🍷💙 Me estuvieron preguntando por el Vino Azul del otro día, así que aquí va un poco de lo que sé (y corríjanme lxs expertxs si me equivoco). Primero, que quede claro que el vino azul sí es vino. La variedad de uva que predomina es Chardonnay, aunque tiene otras variedades. Es es afrutado, dulce y fresco. El color azul viene del pigmento natural que le da las antiocianinas, el cual proviene de frutas como arándanos, moras y sí, la cáscara de uvas (y por cierto: altísimo en antioxidantes #health). El mosto es el jugo de la uva que tiene cáscara (y que no interfiere en su sabor), y lleva las antiocianinas. El vino azul nació en España, donde unos emprendedores veintieañeros con ganas de revolucionar una industria en la cual no tenían experiencia embotellaron este “vino”. Y escribo “vino” porque la estricta ley española no permitió que se le llamara así y se les impuso una multa de €3000 euros. 😴Seguidamente, comenzaron a mercadear el vino azul Gïk como “una mezcla que contiene 99% vino y 1% mosto”. Se popularizó en las redes sociales, y el mercado más grande actualmente es #USA 🇺🇸. Está buenísimo, y se los recomiendo 100%. El #VinoAzul queda #brunchblogapproved.
