Woke up at 5 15m of breath holds. Trained 2 clients. Pre-workout wake up 15 more minutes of breath holds. #vipr training #loademovementtraining #stickmobility for tensile fascial lengthening and strengthening. In the old days I picked things up and put them down which made me short and strong and able to lift heavy objects without movement. As I have grown in my knowledge and understanding of the body I realize that is a poor method of training. Why? Everyone on the planet has a primary rotation in there lumbar spine. This primary rotation causes rotations, shifts, & tilts in all three planes of movement. Compressive movements will only strengthen the patterning in your spine. My goal is to release all patterning there for releasing subconscious patterning that has become energetically etched into my fascial system which cause subluxations in the spine.
