I don't know why, but to me this scene 100% solidifies in me the trope that's so often used in 3 year gaps vegebul fanfiction that Vegeta had left Earth because he'd gotten so smitten with Bulma he was losing sight of his goals for power. It wasn't because "she was annoying" or "he needed more challenge". The man was just getting weak for her 😩
