Before we entered college, specifically, the summer before we set foot on our specific universities, we told ourselves some promising lines like, "This time, I'm gonna be healthy!” , “ I'm going to eat healthy when I finally start college!”, “I'm gonna exercise 30 minutes each day and sleep for 7 to 8 hours!", “I'm going to balance all the things I have to do, and this time it’s real!” or “This is it!” and some even went as far as making a to-do list, even a time-specific one to follow each day to get through college. All is not lost! You can still be healthy! That’s right! YOU CAN! We feel you! It’s not easy being a student. From trying to finish all those hard and questionable requirements to trying to budget the allowance you have left for the month or the day and to being a daughter or a son at home. It’s no question that it is really hard, hard to balance everything. But fear not! You have a choice! And YOU CAN still achieve those body goals, that ideal weight and be the master of your college life! Here are top 5 things you can do when you’re broke and stressed as f* but wants to be healthy 1. choose WATER Always choose WATER! Not only does it flush out toxins in your body, prevents cramps and sprains but it also promotes weight loss by making you feel full and satisfied and its free! You would even get a less on your regular value meal in some food chains if you avail don’t avail for the soda! in addition to that, you can spice up or add a little flare to your drink by adding in some cucumber or lemon to it! This will no question, will make you feel cool and satisfied for the whole day! So choose WATER! 2. skip the JUNKIES and pick the VEGGIES! We don’t always have the money for those expensive salads in fast food chains or the no MSG food sold at some canteens. If your looking for a much healthier alternative to your regular fast food chains, we device you to check out the regular carinderias around your area and choose the ones that are mostly vegies because they’re more cheaper and a better and healthier options than any other. Those fats won’t lose on its own. Walking that 1 km to school over riding a trycicle, choosing to take the stairs rather than the elevator, and being active and representing to get the things from offices rather than asking someone else are only some of the things that you can do in your daily activities to lose weight.
