July for Loki Tarot Card Reading
Five of Cups, The Hanged Man, Eight of Cups
Times of greatest despair and greatest loss can offer substantial shifts in perspective and moments of clarity...and in time... healing. While grieving a loss of any kind cannot be rushed, moving forward is part of the healing process, even though at times, you may not feel ready. Note the blood in the water in the Eight of Cups card. There is still quite a bit of healing to do, and yet, He moves forward.
Thank you for reading/watching. This is a collective reading. Take only what resonates.
Hail Loki! I love You!

BERKANA woodcut print rune deck hand made by PJ Superior features each of the 24 Elder Futhark runes (plus a ”Wyrd” card) carved by hand into birch wood and printed in a hand cranked barrel press. (The backs printed with a spoon.) Along with the rune symbols, each associated Norse word along with a simple, deeply meaningful illustrative border is carved into the wood from which these cards are printed. The Norse rune symbols are still the main visual focus.
The woodcut print method used to create this hand crafted set of cards ensures that the wood carving typical of the most ancient sets of casting runes is still present in this contemporary deck.
I call this rune deck BERKANA after the 18th rune in the Elder Futhark alphabet, because it means “birch” which is the same type of wood used for the carving of this deck. In runic divination, Berkana represents growth, renewal, and hope.
A home made guide booklet, sewn by hand, is included to share interpretations for divination. The guidebook includes cultural background and history of the Elder Futhark runes, as well as insights into the inspirations and meanings of the artistic imagery accompanying each symbol.
Limited edition of 50 funded via Kickstarter
A handful of decks now available:

I am physically disabled and chronically ill so I’ve a very limited amount of energy and have to deal with lots of nonstop pain.
Energy is my most valuable resource, and thats why I offer it to my gods.
I consider actively practicing witchcraft (doing divination, crafting something, cleaning or cleansing my altar, etc… anything that requires physical activity ) an offering because it takes away most of my energy. This is more valuable than any food or object I can offer. They value the intention behind the offering over everything else.
I know they’re fine with this, they want the best for me, they understand that I am limited when it comes to what I can and what I can’t do regarding my practice.

I was called to do a reading with Loki. He chose to work with the Vikings Tarot deck.
Some of you are coping with loss or disappointment. This may be more recent, but some of you are facing old pain from unhealed wounds being reopened. Either way, you are not seeing your possibilities to heal and move forward. So it's time to examine the situation more clearly. You may find that it's time to move forward.
As always, thank you for reading/watching. This is a collective reading. Take only what resonates.
Hail Loki! I love You always!

well hello there
hi, I've been very absent from this page and apologies for that. I'm getting more into my practice again and that potentially means I'll be posting more again, but I'm not totally sure yet.
hopefully some people have stuck around through my 3 year hiatus.
I've done a small and subtle make over of the page, because it's not going to be exactly the same as before
update
super simple list of things that have changed and things that haven't
still working with tarot, runes, a few other things
still predominantly follow norse paganism and the norse pantheon, still with some influences from other practices (none that are closed practices, of course)
getting into herbalism, which is new to me. I never had any interest in it before but, through starting to drink more herbal tea and things like that, I'm getting more into it
still learning. always.
other life update stuff
a lot of other stuff has happened in the last 3 and a half years that will likely influence content and my practice going forward
my health went to shit and I found out that I have multiple chronic illnesses/disabilities
I went through a whole lot of toxic friendships
I was in a 2 year long abusive relationship (left a year and a half ago)
went through a lot of other traumatic things, including assault and substance abuse
I was 15 when I last posted, I'm now 20. so I've also emotionally matured a lot
I don't know how many of these things with show in things on this page but it may end up being quite relevant. I am healing from things and learning to move on, and my practice is something that is closely tied into those practices.

Message From Freyr Ing, Yule:
Yule, the return of the sun and the birth of the sun, has a strong correlation to the birth of Ing: the garland of evergreens wrapped around a newborn babe of sunlight and the sacrificial boar eaten on yule. Sunwheels and bells decorate hallways. We’re all familiar with that festive influence, but I do believe not many of us know it’s correlation to Freyr, and it being His birthday (Along with Freya’s, naturally.)
For His birthday I wanted to give Him the opportunity to speak about Himself for a bit (which is pretty difficult with him being a selfless guy and cares more about others than Himself.) Via, automatic writing, I managed to find a morsel of information that I found interesting and I think meaningful to share with you, the audience who stops and reads his inspired or direct words. He had mentioned something I don’t think a lot of us remember about Him:
“I want to briefly touch on something that just occurred to me, especially with the upcoming snow. I feels as if my connection to water is frequently forgotten. It is something that I wish was explored more, and I often find myself wishing to get more in tune with it. They used to ask me for rain, for calm skies and smooth waters, though not nearly as much as they asked the others. I have always liked the water. I love the sea. I think, if it is alright with you, it would be nice to get some gifts associated with the sea from time to time. Like sea salt taffy!” (He actually slapped his knee when he laughed.) “I’m kidding, I do not mean candy. I like the smell of the skies when it rains, and of the ocean. Perhaps a nice candle would suffice. That would be nice. For my next ‘birthday,’ I suppose!”
Freyr, before becoming a hostage trade for Aesir, the famous Lord of the earth, and God of sunshine, was a prince in Vanaheim, his father Njord being the King. Often called the “prince of the sea” or “he who is from across the sea” and He still has notable things like being a god of ships, and smooth sailing. I realized more of a depth to him, that despite being a revered member of Aesir, He still misses home, misses the glittering sea, and asking Him for things related to the sea, it’s like He’s able to touch home through our plea. It becomes personal not only to us, but to Freyr as well.
I may not gift sea salt taffy, but Freyr had a special name I coined to him while first getting to know him. It helped understand our friendship and His personality better. And really this offering would be a compliment and icing on the cake that explains everything. It’s a symbol of friendship. But I’ll leave that as a secret!
I hope everyone has had a blessed Yule (I was corrected from saying ‘Yuletide’, to Yule.) and that this year brings more warmth, love, and abundance than the last.
May the Lord of Sunshine and the Prince of the Sea bless you with warmth and glittering kindness.
