Cauliflower Shawarma You can find recipes for shawarma spice on line. 2 heads cauliflower 1 large chile dulce 2 red onions Mix 1/3 C olive oil, the juice of 2 Costa Rican limes, 1 TBSP shawarma seasoning, 1 tsp seasoning salt. Put all the chopped vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Pour over the shawarma mixture and stir to coat everything. Put the coated veggies in a large baking dish and roast at 400f for 45 minutes. Drizzle with tahini. I'm not sure I've ever had shawarma? I think they had something similar in Greece, but it was made with red meat, which I haven't eaten for more than 30 years.
