Unlike animal sources of protein, plant protein rarely contains all 9 which seems to worry some Vegans because they think that they may end up deficient in one or more of the essentail amino acids. . ➡️ However, providing your diet is varied (different plants have different amino acids), there is nothing to worry about and you will get all of the amino acids that your body needs.
