He's guilty of conspiracy to commit treason, smuggling of illegal contraband across borders, use of illegal substances, and involuntarily manslaughter (Skye).
But as a side note, I will personally find that man a good lawyer.

How some straight men in classic literature act: women are smart and beautiful, but they seem so out of reach.
Anyway, here is my best friend. He is so beautiful. He is the one person I can trust. We might have kissed a few times in this novel, like all good friends do. Did I mention how beautiful he is in this feminine way? It takes my breath away.

I don't think I've seen/heard/watched anyone talk enough about how Oz and Victor are a dark and twisted version of Batman and Robin. Oz finds Victor in a similar way of how Batman found Jason Todd who was trying to steal the tires from the Batmobile. Oz takes Victor under his wing seeing that he had something in common with the boy (for Oz, it was a disability, for Bruce, it was being parentless). However, what makes it dark and twisted is that Victor is an unwilling participant and is getting dragged by Penguin into this life of crime while all of the Robins had a choice in staying as Robin. Makes me wonder if Matt Reeves plan to actually bring in Robin into his Batman Epic Crime Saga to show how much more caring Bruce is compared to Oz.

I love reading about pathetic men who fall under the damsel in distress trope and their "friend," who is soft and kind to them when they are sick or hurt.

Pathologic 2 textures: bookbindings (and their sources)
Tumblr media
Pathologic 2 contains a set of 8 photorealistic book exterior textures, used decoratively in locations like the Stillwater. I tracked these down. Two are artist-made stock images, one is a wholesaler's retail image, and the rest are historical books with their titles filed off. If your Pathologic-themed book club is low on ideas since the Bachelor ARG stalled, you can click on their titles to find them online.
