okay okay i know what you're thinking, twilight could be a child of hecate, but then again, she's giving major athena kid vibes. well, i think this is so fucked up because i truly can't decide if i prefer her being a cabin 20 kid who yes, learns magic, but generally just learns friendliness and all the other shit too, and then later down the line when starlight joins, she'd be wayy more powerful than twily, despite her being an athena kid (whos probably a hecate legacy imo), OR yeah just leave them as athena!twilight and hecate!starlight bc she is such a powerful sorceress naturally. there'd also be like interesting potential in making twi and star hecate siblings, because we get to see the duality of cabin 20

Dear Princess Celestia,

Today I learned that loving the cringy things that were dear to you back in the day is nothing to be embarrassed about.

When I was thirteen, still years and years away from transitioning, I found comfort in the "permitted" femininity of watching the cartoon horse show. Through random happenstance, the "brony" phenomenon had created a space where "boys" my age were being allowed and encouraged to engage in something cutesy, and I jumped into it face first. I fell in love with the characters, the art style, the animation, and the surprising maturity of its writing. And unlike Winx Club or Totally Spies or Strawberry Shortcake, I didn't have that urge to quickly change the channel when someone came into the room.

But it came and went, and I was only into the show for a few years, having eventually moved on to newer and shinier shows like Gravity Falls and Steven Universe. But it still happened. It was important to me. I didn't feel out of place for once. And knowing how it foreshadowed things to come, I look back on those events with a kind of... warm nostalgia, I suppose. It was maybe when I got to be Emily for the first time, if not consciously.

I hope this show is remembered, down the line.

So in the RWBY fandom they do their ship names by using words or phrases associated with both characters and using that as the ship name instead of just fusing names together, E.G Checkmate (Weiss X Blake) or Lucky Charms (Qrow X Clover) (I hope that's the right ones I've never seen the show)

I think the mlp fandom should also adopt this naming format because while some name fusion ship names work and sound good E. G Lyrabon or Moonlight (Moondancer x Twilight) others sound kinda bad and don't roll of the tounge, like PinkieDash or especially DitzyTop/DerpyTop and any combo of Tavi and Vinyls Names. So yeah, let's do it with words and phrases instead. Some Examples:
