chris is replaying the final fantasy 7 remake for like the 6th time because rebirth comes out in february and i know it might be controversial, but everytime this woman speaks:

I get irrationally annoyed. She has been my least favorite final fantasy 7 character since I played for the first time in like 2000 and if they change her fate moving forward I'm gonna be UPSET because it means I have to look at her and listen to her speak more than i did in the original. (I've always been a Tifa fan, so that has a lot to do with it.)

(I'll also take this time to recommend that everyone watches Final Fantasy: Advent Children, too, because it's so damn good)

I sometimes wonder how long they took to make sure the actors were spaced just right from each other, because that distance always felt very deliberate. “Just a bit more left or right”? LOL Or were the actors already in tuned to the necessary adjustments by that time?

Only TG ever made me ponder about the production/shooting process. A complete ignoramus otherwise. They also made me wonder about things not fit for public consumption (and wished I never wondered about). 😬

TG as a production might have broken lots of labour laws during its time, but at least they made a show which remained indelible and impactful for us fans. Thank you, PD, writers, cast and crew. Forever grateful. Happy 5th airing anniversary!

I walked out of the theaters, as after Spiderverse, and just laughed bc I like how the first Spiderverse came out and MCU shit their pants and SCRAMBLED to shove multiverse stuff in their movies bc obviously THAT'S what makes people like a movie rather than, you know, actually making a good movie

And then Spiderverse showed up AGAIN like, "oh you did multiverse too? That's cute, WATCH THIS"

And then proceeded to make one of the most visually stunning movies AGAIN like, eat shit MCU 😂😂😂
