope Francis put forward an Apostolic Exhortation for youth and young adults titled "Christus Vivit" (Christ lives). This was an invitation for youth to enter into a missionary spirituality: an invitation to be disciples that share in the social and spiritual mission of the Church. The invitation is to be co-creators with God, partners in Christ, to bring about the redemption of the world. "The Lord," Pope Francis tells us, "calls us to share in his work of creation and to contribute to the common good by using the gifts we have received."
This invitation comes with a sense of urgency, the youth may not be social and spiritual leaders of our community, certainly they will be, but even now they are the ones who have the pulse of the emerging community. They are the ones who feel the impact of the world as it is and are sensitive to what the world is becoming. As Pope Francis tells us, they, the youth, are the "now" of God.
Young friends, don’t wait until tomorrow to contribute your energy, your audacity and your creativity to changing our world. Your youth is not an “in-between time”. You are the "now" of God, and he wants you to bear fruit. For “it is in giving that we receive”. The best way to prepare a bright future is to experience the present as best we can, with commitment and generosity. (CV: #178)
Our Catholic Church recognizes that charity is not an optional virtue of the Church. Instead charity is an essential aspect of our Catholic mission and identity. As Pope Benedict XVI taught us:
The Church's deepest nature is expressed in her three-fold responsibility: of proclaiming the word of God (kerygma-martyria), celebrating the sacraments (leitourgia), and exercising the ministry of charity (diakonia). These duties presuppose each other and are inseparable. For the Church, charity is not a kind of welfare activity which could equally well be left to others, but is a part of her nature, an indispensable expression of her very being. (DCE: #25)
Pope Francis recognizes this and in this exhortation he goes into some examples of how we can engage in this aspect of our identity:
Many young people in parishes, schools, movements and university groups often go out to spend time with the elderly and the infirm,
Or they visit poor neighbourhoods, meeting people’s needs through “nights of charity”, (Midnight Runs)
Some young people take part in social programes that build houses for the homeless,
Or reclaim polluted/contaminated areas,
Or offer various kinds of assistance to the needy.
University students can apply their knowledge in an interdisciplinary way, together with young people of other churches or religions, in order to propose solutions to social problems.
The appeal is for the youth (and those of us who teach them) to find or create opportunities to be the "now" of God. That is, to develop missionary opportunities where they serve those in need and bring the experience of the Gospel to a broken world. The youth share in this brokenness that they recognize in the world around them and experience in their own lives.
Study after study shows that there is a growing mental health crisis these days among youth. Social anxieties and forms of depression are increasingly observed with our youth and young adult communities. A recent NPR report, however, also highlights that being connected to one another, and to society at large, has had a mitigating effect on these disturbing trends.
The research shows that young people who feel connected to others at their school, who have others at their school who care about them, who are interested in their well-being, who are interested in their success. Young people who feel that way — anywhere in 7th to 12th grades — 20 years later have better outcomes in terms of their mental health, in terms of substance use, in terms of experience and perpetration of violence, and in terms of sexual health. It has a really broad-ranging impact.
In promoting our Catholic social principles Pope Francis has focused on developing a culture of encounter, a social sense of connectedness, that brings us into authentic relationship with one another. Our youth are invited to live out their Catholic social values through the experience of solidarity and what Pope Francis calls in his first exhortation, a mystical fraternity, "a fraternal love capable of seeing the sacred grandeur of our neighbour, of finding God in every human being." Through the experience of charity and social justice, we can "lay the foundations of genuine social solidarity and the culture of encounter."
We need to be attentive to the issues of social anxieties and depression that affect our youth today. These are real concerns. Those of us who parent teens and young adults should be able to recognize these symptoms. The youth may feel a sense of restlessness because they feel stuck or unsure of themselves. They may feel disconnected from their families, school, or society. They are restless because they experience a world that is increasingly indifferent to the social and personal issues they struggle with. As they get older they may experience a wanderlust, a desire to get out and engage and connect with this broken world, this is where a missionary spirituality can be extremely helpful.
Our Catholic social tradition can offer opportunities to develop the connectedness that they are looking for. We can help them by developing charitable opportunities, teach them about Catholic social teaching, and share with them the stories of past missionary models who were able to change the world through their ministry of service to those in need. Francis Xavier, Frances Cabrini, Pierre Toussaint, Dorothy Day, Bartolome De Las Casas, Teresa of Calcutta, Francis of Assisi, these are all saints and missionaries who transformed the world through their missionary activities. Our Catholic social traditon can guide them to be the "now" of God, to contribute their restless energy and their desire to connect with a broken world through service and a sense of mission. This is the invitation that our Holy Father makes to the youth in the the video above.
So many young people today have a certain restlessness and do not know what to do with that restlessness. Look at Francis Xavier. Look at the horizon of the world. Look at the people who are in so much need. Look at so many people who suffer. So many people who need to know Jesus, and go, have courage.
In addressing our broken relationship with God, St. Augustine famously said, "our hearts are restless until they rest in You." How do we rest in the Lord? Well, according to Jesus, we can find him when we serve "these least brothers of mine." Now is the time to end the restlessness of indifference through a culture of encounter and a missionary spirituality.

Buon anno?
Ritrovare me stesso, rinascere, ogni maledetto giorno.
Questo vi auguro, agli auguri di buon anno non c’ho mai creduto.
