You. He’d definitely want to say it first, but the words never came out of his mouth, he just shows it instead in his own obnoxious way. When you say it first, he pauses for a few seconds in surprise before his eyes glimmer in happiness and the biggest grin appears on his face. “I knew it! You love me too!” He’d give you a big, tight hug and kiss your face repeatedly. He’d keep repeating it like an annoying boyfriend, saying it exaggeratedly, “I love you, I love you, I love you!” He’s such a simp when it comes to you.

Him. He believes in saying it as much as he feel it. On a random day when you’re both spending time together somewhere peaceful and quiet, he’d admire you as usual and decide to let his feelings out for you. He reaches out his finger to caress your cheek with that soft smile of his before saying, “I love you. I’m so lucky to have you.” He doesn’t expect you to say it back, he just wants to say it out loud for you to know. He likes showing you off in subtle ways that you’re his lover.

You. He’s not interested in the concept of “love” and he thinks the word “love” is cheesy even though he loves you beyond measure. You’d have to say it first, but don’t expect him to reply, even though you’d be saying it multiple times. It’s just too much for his tastes. He’s not like those guys who would shower you with sweet words of love, he’s more likely to be a tease. It’s hard to know if he means it or if he’s mocking you with sarcasm, that’s just how he is. Instead, he’s not afraid of showing just how much he wants you in a more physical kind of way.

But soon enough, “I love you” becomes a common phrase in Yuta and your conversations as he showers you with sweet words, his words won’t only be sweet but he’ll mean every single word of it, it’s his way to show you how much he appreciates and treasures you. He’s a man who appreciates love and romance, after all.

ARAGORN ♡ acts of service and words of affirmation

This man would do anything for the person he loves and he is the most comfortable when it comes to expressing his feelings in that way. Any type of physical labor and tasks is no issue for him if he can make it easier for you, and you have grown to notice it all the time and appreciate it. His heart doubles in size when you return your affections in that way too, especially since he isn’t exactly used to having things done for him. When the mood is just right, he has no trouble waxing poetic about you and elaborating his feelings, whether in Westron, Sindarin or any other language - you are worth all of them! When he does that, it’s usually in a hushed tone with a special air of intimacy, and it feels so sacred and special.

Our little gumi (>.<) is more of a reserved, quiet character, and I feel like this would transfer into a romantic relationship as well.

It would take him a long time to trust you, and we all know he has HELLA abandonment issues, so you better be prepared to reassure your broody monster.

Megumi is definitely the type of boyfriend who shows his love for you in subtle ways, like lingering glances or small gestures. And the two of you definitely have a whole other language on lock through hand squeezes and weighted looks.

He is the kind of guy to lean more toward acts of service for his love language, like making sure you got home safe or remembering your favorite things without asking.

And I also think he would lean more toward a homebody S/O, he is just a little guy who wants to come home after a long day, cuddle up on the couch, and read a book in silence while simply enjoying the space together.

Megumi Fushiguro has TRUST ISSUES, he went into a relationship with you having one foot out the door already. What did him in was your fierce protectiveness over him.

He had never been more in love than when you got in Gojo's face and chastised the older man for invading his space while he was trying to breathe through a panic attack.

Because he has trust issues, it's really hard for you to get any information out of him at first, that man is a brick fucking wall when he wants to be.

I know there are people who believe he would act inconvenienced (much like his father) at the opportunity to take care of another person, but I believe that it helps Megumi feel more secure in your relationship. He's someone who needs to feel needed, who enjoys having a purpose, and if taking care of you is that purpose, you won't catch a single complaint about it from him.

Sunshine x Sunshine

This is perhaps the healthiest of healthy relationships. Being around each other simply feels light and easy because they understand each other by heart. Both of you have a positive outlook on life, wanting to pursue happiness together every step of the way. Most likely, this relationship was a result of a strong foundation of friendship.

Not exactly an opposites attract situation... most of the time at least. But it's more so that he likes to take on the duty to protect you and uphold your well-being at all times. He just thinks you're so precious—vulnerable to the cruelty of the world—and would gladly carry the burden of protecting you from all of that on his back.

It's a bit of mystery to you how he can be closed off to the world but so tender and loving with you. But, hey, why are you going to complain about that? Besides, if you do ask him, he'll just grunt at you and ignore it. Deep down he's having a crisis about it though. The tough guy facade is well-practiced after all.

He isn't the best with words, but he makes up for it through other ways—touch, quality time, acts of services, and so on. He'll gladly sacrifice himself if it meant making you happy. He's so deep down the rabbit hole (which is you), but will never admit it... unless you beg him nicely.

Although, he does offer words of reassurance. They come off as rather... stiff. Their words lack a bit of warmth, but they serve to provide you comfort either way. It's mostly because it sounds like advice—practical words. But sometimes all you need are sweet words to get rid of the fleeting worry. Don't fret; they'll get better somehow.

But there will be the rare times when you give him support and reassurance. Of course, he won't say so—you'll just notice it after being with him for so long. He'll be a bit averted to the idea at first, but will warm up to it soon enough. The strength of your relationship lies in this mutual respect and desire to uplift each other especially in each other's lowest moments.

This was one hell of a slow-burn. But was it worth it? Hell yeah. Your dynamic is almost the same as sunshine x sunshine protector, but he's a lot more subtle with his "protecting" and best belief he will deny all softie allegations because of it.

But that's exactly what he is—a big softie for you and for you only. But since he's emotionally constipated, he shows his love in... strange ways, but he swears it's normal. He'll act like he doesn't care most of the time, but he'll always have his eye on you. He'll always reject your silly requests, but will humor you eventually when you start showing those puppy dog eyes (his weakness).

THERE WILL BE TONS OF BANTER. But it will mostly be you laughing and him groaning. You like to tease him a lot, causing him to reward you with the nickname "brat". He says so affectionately, of course. Sometimes he'll even tease you back just to shut you up. It works like magic by the way.

One thing he hates the most is to see you cry and he hates it even more if he was the reason for those tears. As much as you don't want to fall apart in front of him—there are rare moments when his callousness gets to you. Suddenly, he no longer cares about keeping up his icy exterior; he'd drop it all for you. He'll scoop you up in his arms and tell you the sweetest things he had never uttered before in his life.

He sincerely thinks you're the best thing in his life. Even though he's so cold and detached, you managed to melt away some of that ice. You balance each other well and that's what keeps the relationship going.

You make me feel like I still exist.” At that moment, you knew there was no escape: not that you were afraid of him, but your consciousness couldn't let go. He was already at the end of his rope, so you might as well try to save him a little. You’d felt it too. That hollow inside him softening just for you. That night was fragile, real.

Then the next day, a whisper from the wrong person at the wrong time. He was seen leaving a club. With a woman. Not just any woman, a known informant. You’re crushed. Sick. You confront him, trembling with rage. He doesn’t flinch. He stares right at you. “I didn’t sleep with her. I was supposed to. Intel said she’d only talk if she thought I wanted her. I played the part. Then I left.” You study him. There’s no shame in his face, but there’s something else, restraint. “I’ve done worse for less. But I couldn’t do that. Not now. Not after you.”His face is neutral, empty. You're getting on his nerves, so why can't he just get rid of you? “You made me hesitate. That never happens.” He flicks ash into the wind, and for a split second, the mask drops, and you see a man trying to believe he’s still redeemable. He doesn't have much strength (or courage) left, but he still tries to hold your hand. Then you seem to hear a little 'Don't leave...'.

Sanzu’s confession was a strange blend of aggressive and awkward. Like it offended him to feel anything. “You ruin my focus. That’s not a compliment. It’s terrifying.” But he meant it. You knew. He dropped this in a message before asking you to join him for the evening. Not that he didn't care, but he didn't know how to verbalize 'love'.

A few hours later, you hear about it. He was seen walking out of a VIP room in a club, fixing his belt. Your heart sinks. You corner him. He laughs,  at first. “You’re mad? It was a mission. Mikey’s orders. I got what we needed.” You glare. He scoffs but there’s a crack in his voice. “I didn’t finish, alright? I started it, but I couldn’t go through. She smelled like desperation. All I could think about was you.” He shakes his head like he’s disgusted with himself. “You’re in my head. She touched me, and it felt wrong. I wanted you. That’s pathetic, huh?”

You see it then, the panic underneath the cruelty. He’s terrified of losing control. But more terrified of losing you. “Just… be careful with me, alright? I’m not good at this. But I want to try.” He looks away. But his fingers twitch, like he’s fighting the urge to reach for you.

Kakucho confessed during your fifth date, at a restaurant. His confession had been calm, like reading you a weather report. “I care for you. If I didn’t, I wouldn’t be telling you this.” No theatrics. Just truth in between wine sips.

Then the news comes. Someone saw him at a high-end bar, cozying up to a woman known for dealing gang secrets. You confront him in private. Your chest aches. He doesn’t look away. “Yes. I was tasked to extract intel. She wouldn’t talk otherwise. I did what was needed.”

You whisper, “Did you sleep with her?”

“Yes. It was sex. Cold. Functional. Nothing more.” The honesty stings. He doesn’t apologize. He just explains. “You want sugarcoated lies? Find someone else. I did it because the job demanded it. But I felt nothing. I feel for you.” He moves closer. “I won’t beg. But I won’t lie to you either. This world is built on blood and pain. But what I feel for you? That’s the only pure thing I’ve got left.” His voice doesn’t shake. But his hand on yours? It’s trembling.

Kokonoi told you he loved you while having next to him a suitcase full of money. The simple fact that he let down his unhealthy obsession to look at you only, in the eyes the whole time was enough to prove his sincerity. “I don’t say this shit lightly. But if you left, it’d gut me.” 

Then a call comes. A high-stakes job. A political aide’s mistress with key financial data. He accepts without hesitation. You find out hours later. He doesn’t deny it. “Yeah, I slept with her. She gave me what we needed.” You stare at him like you don’t recognize him. He sits back, jaw clenched. “Look, I don’t expect you to understand. I’m not wired like you. I see survival, I take it.” But then his voice drops, almost too quiet. “But I hated every second of it. She wasn’t you. I kept thinking about how your lips taste. How your eyes look when you’re annoyed.” He sighs and sets down his ring. “If you walk, I get it. But I meant what I said. I love you. And I’ll spend the rest of my miserable life trying to prove that.” He doesn’t beg. But he doesn’t look away either. He doesn’t want you to leave, but he won’t chase you.

Mochi’s confession came in the back of a luxurious shop while he was choosing a dress for you. It was pretty random. “I think I’m in love with you. That’s not weird, right? Shit. It’s weird.” You laughed. He blushed so hard he looked like he was boiling. 

The next day, you hear the worst: he was spotted seducing a girl in the back of a club. Intel operation. You confront him. He’s pale. Sweaty. Instantly panicked. “It wasn’t like that! I didn’t do anything. I was supposed to, but I faked it. Told her I had STD or something, don’t judge me, I panicked!” You blink. He’s dead serious. “I couldn’t do it. I kept thinking about your laugh, how your nose scrunches when you’re mad.” His eyes shine, full of guilt. “You make me wanna be better. Like, so much better. I’ve done horrible shit, but the idea of hurting you? That’s…” He wrings his hands. “Just... please don’t go.” He’s pathetic. And sincere. And yours.

His confession was whispered in the dim lounge above his club. Ran didn’t like big words. “I’ve fucked a lot of people. But I’ve never wanted one the way I want you.” And you believed him. You felt it.

Then comes the knife? He left with a woman from his own VIP section. You confront him with shaking fists. He shrugs, slow and smooth. “She threw herself at me. This was necessary. I kissed her. Thought I’d go through with it. But I didn’t.” You narrow your eyes. He holds your gaze. “I couldn’t. I thought about your voice. Your skin. And it felt... cheap.” He moves closer, surprisingly gentle. “I’ve had empty sex for half my life. What I felt with you? That wasn’t empty. That scared the shit out of me.” You see it then, the man behind the arrogance. A guy who’s been alone too long. Who maybe, just maybe, wants to believe in something again. “If you don’t believe me, I’ll walk. But if you do... I swear, I’ll make this real.”

Rindou’s confession was short. Muted. Probably by the noise of the club at the back of the VIP section. “I like you. Like... really like you. More than I should.” You smiled. You reached for his hand.

Hours later, you hear about the girl. A waitress. He left with her after his shift.  You confront him. He’s red-faced, jaw clenched. “I was scared. Of you. Of this. So I did something dumb.” 

You snap, “So you slept with her?”

He looks down. “Yeah. I did. It was fast. Gross. I didn’t even say her name right.” He looks broken. Ashamed. “I thought I didn’t deserve you anyway. So I sabotaged it before it could matter.”Silence. Then: “But it mattered. You matter.” He takes a shaky breath. “You can go. You should. But if you don’t… I swear I’ll never mess it up again.” And in that moment, you see not a gangster, but a scared young man begging for one more chance.

Cobigail X Reader HCs be upon ye

Happy Valentine's Day ya filthy corn selfshippers.

How exactly you managed to bag the god of harvest herself is an absolute mystery to everyone, yourself included. You're not exactly the eloquent rizzler that King is with Mitternacht, nor do you have the same long, yearning history together with her as Thespius and Click Clack do. So, it's anybody's guess what exactly charmed her to you.

Actually, I can tell you, it's the fact this lovely lady just so happens to be into little mortals with zero game who can manage to make her laugh. An obtainable feat if you know the kind of humor she likes (hint: it's corny humor).

You probably fumbled your way into her domain one day, confident you'd be able to sweep her off her feet-er roots, only to nearly fall over yourself the moment she gave you one of her famous scares. Star struck and a bit scared, you blubbered to yourself over how cute her laugh was before blurting out a cheesy, "Ha ha, wow, you have an a-maize-ing laugh!" Only to immediately realized with horror what you just said and rushed out of her domain, tripping on your way out for good measure.

You two have been dating ever since.

If you think being her partner means you're excused from her pranks, then you are dead wrong. If anything, dating her is all the more incentive for her to try and get a rise out of you. She can't help it; your reactions are just so cute! The expressions and sounds you make, the little yelps and squeals you let out when she manages to spook you. Adorable~ It's all in good fun though, just her being her usual, silly self. Nothing personal, just her form of flirting or something.

She gushes about you to Thespius (and Clicky sometimes if he's there too). Will go on and on about how wonderful you are, what your hobbies and interests are, what you two did together, complimenting and bragging about you to the other gods. Girl was lonely for decades with nobody ever visiting her, so you bet your ass she's riding the high of having a partner consistently visiting her on the reg. And she will let everyone know about it. Thespius jokes about how love just radiates off of her when talking about you and can't help but feel giddy at his friend finding love. tl;dr Thespius wants to personally thank you for making his groovy 'n corny friend happy.

Click Clack is less so supportive. Not because he isn't happy for Cobi, but because her own ramblings tend to interrupt his personal time with his own lover. He feels verbally held hostage as the two gods gossip and chat while he types away in mild annoyance (you're interrupting smooching time Cobi! >:/).

So. The size difference. Obviously, it plays a role in your relationship as Cobi is huge compared to you. An aspect she especially likes because she can use it to mess with you more easily. Once she knows you're comfortable with it, she'll be picking you up every chance she gets. Looming over you is fun when trying to get a scare out of you, but not when casually chatting. She much prefers holding you in her hands so you two can speak at eye level... and because you're just so stinkin' cute! So tiny and delicate, like a tiny bug just looking up at her with adoring eyes. Ohh, she's getting cuteness aggression just seeing how much smaller your entire body is compared to her hand! Why, she could just gobble you up... Kidding! Tee hee~ (or is she?)

She can change her size though. She just forgot this little detail, only rediscovering it during a conversation where one of the other gods mentioned it. Was probably joking about how you can't reach her for a kiss, and she has to either lean down or pick you up, and they tell her nonchalantly.

"Oh, just shift your size." "Wait, I can do that?!" "We all can, Cobi." ":0 !!!"

The next time you visit her, she's all tiny and cute, just smiling at you eagerly like " :> " If she ever shifts to a size shorter than you, pay her back by kissing the top of her head. She's so used to being the one to do that to you, so having the reverse flusters her.

Petnames! She does refer to you as lovebird, of course, but has other cute nicknames like darling, hon, honey, sweetheart, honey bunch, songbird, sunshine, and pumpkin. The last two are directly tied to her being corn; you being like her sunshine that helps her grow, and pumpkin just being a matching crop-related nickname.

During one of your visits where you just sit in her hand and chat, you accidently end up pressing into her palm while trying to sit up, leading to you discovering she has "claws." These "claws," in actuality, being thorns she can retract, giving them the illusion of claws. She worries she may nick you on them, but you assure her it's fine. More than fine. Actually, this may have awakened something in you.

If you're busy and haven't visited her in a while, she uses her roots to gently get your attention. You'll be out helping with the crops or something, only to feel a soft tug on your pants. She's wrapped them around your ankle, trying to guide you to the schoolhouse. You think it's cute, at first, until you find yourself eating dirt when you suddenly trip, landing face-first into the crops you were just picking. She's laughing. She made her lover fall flat on their face, and she's laughing. She does check on you and apologize though.

In those rare incidents you two get into a fight or disagreement, Cobigail has a habit of childishly hiding her face in her leaves and refusing to talk to you any further. She doesn't like arguing with people, especially not her lover, so gets overwhelmed and needs time to cool off. You'll know she's ready to talk again when you see her eyes peeking out, just looking down at you expectantly.

Anyways, as one of the god's mortal lovers, you are pretty valued in your community. The people of Milldread view you as important, because you're important to Cobigail. You make her happy, which makes them happy. So, if anybody were foolish enough to mess with you, they'll have to deal with a whole town of people backing you up.

Like, just imagine some tourist trying to start something and suddenly they see half the town standing behind you with gardening tools, ready to throw down for threatening Cobigail’s precious partner.

○ As easy as it is to catch Gen’s interest, it’s easy to lose it. Gen can be flippant - something he’s upfront about. Keeping him invested is the hard part; however, this is something Gen is extremely aware of. As such, flirt as he might, he’s quick to dismiss the idea of anything serious for a very long time. Until he knows for certain that he truly cares for someone, not for something they can offer him or any other somesuch, he won’t pursue anything at all. Gen may not have been as against fooling around in the past, but the new world has come with new relationships, and new ways of navigating the world. He cares, in one way or another, for his allies, and he doesn’t want to break their hearts for nothing.

○ That doesn’t mean that Gen is going to make a move once he realizes his feelings for someone are genuine. On the contrary, hide it as expertly as he does, Gen is terrified of the difficulty and heartbreak a real relationship might entail. He gaslights himself into thinking his feelings are little more than temporary infatuation until he’s fallen so hard the impact knocks him into realizing how down bad he is. It isn’t that he doesn’t like the idea of a relationship with the person he cares for - it’s just that his fear of the consequences is equally as overpowering. Gen moves surprisingly slowly in the actual courtship period, dipping his toes in and testing the water as he dares to see if this is something you both really want.

The time is doubled because Gen isn’t particularly willing to just show his vulnerability to anyone; they have to be able to see through him a little, catch him at his worst and prove that they want to stick around even if he isn’t always everything he pretends to be. Once they’ve pushed through those barriers though, Gen really can’t go back. With the dam of emotion broken, the affection he’d been holding back is almost overwhelming. Once Gen knows not only that he wants this person genuinely, but they might just be good for him, he stops wasting time hesitating. 

○ Gen is extremely affectionate as a partner. Be it physical or verbal, he loves to laud his partner with appreciation. Though Gen tends to be extremely dramatic about it in jest, the heart of his compliments are genuine - he’s just trying to throw you off. Much as Gen just likes to make his partner feel loved, appreciated, and confident, he also loves to tease and fluster them. He absolutely can get his partner blushing with just a few well-chosen words, and he loves to use that fact against them. If they’re feeling particularly confident and respond in kind, Gen is more than happy to take the compliment: he will also take this directly as a challenge to try to outdo them. Physically speaking, Gen isn’t usually exceptionally overt about his affections. He prefers, generally speaking, smaller gestures such as having a hand on his partner’s knee or shoulder, or putting an arm around their waist or perhaps a small kiss, potentially on the cheek or forehead. Though he isn’t against PDA, Gen is much more… tame, shall we say, when in public with his partner.

○ Gen is an extremely huge proprietor of pet names. His partner is absolutely not getting away without several affectionate nicknames, often becoming situation-specific based on what makes him come up with them. These range from romantic titles such as ‘darling’ or ‘my robin’, to silly titles like ‘nest head’, and even further still to teasing names often based on silly memories like ‘mothman’ (that one’s a long story--) Nicknames are almost one of Gen’s love languages in themselves, so bear with him. If Gen’s partner tries to don him with a pet name he’s likely to laugh at whatever they’ve come up with, but he’s not going to complain so long as it’s something livable. In fact, he may not say it, but Gen finds it heartwarmingly adorable thinking about the scrunched up, focused face his partner had made trying to contemplate the perfect, silly little pet name for him.

○ Surprisingly, Gen is the jealous type and tends to lean towards being somewhat possessive on the rare occasion he feels somehow threatened or insecure. Most of the time Gen realizes that he’s really doing no more than pouting when he gets jealous and responds as such, though, so unless his partner is particularly opposed to having his arms suddenly snake around their waist mid-conversation with the offender while he makes a show of cuddling them and cooing over them, his jealous streak doesn’t usually pose a problem. That being said, if whoever is making Gen jealous takes his show of affection as a challenge of some sorts he takes that personally - and he’ll win. If his partner can’t become a mediator quickly in those situations they’re gonna become a prize; Gen’s, specifically.

○ Being sincere isn’t one of Gen’s greatest strengths. While this doesn’t mean that he’s incapable of being open and honest with his partner, it does mean that he prefers to keep things light and playful most of the time. Much of the way Gen shows his affection for his partner is by being silly with them and he absolutely goes out of his way to make them laugh. Not only does he love hearing it, but trying to make them happy and keep things light for them is one of the ways he shows how much he loves them. It also means that much of his more serious communication with his partner is non-verbal. A hand on their shoulder will suddenly steady them when they’re feeling the least grounded, a kiss to the cheek reminds them he’s there when they’re insecure, or the night after a rough argument his partner will come home to an extremely well-thought out apology gift on the bed. 

○ When I say Gen likes to make his partner laugh, I mean he borderline needs to. If someone thinks Gen can be silly now, they have no idea what goes on behind closed doors. He will absolutely go out of his way to do almost anything that gets his partner giggling, and he doubles down his efforts after they’ve had a hard day. Everyone needs to understand, when this boy is in love he turns into a fucking clown in the absolute best way humanly possible. His ability to make his partner laugh is also absolutely the thing Gen gets the most jealous about. If someone else is making his partner laugh just a little too much, even if their intentions are completely innocent, Gen will absolutely be finding his way over there to show them up at some point. Gen’s a little possessive over the idea of being able to make his partner happier than anyone else in a way that makes him almost incomprehensibly competitive.

○ One problem that can arise with Gen’s difficulty with sincere words is the way it compounds with his emotionally protective nature. While Gen is usually more than happy to admit that he is absolutely the type to put his needs first, ultimately, this changes when he actually has a partner he cares about - which he won’t admit to anybody. While Gen’s usual goal is to be happy with his partner, if he believes sacrificing his own happiness is the best or even only way to support his partner’s happiness he’ll do it, and he’ll lie about doing it the whole time in a well-intentioned and poorly executed attempt to keep them safe. Gen isn’t the best at trusting others in general, so trusting even his romantic partner with his thoughts and feelings is a long road with more than a few bumps along the way. Gen needs his partner to be patient, and call him out with a level of insistence when he tries to lock himself away for their so-called greater good.

○ As mentioned a few times before, Gen tends to be silly and lean away from overly serious conversation if it’s not necessary. This is his preference for sure, but he absolutely uses it to his advantage when he does want to be serious for a moment. It’s endearingly infuriating to his partner how often he’ll stop teasing them just as they’re at peak fluster, just to say perhaps the sweetest thing they’ve ever heard, only to revert immediately to teasing them for their expression to dodge the moment he’s given them. When Gen really does want a more romantic moment he’ll use a similar strategy - get his partner distracted with jokes or taunts so they don’t notice something romantic he’s set up until he’s properly presenting it to them, and them unsure sure how to tell him that he is both an asshole and the most wonderful man on Earth.

What matters is that you’re still here with him.

You catch him staring at you sometimes.

It’s hard to tell what he’s thinking, but there’s a strange softness in his eyes when he does.

the most important part of this question is how wasuke's personality would mesh with them respectively so it's important to first consider what type of person wasuke is and how he would engage each of them. besides his appearances in the manga/anime we can deduce some of his personality through yuuji (how he was raised, his conduct, etc).

wasuke seems to be very even-tempered, family-focused so i think choso would get along the most with wasuke. choso is very gentle at heart and also family-oriented himself so wasuke would think highly of choso who is very outrightly passionate about it. wasuke himself doesn't seem to be overly affectionate physically or verbally but we know that he cared deeply for yuuji. choso being sort of the opposite way complements him well, at least in the context of caring for yuuji and i see him appreciating choso for making up for perhaps what he would consider his own limitations. wasuke would probably find it embarrassing but as a grandfather who loves his family he would be grateful for having choso in their lives.

sukuna and wasuke would clash more but not to the point where there is any real tension. i think they would bicker a lot, but only because they both seem like the stubborn type....probably share other personality traits too...idk..i feel it in my bones (and tbh in normal peoples au sukuna had a weird edgy phase where wasuke found him cringe af and he never let sukuna live it down 😭). in unckuna au and 12 years au they would both be very involved in rearing yuuji so they'd have long discussions about things after yuuji went to bed or something so this gives them a purpose to get along. not saying that sukuna wouldn't get along with him but to be completely honest sukuna is not the type of character to really care about much beyond himself. so they're like coworkers........but the work is yuuji. sukuna would respect wasuke out of principle (principle being he is an elder, he is his father/grandfather) and wasuke expects that from him, the end.

but knowing people like wasuke, neither of them are getting praise from him no matter how well they do or how much they impress him lol. he will tell them off immediately if they do anything wrong, and is not the type to say pretty words. if he wants to be nice to them he'll probably show it through action though; he'll go out of his way to buy their favourite fruit ("i got x today at the market, peel/cut them up for us"), drink tea and have snacks in the same room instead of sitting on the porch alone, things like that.

about the birth order...i think that's complicated. in normal peoples au i usually consider choso the oldest by a couple years (kaori's child from a past marriage or an ex). if it's the cousin choso au (where kenjaku is kaori's brother) he's around the same age as sukuna give or take. in sorceror au where he is a death painting choso is the oldest by far but sukuna won't acknowledge him as family for reasons (usually infantile and superficial) 😭😭😭.

in most aus sukuna kind of looks down on him for not looking like them and/or for not being human, and in most aus choso is not interested in sukuna beyond asking him to stop being mean to yuuji. almost writing off sukuna as yuuji's brother at all. almost... if it's any uncle au it's harder for him to ignore that i think...choso respects his elders...unfortunately...(he secretly thinks ill of sukuna in his head).
