My ‘take’ on nasi goreng using instant rice medley (brown rice, red rice & wild rice), a small capsicum, a mini gold sweet potato, 2 celery stalks, a medium brown onion and a 2-egg omelet, all fried with a tablespoon of sambal belacan, a splash of kecap manis and light soya sauce to taste. Thai Curried Fried Rice Recipe: 
INGREDIENTS: 1 1/4 cup Steamed rice 2 tablespoon green curry paste (our green curry recipe video link: https://youtu.be/nqZ98NkPOyk ) 3 baby corn - Julienne cut slices 2 asparagus - Julienne cut silces 2 tablespoon red & yellow bell peppers 1/4 cup sliced broccoli 2 tablespoon garlic chives (or spring onions) 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoon coconut milk 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 chopped lemon live (kafir) leaves 1/4 cup Thai basil leaves PREPARATION: 1. Heat oil in a wok or a pan. Add green curry paste & stir fry. Add coconut milk & stir fry. 2. Add soy sauce, brown sugar, yellow red bell peppers, asparagus, baby corn, broccoli & stir fry. 3. Add chopped lemon lime (kafir) leaves & steamed rice. Mix well & simmer. 4. Add chives & Thai basil leaves. Mix & serve!
