The fact that no one across all of DC fandom (as far as I can tell) has mined the beautiful comedic potential that is the night and day difference between Tim and Damians current canonical love interests

I've rewatched Saw X today and even though this was discussed a lot (probably), I am still not over the fact that Cecilia in the end got the easiest way out compared to Valentina, Mateo and Gabriela (and tbh Diego, even though he won). She was the mastermind of it all, she had been doing it for eight (8!!) years, she made a fortune scamming people and in the end all she had to do was kill Parker? When she was already established to not feel any remorse about sacrificing others for her own good? And she lived? I mean, sure, she's a great villain and Synnøve Macody Lund is incredible, but damn I hate this ending for Cecilia in comparison to other scammers.
Let's just take a look at others. They, basically, have rather shitty lives. And I'm not trying to condone their actions, but I get why they all agreed to the scam scheme. Diego and Mateo probably don't make a lot of money working. Gabriela suffers from an addiction. And don't get me started on my girl Valentina. Moreover, as far as I understand, John's "operation" was probably the only one these four did (or they did just a few others in Mexico, as well, but definitely not all 34 of them, since Cecilia goes from place to place and creates a new team every time). And I'm also not sure, that Cecilia even shares the money equally. It's more like her to leave a bigger chunk to herself.
So, I'm definitely not saying, that Diego, Valentina, Mateo and Gabriela did the right thing. Hell no, it's still fucked up. But: I understand their motives. They are people in bad live situations. People just trying to survive in this world. And when you are that desperate, your moral compass can break. But, in their cases, it's never too late to try fixing it. Out of all people tested in Saw X, these four deserved their chance the most. They deserved their reawakening. But they just got John's retribution with the most cruel traps of the movie, and that makes me very sad.

Blows @dawnscall a kiss from across the half-massacred treasure hoarder camp they both showed up at definitely coincidentally and not at all on purpose because why would Childe try to make such a thing happen knowing how fun terrible it could turn out for him if Diluc is in a mood?

I wish Milo's route was better than it was. Because on paper it's actually interesting.
Before Milo, Magician MC wanted to change the system but didn't know how. She did petty glamour spells to irritate the elite like the trash prank she did to the Mayor at a public event and is sent to jail and then Sweet Enchantments to work off her sentence. Still she doesn't know what she wants to do once she gets out and would most likely go back to her pranks. Milo offers her an alternative path—one that embraces the grey areas of morality and justice.
Milo’s influence causes the MC’s morality to evolve beyond the impulsive pranks she initially pulled, which were driven by frustration and a desire to disrupt the system in a playful yet defiant way. While her pranks dipped into grey areas, they were more about rebellion than truly understanding the consequences. Milo's route is centered on the MC’s personal journey, not just her serving as a sidekick to the love interest. Through her experiences with him, she begins to see that real change requires more than surface-level acts of defiance. Instead of simply embarrassing corrupt figures like Vance Pallorbane, she’s now confronted with choices that carry real consequences, pushing her to think about the cost of her actions and who will truly benefit. Milo challenges her to critically examine what "justice" means—whether it can be achieved through lawful means or requires bending the rules in morally ambiguous ways. Over time, her understanding of right and wrong deepens, as she comes to realize that meaningful change often involves navigating the grey areas she had previously avoided. Ultimately, her journey shifts from reactive, impulsive rebellion to a more thoughtful, strategic approach to achieving justice.
All these things are good and interesting! But the execution is soooo boring.

like i will say that "grew up thinking superman and wonder woman were the peak of coolness, gets to bang both of them as an adult" is a very funny and deserved trajectory for my beloved jason todd he deserves a super sandwich, but also dcmu!verse where he doesnt know who these people are and just came back to life angry and seething is also really good. stumbles face first into the best people on planet earth and they decide "oh this angry lil beefcake needs to be reformed, time for love"

In all universes, a flaw that I want to explore through threads because it can be fixed (unlike the irreparable damage left by her ex) is how Emma forgot how to be a part of a team as more than just the leader and ask for help. Being the one who chooses what to do, who takes charge, she pretty much just goes to do what needs to be done, it's already a surprise when she remembers to discuss it with others first unless they ask, and the older she's getting the more she doesn't ask for help unless it's really an accident and someone bumps into her when she can't do anything but do that. So yes, I want to write more of Emma shyly re-learning that she can tell people when she needs some little stupid favor like 'can you get firewood/groceries while I'm busy with this thing' or 'I'm beyond tired, can you wash the dishes' or 'hey I'm about to risk my life, I can't have backup because it distracts me but I need medical ready', that sort of thing, from domestic to dramatic.
