Alejandro x Reader
“You speak Spanish?”
SFW Fluff
Tumblr media
Warnings: Fluff
It was just a crush at first. I mean he’s tall, dark, handsome and a voice that will make your knees weak. You felt like a teen again blushing every time you were around him. It’s been six months since you stepped off that plane and were greeted by Alejandro. He quickly picked out an affectionate nickname for you. Unknowingly to you he loved seeing you blush whenever he called you it.
He admires your eyes, your laugh, the way you fidget with your clothes when he talks to you. But most of all how caring you were. You always checked in on everyone after missions. You had a way of speaking and showing love and compassion in everything you do. He wants to give you the world. He wants a necklace around your neck with both your names engraved. He realized it all when he found you lounging on the old couch in the garage wrapped up in his blanket reading book.
“What is that book your reading about”
“It’s a love story”
“You read love stories, I didn’t take you as a reader”
“Most people read to escape a reality to go to one they want to be in”
“Is that what you desire”
“What”
“Love, and romance. That is what you want.”
“I guess so”
“Do you not have that waiting for you at home”
“No, I don’t think there is a man who understands this job and could meet my needs who would be willing to love me. Do you have someone?”
“I have my family but not someone to come home to”
Being in tf141 made it almost impossible to have a relationship. How each of your teammates had spouses was something you couldn’t figure out. You had given up on dating or any idea of a future relationship. But over these past months you’ve grown extremely close with Ale. He would bring you books, small trinkets that reminded him of you. Flowers would randomly appear on your table whenever he got back from scouting. Always having your coffee made when you walked into the meeting room. Things that where small but so important to you.
-
The mission was done. A small celebration was held with everyone involved in the operation. The night was finally unwinding and most had turned into their beds for the night. But something had caught your attention. Alejandro’s office door was cracked open and his was talking to Rudy, you’re not one for ease dropping but you could play it off like you where going to grab something from your bed so why not listen in momentarily.
“Me he enamorado de ella pero no quiero alejarla. Ella es todo lo que quiero, todo lo que jamás podría soñar. No quiero que t/n se vaya sin que yo diga lo que tengo que decir.” (I have fallen in love with her but I won’t want to pull her away. She is everything I want, all I could ever dream of. I don’t want y/n to leave without me saying what I need to say) his voice was desperate and full for worry. It was clear in Rudy’s body language from what you could see that this wasn’t the first time Alejandro was talking about you this way.
Entonces ve y dile cómo te sientes hermano. (Then go and tell her brother) Rudy was practically begging and laughing at the same time for Ale to confess to you.
You couldn’t believe what you were hearing. He felt the same way about you. Slowly backing away from the door you practically skipped like a child to outside to your recent lounge spot. What do you do now?
-
It was well past midnight when you heard footsteps coming up from behind.
“Seen you out here so I thought maybe you’d like some company” Alejandro’s deep voice said.
“I always enjoy your company” you shyly say to him with your cheeks blush covered by the night sky.
He sat next to you on the bench for two. The crickets chirping and the breeze was a soothing silence. You needed to tell him, just get it off your chest. The mission was over. So if this conversation doesn’t go well you will be heading back to base in two days anyways and you could forget about him.
“You know all you have to do is ask”
“What do you mean mi amor” his eyes staring deep into yours.
“Pídeme que me quede contigo y lo haré. Te escuché hablar con Rudy y he estado tratando de encontrar una manera de decirte lo mismo” (Ask me to stay for you and I will. I overheard you talking with Rudy and I’ve been trying to find a way to tell you the same thing.)
Ale looked at you in shock. Partly in shock that you just said that all in fluent Spanish but that you’re asking him to take you.
A brief second of panic sets in when he continues to say nothing. Then his lips are crashing into yours. His lips are soft and are in perfect sync with your lips moving against his.
“Stay with me. We can build a life together.”
“I will stay for you Alejandro”
He pulled you in for another passionate kiss. After what felt like eternity you both pulled apart for air. Foreheads still touching. His eyes blown full of joy and love for you.
“You didn’t tell me you spoke Spanish”
“You asked if I knew enough to get by, not if I was fluent”

Bet.
part 2
PAIRING(S): Mattheo Riddle x f!reader
WARNING(S): Angst! Explicit language. Fluff?
SUMMARY: I think the title covers it.
A/N: Hi!! I´m glad to see you like part 1, thank u smm for the support!! Hope you like it. Requests are open!!
part 1
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The next day I woke up on the floor, on the same position I had fallen asleep in. It was a Saturday so luckily I didn't have to drag myself to any classes or face anyone. The events of the night before replayed in my mind but I felt dead inside, I wanted to cry but no tears came out, every little tear that spilled out of me was a little drop of life that left me last night. I pushed myself off of the floor wincing because of the cuts of the glass, I didn't have anything in my dorm to take care of the injuries so I decided to go to the hospital wing. I put some shoes on and walked out of the door bumping into someone just as I walked out. I didn´t need to look up to know who it was, the cologne, the calloused hands holding my forearms so I didn't fall over. It was Mattheo. I pulled myself out from his grip before he could even react and walked away.
"Princess, let me talk to you" His footsteps grew louder as he approached me. I only walked faster.
"Baby, please" He grabbed my wrist and made turn around to look at him, and I swear I fell for him all over again, I felt tears prick at my eyes threatening to spill. But then I remembered what he sais last night, "She was a virgin, that´s what made her so easy." I felt a tear spill and I pulled myself away from him deciding to just apparate to the hospital wing.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Madam Pomfrey had finished taking the glass shards out of my hands and right knee and put some bandages on them. She asked lots of questions of course, I only told her a dropped a glass bottle and slipped on it, she didn´t have to know the whole truth. She was taking the last piece of glass out of my skin when I saw Pansy out of the corner of my eye, just staring at me. I turned to look at her while Madam Pomfrey bandaged my knee before leaving to attend some other student. Pansy sat next to me and started to speak but I interrupted her.
"Did you know about the bet?" I asked with teary eyes.
"No, y/n I swear I didn't know, the boys don't talk about everything with me and I had no idea, I'm so sorry"
"It's okay, it's not your fault" I said before standing up and turned to look at her.
"Do you wanna hang out at my dorm? I don't want to be alone" She nodded and stood up, grabbing my arm to hold me so I could walk properly.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After we got to my dorm Pansy let me rant and cry, I let myself brake in front of her, all while she held me. A knock on the door was drowned out by my sobs, I gasped for air and the knock was heard again. Pansy left me for a moment before opening the door. Revealing Mattheo.
"Is she there?, I need to talk to her" I curled myself onto a ball into bed grasping my knees to my chest at the sound of his voice. A pained whimper coming out of me as my bandaged knees shot pained chills through my body as I grabbed them.
"I think you´ve done enough Mattheo" Pansy sneered angrily at him while pushing him out as he tried to peak his head in.
"Pansy, please I need to see her" Mattheo pushed past her, he grew quiet as he saw me, the words dying in his throat.
"It's okay Pans, let's see what he has to say" I said not letting Mattheo see how heartbroken I really was by putting on a fake nonchalant facade. Pansy nodded before excusing herself out of the room.
I weakly sat up and looked up at him, waiting for him to talk, but he only stared.
"What do you have to say huh? Are you gonna tell me how easy I was? Or how I was only a bet? How sleeping with me was the only thing that made me worth your while?" I say while stooting towards the edge of the bed.
"Don't say that, please don't say that-"
"Oh you don't like when I say what you told everyone yesterday?, Imagine how I felt when I heard the boy I'm in love with say that"
"Y/n please-"
"How much was I worth Mattheo?" I looked up at him, tears in my eyes, letting my facade break little by little, he looked down at me and sighed "50 galleons"
"Plus the five more for taking my virginity, right?"
"Yes, but baby please let me explain"
"I don't think there's anything more you need to explain Mattheo"
"Yes there is, y/n please let me talk"
I looked at him as he sat on the bed next to him before he put his hand on my thigh which I quickly pushed away. I looked at the eyes I fell in love with and sighed. "Talk"
He looked a little reliefed as he started speaking.
"At first it was a bet, my friends always saw you and thought you were different. One night we were drunk when Draco proposed the bet to me while we were playing truth or dare and I said yes. At first you were just that, but then I met you, I got to know you, I got to see every little detail of you and I fell in love with you. I wanted to call the bet off but I wanted to use the money to take you out somewhere so I just played along. But you heard everything. I swear everything is different now y/n, my friends like you and I'm in love with you, I told them the truth yesterday after you left and they all feel sorry"
"Why should I believe you Mattheo?, you lied to me and apprently to your friends too for three fucking months." He sighed putting his hand on my thigh again and got closer. This time I didn't push it off.
"I know I did but I only realized how much you mean to me and how much I love you until I lost you, I don't know what I would do without you, I didn't sleep at all and I swear I've never been so scared of losing anything until I met you, I need you in my life, I'm so sorry, please give me another chance" he said while tears started to spill. I had never seen him cry, and although I knew he didn't deserve a second chance I couldn't bring myself to say no.
"Alright, but under one condition" I saw him perk up at look at me as he heard what I said.
"Anything princess"
"I want an apology from everyone who was involved whatsoever in whatever the fuck this was, and we have to take this slowly, you have to earn my trust back"
"I wouldn´t expect less"He smiled weakly. There was a long silence before he spoke up again. "Can I kiss you?"
I nod and feel Mattheo gently grab me and put me in his lap, bridal style. He kissed me, it felt different than every kiss we ever had. Letting me know i had made the right decision by forgiving him.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you so muchh, hope you liked it!

Holy shit, guys! I have never had this kind of reception. Y’all have been so very kind and I appreciate it so very much! I love interacting with y’all so keep leaving comments and I’ll keep responding!
Spitfire; pt. 2
Everyone always thought Daryl was the rough one. DarylxOC
Warnings: it’s TWD so there’s a good bit of traumatizing stuff discussed, wartime atrocities, violence, etc.. And smut buried down at the bottom. Minors DNE
Part 1
**
“If y’coulda done anythin’, what would it’ve been?”
She shrugged and pulled her knees to her chest, rifle barrel-up between her legs. “I actually don’t know. I’ve sorta fallen into everythin’ I’ve ever done.”
“What’dya mean?” He hunkered down, arms across his chest.
“I can’t remember a single choice I have ever made free n’clear. There’s always been somethin’ forcing’ my hand.” She picked at her cuticles. “My grandfather, my father, my aunt, the US Government.” She sighed heavily. “Life has always been ‘point and shoot’. Someone points me and I shoot.”
He nodded vaguely. “That’s why y’don’t like Shane.”
She snorted. “That’s one of the many reasons I don’t like Shane.” She smiled at him. “He’s also a prick. Thinks he’s bigger than he is, better than he is, smarter than he is.” She elbowed him gently. “What would’ve y’done?”
“Probably been a mechanic.” He shrugged.
“That sounds nice.” She hummed.
He scoffed.
“What?”
“We woulda never met, not for all’a this.” He gestured vaguely.
She hummed. “I don’t know ‘bout that.”
He grunted, hands shredding a leaf idly. “How woulda we met? You with your military career. Me, wandering the backwoods of Georgia with Merle.”
She smiled and leaned to press against his arm. “I was stationed in Savannah and I explored a lot in my free time.” She caught his eyes. “I went hunting a lot. Liked to drive to small towns and spend time in the forest. We coulda run into each other.”
He watched her, quiet in his stillness. “And what would’ya have done if we did?”
She smiled. “Honestly?” He nodded. “Fuck ya if you were down for it.”
He blushed. “No y’wouldn’t ‘ve.”
“Hell yeah, I would’ve. Some hot dude carryin’ a crossbow or a deer you just shot?” She whistled. “I woulda jumped y’bones.”
“Y’don’t gotta lie t’me.” He sucked on his teeth.
She pulled back a bit. “Why would I lie?”
“Com’n.” he shifted, putting some space between them. “You wouldn’t ‘ve been interested in some filthy-ass hick.”
“I am, and often was, before this, a ‘filthy-ass hick’.” She huffed a breathless little chuckle.
He shook his head. “You were a captain in the Army, means y’went to college right?”
She hummed in agreement.
“So you had options.” He kept his voice low, maybe on purpose, she didn’t know, but there was intensity that she wasn’t sure was all for her. “You coulda done anything you wanted.”
“No I couldn’t.” She shook her head. “I went to college because that was part of the deal. They needed the time to expunge my record so they sent me to college. At least that’s what they told me.” She made a vague motion. “I think they just didn’t want to wait.”
“For what?”
“For me to make grade and qualify for Ranger School.” She shrugged. “They wanted to get me in the back way, make a big stink only when I made it. If I didn’t make it, there wouldn’t have been egg on their face. They set up everythin’, choice had nothin’ t’do with it.”
“Y’still don’t get it.” He scoffed. “You woulda took one look at me-“
“Daryl, we ain’t that different.” She nodded and caught his shoulder when he tried to turn away. “We are made of the same stuff. Just different flavors of redneck. So yeah, I’d like t’think that you’da had me at hello. I’d like to think that I’d see you for what you are.”
“And what’s that?” He seemed to soften, shifting back so they were pressed together, shoulder to boot.
“A good man. A kindred spirit.” She settled back against his side as he relaxed. “Besides, I woulda taken one look at you, with your arms, your shoulders, your pretty blue eyes…” She grinned, whistling.
He was looking at her mouth. “And?”
It was okay because she was tracing the line of his bicep down his arm with her eyes.
He leaned in closer. “And?”
Her eyes jumped from his arm to his eyes. “Can I kiss you?”
He nodded and leaned over her. Their eyes remained locked as she reached up to cradle his face. She smiled and bit her lip.
“You gonna kiss me or nah, Spitfire?”
She pressed an almost chaste kiss to his mouth. It didn’t last long enough, so when she pulled away, Daryl chased her lips with his, pressing her back against the tree behind her.
“That all ya’got?”
She threw her head back and laughed, before pressing him back and crawling over him. He grinned and settled his hands on her hips. She laid over him, elbows coming to rest on either side of his head.
She dipped her head down and caught his lips again, groaning into his mouth when he squeezed her hips.
Smiling, she slipped her tongue into his mouth. He lifted a hand and dug his fingers into her hair, loosening her bun and directing her head where he wanted it.
Daryl’s other hand drifted lower and squeezed. She laughed against his mouth and let him guide her hips against his.
His tongue followed hers back into her mouth-
Crack
Daryl sat up in a shot, his hand on her ass keeping her upright.
“Walker?”
He shook his head. “It’s an animal.”
“The deer!”
She turned back to him. He seemed to be withdrawing, some anxiety or another causing him to pull back, so she pressed a gentle kiss to his mouth. “Next time.”
He watched her for a brief moment and nodded. “I’ma hold ya t’that.”
**
Mitzi rested a hand on Daryl’s shoulder and hopped down behind him, eyeing the group standing in the clearing.
She frowned, trying to figure out why they were just standing there, weapons drawn. She saw the walker at the same time Daryl did. “Fuckin’ piece of shit.”
“Sumova Bitch.” Daryl strode into the clearing, red in the face. “That was m’deer!”
She was more hesitant, catching the apprehension in the way the men, one of whom she didn’t know, were looking at Daryl.
“Daryl…”
“Look at it, Mitz.” Daryl kicked at the walker. “All gnawed on by this disease-bearin’, motherless, poxy bastard.”
Dale sighed. “Calm down, son, that isn’t helping.”
Daryl got in his face. “What do you know ‘bout it, Old Man? Why don’t you take that stupid hat and go back to On Golden Pond?”
Mitzi sighed, arms cradling her rifle to her chest. “Leave him be, D. It’s not his fault.”
He backed up, turning back to the deer. “We’ve been tracking this deer for miles... Gonna drag it back to camp, cook us up some venison.” Daryl yanked his bolts from the deer and motioned to the large bite mark in the deer’s neck, staring up at her. “You think we can cut around this chewed part right here?”
“I would not risk that.”
Despite her avid dislike for Shane, Mitzi agreed with him, shaking her head at Daryl before focusing back on the new man in the circle.
Daryl straightened and faced the group around them, suddenly quieting, noticing the odd tension in the air. He caught her eyes, arching his eyebrows and motioning to the new person. He waited for her answering shrug, before turning back to the group.
“That’s a damn shame... Well, I got some squirrel, ‘bout a dozen or so. That’ll have t’do.” Daryl gestured with the bolt for Mitzi to walk ahead.
As they walked past the walker, it snarled, mouthing ineffectually in the direction of her ankles.
She stepped back into Daryl with a soft grunt, who maneuvered her out of the way, a bolt piercing the walker’s brain through the eye not a second later.
“Com’n people. What t’hell? Gotta be the brain.” Daryl tugged the bolt free and wiped it on his work pants. He shared an exasperated look with her and pushed her forward, eyes on the group over her head. “Don’t y’all know nothin’?”
They made their way towards camp, Daryl hollering for Merle. The tension from the clearing followed them into camp.
“Daryl, slow up a minute, I need to talk to you.”
She felt Daryl’s hand on her shoulder and turned as he answered, “‘Bout what?”
“‘Bout Merle. There was a… a problem in Atlanta.”
She hooked her hand around Daryl’s arm. “Shit. What happened?”
Daryl sucked in a breath and straightened his arm, catching her hand as it slid down his arm. “He dead?”
Shane shrugged and she had never wanted more dearly to knock his teeth in. She restrained herself, choosing to squeeze Daryl’s hand instead.
“Not sure.”
Daryl shifted forward, directing her slightly behind him. “He either is or he ain’t.”
The new man stepped forward, hands on his hips like he was used to wearing a gun belt. Another cop.
He sucked in a breath. “There is no easy way to say this, so I’ll just say it.”
Daryl turned on him, pushing into his space, letting go of her hand. “Who’re you?”
“Rick Grimes.”
Mitzi’s eyebrows shot into her hairline. She found Lori in the crowd and Carl soon after, the kid the sitting image of the man in front of her. The ring Lori had worn on a chain around her neck ever since Mitzi had met her, was suspiciously gone.
Interesting.
Daryl was getting agitated, pacing like a big cat in a cage. Mitzi stepped around him, putting herself in between Daryl and this new cop. She set her hand on his chest and tried to catch his eyes. “Daryl. D!”
“Rick Grimes?” Daryl mocked, as he set his hand on her forearm, trying to gently push past her. “You got something you want to tell me?”
“Your brother was a danger to us all, so I handcuffed on a roof hooked into a piece of metal. He’s still there.”
“The fuck you say?” She turned and Daryl took the opportunity to step around her, continuing to pace. “You left him on a roof?”
Shane pointed at her, stalking towards her. “Stay out of this, Donovan.”
“Fuck outta m’face, Walsh.” She stepped around him, shaking his hand off of her arm. “Don’t touch me.”
“Donovan!”
She ignored him and moved closer to Daryl.
“Hold on. Lemme process this.” He swiped at his face with the back of his hand and made a vague motion at his head. “You handcuffed my brother to a roof and you left him there?”
Rick hung his head. “Yeah.”
Daryl threw the brace of squirrels he had been holding and moved to charge at Rick.
Shane charged Daryl, dropping his shoulder and knocking him off his feet.
When Shane had straightened, standing fully, she landed a punch to his jaw that sent him sprawling again.
Someone caught her around the middle, Dale, she thought, as Shane shot her a dirty look and helped Rick disarm Daryl.
She shook free of Dale and approached Rick and Shane, the latter of which had Daryl on the ground in a chokehold.
Rick was preaching about rational conversations just as Mitzi’s small, freckled fist landed on square on Rick’s 5 o’clock shadow. Shane cussed under his breath as she straightened and turned toward him.
“Let him go now.”
Daryl tried to shake free and Shane held him fast. “Or what?”
“I know you think you’re bad, Shane. Been in a couple fist fights, maybe got some training along the way.” She got in Shane’s face, bending at the waist to look him in the eye. “We aren’t on the same level though, Walsh. You let him go now or I demonstrate that for you and the collected constituents of our fine camp.”
Shane growled and released Daryl, who accepted her offered hand and allowed himself to be hauled to his feet.
Shane pushed into her space. “I’m gettin’ sick of your attitude, Donovan.”
“I’m gettin’ sick of the way you treat a man who’s gone outta his way to feed you.” She cast a look around at the camp. “Fuckin’ world is over and you dumb twats want to keep the Sunday morning judgement going. Fuck the lot’a ya.”
She felt Daryl tug at her shirt and allowed herself to be pulled back. She turned to Rick, who let out a hesitant, awkward chuckle before turning back to Daryl.
“Now do you think you can have a rational discussion?”
The question was half-posed to her, posted up in front of Daryl like a bodyguard, arms crossed over her chest.
She sucked on her teeth. “Don’t know why you feel entitled to rational discussion after you chained his brother to a roof.”
“That’s fair. What I did was not on a whim.” Rick looked Daryl in the eye, before meeting her eyes as well. “Your brother does not work and play well with others.”
T-Dog stepped forward. “Not Rick’s fault...I had the key and I dropped it.”
“You couldn’t pick it up?” Daryl growled, voice breaking.
T-Dog shifted nervously. “I dropped it down a drain.”
Daryl paced a couple feet and threw a fist full of dirt at the ground. “If that was supposed to make me feel better, it don’t.”
T-Dog nodded. “Maybe this will: I chained the door to the roof, so the geeks couldn’t get at him.... with a padlock.”
Rick hesitantly, conciliatory, approached. “Gotta count for something.”
Daryl wiped at his face and motioned to the camp. “T’Hell with all y’all! Just tell me where he is, so’s I can go git him.”
“He’ll show you, isn’t that right?” Lori turned away, disdain clear in her body language.
Mitzi whistled. They are definitely married.
Rick nodded, shying away from his wife’s eyes. “I’m going back.”
Shane huffed and shook his head as Rick walked toward his- Lori’s tent.
She looked up and caught Shane’s very angry eyes. He snarled at her, slapping his hat on his thigh. She arched her eyebrow and he flipped her the bird. She laughed.
A couple minutes later, Rick returned in uniform.
“So that’s it then?” Shane rumbled. “You just gonna walk off? T’ hell with everyone else?”
Rick buttoned his shirt, shaking his head. “I’m not saying t’hell with anybody. Not you Shane, Lori least of all.” He walked away, towards the camper.
“Tell her that.” Shane shot back.
Rick turned to face Shane and sighed. “She knows.”
Shane stalked up the small incline after him. “Well look. I don’t, okay, Rick? So could you just- could you throw me a bone here man? Could you just tell me why? Why would you risk your life for a douchebag like Merle Dixon?”
“Hey!” Daryl pointed at Shane with the bolts he was cleaning, before sitting on a milk crate next to her. “Choose your words more carefully.”
Shame dismissed him. “No I did. Douchebag is what I meant.” Shane shot Daryl and Mitzi a dirty look.
Mitzi returned it, drawing a whetstone over her hunting knife. “Remember what I said about the end of my patience, Walsh.”
“Be quiet.” He pointed at her and she pointed right back. Still glaring at her, he turned to Rick. “Merle Dixon.. the guy wouldn’t give you a glass of water if you were dyin’ of thirst.”
“What he would or wouldn’t do, doesn’t interest me.” He leaned into Shane. “I can’t let a man die of thirst- me -thirst and exposure. We left him like an animal caught in a trap. That’s no way for anythin’ to die, let alone a human being.”
Lori spoke up from where she sat near the adjacent fire. “So you and Daryl? That’s your big plan?”
Glenn sighed. “Oh, come on.”
“You know the way, you’ve been there before.” Rick shifted his feet. “In and out, no problem. You said so yourself. It’s not fair if me to ask, I know that. But if feel much better if you came along. I know she would too.”
Mitzi wasn’t so sure about that with the look on Lori’s face.
“That’s just great. Now y’gonna risk three men, huh?”
“Four.” T-Dog drawled.
Daryl scoffed. “My day just gets better and better, don’t it?”
“You see anyone else here stepping up to save your brother’s cracker ass.”
“Why you?”
T-Dog straightened his shoulders. “You wouldn’t even begin to understand. You don’t speak my language.”
“That’s four,” Dale observed.
“I’m goin’.” She stood.
“Now, Donovan…”
“Mind your business, Walsh.” She caught Daryl’s eyes and held them. “I’m goin’.”
“A’ight.” Daryl nodded.
“Ma’am, I don’t know you.” Rick grinned wryly at her. “I know you can handle yourself in a brawl, but this is going to be dangerous. It could get ugl-“
“You ever done an exfil?” She crossed her arms across her chest.
“An exfil?” He frowned and looked over at Shane. “What do you mean an exfil?”
“Exfiltration, otherwise known as an extraction. Infiltrate, eliminate hostiles, remove MVP.” She smiled meanly. “They don’t teach cops that wherever you’re from?”
“Have you done an exfil, Donovan?” Shane’s lip curled. “They teach that in Basic?”
She answered his sarcastic smile with one of her own. “Not Basic, you tool. At Ranger School. Not the coolest name for a Spec Ops school, I’ll grant ya, but it does the trick.”
Glenn parroted, “Spec Ops?”
She nodded. “Special operations, special forces. I’m an Army Ranger. I’ve done literally hundreds of extractions. If Glenn can get me in, I can get us and Merle out. So kindly put your dicks away, boys, I win this pissin’ match.”
“You’re a Ranger?” Shane set his jaw. “Do they even let women in Spec Ops?”
“They let her.” Daryl rasped. “Recruited her special for it an’ everythin’.”
She reached over and squeezed his shoulder.
Rick seemed a little shell-shocked. “Why?”
“I’m going to assume you’re not being an asshole on purpose, Rick-“
“Thank you?”
She barked out a laugh. “The likelihood of you meeting someone who’s a better shot than me was laughable before the end of the world. Now?” She whistled.
It seemed to dawn on Rick at the same time Shane realized just who he had been fucking with this whole time.
Rick set his hand on her shoulder. “You’re a sniper?”
She grinned and confirmed. “I’m a sniper. A damn good one. I hold the current record in the Army for longest kill shot.”
“How far?”
She smiled at T-Dog. “3400 meters. Give or take. The presentation I was coming up to Atlanta for would’ve broken the worldwide record if I had made it- 3700 meters. I’ve been practicing for months.”
Awe lit up Glenn’s face, like a kid at Christmas, and T-Dog suddenly looked hopeful, less resigned to dying.
That is, until Glenn turned to him with a huge smile. “You owe me fifty bucks!”
T-Dog shook his head. “You said ‘special agent’. She’s Spec Ops. That’s different.”
“Closer than you!” Glenn grinned and turned to Mitzi, pointing at T-Dog with his thumb. “He thought you were a taxidermist.”
“A taxidermist?” She tilted her head in confusion. “No one told y’all that I was military?” Both men shook their heads and she cast a look at Shane, who was looking down at his boots. “How interesting.”
T-Dog stepped forward. “Didn’t mean nothing’ by it.”
She waved him off, chuckling. “T, that is the least offensive guess I have heard thus far.”
He nodded, relaxing. “Sorry about Merle.”
She nodded, catching Daryl’s eyes. “Shit happens. Let’s go get him.”
**
“When we get there, I’ll take point.”
Rick puffed up, preparing to argue. “Mi-“
She shook her head, checking the railroad ahead of them through her scope. “I’ll take point, Daryl will have my shoulder. We have quieter weapons.” She turned back to Rick. “We’ll clear the ground floor, room-by-room until we get to the stairs. On the off-chance we miss one or one comes up behind us, you’ll have our backs. Try to avoid firing that Python, Sheriff. It’s too loud.”
Rick sighed, nodding. “Okay. Then what?”
She turned to Glenn and T-Dog. “If we enter the building where you want us to, is it a straight-shot to the stairs?”
“No.” Glenn shook his head. “No, we have to go through the department store, the stairs are on the other side of the elevator.”
She made a face. “Directly behind?”
“More or less. There’s a small hallway.”
“How many doors?”
“Three, I think.” He looked up, counting in his head. “Yeah, two bathrooms and a utility closet.”
“The doors on the bathrooms, they push open or do they latch shut?” He shrugged and she nodded. “No problem, we ha-“ she paused and lifted her rifle, aiming over T-Dog’s shoulder. Looking down the scope, she whispered, “Stay still, T.”
There was a thud and she turned back to them, lowering her rifle.
T-Dog looked over his shoulder at the walker ten yards away. Shakily, he turned back. “Thanks.”
She ignored the slack-jaw looks. “We have a major blind spot, but that’s okay. We’ll clear the department store and pick a side around the elevators. If the bathroom doors are open or they don’t latch, we’ll deal with it then.”
Daryl nodded. “Not like geeks are all that smart.”
She smiled. “Definitely easier than armed hostiles.” She turned back to Glenn and T-Dog. “What are the stairs like?”
Glenn looked confused and Rick supplied, “concrete?”
She chuckled. “Are they open to the basement?”
“And a sub-basement, too.” T-Dog nodded.
“Okay, then. When we get there, I’m gonna cover the basement. Daryl will lead you up the stairs. We’ll go flight-by-flight. It’ll be slower but we won’t have any surprises.”
Glenn just stared. “I wanna be you when I’m older.”
She grinned and opened the bolt on her rifle. She slid in a couple rounds and cocked the rifle. “A’ight. Let’s go.”
**
“You’re not doing this alone.” There was a note of authority in Rick’s voice that was already driving her up the wall, but he was right.
Daryl huffed and interjected from somewhere over her head. “Even I think it’s a bad idea and I don’t even like you much.”
Mitzi studied the crude, sharpie drawing. Sucking on her teeth, she shook her head. “I’m still not-”
Glenn cut her off, irritated. “It’s a good plan, okay, if you just hear me out.” He looked up at Rick and sighed, squatting over the drawing. “If we go out there in a group, we’re slow, drawing attention. If I’m alone, I can move fast. Look.” He focused down at the map, setting a binder clip and a balled-up sticky note on one of the ‘streets’. “That’s the tank, five blocks from where we are now. That’s the bag of guns. Here’s the alley I dragged you into when we first met. That’s where me and Daryl will go.”
“Why me?”
Glenn nodded. “Your crossbow is quieter than his gun.” Daryl quieted, nodding, and Glenn moved back over his map, placing a blue post-it flag dispenser in the alleyway. “While Daryl waits here in the alley, I run up the street, grab the bag.”
Rick seemed slightly appeased. “You got us elsewhere?”
“You and T-Dog, right.” Glenn placed a pink rubber eraser in another connecting alley. “You’ll be in this alley here.”
“Two blocks away? Why?”
“I may not be able to come back the same way, walkers may cut me off. If that happens, I won’t go back to Daryl. I’ll go forward instead, all the way around to that alley where you guys are. Whichever direction I go, I got you in both places to cover me. At the same time, Mitzi can pick off walkers that get too close with her rifle.” He placed a paperclip in the same alley as Daryl’s blue post-its “There’s a fire escape up to a small balcony that runs almost all the way around the building next to this one, Mitzi will go there and watch my back. Afterwards we’ll all meet back here.”
“Hey kid.” They all swiveled to look at Daryl. “What did you do before all of this?”
“Delivered pizzas. Why?”
Mitzi hummed and regarded the kid with an assessing eye. “You’dve made a hell of a strategist. Better planned than half the missions I went on.”
Rick smiled. “You recruitin’ right now, Mitzi?”
Mitzi grinned. “Wanted to be like me, kid? I can put ya through the paces, make a soldier outta you.”
Glenn rubbed a hand over the back of his neck. “Maybe another day.”
**
“We can still go with my plan.” Mitzi checked the bolt on her rifle and then slid her handgun out to check the clip. “Wait a bit longer and I can just sneak on in-“
Rick shot her a look. “I’m not sending you in alone. Stop.”
She grinned. “I can take Daryl with me?”
“Mitzi, no.”
She made a face and mouthed, “Mitzi, yes.”
Daryl grinned and gripped her knee. “Simmer down.”
Miguel scoffed. “What are you going to be able to do all by yourself, GI Jane?”
She laughed and leaned forward. “You should ask your friend… Jorge, was it? I’m a damn good shot. I didn’t miss. He’s alive because I didn’t want him dead. You should remember that.”
He recoiled.
Thirty seconds later, they assembled in the courtyard.
“That’s the bitch that shot me!”
Mitzi nodded. “I sure the fuck am! I don’t like it when people beat on my friends...”
Jorge snarled, pointing a gun at her. Only to have Guillermo push him back.
Guillermo approached Rick, eyeing the guns then giving Mitzi a quick one-over. “I see my guns, but they’re not all in the bag.”
“That’s because they aren’t yours.” Rick shifted slightly. “I thought I mentioned that.”
Felipe moved closer to Guillermo’s ear. “Let’s just shoot these asshole’s right now, ese. Unload on their asses, ese.”
Jorge took a couple steps forward. “I get the bitch first.”
Daryl leveled his rifle at Jorge as Guillermo waved them off. “I don’t think you fully appreciate the gravity of the situation.”
“No. I’m pretty clear.” Rick cut the cord around Miguel’s wrists and pushed him lightly forward. “You have your man. I want mine.”
Guillermo set his jaw and stalked forward. “I’m gonna chop up your boy..feed him to my dogs. Three of the evilest, nastiest man-eating bitches you ever saw. Picked ‘em up from Satan at a yard sale. I told you how it has to be! Are you woefully deaf?”
Mitzi frowned, something itching at her intuition.
Rick settled his rifle against his shoulder. “My hearing’s fine. You said come locked and loaded.” They all followed Rick’s lead, clicking their weapons. “Okay, then we’re here.”
Guillermo backed up, his men raising weapons simultaneously.
Mitzi sucked her teeth. Something was definitely not right.
There was a shuffling from the back of the crowd of Vatos. “Felipe? Felipe?” called a frail, reedy voice as an elderly woman emerged from behind Guillermo.
With his gun still raised, Felipe half-turned to regard the woman. “Abuela, go back with the others - now.”
“Git that old lady out of the line of fire!”
Guillermo turned to regard the woman as well. “Abuela, listen to your m’hijo. This is not the place for you right now.”
She didn’t listen, instead addressing Felipe. “Mr. Gilbert is having trouble breathing. He needs his asthma stuff... Carlito can’t find it. He needs his medicine.”
She stepped forward, nose of her rifle dropping. “Asthma stuff?” She whispered, then louder. “What the fuck is goin’ on?”
Guillermo shot her an anxious look but ignored her. “Felipe, go take care of it, okay? And take your grandmother with you.”
Felipe led the woman away, speaking to her soothingly in Spanish.
Daryl caught her eye. “What?”
She nodded at the vatos. “This is all just ball-bustin’. Half of these idiots can’t even aim at us properly from where they’re standing.”
Rick turned towards her. “What?”
She lowered her gun, keeping her voice low. “This is all bullshit. Intimidation.”
Rick’s jaw worked noiselessly, mind putting pieces together like hers.
“Who are these men?”
Felipe’s grandmother had noticed them, stopping their conversation short.
Rick lowered his weapon and she took a couple steps forward. “Ma’am.”
She caught sight of Rick’s uniform and twisted her hands, distressed. “Don’t you take him! Felipe’s a good boy. He had his trouble, but he pulled himself together. We need him here.”
“Ma’am, I’m not here to arrest your grandson.”
“Then what do you want him for?”
Rick met her eyes and she huffed. “They ain’t gonna kill us. Would’ve already done it. Somethin’ ain’t lining’ up.”
He nodded at her, turned back and stuttered. “He’s... helping us find a missing person... Fella named Glenn?”
“The Asian boy?” She smiled. “He is with Mr. Gilbert...Come. Come, I'll show you.” She began to lead them into the crowd. “He needs his medicine.”
Sensing defeat, Guillermo grit his teeth. “Let them pass.”
Daryl fell into step behind her, Jorge glaring at them as they passed. Daryl glared back, his hand landing lightly on her lower back as he guided her forward.
The woman led them into a nursing home, past a number of individual rooms complete with old people and into a large main room where a small group was watching Felipe administer an inhaler. There in the middle of the group was Glenn, unharmed but anxiously staring at the man.
Rick marched straight up to him. “What is this?”
Glenn looked at him then turned back toward the man in the wheelchair struggling for his next breath. “Asthma attack. Couldn’t catch his breath all of a sudden.”
T-Dog clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth. “We thought you were being eaten by dogs, man!”
Glenn arched an eyebrow and they all turned towards the corner of the room, where three Chihuahuas sat on a pink and leopard print dog bed.
Mitzi sucked on her teeth. “The fuc’-“ A little, old lady caught her eye and Mitzi winced. “The fricken gall.”
**
She wiped her face with an old shop rag and hung her head.
“I say we put a pick-ax in his head and the dead girl’s and be done with it.” Daryl stood behind her, his knee pressing against her back as she sat back against him.
She opened her mouth, trying to breath through her mouth and not her nose, the smell of burning rot- human rot -thick in her throat.
Shane shook his head. “Is that what you’d want for you?”
Daryl’s hand landed heavily on her head, as if he was trying to silently check on her. Without hesitation, he answered. “Yeah and I’d thank you while you did it.”
Dale sighed heavily. “I hate to say it, I never thought I would, but maybe Daryl’s right”
Rick stepped forward. “Jim is not a monster, Dale, or some rabid dog...” Dale tried to cut in and Rick spoke over him, “He’s a sick, sick man. If we start down that road, where do we draw the line?”
Daryl squared his shoulders. “Line’s pretty clear: Zero tolerance for walkers or them to be.”
Mitzi shook her head. “We’d have to watch Jim night and day. Whoever watches him would have to be on- no dozing off, no bathroom breaks. There’s no way to quarantine him safely.” She shrugged weakly, head still swimming. “I hate it but, there’s only so many options.”
Rick cut in. “What if we can get him help? I heard that the CDC is working on a cure.”
“‘Working on’ and ‘has’ are two very different realities.” The breeze blew over them and she felt bile in her throat.
Shane shook his head. “I heard that too.. heard a lotta things before the world went to hell.”
“What if the CDC is still up and running?”
“That is a stretch right there.”
She leaned over, her eyes screwed shut, shop rag pressed over her face. She felt Daryl’s hand on the back of her neck.
“Mitzi? You okay?” It was Carol.
She waved her off with her free hand.
Shane sucked his teeth. “You are being uncharacteristically subdued.” He grinned. “Kinda nice.”
She caught Daryl, before he could step forward, hand on his thigh. She breathed deep one more time and dropped the hand holding her shop rag to her face.
“Fuck you, Shane Walsh.”
He laughed. “There she is! Done being dramatic?”
Rick frowned hard at Shane and Lori shoved to her feet. “Shane!”
He made a face, shrugging. “Big, tough Spec Ops sniper? Fuck outta here.”
“You smell this before?”
Everyone turned to Mitzi, who had set the rag down on the cooler next to her thigh and pressed the heels of her hands into her eyes.
Shane shrugged. “No.”
“I have, a couple times, before all’a this.” She looked up. “Last time was a year ago, in this tiny little mountain village in Afghanistan. We had holed in this village a number of times. It was a farming community, vibrant and generous. The people were nice. The kids use’ta bring me little trinkets, cool rocks, wind-polished desert glass.”
She paused and dug her keys out of her pocket, holding up a smooth, green, translucent piece of glass on a keychain. Daryl pressed tighter against her back.
“The last time we were there, insurgents had wiped the place off the map. Piled all the townsfolk in the center of the town; men, women, children… and set their bodies on fire.” She looked up at Shane. “Denying them a proper Muslim burial because they had colluded with the US Army. Because they colluded with me. So yeah, I’m feeling a little subdued, present circumstances considered.”
He shrunk back. Everyone was quiet for a solid five minutes.
Rick placed his hands on his hips and sighed. “If there’s any government left, any structure at all, they’d protect the CDC at all costs, wouldn’t they? I think it’s our best shot. Shelter, protection, rescue...”
Shane huffed in frustration. “Look, Rick, we all want those things. I do too. If they exist, they’re at the army base at Fort Benning.”
Mitzi shook her head. “Fort Benning is not going to prioritize civilian lives. If they are still operational, their mission is reestablishing authority and control. They’ll stick us in a camp, off-base, with limited supplies and security, and we’ll have to trust that they have checked every civilian. That no one is bit.”
“You sure that’s not just because you don’t want to go back to work?”
She sighed, reaching in her pocket for her brass knuckles. She slipped them on and launched at Shane.
Rick and Daryl must have been expecting it, because before she could take a step, Daryl had popped her off the ground, Rick using his upper body and arms to press her back into Daryl.
“Mitzi, breathe.”
“He fuckin’ has it comin’.”
Rick caught her eyes and held them. “Breathe.”
Daryl pressed his face into her neck and whispered. “Com’n, Spitfire. Calm down. We’ll get ‘em another time, right? Breathe, baby.”
She breathed deep.
“M’Fine. Fuckin’ put me down.”
Rick nodded and they directed her back onto her cooler.
**
She leaned up against the door of the office she would be sleeping in. Catching his hand, she pulled him over, waiting for the others to move past them. “Want to conserve water with me?”
He blushed and knocked his forehead against hers. “Conserve water?”
She nodded. “Jenner said to take it easy on the hot water.”
He pressed a kiss to the corner of her mouth. “You’re drunk.”
She shrugged and fisted a hand in his shirt, pulling him into the room behind her. “Tipsy, more like, but if you feel uncomfortable, we don’t have t’do anythin’ but shower.”
He chuckled, closing the door behind him. “Don’t chicken out on me now.” He reached back and pulled his shirt over his head.
Her shirt hit the ground shortly after his and she hooked her finger over his belt buckle, drawing him into the bathroom behind her.
He briefly pressed his face to her very functional bra and teased his teeth over the swell of her breast.
Smiling, she directed his face back to hers and pulled his bottom lip into her mouth, sucking gently. He groaned, reaching down and grabbing at her ass and lifting her onto the sink.
He paused to squeeze one more time before leaning over and turning the hot water on in the shower.
He turned back to her and paused, watching her. She ran her hands down his chest, running her fingers over the old faint scars that littered his torso.
“You’re pretty like this.” He didn’t give her time to respond but leaned over and caught her lips with his, slipping his tongue into her mouth with a gravelly moan.
She returned it, drawing him between her legs, cradling his face between her hands. He pulled away, moving instead to press wet kisses to her neck and shoulders.
She moaned and moved her hand to squeeze and grip at his arms and shoulders.
He stopped, pulling back a bit.
“What's wrong?” She rubbed her hands through his hair and jumped a little when his thumb pressed into her shoulder, just shy of the ball of the joint.
“You got shot.”
She nodded. “Lucky shot, just outside my Kevlar.” She lifted her opposite arm and motioned to her bicep, where another scar marred the yellow rose tattooed there. “Same guy got me there too. Pissed me off. That tattoo was only a month old. Never did get it touched up.”
He pressed his lips to her shoulder and then her bicep, before leaning up to catch her lips again.
She grinned as he pulled away and patted her thigh. “Got one here too and that one almost killed me.”
Chuckling, he reached for her belt and opened it. “Best git these jeans off too.”
She pressed a kiss to his mouth and reached up to open the closure on her bra. He groaned as she shrugged off the garment and pressed their chests together.
Wrapping an arm around her, lips still locked to hers, he supported her and she shimmied down her pants and underwear.
She hummed as he stepped away again and leaned to press a kiss to the round scar in the top of her right thigh, eyes locked on hers.
“You’re so fuckin’ hot,” she blurted out in a rush, before reaching for his belt and opening his fly.
He grinned and popped her off the sink. “Git in the shower, baby.”
She did, casting a look at him as she stepped under the water.
He stepped free of his pants and underwear and followed her in. He caged her up against the glass, shielding her from the water and wrapping an arm around her.
His free hand found her nipple and worried it between two fingers. She arched hard against her and teased her teeth over the arch of his jaw. Moaning, his hips stuttered against hers before beginning to roll in earnest rhythm.
She slipped her hands around his side and dug her fingers into the muscles of his upper back, pressing flat against him.
She paused when she encountered raised scar tissue. He flinched away and she kissed over his sternum, dropping her hands to the small of his back. “You don't gotta tell me anythin’.”
He caught her eyes and held them, nodding and leaning in to resume the kiss. A breath later, he pulled away. “You still want this?”
She nodded. “Hell yeah.”
He favored her with a small smile and grabbed her hand from his hair. Touching his forehead to hers, he guided her hand down. “Show me what y’ like.”
She moaned and caught his hand in her much smaller one. “Your hands, not mine.”
He kissed her, carding his fingers through the hair he found there. “Why?”
“Bigger.” She moaned into his mouth as he slid his index finger lower, calloused finger tip rubbing lightly over her clit.
Lips still attached to hers, he slid his finger deeper yet, finding what he was looking for and slipping the tip of his finger inside of her.
She moaned again, lips moving against his, sloppy and out of rhythm as he petted at her with barely there touches.
“Stop teasin’.”
He pressed a smile to her lips. “Who’s teasin’?” He sunk two fingers into her in one motion, swallowing her high moan.
They spent the next few minutes locked together, his fingers wringing moans unchecked from her.
She teased her fingers over the head of his cock and dug the fingers of her opposite hand into the meat of his hip. “D, please.”
He grunted and removed his hand from between her thighs, swallowing her protest with his mouth. He hooked his hands around her thighs and lifted her against the cool, wet glass.
He kissed her as he balanced her weight and smoothed his thumb over her clit.
She hissed as he guided his cock into her. He chuckled, mouthing at her jaw. “Make a man feel good, reactin’ like that.”
She laughed, breathy and distracted. “Make a woman feel good with a cock like that.”
He blushed and ground his hips into hers, partially in retribution.
She caught his eyes, pressing her forehead to his. “How you can blush with your dick inside me…”
He shot her as baleful a look as he could in such a circumstance. “You always sayin’ wild shit.”
She dug both hands into his hair and kissed him, full and deep, before pulling away and whispering against his lips. “I like it when you blush.”
He grunted and hooked her legs over his arms. He took advantage of the new position to snap his hips against hers.
She moaned out a shaky, “fuck!”
“Not blushin’ now.”
She smiled and bit her lip. He watched her face as she moaned, smiling against her mouth as the heat and humidity built.
“Touch y’self.”
Her eyes opened, half-lidded and dark and she hummed like she hadn’t heard him.
“Touch yourself. Com’n baby, help me get ya’there.”
He groaned as she sucked her index and middle finger into her mouth and then hissed when he felt them against the base of his cock. She panted, fingers working furtively at her clit.
“Daryl-“
“I know, Spitfire. You’re squeezing’ me. I gotcha.”
He followed her a handful of thrusts later, lips sealed to hers, each swallowing the other’s pleasure.

Cherry Pops Under The Hood
This piece was my half of an art trade with @ricecreamart back in November 2023, starring her cast of OCs. She also did all the illustrations for this after the fact—if you're as much of a fan of plushie and mechanical stuff as I am (which, if you're one of my followers, there's a good chance), you should have a look at her work!!
The apartment was filled with all its usual signs of activity. The air inside was chilly—this deep into fall, the leaves had long since fallen and winter was beginning to butt in early. Ada hadn’t actually had to run her cooling fans in a long while, since it was cold enough even inside that her processors could be passively cooled, but she set them on low anyway. Her employers, Cherry and Nutmeg, appreciated any little bit of heat they could get, even the paltry amount that her system kicked out when she was just going about her business.
The two of them were seated at the kitchen table, snouts basking in the rising steam above their drinks. Ada relished in the mingling scents of Nutmeg’s tea and Cherry’s hot chocolate, and listened as the two of them bickered and bantered. Also as usual, Cherry was on the back foot in their flirty little playfight. Ada glanced over and saw all the tells that she was gonna be the first to get flustered: her eyes narrowed to help keep her face steady, her stubborn smile as though she was taking all of Nutmeg’s pokes and innuendos in good humor.
She smiled to herself and continued through the room, carrying a fresh load of laundry (and trying her best not to bury her face in the warm, soft fabric, another favorite new sensation of hers). She walked carefully—some component in her leg had failed recently, and the bundle of clothes was obscuring the ground in front of her feet. Though she tried to keep her gait straight, she could hear her own footsteps falling unevenly, heavy under her metal frame in spite of her padded exterior: thump-pmfsshh, thump-pmfsshh, thump-pmfsshh. One of Cherry’s ears flicked toward her and, grateful for the opportunity to retreat from Nutmeg’s teasing, she piped up.
“Hey, are you good, Ada? It sounds like one of your legs is dragging.”
“Yeah, uh…” she mumbled, her brows furrowing. “That’s a bit worse than I thought it was, actually… Here, lemme just set this down.” She dumped the clothes onto a nearby chair and, once again watching her step, ambled over to the table.
“‘ve you been having this problem long?” Cherry asked, resting her arm over the back of her chair to better face the housekeeper.
“You didn’t have to come in if you weren’t feeling well, you know,” Nutmeg added, setting her drink aside.
“Oh, I know, I just,” Ada hemmed, “I already have an appointment with the engineers that built this body for me, and y’know, they’re pretty busy… I figured, as long as I could watch where I was going, it wouldn’t be that much of a problem in the meantime.”
“Do you mind if I ask what’s wrong?” Cherry tilted her head. Ada had seen the expression before, on the number of occasions where she’d watched her fixing things up for other people—there was concern layered over it, but her interest was piqued.
“I think it’s a severed cable, the one that leads from my central nervous system to my knee. Or, maybe disconnected. I hope it’s not severed, uh. It could always be replaced, but it’d be much more of a hassle to have the whole cord unfastened and removed, and, y’know, it’s better to just not get damaged in the first place. Uh—”
“Do you want me to take a look at that for you?”
“Um.” Ada hesitated. Her fans, subtly, spun up. She hadn’t been examined by anybody besides the doctors and mechanics that had put her in her new body. For how many times they checked and double-checked her, from tip to tail and from paw to prow, that she’d be used to having someone poking around in her body, but… The last check-up had been months and months ago, before they were confident they could let her live on her own after the transition.
Plus, they were doctors, and it would feel… it would feel very different to have her friend get so close to her. Other than a doctor, it would actually be the first time anyone had gotten so close. But she had spent a good deal of time with Cherry since moving here, and she’d seen firsthand how good she was with her tools… Her fans spun yet faster; it occurred to her that they were becoming audible. Nutmeg’s eyes flicked between the two of them, which Cherry didn’t notice, but made Ada realize how long she’d been trying to think of what to say.
“Sure?” Okay, maybe she should have spent longer thinking about it. Nutmeg’s eyebrow jumped a full inch. “BUT, uh, c-ould we maybe? Do that in private? It feels a little… I don’t know, embarrassing. To have to strip and everything.”
“Oh, well, yeah. I mean, I wouldn’t ask you to get naked in the middle of the living room! C’mon, we can just do it in the den, you already know where my setup is.” She hopped out of her chair and, casually as anything, sauntered over to the den to wait for Ada to strip down to bare metal for her. Ada glanced back at Nutmeg; the wry smile she wore when she’d been pushing Cherry’s buttons was halfway back on her face—or maybe just half-concealed.
“You’ll be in good paws, sweetie,” she assured Ada, doing absolutely nothing to settle her nerves. Her wires. Whatever. “Do you need me to help you walk over there?”
“N-no, that’ll be—I’ll be fine, I just have to be careful. But thank you! Thank you, um,” she stuttered, eventually opting to just follow Cherry after realizing she wasn’t going to get any less awkward under the tanuki’s gaze. When she walked into the den, Cherry glanced over her shoulder.
“Just go ahead and get comfortable up here,” she said, patting a spot on the table. As she went back to rooting through toolboxes, she continued. “You said it was your knee, right? So you shouldn’t actually have to strip down. I promise I’m not gonna, like, look up your skirt.”
“Well, no, but—It’s not the c-clothes I’m worried about—well, I guess I’m worried about the clothes, too, um. Okay, just, you’ll see.” She turned away from Cherry—not that she was even looking. Gosh, why did this worry her so much?—and bent down to reach under her skirt. She fumbled for a moment before her paw found a zipper; she pulled gently, working it around the circumference of her hip joint, and began to roll down the now-freed fabric casing that sat over her metal frame. When it was about halfway down her calf, leaving her thigh and knee bare, she padded over next to Cherry and sat down on the table.
“Alright, are you—oh,” Cherry interrupted herself, finally looking over from her tools and seeing the exposed mechanisms. “Ohhh, I see, okay. My bad,” she apologized, rubbing the back of her neck. “When you said you had to strip, I thought you meant… your clothes. I forgot the fuzzy bits are separate, haha.”
“Oh, t-thats, totally fine,” Ada managed, unable to look Cherry in the eyes.
“I think I just, consider it… like, it’s your face, right? It’s like if you were trying to think of my skin as a separate entity from the rest of me. When I think of ‘Ada’, that’s just, what you look like.” Ada finally turned her head, just about at eye level with Cherry from her seated position. Their eyes lingered on each other for a moment; Cherry’s expression was still somewhat sheepish after the little misunderstanding, and something flickered behind Ada’s eyes that approached doubtfulness. Disbelief. Then a little smile broke on her face, and there was something very soft in them instead, softer even than her plush exterior.
“That… means a lot to hear, actually,” she half-whispered, her eyes drifting downward. “Sometimes I still have to remind myself of it, but you’re right. This is me. It’s just, it’s almost a pleasant surprise every time I re-realize it, y’know? Like it’s too good to be true.”
“Oh, god, do I understand that,” Cherry chuckled, shoulders relaxing in the mercifully-broken tension. But hey,” she said, drawing their eyes back together. “you kinda get used to it after a while. Not in a way where it stops being fun, though!. Like, you still wake up some days, and it’s like it’s Christmas, but it doesn’t shock you like you’d lost track of the date, right? You still get to be you—it’s still awesome every time you remember ‘dude, this is your life now’—but you don’t forget that you’re you in the meantime. Y’know?”
“I can imagine. I get closer every day, I think. Physical… snags, like this one, remind me a lot of how things were before, but… I guess I have you for that now, right?”
“Right!” Cherry slapped a fist down into her open palm. “We’re gonna get you good as new in no time. You ready?”
“I-I think I am! Uh—” she stammered, pressing down her skirt between her legs. “Okay, now I’m ready!” Cherry giggled, then looked at her lap and back up at her.
“...Do your clothes even come off?”
“Sure! If. You take the rest of me off, too.” They stared at each other for another half a breath and cracked up again. That’s bedside fuckin’ manner, babey!! Cherry was doing a kickass job at this robot doctor thing already. She kneeled down, still giggling, to get a closer look at the laggy limb.
Tumblr media
“Woooahh,” she mused, face-to-face with Ada’s bare knee. Her eyes were wide and sparkling like the robot had shone a little red laser dot on the floor in front of her. “Oh my god, Ada. I know we were just talking about how cool it is to be you, like, with a capital B and Y, but you really are an amazing piece of work!” She gushed for a minute straight about the suspension, a thick spring coiled around Ada’s stand-in for a tibia and fibula, which Cherry could see extending down the remainder of her leg underneath the metal sheath and the remaining fabric cover; that was to say nothing of the hydraulic struts that extended behind and above her knee, powering her locomotion.
“I kind of don’t want to touch anything there… at least, not if we can help it. I’m not gonna say I couldn’t do it—I’m pretty good, y’know,” she added with a flicked ear and a raised eyebrow. “Buuut, it’d definitely be more complicated to fix than a connection issue would, so let’s look around for that first, right?”
“Sure, sure. It should be higher up in my thigh. Thhhhhhat panel,” she recalled after some deliberation, pointing to a plate of metal on the inside of her leg, “should come off.” Cherry produced a screwdriver from her pool of tools and dutifully levered the compartment open, finding… well, it was much cleaner than she’d expected.
“Huh. I guess I gotta give ‘em points for wire management? I can see a couple other big cables running through here, but they’re all on the other side. This one seems to be the only one that runs to the upper leg. Kinda seems like putting all your eggs in one basket, though… If something happens with this wire, poof! There goes your whole thigh.”
“Just like now,” Ada sighed.
“Why would they do it like that?”
“It’s supposed to be like the femoral artery,” she huffed. “If you ask me, the human body is the last thing to be taking design inspiration from, but the engineers liked how tidy it was, and the doctors thought I was complicated enough as it was. They agreed that mirroring the bigger anatomical landmarks would make it so a non-specialist doctor could at least try to treat me.”
“Who the hell studies medicine and engineering?” Cherry muttered, peering further down into Ada’s chassis. “I can see it all the way to the end, though. Like, with a plug and everything still attached. It must’ve just come loose, so all I gotta do is—”
“NyaaAAAA—” Ada squealed. Her paws flew to her mouth; her fans revved full-force. Cherry’s claw had barely grazed the cable, but it felt like she had just rubbed her paw all the way along the inside of her thigh.
“Ah!! Did that hurt? Are you okay?” She looked up at Ada and saw the flustered expression half-hidden behind her paws. She felt a rush of air from the opening to the inside of Ada’s furry casing and realized that she was burning up. “...Oh.”
“I-I’m. Yeah, f-fine,” the mortified android managed, squeezing her eyes shut. “It was just, um. Sensitive. Sorry.”
“Oh, no, it’s no problem!! I should’ve looked a little bit more before leaping, I guess. I’m just,” she finished, bowing her own head again to hide the blush spreading across her own cheeks, “glad you’re alright. Lemme try it with some pliers instead—I’ll be more gentle this time.” She fished out a needle-nosed pair and, gripping the bundle of wire just beneath the plug, slowly finagled it into the socket.
Cherry instructed Ada to flex her knee; she could, just fine. She asked her to extend it, and she did, no problem! She rolled her ankle around next, even though it wasn’t originally the problem, just to make sure Cherry hadn’t accidentally knocked anything else loose while she was down there. She slowly snapped the panel back into place—this time, Ada had braced herself, and though she couldn’t look Cherry in the eye while she was working down there, she barely made a peep this time. They finally emerged from the den, Cherry holding the door open so Ada could make sure she could get around without difficulty again, and were met with Nutmeg eyeing the two of them over her mug.
“Did something go wrong?” She asked, voice full of exaggerated concern—after all, Ada was walking just fine.
“In my workshop?" Cherry gloated. "C'mon. It was just a loose cable. You’ll make sure not to flex your leg too far in the future, right, Ada?”
“Right!”
“Oh, good!” Nutmeg continued. “So, if you didn’t make a mistake in there, I assume you meant to make her squeak like that?” she asked, taking a slow sip of her tea and staring Cherry dead in the eye.
“Y’know,” she forced out, putting her best poker face back on. “I think I’m gonna take Ada to the park, just to put her through her paces. Doesn’t that sound nice, Ada?”
“Huh? I wasn’t done cleani—”
“Awesome! We’ll be back in a bit, Meg,” she growled, nearly shoving the girl out the door in front of her.
It wasn’t long before Cherry realized that she’d escaped from Nutmeg’s coolheaded quips without thinking to take a sweater—she’d jumped out of the fridge and into the freezer, with the way the weather had been recently. Ada offered to turn her fans up, and Cherry stayed nice and close to her (which was very, very easy, with how soft her exterior was). While the two of them walked laps to keep their servos warm and their blood circulating, they talked about all kinds of things. A simple “you mentioned ‘how things were before’” turned into swapping backstories: how Cherry got into tinkering with machines, how Ada got into a machine.
Tumblr media
Of course, they had plenty of common ground, from the realization that things could be different, and the freedom that came with it, to the malaise that it had freed them from. Cherry managed to keep things light; like she’d said earlier, things only went uphill from the start of journies like theirs, and she was rarely without a crack that would break the gloom of a bad memory. It got dark faster than they expected, but it had more to do with how much fun they were having together than the shortening days. When it got too cold for Cherry to stand staying out any longer, the two of them walked back to the front door of her apartment building.
“Y’know,” she said when they arrived, “you didn’t have to walk me all the way home. It’s almost like the end of a date, or something.”
“What, with how much you and Nutmeg flirt while I’m around? It couldn’t be!” She froze; and Cherry felt the air around her begin to thaw. “Wait, could it be? Cherry, was this supposed to be a date??”
“I was just kidding, bestie, you don’t have to go critical on me. Usually, you get up under a girl’s skirt at the end of a date, right?”
“C-c’mon!” she cried, screwing her eyes shut again. “It wasn’t like that!!”
“I know, I know!” Cherry laughed. “Hey, c’mon. I promise it’s not like it’s gonna be weird or anything. Doctor-patient confidentiality, or whatever, right? But hey,” she said more softly, reaching for Ada’s paw. She paused before touching her, waiting for her to nod in confirmation before just going and grabbing things, this time. “We could make it a date, next time! If you want, anyway.”
“U-um. Yeah. Yeah!” There was a growing, fully snow-free circle spreading from Ada’s feet, at this point. “T-that would be, it’d be awesome! I would love that!!”
“Great! You know the door’s always open for you, bestie. See you soon?”
“I’m already scheduled to come over again in a few days!!”
“Sooner? I’m on my way to face the music. I was definitely losing to Nutmeg earlier. If you bail me out before she literally pushes me up against the wall, we can call it even for helping you out today.” Ada’s brow furrowed, a little concerned.
“She’s not… literally pushing you around, right?”
“Oh, no! I’m constantly asking for it. Literally, most of the time. I wouldn’t even complain if she did it tonight, but like… it’s the principle. I gotta save face after getting dressed-down in front of a guess like that, y’know?”
“Well, that makes two of us getting exposed in front of our friends, right? At least you aren’t alone.”
“Ha! Sorry again about that. But hey, maybe we can do that on purpose next time too, right?” She could see Ada freezing up again, and blew her a kiss goodbye to save her the trouble of finding her words again, ducking back inside; she could hear the air whooshing around outside all the way until she got back to the elevator.

🌙 the one where she disappears in the ether solavellan enjoy 🌙
[part 1 of 2]
He does not worry for the first few nights he tries to wander in her dreaming and does not find her. If anything, he's annoyed she won't let him lurk; an irrational, biting anger that lays claim to her mind like she would not immediately take him back with open arms, loose lips and soft skin if he reappeared at her doorstep.
She must not have slept, he convinces himself. More than once before the magister was slain, he'd woken to find her huddled before the hearth, wrapped in a blanket and armed with mulled wine and a book. I can't sleep, but don't worry. I'll be all right.
Then, he thinks, she must have fallen asleep while he was wandering. He remembers the first time she spent the night awake when they were joined; when she had snuck out to leave him to rest, then fell asleep next to him on the scaffolding to the sound of his paintbrush against the limestone, three quarters of a candle into his session.
The night after that, he didn't sleep. The sleeplessness had left him so disoriented he walked into his own wards and pulled down his tent. He's amazed that, back then, Lavellan made it into the kitchens and back and up in his rotunda on no rest. It must not have been her first sleepless night, and judging by his inability to watch, not her last, either.
He does get concerned after the first Tenday. She'll keel over in her boots before long.
The second Tenday, he tries to find Dorian, also to no avail.
He supposes it's better this way. What would he even say to him? I can no longer find my scorn lover's dreams to linger in, so please tell me how she's doing? Dorian would spit in his face and make it so Solas could still feel it on his cheek after waking.
The third Tenday, Curiosity offers to look for her. Either I'll find her, or she's the cat in the crate. The brutal honesty, the flippancy of the words make him sick.
Curiosity finds nobody. As though the Veil had opened up on the ground beneath her.
But that would mean she was in the Fade, and there he could find her. She would cuss at his lurking and scream and stomp and slap and curl into a ball on the ground, but he would find her. Acceptance shrugs, better chance to find the dwarf in his dreams.
By the fifth Tenday, his attempts to find her have turned so raw, so desperate, that he only just keeps from not only inviting Obsession into his mind, but blasting the doors off the hinges entirely. He may as well have fallen asleep screaming here I am, take my mind and body if you wish.
By the seventh Tenday, he starts grappling with the idea that she's lost. She must be, must have died somewhere where he could not save her. His only comfort is the thought that she did not die the way he would; alone and cold in the dark. This he knows for a fact; she could not sneeze but the Spymaster heard of it.
Compassion would have sat with her, made her mind the deep green forests of her home, the smell of pinefire, the sound of woodcarving and the feel of too-large, threadbare tunics. If he were there, Solas would still feel the remnants of magic, fizzles of lightning from Dorian's attempts to start her cold heart beating. The smell of salt and blood.
And then, after nine Tendays and six nights, when he's so exhausted from holding his vigil alone he might not even dream himself, she is there.
She dreams of simpler times, of stolen moments at night, of the plants she grows down from the loft in her rooms, of laughter and warm food and tight embraces. Nasty little dreams of her on her knees between his thighs.
She dreams like nothing happened.
He sits next to her in not time at all.
"Lathari." She startles.
Googling tells me Tendays is more of a DND/BG1+2 thing, but that's what I did bc - that's what I did I don't gotta explain myself to you.
🌙
as seen on this post I've posted like a billion years ago. part 2 over here. :)

ermm first post ,, but i gen need sum advice for this !! i believe im physically disabled to some degree , and dont know for certain how long my pain / fatigue / balance issues have been present , but i know that my pain has been unmanageable for almost a yr 1/2 now , and ive been using my cane for a year .
my mother does not let me use my cane , but i have a folding hurrycane that i saved up for quite some time in order to get . i use my cane at school and when i hang out with friends , but not at the grocery store / other stores with my mom .
my mother does not believe in doctors , as her veteranship has given her a " new socks + ibuprofen " attitude . the adults in my life believe i am being dramatic , but not that im faking . so after countless months of begging and reminding , i finally have a physical appointment this monday ( dec 11 , 23 ) . my need for advice is how do i get a doctor to take me seriously ??
i havent been to the doctor since i was ten , and that was because it was required , as i had moved into a new school district . that was my last physical , and the first time i ever remember going to the doctor ( that is not the dentist , optometrist , or psychiatrist ) .
below is a descriptive explanation of my pain , fatigue , and balance issues and how they ' ve affected my life , just in case theyre needed .
my pain may have been present all my life , and due to familial issues , i cannot fully understand my genetic history .
anypoo ,,, my pain is most present in my major joints ( ankles , knees , hips , and shoulders ) , but is also present in minor joints ( fingers and toes ) , back , neck , and the base of my skull . these areas always in pain , and i always notice it . my most sensitive areas are my knees , hips , and traps ( neck / base of skull ) , and my legs start to hurt ( worse ) / feel unstable without support . i cannot shower because my knees will give out , and i have completely switched over from using the stairs to using the elevator because i have often fallen down them .
my fatigue sets in before school lets out ( around noon ) , and often keeps me from working , walking for long periods of time , eating , and other activites . often when i get home , i have no energy left for anything else . i just sit in bed and fall asleep at 8 . i am failing nearly all my classes because i have not had my vyvanse in 9 months , and my brainfog is intense .
i am very unsteady without support , causing me to rely on my cane more than i should , resulting in more shoulder pain from putting too much weight into it . i have looked into rollators and forearm crutches , but none of those can be used around my mother without reasonable diagnosis . at home , i use the furniture to support me , and often crawl up the stairs ( townhome problems . ) and if im not , i rely on the handrails to practically pull me up , resulting in ... MORE SHOULDER PAIN .
i just want this to end . i told myself id be mad at my mom if what i have is curable , but id be even more mad if its chronic . i used to be in marching band , and i was cut from marching due to my pain genuinely affecting how i marched . i love walking , i walk everywhere . i love so many things ive had to give up , and i fear the doctor will just tell me to exercise more instead of giving me concrete answers .
any and all help would be appreciated :-(

— ₊ ° . ☆ zeke had keegan all figured out. he'd somehow climbed into the folds of his mind and pulled out one of his most twisted little fantasies. how could he resist when they both were eager and willing? "god, that does sound fuckin' hot. usin' his cum as lube, givin' you another... fuck," he breathed out. there was a sordid grin on landon's face, clearly proud of the little revelation that had just fallen right into his lap. "if you wanted my sloppy seconds, bro, y'should've just said. could've been fuckin' his tight little pussy for weeks," landon remarked proudly. they were always trying to one up each other, but it seemed landon had finally won. he had zeke and keegan both eating out of the palm of his hand. by the end of the night, he'd have two little sluts to himself; he could clear off the roster of late night booty calls. keegan and zeke were more than sufficient to satisfy his needs. "i'll let you knock yourself out, baby doll," landon replied with that smug arrogance that only he could get away with. usually, it got under keegan's skin, but he couldn't lie that it was intoxicating in that moment. something about it made him want to drop to his knees and serve alongside his baby. "y'should've. should've slipped in there and sent me a video... i would've lost it," keegan admitted. it was difficult to let it all out. sometimes, the words would get caught in his throat out of fear... but that mischievous glint in zeke's eyes kept him going. "there's plenty to go around. 've got two feet for a reason," landon chimed in, chuckling softly to himself. in that moment, he'd never felt more powerful, like the ground he walked on turned to gold. if he'd known they would make him feel like this, landon would've found a way to wiggle himself in on their little arrangement long ago. "'cause that wouldn't stop you, zekey? you think it'd stop us either?" landon questioned, cocking up a brow. he looked over at keegan, a little smirk on his lips. "i don't think anything would stop him. he's an insatiable little thing. nothin' like those girls you're used to... nah, my baby's a real slut," keegan sang his praises. zeke was in for a treat between the two of them. they were going to turn his whole world upside down. "whatever my little girl wants, she gets... a-and god, that'd be hot," keegan confirmed. his cock twitched in his own grasp, pre-cum spilling down the tip. landon was just emboldened; he had them both right where he wanted them. "i'll show them you're my little bitch, zekey. i'll fuck a load in you, stretch you out with my fist, make you swallow my piss in front of 'em all... and keegs will just have to watch, or maybe i'll let him clean my feet. d'ya ever think your daddy would be his brother's little bitch, princess?" landon went on. they had a long night in store for them. he was going to push them both to their limits. keegan's hand worked along landon's massive length, letting his own cock go untouched. he was still rock-hard, but he didn't care. "y-your favorite? really?" keegan stammered out. "guess i gotta get a whiff too..." given his step-brother's socks, he couldn't help himself. keegan brought the fabric to his nose and breathed in. he lost himself in the intense, masculine musk. he couldn't help but moan out in pleasure. landon lifted zeke's face with his foot, letting their gazes meet. "tell your daddy to get down there with you, darlin'. y'can share, can'tcha?"
Tumblr media Tumblr media
zeke had been called many things, but no one had ever called him stupid. he felt the way keegan's cock twitched when landon entered the room, the way his heartbeat sped up when he settled opposite them. as much as he might like to hide it, keegan was into this — and zeke fully intended to help him realize it for himself. "i know ya do; kinda makes me wonder... bet you'd just love sliding into my when i'm already loose and sloppy. maybe even leaking your brother's cum," zeke hummed softly. he couldn't deny that he'd always had a little crush on landon, but seeing the way keegan acted around his step-brother intrigued him. zeke would've been satisfied with keegan, until they were old and could hardly recall how their sordid affair began — but having both brothers in the palm of his hand was too sweet to turn down. "size fourteen?! oh, my... you're gonna have to pull me off of 'em, darling," he replied giddily, maintaining eye contact with keegan the whole team. a faint smirk tugged at zeke's lips as landon expanded on his little fantasy. he was a hell of a lot smarter than he looked. "wow, daddy... i would'a never pegged you for such a footslut, but i get it. one look at those feet and i was ready to slip into his room after i was done with you." eyes were the windows to the soul, and keegan's were practically transparent. zeke could see his mind moving at warp speed, attempting to make sense of what was going on around him. more importantly, zeke could see that he liked it; loved it, even. "you boys are in for a real treat, y'know that? 'm not gonna stop 'til you're both fucked out and have nothing left to give me. every load, every drop of piss, every bit of sweat... 'm gonna take it all, and i don't care who's watchin' me — y'better not take me to a family reunion," zeke teased. when he finally managed to take his eyes off keegan, landon was a sight to behold. his hair was lightly tousled, and there was a fresh layer of sweat that glistened against his skin; even more delectable was the look on his face. zeke could see that he'd been thrown for a loop. he got the impression that landon was rarely surprised, and he loved that he'd been the one to catch him off-guard. "you on board with that, daddy? i'd look extra pretty gettin' my pussy pimped out to your friends," zeke mused, licking over his lips. "but you know what i think keegan would like even more? if y'slutted me out to all your buds, and then made them watch while you fucked me harder than any of 'em. all those boys know that keegan owns me — imagine their surprise when his brother is breeding me, and all my daddy can do is play with his cock and worship your feet while y'do it." no one knew how much zeke loved to put on a show than keegan. he stripped out of his skimpy attire with finesse as the two boys watched him. he crawled over to where their feet were propped up on the coffee table, shooting a wink in landon's direction as he watched keegan wrap his hand around his cock. he peeled landon's socks from his feet, tossing them into keegan's lap with a smirk. "oh, fuck... always knew they were gorgeous, but up close? i'm drooling over here, daddy," zeke giggled. he pressed his nose in between the boy's toys, little cock twitching between his thighs at the obscene musk. "they're so fuckin' sweaty, keegs. he smells like a real fuckin' man, 'n y'know how much i love that. i think they might be my favorite."

draco malfoy x reader | smut | (no plot just smut)
It was in the common room, draco and y/n was sitting with their friends hanging out like usual, y/n sat on draco's lap cuddled up to him while still talking and laughing with their friends, when suddenly she rolled her hips hard on accident while trying to contain her laughter when blaise was telling them a really funny joke. she didnt realized it but draco behind her already stiffened and trying hard not to moan when she keeps moving on his lap still laughing at blaise. that is until pansy walked in with a bag of candies and snacks in her hands and placed it in front of their friends. y/n stand up wanting to get something, draco let out a relief breath because if she sits longer in his lap, she will realized he had a boner it would be embarassing.
to his luck, y/n now sit beside pansy but it didnt help his horny ass as he watched her putting a lollipop into her mouth and sucking it deliciously, making his mind go wild as he imagined how would it feels to have her mouth sucking his dick. he shakes his head throwing off the wild imagination of his best friend since they were still in diapers. but the more he stare at her the more he cant control himself, he get up quickly covering his boner with his oversized tshirt.
"guys, i gotta head to bed, im really sleepy, see y'all tomorrow" draco runs to his room while y/n stared at him in confusion, she knows him too well, he doesnt go to bed at this time.
when draco finally arrived at his room, he closed the door and immediately go to his bathroom and sits on the closed toilet, pulling down his sweatpants and boxer, kicking them off onto the floor, his hard dick slapped up to his stomach, he hissed and begin to stroking himself. his mind instantly drift to the girl who made him do this, his thoughts of her sucking the lollipop earlier popped out in his mind, he lets out a moan imagining it was his dick that she sucked off. his breath got stuck on his throat and he fastened his pace while his thumb teasing the tip of his cock, collecting the precum and use it as a lube.
"fuck y/n" draco moaned louder at the thought of y/n on her knees, looking up at him with her innocent eyes, smirking to him while running her hand on his length, stroking it up and down before putting it into her mouth.
sweats started to running on draco's face while he brought his hand to his mouth to spit on it and use it as a lube to his cock. the thoughts of y/n having him inside her mouth and bobbing her head up and down, sucking him deeper until it touched the back of her throat causing her to gagged, looking up to him with her eyes watering, saliva dripping off her mouth, making him moaning louder and going faster.
on the other side, y/n was now walking to draco's room, she opened the door and raised her eyebrows in confusion when she didnt see draco in his room, until she hears a faint moans coming from the bathroom, her hand covered her mouth realizing what is happening, but what shocking her more that the curiousity got into her making her walking to where the sounds were coming. she stands straightly at the door of draco's bathroom that he doesnt bothered to closed, not be able to move but just watching the scene in front of her, she feels the wetness down there starting to grow when she heard her name repeatedly coming from the boy in front of her and just looking at how hot his face looks right now.
"fuck- im so close, y/n, please" draco screamed her name loudly as he feels his cock twitched on his hand.
but as he was about to come, his eyes suddenly opened and looking at the door and his heart dropped to his stomach as he realized the girl that has been on his mind standing alive at the door of his bathroom, jaw dropped, mouth hung open and eyes widening, looking at what he did right now. her cheeks is tinted red.
"draco?" y/n called out his name as she looking at draco who's still froze, his face full of panicked.
"holy shit, y/n! im sorry! i- i didnt- i was just- i was just- merlin! you werent supposed to see this" draco seems lost at his words trying to explained the whole situation to y/n while covering his part, looking down, scared at what her reaction.
to his surprise, y/n walked in to the bathroom, locking it and approaching him. she stood in front of him making him looking up at her and widening his eyes as he watched her stripped down her clothes showing him her body.
"oh draco, you're definitely not sleeping, baby" y/n smirking and dropped to her knees, spreading his legs so she gets the full view of him, draco's breath got stuck as he feels her hands running on his thighs and her lips kissing them softly.
"y/n are you sure about this? you dont have t-" draco's words got cut off by y/n placing her finger on his lips indicating him to shut his mouth.
"let me help you, draco" y/n grabbed his cock and pump it a few times before putting it inside her mouth. draco let out a groan when her lips touched his tip. she decided to tease it, give it a little blow, and kiss it softly. draco was getting impatient and grip her hair shoving his cock fully inside her mouth making her moan at the sudden contact. he throw his head in pleasure as y/n started to bobbed up and down, her nose touching the base as she keeps going down, sucking deeper.
"fuck just like that, baby" y/n keep sucking him harder and faster, she pulled away to catch her breath for a second and back again, she lick a straight line on his cock and putting it back on her mouth, her hand playing with his balls squeezing it softly, she swirls her tongue sucking him deeper, deep-throating him until she gagged, the vibration triggering draco to cum hard in her mouth, shooting his thick cum inside her, its so much that it started to drip out of her mouth, draco moaned as she swallowed all his cum and wipe the cum that dripped down on her chin with her finger, licking it clean with a 'pop'.
y/n stand up and straddling draco who is still sitting on the toilet. she grabbed his cock and pump it twice before pushing it inside her tight hole. they groaned at the feeling of each other. draco grabbed her jaw and kissed her passionately, their tongue move in sync swallowing each other faces. y/n pulled away and started to kiss his earlobe and jaw then sucking hard on his neck marking him, sending butterflies to his stomach while still rolling her hips on his cock. she pulled away, moaning his name and throw her head in pleasure as his cock keep hitting her spot. draco's lips instantly attached to her neck marking her too. his hand found its way to her neck and squeezed it tightly, choking her. his lips move down to her nipple, sucking hard and biting softly making her aching her back. his other hand gripping her hips helping her bouncing faster on his cock.
"fuck baby, you're so fucking tight" draco's hands holding up her thighs lifting her a bit and started to thrust upwards into her faster and harder making them both a moaning mess. y/n rest her head on his neck, her nails clawed at his back as she feels she's close. draco keep pounding hard into her biting her shoulder lightly as he feels his cock twitched inside her.
"d- draco im so close" y/n moaned and now looking up at him pressing her forehead to him keeping the eye contact.
"me too baby, lets do it together" and with final thrust, they came together, hard, screaming each other names loudly, both panting. draco grabbed her face and kissed her with so much love, muttering a 'thank you' and praising her before pulling away. they both stand up, staring at each other in disbelief and laughing together.
"i love seeing you with my cum dripping off your thighs, y/n" draco smirked while grabbing the tissue to clean her up.
"oh shut up dray! i cant believe i just fucked my best friend" y/n let out a small chuckles while giving him soft kisses on his face.
"you know i've been wanting to do that since forever, y/n. you're driving me insane but in a good way, i've fallen for you since years ago." draco said as they both walked out of the bathroom and lay her down gently on his bed before joining.
"trust me draco, me too." draco pulled her body into his, hugging her tightly, kissing her again showing her how much he loves her.
"be mine, darling? let me take you on a date tomorrow." draco said as he pulled away and caressing her cheek softly.
"i'‘ve always been yours, draco" with the last kiss, they both fall asleep cuddling to each other.

The VII and The XIII are all at the Keyblade Graveyard at this point. Xehanort had the 7 light shards and he now just needed the 13 shards of darkness.
Ventus and Aqua had rested up from their fight with Vanitas and Terra-Xehanort. Both of them and Terra we’re making their way thought the maze to find Sora, but were stopped by another Organization member blocking their way. Their hood was up, so the group couldn’t see their face.
“Let us go!” Aqua shouted at the figure. Said figure walked closer, giving the group a better look at them and their weapon. It was Terra’s Keyblade that he made and passed down to Ventus. Dark magic might have surrounded it, but it was the same exact keyblade.
“What are you doing with that?!” Terra demanded to know. “Only my friends are allowed to touch that!” The cloaked figure practically zoomed until they were behind Terra and Aqua, knocking them out cold with one keyblade swing.
Venture watches as his friends lay unconscious on the ground. He summons his own keyblade before charging at the figure. The two swung their weapons at each other. The two clanked against each other as the hood fell off, allowing Ventus to see who he was fighting.
It was (Y/N). A little older, but still her…
At one point, she was found by Young Xehanort, who gave her a place in his Organization. He had gave her a wooden keyblade infused with his own powers to help her fight, the same keyblade she was using right now.
Ventus gasps, recognizing her. “(Y/N)? Why are helping Xehanort?” He jumps away from her as she swings again. “Helping Xehanort?” She scoffs, “I am Xehanort.” He looks into her eyes, seeing the yellow in place of the normal (eye color). Ventus was blinded by a rage. Xehanort had went to far this time.
“Then I will have to get you out!” Ventus yells as the two were thrown into a battle…
After a while of fighting, Ventus and (Y/N)-Xehanort were exhausted. A heartless shows up and phases into (Y/N)’s body, kicking out that part of Xehanort. (Y/N) collapses onto the ground.
Ventus crawls over to her, pulling her into his arms. He notices a (favorite color) Wayfinder hanging from around her neck. He gently hold it in one hand as his other arm gently held her close.
Aqua and Terra had finally woken up and looked over to Ventus. They look down, seeing (Y/N) unconscious in his arms. She coughs, waking up. The four were enveloped in each other’s embrace, crying with each other. (Y/N) smiles for the first time in a decade. Her original keyblade appears in her hand, but with subtle accents of orange, blue, green, and (favorite color).
She earned it…
Extra:
Back at Yen Sid’s place, (Y/N) had an abnormal request. “It’s very difficult to change someone’s age, (Y/N).” She walks up closer to his desk. “Please, Master Yen Sid. I’m 25 and Ventus has been 15 for the longest. I just want our ages to match up so we can still be together.” (Y/N) tried pleading her case to the wizard.
He stands up from his desk, walking over to (Y/N). “I may not be able to age Ventus, but I can bring you back to his age.” He gently places a hand to her shoulder. “I just want things back to the way they were. Back when me and Ven…” she trailed off, but Yen Sid understood what she wanted. “Ah, love. It complicated, young (Y/N), but I’ll help you.”
Ventus watches as a portal opened up in the sky above. He sees (Y/N) flying out from it, down to The Land of Departure. He rushes out of his room. “Aqua! Terra!” He runs through the halls, trying to get their attention. “(Y/N)’s back!!” The three knew she left to see Yen Sid, but they didn’t know what for.
The three made it outside of the castle just as (Y/N) landed. Her armor and craft disappeared, leaving a 15 year old (Y/N). She softly smiles at the group as Ventus ran up to hug her. It was all back the way it was.

And Tomorrow, Too.
I'm back!
Much love and many thanks to @stinastar @hailhailsatan @newnamesamecharlotte and @veritasrose for helping me yank this thing out of my brain!
Please enjoy this hurt/comfort that ends with glorious, glorious fluff.
TW: Blood, canon typical injury, infection
Jaskier was having a very rough day, objectively speaking.
He’d just finished dressing after a dip in the river when a lone bandit surprised him, shoving him to the dirt and kicking him in the ribs to keep him down. Having dealt with a gut-punch from a Witcher, Jaskier had recovered faster than anticipated and tackled the stranger to the ground.
“Foolish troubadour,” the bandit snarled. There was the quick flash of something silver and a sudden white-hot pain shot up the bard’s side from his hip to his ribcage.
“Shit,” Jaskier gasped, clutching desperately at his slashed doublet. The panicked bandit scooped up the largest of the bard’s travel bags and darted into the woods, leaving his bloodied weapon lying atop a pile of leaves beside his victim. When Jaskier pulled his hand away from the wound on his ribcage he grimaced; that was more blood than he’d been hoping to see. “Fucking cock.”
After he stripped to the waist and rinsed off in the river a second time, Jaskier took inventory of himself. The cut started at his left hip and slid up his ribcage to just beneath his left shoulder, and it was practically impossible to bandage; any attempt to wrap the upper half of his injury made him bite his lip to keep from screaming in anguish.
It was agony to move more than a few inches in either direction, since the twisting motion pulled at his torn skin and stung like hellfire. All he could really do was apply a loose poultice of chewed mint leaves to ward against infection and tie his shirt around his torso in lieu of a bandage. His cloak would have to work even harder than usual to keep him warm until Geralt arrived.
“Alright, well,” he muttered to no one as he accounted for the rest of his scattered clothing and supplies. “I need to find somewhere to rest and gather what wits I still possess… somewhere that’s still close enough for Geralt to find me. Shit, this isn’t good.”
The bard thanked every god he knew when he managed to find a small cave less than a hundred yards from the enormous oak tree where he met Geralt every year. He limped his remaining belongings into the slightly cramped space and deposited them against the left wall.
---
Fortunately for Jaskier, the idiot bandit had declared his beautiful elven lute “too bulky and annoying to carry”, and had left Sexy well enough alone. Unfortunately, the ruffian had still made off with all the bard’s coin from at least two months’ worth of contracted performances, most of his medical supplies, and most of his rations, as well.
But Jaskier had spent years at Geralt’s side and the Witcher had taught him how to deal with emergencies of every variety. Jaskier wasn’t about to disappoint his companion by flailing about ineffectively like some noble-born dunce at a time like this. No, Jaskier was determined to be healthy and ready to travel again by the time Geralt arrived in Kaedwen to find him. They only had a week or two together before they separated again for the winter and he wasn’t going to lose a single precious second in Geralt’s presence due to some silly highwayman.
Lovelorn fool that he was.
The bard used his remaining strength to gather a few armfuls of firewood and light some dried leaves with his flint and steel. He laid out his bedroll against the back wall so that he could see clearly if anyone approached from outside and wrapped his arms around Sexy to keep her safe. He re-wrapped his wound with more crushed mint and laid down to try and get some sleep.
Hopefully Geralt would arrive soon with his medical supplies and more water.
Hopefully.
---
After two long days spent huddled in a miserable lump at the back of the cave, anxiously scanning the horizon for any sign of another bandit (or Geralt) and unable to gather food or kindling, Jaskier was exhausted from lack of sleep. The wound in his side ached and burned far worse than it had on that first afternoon, aggravated by sweat and debris that had crept through his makeshift bandages.
Any added pressure around the edges of the cut made the skin nearly creak with the building strain of infection. He whimpered involuntarily every time he took a breath and trembled at any shift in the autumn breeze. It seemed as if his very bones were aching as his body flashed between the white-hot and freezing cold of a raging fever.
Slowly, and with a great effort on the part of his illness, Jaskier succumbed to the injury and sank into the quiet warmth of unconsciousness.
---
“Jaskier?” Geralt called, guiding Roach around another circuit of the old oak tree. “Are you there, Jaskier? We need to make it to the fork in the Pontar before the harvest ends and I’m in no mood for practical jokes.”
Nothing.
All his Witcher hearing picked up on were leaves twitching in the wind and a few rabbits foraging off to his left. Not even Jaskier could stay so still, even for a joke; his heartbeat and the uptick in his breathing would give him dead away.
“Well, I’m going to town.”
Geralt was about to wheel Roach back toward the road in search of a nearby inn when he caught a whiff of something on the wind - something that sent his heart plummeting into his boots.
Blood.
Jaskier’s blood. And it wasn’t fresh.
He dropped silently from the saddle and gave the signal for Roach to stay put. After a few careful breaths and some shuffling through the autumn leaves, Geralt discovered the bandit’s discarded dagger, still rusty-red around the tip and left edge.
“Fuck! Jaskier!” Geralt called, glancing around the small copse in the woods. “Jaskier, where are you!?”
The Witcher closed his eyes and tilted his head back to better clear his airways. He took a deep breath in through his nose and focused every one of his heightened senses on locating the bard. There it was again to his right, but slightly stronger. “Fucking hells.”
Geralt did his best to follow the trail without panicking. It wouldn’t do either of them any good if he lost his head while the bard was in mortal danger. If the bard was in mortal danger, he tried to reassure himself.
But if Jaskier had recovered he would have been waiting at the oak. Geralt knew that. He knew it with every fiber of his being, though he wouldn’t admit anything aloud. Jaskier’s long autumn absence had already set him on edge when he’d caught the blood-smell. “Gods-dammit, bard. Please be alive. Please, Jaskier, I can’t-”
Geralt bit his tongue and continued to follow the bard’s weak scent into the woods. After too many minutes - perhaps five or six at the speed Geralt was moving - the Witcher reached a small cave. The mouth of said cave was nearly covered-over with dry leaves and Geralt could tell, even from this distance, that Jaskier was not faring well at all. The whole area smelled like rot. Like decay. If it weren’t for the bard’s fluttering heartbeat echoing faintly from within the tiny cavern, the Witcher would have fallen to his knees and wept with despair at his untimely death.
When Geralt ducked inside and reached to pull Jaskier into his arms, the bard struggled weakly. “No, please,” he rasped. “D-Don’t kill me.”
“I’m not going to kill you, Jaskier,” Geralt replied softly. He shifted the thick leather strap of Sexy’s case over his shoulder and hefted the bard into his arms in one swift movement. Those usually brilliant blue eyes looked up at him in utter confusion. The irises were dull and foggy with sickness; the Witcher’s heart lurched in his chest and he turned back to the path, doubling his speed in his hurry to reach Roach. “You don’t have to worry any more, sweet Julek. I’m going to get you to safety.”
“If you must kill me-” Jaskier continued, muttering frantically as if Geralt hadn’t said anything at all “-then p-please do me one last f-favor. I need you to p-please find a Witcher. F-Find the White Wolf. Tell h-him… Tell him that I…”
Then the weight in Geralt’s arms seemed to increase by a fraction and the bard went silent. The Witcher shook the sweating, shaking bundle in his arms but Jaskier remained quiet.
“What do you want to tell him, Jaskier?” Geralt glanced down. His eyebrows furrowed deeply when he realized the human had fallen unconscious. The hummingbird pace of Jaskier’s fluttering heartbeat began to hammer even faster and his breaths were far too shallow. The Witcher rumbled out a determined, desperate plea the universe to save his darling songbird, followed by a quiet but emphatic, “Fuck.”
---
“Eskel!” Geralt kicked down the door to the kitchen of Kaer Morhen with one solid boot. He hadn't slept in two days and his body ached from sprinting up the path with a full-grown man in his arms. “Eskel, Vesemir, please!”
“Fuck, is that Geralt!?” Eskel came whipping around one corner at a sprint. Lambert and Vesemir were close behind, Lambert with a sword drawn and a scowl on his face. He lowered it when he saw that Geralt wasn't being pursued.
“Please, Ves, Eskel, please, help him to survive because I can’t- I can’t-” the White Wolf, for all his bravado and stoicism, was panting furiously. His kinsmen knew that he'd be crying if he had the capability to do so and crowded closer to help. Geralt immediately handed a warm, damp bundle to his Eskel with incredible gentleness and care. He looked up at the slightly taller Witcher and begged with all the strength he had left: “Please. I can't let him die.”
---
Jaskier woke up with a sharp gasp. His side radiated a dull, persistent kind of agony and he felt sick to his stomach. With a low groan he turned to retch off the side of the bed, into a conveniently placed bucket. He shouted when the movement made his wound ache all the more. “Fuck!”
The bard heard a heavy thud from his left followed by some clattering and a quietly whispered, “Shit.”
“G’ralt?”
“Jaskier!” the Witcher appeared at his side in a flash. Geralt leaned over him with a damp cloth in hand and wiped at the corners of his mouth. “You’re alive! Melitele be thanked. Do you need to be sick again? Would you like some water?”
“You’re o-oddly verbose,” Jaskier managed to half-smile.
“Was worried.”
“There’s my monosyllabic Witcher,” the bard grinned through his blinding pain. “It hurts, Geralt. Rather terribly.”
“Fuck, I’m sorry. I don’t- We’re all Witchers so it’s not…” Geralt sighed and turned away to rinse the cloth in a bowl of cool water that had been resting on the sill. “We didn’t know which kind of herbs were safe for humans and which weren’t.”
“We?”
“How’s the patient?”
Jaskier's snapped to the doorway and his body automatically jerked in surprise. He whimpered at the reaction it elicited from his injury, his ribs blooming with a sharp sting. “Shit!”
“Fuck!” the red-headed man in the door replied, slamming his hands over his face. “I’m so sorry. Shit in the fucking nine hells.”
“Uh…”
“Jaskier, this is my brother Lambert. Lambert… This is Jaskier.”
“Ah yes,” the shorter Witcher smirked. “I’ve heard so much about you, Master Jaskier.”
“That I’m a royal pain in the ass?”
“Quite the opposite, really. In fact, when the two of you arrived, Geralt was nearly-”
Lambert’s statement was interrupted by a small wooden bowl to the side of the head, chucked across the room by a grim-faced Geralt.
“Nevermind. Anyway, glad to see you’re awake. I’ll let the others know that he's no longer going hand-to-hand with Death.”
“Others?” Jaskier glanced between Geralt and Lambert with wide, confused eyes. “Am I… Am I in Kaer Morhen!?”
“Aye,” Lambert winked. “And you slept through the first two days of snowfall, so I’m afraid to inform you that you’re stuck at Kaer Morhen for the rest of this season. I’ll let you and Geralt hash the rest of the details out in private. Tootles, Buttercup.”
And just as suddenly as Lambert had appeared, he was gone.
The bard turned to make eye contact with the White Wolf and blinked owlishly. “Wh-What did he mean about being here all winter?”
“I’m afraid he wasn’t lying,” Geralt returned to the stool beside Jaskier’s bed and sat down slowly, as if waiting for Jaskier to order him out of the room entirely. “Your injury was heavily infected and you were close to death when I found you in that cave at the base of the mountains. I ran the Killer in two days instead of one and brought you to Eskel and Vesemir for healing; they were the closest people I could think of who knew what to do to save you. I’m so sorry for trapping you here for the season when you should be teaching and composing in Oxenfurt. If you’d like, I can try to contact Yen or Triss and have them portal you back to the University before Yule.”
“Nobody would want to inconvenience a sorceress on their behalf,” Jaskier answered. "Myself included."
“So you don’t mind staying?”
Jaskier glanced up through his lashes, more self-conscious than Geralt had ever seen him before. “Were you really worried about me dying? Did you really carry me up the path all by yourself? In two days?”
“...Yes.”
“Why?”
Geralt felt his heart shatter to pieces in his chest. All these years spent thinking that if he was too obvious about his feelings he’d hurt Jaskier... and Jaskier had simply been waiting for any confirmation of his affections, friendly or otherwise.
"Because I..." the Witcher stood again and started to pace. "Because, Julek, I love you. I can't bear the thought of being parted from you. It's even worse because I know, I know that you're human and that I'm going to lose you too soon no matter what happens. Illness, age, injury... No matter how many years we have together they will never be enough."
Jaskier sniffled and Geralt turned on his heel to face the bard, hands already outstretched to offer comfort. "You enormous fucking idiot."
"Huh?"
"I have loved you since the moment I saw you sitting in the corner, brooding away," Jaskier grinned. Tears flowed freely down his cheeks and dripped onto the blanket. "Why didn't you tell me? You couldn't even look me in the eyes and call me your friend..."
"Witchers aren't very good at romance, if you haven't noticed," Geralt laughed humorlessly. "I knew I was going to hurt you eventually. It was only a matter of time."
"Well now we have all winter to figure things out," Jaskier offered, sliding his hand across the mattress to twine his fingers with Geralt's. The Witcher's skin was cool against his own and it felt glorious.
"Hmm."
"No! No going silent on me now, you fucker!"
"Get some rest," Geralt smiled, leaning forward to press a kiss to Jaskier's sweaty fringe. "I will be here when you wake."
"And tomorrow, too?"
Geralt smiled oh-so-softly and kissed him again, on the lips.
"And tomorrow, too."

‘You got me some type of way
Ain't used to feelin' this way
I do not know what to say
“so, mates, i think m’finally getting somewhere with lils!” the tone of excitement thickly lacing the bespectacled boys words. “m’sure of it.” he continued, a bit of confusion in his words but still the same amount of excitement as before.
his brows were furrowed and he picked at the skin of his fingernails trying to relieve himself, further wringing his hands a few times before looking at his friends for their input.
“m’so— m’so happy for you, prongs. really, that’s great.” your voice faltering as you continued to speak, trying to scoundrel up a tone of excitement that would’ve played off well enough. instead all you were feeling stone cold truth of dejection.
But I know I shouldn't think about it
Took one fuckin' look at your face
Now I wanna know how you taste
Usually don't give it away
But you know I'm out here thinkin' 'bout it’
a fake smile plastered your face, trying to push back the tears that wanted to desperately prick at your eyes. you tried to further block them from escaping your waterline as you hear the boy jabber close to every single day about the red head he had been continuously fawning over.
the day went subsequently normal; potions, transfiguration, break period, plan pranks and dinner. but unfortunately for you, you didn’t have the privilege to share a messy dormitory with the four other boys leaving their conversations and discussions open about you and more your feelings.
“d’you think y/n was a bit off today?” peter asked abruptly from the place he sat on the oak wood floor, catching the attention of the three other boys who were seated on their separate twin beds. furthering to retain all memories of you from that day attempting to identify where you might’ve seemed ‘off.’
‘Then I realize she's right there
And I'm at home like, "Damn, this ain't fair"
Break up with your girlfriend
Yeah, yeah, 'cause I'm bored
“maybe a lunch a bit, she looked a little melancholy, i guess.” sirius answered this time, recalling the memory of you speaking in a very disconsolate tone. “y’think it’s anything major, or just stress?” he questioned again, beginning to worry about his close friend.
“dunno, i don’t think so.” the lycanthrope added to the conversation. he recalled james’ new confession about the red headed girl, and your extremely unhappy expressions following; of course noticing a bit at the time when it was occurring but just assuming you had a bad day with evan rosier pestering you for a date.
maybe... maybe she— but they’re best friends? his thoughts were extremely close to scrambled, remus was an observer, he was clever and sharp-witted; but this, he couldn’t figure out.
You could hit it in the mornin'
Yeah, yeah, like it's yours
I know it ain't right
“oi, y/n!” a deep voice called in the distance, putting your light jog to a stop in the middle of the courtyard leaving you to stand in the grass. swiftly turning around you were met with the taller fawn-haired boy, who looked tremendously determined.
“i’ve, uh, ‘ve got to ask you something, and it may seem foolish, but i think i just still ask you.” his voice hurried like his panting breaths from running across the school to find you, asking around the library and your dorm mates.
“yeah, moons, sure, anything.” affirming the boy who looked a bit confused, and worried but you didn’t know if it was for his sake or yours.
he grabbed your wrist in his palm pulling you on the prickly grass over to someone more private like to speak with you. “d’you— d’you like prongs? more than friendly...” the boy sputtered, further acknowledging your blown eyes like someone had just committed murder in-front of you.
But I don't care
Break up with your girlfriend
Yeah, yeah, 'cause I'm bored’
“i— uhm, well, that’s a bit— why d’you think— remus, what the fuck!” your words taking a halt every few seconds with a recurrent sputter trying to figure out where the question had even came from, or how he even knew.
“i saw— i saw the way you acted at lunch the other day. i jus’ wanted to know if it’s true.” he asserted, no present lingering touches of judgement in his tone.
remus knew what it was like to be judged, so whenever you had the urge to jabber out all of your problems he was the boy you had always ran too first. knowingly, or not. but he felt particularly disappointed in himself that you hadn’t trusted him with this potential secret.
‘This shit always happen to me (Yeah)
Why can't we just play for keeps?
Practically on my knees
“yeah— i do.” you admitted with a breath, guilt taking a pang at your heart. and anger taking a swig at your brain; how could you be so fucking stupid.
“remus, but you can’t— you can’t tell him, or anything.” your tone was hushed, and only meant for remus’ ears. feeling a tinge of embarrassment warm onto your cheeks, knowing someone you loved clearly didn’t reciprocate those feelings.
“i swear, i won’t. but m’here for you, i don’t want you feeling like you can’t tell me anything.” his words soft, and his tone genuine. why couldn’t you have fallen for someone like him? but instead, you crush on someone who was in love with someone else.
But I know I shouldn't think about it
You know what you're doin' to me
You're singin' my songs in the streets, yeah, yeah
Actin' all innocent, please
“c’mon, y/n.” he beckoned you to follow him, resting his arm on the curvature of your shoulder feeling his side press against your smaller one and guiding you to transfiguration with him.
why? why did you have to be so damn foolish? because it was her, with her beautiful red locks, her perfect maroon lipstick, her exceedingly amazing grades, her ability to be silly for a moment and loosen up. why couldn’t you be her? why couldn’t you have what she has.
it’s because it’s simple; you weren’t lily evans and you were never going to be.
When I know you out here thinkin' 'bout it
Then you realize she's right there
And you're at home like, "Damn, she can't compare"’
“guys! guys! she said yes!” james announced whilst scuttling across the mahogany floor of the common room. his actions at a halt flopping his body over the scarlet-red couch and a grin on his lips.
“who said what?” sirius muttered, glancing up from the map for a moment before looking back down in ascertainment.
“lily-pad! i asked her on a date and she was like, ‘yeah, fine, potter. but if you’re late i’ll kill you.’ just like that!” he pretended to play out the conversation for a moment, his thrilled movements and inflection almost animated from how happy he felt.
‘Break up with your girlfriend
Yeah, yeah, 'cause I'm bored
You could hit it in the mornin'
Yeah, yeah, like it's yours
I know it ain't right’
remus briefly glanced at you, concern swirling in his hazel irises, meanwhile, your eyes widened for a moment. you plastered yet another fake grin onto your lips, about to congratulate your crush on winning a date with his all time infatuation.
“prongs! oh my merlin, that’s amazing, i’m so happy for you!” putting on the best impression of exhilaration for your best friend, the act only remus could piece together and break apart.
“no way! prongs, mate, i knew you could do it!” sirius spoke, his tone fein for his best friend who had been in a pinning coma for the last few years.
‘But I don't care
Break up with your girlfriend
Yeah, yeah, 'cause I'm bored
With your girlfriend, girlfriend, girlfriend, girlfriend’
the boys continued to congratulate the boy, remus only giving him a nod and a smile. the marauders paying no mind to it and instead james merrily talking about the red head; his red head.
you weren’t his, and you never would be.
yet another realization struck you, the urge and need to move on present in your nervous system almost begging you to find someone else and to hide away from all the pain that could swallow you whole.
‘With your girlfriend
With your girlfriend, girlfriend, girlfriend, girlfriend
You could say I'm hatin' if you want to
But I only hate on her 'cause I want you’
you were now sat on the smooth ivory bedding that perfectly hugged your bed, remus’ body right beside yours. except you weren’t comfortable, you wanted to cry a valley of tears that could’ve lasted a life time.
“why is it her? why couldn’t he want me, am i not enough?” you spoke through broken sobs, feeling remus’ agile hands rub up and down the column of your back.
“you’re enough, y/n/n. he’s a bloody git for not seeing that.” remus spoke, sponging a kiss on your hairline. he felt the wet tears graze his shoulder, slightly contracting at the cold feeling but paying no mind to them as he comforted you.
‘Say I'm trippin' if you feel like
But you without me ain't right
You could call me crazy 'cause I want you
And I never even ever fuckin' met you
Say I'm trippin' and it ain't right
But you without me ain't nice’
“m’the bloody git! i fell in love with m’best friend who’s in love with someone else! next thing you know i’m accidentally setting dumbledores beard on fire, and accidentally spawning voldemort for christ’s sake!” your words mumbled and obstruct from the tears that had over come you.
you whipped your face free from tears for a moment, basically scrubbing the black colour of your mascara down your cheeks. “you’re not alone, you know? m’right here.” his tone, yet again, sincere.
you felt undeserving of his coddling, that your messy puppy love was so little compared to his issues. “i can tell your belittling your problems right now, you’re aloud to be upset.” he whispered, trying to assure you all he could, whilst disrupting you from your senile thoughts.
‘Break up with your girlfriend
Yeah, yeah, 'cause I'm bored
You could hit it in the mornin'
Yeah, yeah, like it's yours
I know it ain't right
But I don't care’
“merlin, she’s fantastic.” the brunette finished his third speech of the day on how ‘amazing’ lily is. yeah as if him pining after her wasnt enough, then what the hell was this?
the devil poking at you for cheating on your herbology test in first year, the time you accidentally tripped peter when rushing to potions, maybe it was the time you put belching power in sirius’ drink everyday for a week because he said you had a flat arse?
what the hell did you do to deserve this incessant torture that had been inflicted upon you. we’re you being dramatic? probably. but the boy you were quite literally in love with could not stop talking about how he wanted to ask another female to be with him, companionship, life, marriage, children. he wanted everything with her.
‘Break up with your girlfriend
Yeah, yeah, 'cause I'm bored
With your girlfriend, girlfriend, girlfriend, baby, girlfriend
With your girlfriend’
but then again it was also extremely simple.
he just simply didn’t want you.
he wanted lily fucking evans.
‘With your girlfriend, girlfriend, girlfriend, girlfriend
With your girlfriend’

Your girlfriend’s best friend - Draco Malfoy x reader
How does it feel to watch your best friend date the love of your life?
A/N: Alright, so I wanted to post something in between studying. I will be working on the request tomorrow because I have an exam yay! So I am working on it don’t worry!
Warnings: angst, swearing, alcohol, my English
Words: 2,3k
Tumblr media

You weren’t the first one. You weren´t the main role, and you weren´t his. It was your best friend, Angelica, a beautiful Gryffindor. You kept thinking about it, with your chin lazily rested in your palm. The boy you were sure you loved was in love with someone else. And as if it couldn´t get any worse, he was in love with the girl you considered a sister.
You couldn´t tell her, even if you wanted to. And what would you even tell her? Hi Angelica, I´m totally in love with Draco Malfoy, your boyfriend? You sighed.
You just weren´t the first one. The first one to break the tedious house stereotype, the first one the Slytherins would consider their friend. It was all her, all Angelica.
And so you were here, watching the two of them sitting next to each other by the Slytherin table. No one cared anymore. Everyone liked Angelica. She was beautiful and funny. The entire school knew Draco wasn´t the only Slytherin crushing on her. Of course you admired your best friend, she was one of the first people you had met when you had started attending Hogwarts and you had been friends since the day one. So you suppressed the pain.
You were thankful, though. If it wasn´t for her, you would have never met Draco. The truth was, you had fallen in love with him thanks to her.
***
You had always thought he was this spoiled, evil, good-for-nothing prat and bully until Angelica introduced the two of you. You immediately clicked. You were both a little reserved. It wasn´t natural for Draco to spend time with non-Slytherins and you could see he was just as nervous as you were. To be honest, he hadn´t wanted to meet you. “One Gryffindor is enough.”
But he did.
And your friendship blossomed.
No one questioned when you two were studying together or walked the halls of the castle together. Angelica had paved the way for you. But at the end of the day, it was still her bed and still her lips he couldn´t get enough of.
***
“Hey, stop staring, you look like a psycho,” one of your friends elbowed you and you quickly shook yourself out of your trance. “I´m not staring,” you swiftly replied, “I just got lost in my thoughts,” she was looking at you. Other friends were too. They weren´t blind but they understood your situation. That´s why no one had said anything so far. Then you noticed Angelica standing up and walking towards you. Did she see me? It was your first thought.
“Hey, bestie, Slytherins are having this secret party tonight. Blaise managed to steal some liquor from Slughorn the other day. And guess what, Y/N, you and I are invited!” she squealed. You were looking at her. Quiet. A Slytherin party? More of her and Draco being all over each other? Nah. “I´m sorry Angie, but I can´t. I have to stud-,” you were cut off by her furrowed brows and annoyed voice, “Study? Again? You always “have to” study, lately! It´s like you don´t even want to spend time with me anymore,” she put her two index and middle fingers in the air to mimic quotes.
Well, this wasn´t entirely false. You wanted to spend time with her, but not with her and Draco. “I´m sorry, Angie. I can´t.” you stood up, took your things and walked as fast as possible. You couldn´t go. It was already too much for you and Angelica was starting to notice that something was off.
You plopped yourself onto the grass and watched the Black Lake vibrating peacefully under the slightest touch of wind. How could you let this get so far? There was something calming about the goosebumps forming on your body from the wind. You closed your eyes and let out the frustration with a deep exhale.
“You´re a huge ass sometimes, you know that Malfoy?” you snarled at Draco who had managed to take your textbooks. You had been studying by the Black Lake but your mischievous friend had had other ideas. “You still love me though,” he smirked, and your cheeks turned red. Oh he was right. So right. He climbed onto the tree. “Let´s see,” and opened your textbook. “Draco, please, I really need to study! Can´t you go bully someone else? Perhaps someone who won´t punch you in the face like I will?” you stood under the tree with your hands on your hips, looking up at the happy face of the platinum haired boy.
“... then chop the valerian, add it to cauldron, and apply a high heat…” he read out loud. “Draco, are you seriously going to read my notes? Out loud?” you were getting nervous. “After that, juice…” suddenly, his loud, in that moment annoying voice stopped. His eyes roamed something in your book. His face changed. He was… in awe. “Draco? What did y-,”
“Draco Lucius Malfoy. Birthday, 5th June. Hair, pearly white. Eyes, grey like the ocean during a storm. An intelligent Slytherin. Amazing seeker. His favourite class is potions. Sorry, potions with Snape. Best friend, Blaise Zabini. Even though he just said he likes to spend time reading books more than spending time with him. His favourite colour is green, pft, so cliché. He loves apples. The green ones. Because, again, he loves green.” He was now looking at you. Your palms were on your forehead and your eyes were wide. Your words stuck.
“You really wrote down everything I told you about myself?” he couldn´t believe. You were still quiet, not really knowing what to say. Cheeks red, heart racing. “Y/N that´s… that´s amazing,” he was smiling. Draco jumped down from the tree, coming closer to you, handing you your textbooks. “I don´t want to forget anything,” you said quietly, looking into his eyes that were now tracing your face. His lips were slightly apart. You could smell his scent. Vetiver and apples would definitely become your favourite after being so close to Draco.
“Oh there you two are! I was looking for you all over the castle!” Angelica exclaimed and planted Draco a kiss on his cheek. You snapped out of your trance, looking at them. “Hey,” Draco turned to her and planted one on her lips. You raised your eyebrows a little and picked up your stuff, leaving them there.
“Hey! Y/N! Where are you going?” Draco yelled after you. But you acted like you didn´t hear him.
You really didn´t want to go. At first you hadn´t thought you´d be affected. But you were surely starting to be and being around them was just unbearable. It had even led you to consider cutting the ties and burning the bridges. But every time Draco had looked at you, you just couldn´t go through with it.
“My missus keeps complaining, Y/N, save me please,” you heard a voice behind you, and you rolled your eyes, keeping them fixated on the lake. “Oh, so now she sends you to talk some sense into me?” you snapped and pulled your knees closer to your chest. As if sending him was supposed to help. “You know how she is,” he sat down beside you, “she misses you. I miss you too, to be honest,” his voice was low and gentle. Your mind was running around how he just called her his missus. You couldn´t hide that it had made you a little angrier.
“I´m not going, Malfoy,” you stated coldly, putting your chin in between your knees. “Malfoy?” he laughed lightly, “someone´s grumpy. What happened?” his hand landed on your back and your alarm went off. He couldn´t keep doing that. “Nothing. I just don´t feel like socializing,” you answered and stood up the second his hand started to run circles on your back. He grabbed your hand.
“Y/N, please. I just want to make her happy,” oh damn his mixed signals, “and you make her happy.” What were you supposed to do? What were you supposed to say? It made you sick to your stomach. “I´m sorry, Draco, but as I said I-,”
“See! Here´s the Draco! You´re warming up to me again,” he laughed, “please, just sit down,”
“No.”
“What do you mean no? I will make you…,” he smirked and you looked down at him and at his hand still holding yours. Suddenly he let go of your palm and wrapped his arms around your legs, making you fall down onto the ground, pinning your hands above your head. “See, I told you,” he snickered and you started kicking your legs, your yelling slowly turning into laughing. He hovered above you.
“I swear I´ll kick you in your balls,” you growled but a smile was trying to form on your lips. “You wouldn´t…” he looked at you, face all serious, then turning into a wide grin. He was on top of you and your heart was beating just too fast for your comfort. All this was leaving you confused and furious. Your face fell. You pushed him off. “Enough, Draco,” you whispered, stood up and made your way to your dorm.
***
“Are you sure you don´t want to go?” your roommate asked you, handing you your own stolen firewhisky. “Why would I want to go?” you scoffed, drinking it like water. You were already a little buzzed. “To tell him. Everything. Or to yell at him. To scold him, lecture him, whatever, Y/N. But you should do something,” she said and took the bottle back. Something in you snapped.
Probably that was why you were now fairly drunk, stomping down the corridor to the Slytherin common room. You didn´t know what you planned to tell him, but you now knew you had to say something. You were already losing him to Angelica. Nothing mattered anymore.
“Y/N?” a voice echoed through the corridor and you turned around just to face the one boy you had been hoping to see, “I thought you didn´t want to come,” his eyebrows were raised but face still, emotionless. He almost looked annoyed.
“I didn´t. But I need to speak with you,” you stated, words a little sloppy. He narrowed his eyes. “Are you drunk?” he asked and took a step closer. You ran your hand through your hair. “Maybe. But that doesn´t matter. I´m angry with you,” you said boldly and lifted your chin. “That´s why you came? You said you´ve had enough of me.” Oh, so he was angry too.
“Are you really telling me you´re mad because I said that? Can´t you see what you´re doing to me?!” you really tried not to scream but when the Slytherin door opened Draco immediately dragged you into a dark corner. Loud music came out of the room but died down as the door closed. Your bodies were pressed together, hearts beating fast. His eyes fell on you and his hand rested on your waist. The time felt like it was frozen. But you pushed him away, again.
“See? I can´t be near you, Draco. Because every time that I am, I feel like a lunatic! You make me weak and I hate it. I can´t be friends with you anymore. I don´t love you like a friend,” there was a smile growing on his face, but you continued, “And you must be fucking blind not to see it. So I am sorry, but I can´t see you if I can´t have you. I-“ you were cut off.
By his lips.
On yours.
He pressed you against the wall and you let out a small whimper. He was rough. Almost hungry. His hand was at the back of your head, grabbing your hair as tight as he could, while he supported himself against the wall with the other. Your hands sneaked around his neck, to his hair and back to his cheeks. He was kissing you. You were kissing him. But he wasn´t yours to kiss. He was Angelica´s. He belonged to someone else. You stopped.
“Draco,” your breaths were heavy and deep, “this isn´t right.” He looked at you and caressed your cheek. “But it feels right…” he whispered and started leaving light kisses on your neck. “What about Angie?” you tried to stay focused but it was almost impossible. “I don´t care about Angie… you know that,” did you? “I´ve always cared about you. I thought you didn´t like me like that…”, he stated. You cupped his face. “Draco. Listen to me. I can´t be kissing you, when you´re with her. Make your choice. I did mine. You know where to find me,” you said and let him go. You lightly pushed him and walked away, leaving him to think through what you just said. But he didn´t have to.
He loved you. Just like you loved him. He had been feeling the same confusion, the same anger and had had same dilemma. It had been you all along. The way you knew him. Every single detail, because you cared. The way you looked at him and spoke to him. He knew he loved you and there was nothing to think about. A smile grew on his face as he turned around to run after you. To grab you, hold you, spin your around. Maybe he had liked Angie at first, but it was you he loved. It was his girlfriend´s best friend. And now that he knew your feelings towards him there was nothing that could stop him.
“I knew it,” he stopped as a voice bounced from the walls. His tall figure turned back around just to meet the eyes of a girl he had betrayed.
“That you love her,” her hands were folded on her chest and her gaze was cold. She was slowly approaching him. “But here´s the thing, Draco. You are mine. If you go running after her, I´m not going to ruin your life, but hers. I am going to make sure she´ll never finish school. I am going to make sure, she´ll be in constant danger. I am going to make sure she´ll believe in every single rumour about you. I am going to break her heart. Because no one takes what´s mine.”

summary:
Female reader developed a crush on Koby since he stood up against Akainu in Marineford. Someday at a party at the marine´s, you get drunk, too drunk. Koby takes you to your room before a disaster happens. You two get stuck in the elevator while everyone is busy partying.
highlight:  You wondered if they were training kamikaze marines now.
warning: 1. ¨Do not press random buttons.¨ - LAW, Trafalgar; 2. Trafalgar Law is not part of this story, but his wise words are worth of quotation.
notes: *knock knock* Hi, guys! After a terrible writing block, I finally finished @pure-kirarin´s lovely lovely request, which I used as summary since it was really good! I really hope you like it! <3 A little disclaimer! At some point, the ¨too drunk¨ part vanished from my brain, so our reader is just... drunk, hahaha.

¨Y/N-san!¨
You were wiping a sweat drop from your forehead when the pink-haired boy appeared beside you, offering an isotonic drink and a warm smile.
You did your best to hide the tiny heart attack you had.
¨Koby-san!¨ you shouted, smiling awkwardly. ¨Oh... is it for me?¨
¨Of course! You have been working really hard these days.¨
¨Thanks.¨ you took the drink from his hands. The heat and condensation caused a layer of cold sweat to wrap the bottle. ¨I just don´t know why they are making us help prepare this party. They have a team for this, Koby-san! Besides, we´re Captains now.¨ you pouted the last bit.
¨Yeah...¨ he scratched the back of his neck. ¨well, at least we get to spend some time together!¨
¨I know, I just-¨ you stopped talking as his words processed in your brain.
You felt your blood vessels dilating on your cheeks, leaving a hot sensation on your face.
Perhaps he was just being polite, or maybe you were making a big deal out of this, but you couldn´t help. You have been fond of him for a while now, and you couldn't stop that involuntary reaction of your body when he said such lovely things.
Koby realized the words that came out of his mouth, and the scene that followed made even your spirit giggle. His eyes opened wide, and you could almost feel his throat running dry with all his stuttering.
If that was a blushing competition, you would be down to the second place.
¨W-We´ve been on separate missions for ten months, right? I m-mean... and it´s not dangerous or anything, and-¨
¨Yeah, you´re right, Koby-san.¨ a smitten smile blossomed on your lips, and you tried to hide it by sipping the refreshing drink.
As stated by the boy, you had spent almost a year in different locations of the Grand Line, leading missions of your own. That was the kind of thing you had to do as promoted Captains.
You had no idea where Koby ended up going. These subjects could not be discussed over snail transponders, just for precaution. In fact, you barely spoke to him during this time. There were only a few nights when you would exchange coded messages.
Since you became Captains, your tasks have kept you apart for much longer than before. You couldn't help but miss him and wonder how he must be doing during those times.
You have already met thousands of Marines. Some even stronger and more agile than him, but no one had his willpower. You would put your hands on the fire for that.
Whenever you felt unmotivated or helpless, the memory of the boy standing up against Sakazuki, putting his life on the line to honor his fallen comrades made your blood burn hotter.
He did what no one else had the guts to do.
Too blinded by the bloodshed, in the end, the number of casualties made it clear that accomplishing the task was no reason to celebrate.
When the sole of your shoes stained with blood and the blade of your sword sliced through anyone who didn´t wear the justice symbol on their back, you questioned if the Marines had finally lost their purpose.
You should be civilized and do justice, but not at the expense of soldiers who had families to return to. If the target had already been eliminated, why were you still fighting?
A chill ran down your spine when, for the first time, you looked up and faced the massacre. It was as if before, you could look at everything and, at the same time, see nothing.
If Koby hadn´t stood up at that moment, you wouldn´t be here today. Maybe for leaving, maybe for dying. But his act of braveness and courage returned a bit of your hope.
You wanted to see how far he could go, and hopefully, you would be by his side.
Before, you used to watch him, along with his colleague Helmeppo, getting beat up and beat up by Garp and always put himself back on his feet.
You wondered if they were training kamikaze marines now.
From your room, you had a perfect view of the training circuit, so you could see the cycle repeating itself over and over again. Boys, seduced by the idea of absolute justice, strength, and power to fight bad guys, came to Marineford willing to prove their worth. They would fall a few times before the sparkle in their eyes started to fade.
Eventually, they would fade too.
Those boys, however, fell and fell, being punched to a pulp, then patched back together only to suffer on Garp´s hands again. Watching them became your late-night entertainment, and seeing their improvements and growth turned out to warm your heart.
At some point, you were assigned to be their opponent, and from that moment on, your days became brighter. They would share the craziest stories and tell the funniest jokes. Or not so much tell jokes. They were naturally clumsy and fun.
Although, if you could choose, you would prefer to spend more time with Koby. Nothing against Helmeppo, he was just too much sometimes. But apparently, they came in a two-for-one pack.
                                                             ***
It has been only a few hours since the party started and you reached the jackpot. You had taken all your frustrations on alcohol and rice cakes, and it showed.
Every ten seconds, the memory of what you wanted to do disappeared, and that was somehow hilarious, making you explode in laughter and cause commotions. So for every ten seconds during the first hours, one of the last remaining sober in the enclosure had tiny cardiac arrests.
Everyone was drunk enough to have a good time without causing any trouble. But the detail worth mentioning was that your party had started a little earlier, under the statement that you needed a little incentive to help you through the night.
It meant that your energetically loud phase was close to reaching its end, giving place for your sleepy and distracted persona. Your eyes felt heavier by the second, light dizziness fogging your brain, but it felt relaxing.
¨You know Koby is a type of meat?¨ you said, resting your chin on the table and giggling to yourself.
¨Y/N-san, I-I don´t think that´s the name of it.¨ his face turned red as he shifted on the cushion, adjusting his posture.
¨Ugh, you´re so nervous Koby, you should relax.¨ you sang the last syllable. ¨Look at Meppo, he´s relaxing.¨
Your lips bent in a goofy smile as you watched your comrades building an okaki tower on Helmeppo´s head. The blonde had passed out on the table a few minutes earlier, too exhausted and drunk. He looked so peaceful in his sleep that a yawn escaped your mouth, catching Koby´s attention.
¨Y/N-san, you should go to bed already. Y-You look tired.¨ his voice trembled when he took sight of your sparkling but sleepy eyes, rosy face, and messy hair.
¨Hmm, no... I´m still good.¨
Another yawn.
¨Come, I can walk you to your room before you relax like Helmeppo.¨
Your brain was working in slow motion, so by the time you thought of answering him, your grip was already tight in his. A little tighter than necessary, but you were afraid your wobbly legs would cease, and honestly, he didn't object at all.
The air outside the salon made your nostrils hurt within every breath, not because it was freezing cold but because the alcohol made your body run hotter than usual. Your ears felt like they were clogged, but that was merely the tingling silence on the empty hall.
When he guided you inside of the elevator and pressed the corresponding button to your floor, your gasp, which echoed through the narrow walls, made Koby jump back, scanning for any sign of danger.
¨Oh my God, look at this, Koby!¨
He watched you walk closer to the panel, completely mesmerized. ¨Uh... what, Y/N-san?¨
¨Wow! They never did this before!¨ you shouted, falling on your knees and leaning in like a child on an ice cream shop showcase.
The boy kept staring at you, who pressed the buttons in a row with shimmering eyes. What was in that saké?
¨They never did...?¨
¨Look!¨ you clicked some more. ¨When I press the buttons... they light up!¨
A moment of silence fell upon the two of you, and although Koby always felt comfortable in your presence, he wasn´t sure what to do now.
You, on the other hand, didn´t seem to mind, too focused on your groundbreaking discovery.
¨Y/N-san, they have always...¨
¨This is so cool!¨
¨Y/N-san... I don´t think you should...¨
¨What does this one do-¨
A loud shriek escaped your mouth when the shaking of the elevator took you off balance, making your butt meet the floor in a thump. The lights flashed a few times before everything in your sight was pitch black.
You heard Koby call your name, asking if you were hurt, but all you could do was hold still, fearing for your life. The alcohol made the bouncing feel like a devastating earthquake.
¨Y/N-san!¨ you felt light pats on your shoes. ¨Are you ok? I can´t see anything!¨
Koby crawled on the floor, using your foot as a way to locate you.
¨Koby, stop moving.¨ you whispered, but he seemed not to hear, lost in his rumbles. ¨Koby, stop moving!. We´re going to fall.¨
¨Wh-no! Y/N-san, are you hurt?¨
¨No, I don´t think so.¨ you answered, head swirling and heart racing in your chest.
¨Y/N-san, did you press the emergency button?¨
¨No!¨ you stopped for a second, failing to hold your drunken giggles for yourself. ¨But that´d be a great idea right now. I think I remember where it is!¨
You twisted your body towards the panel, ignoring Koby´s attempts to stop you, and started to touch the many buttons, searching for the emergency one.
Click.
Click.
Click, click, click.
¨It´s not worki-¨ you squealed when the elevator struck again, piercing sound of creaking metal cooling every disc in your spine.
¨Y/N-san, please stop pressing the buttons!¨ Koby cried.
The feeling was too strange. You felt everything rocking slightly, no light was coming in, and the adrenaline made it difficult for you to calm down and adapt to the darkness.
Your breathing had already become irregular and heavier when the emergency light turned on. It was dim and greenish but better than nothing.
¨Oh, no.¨ he said.
¨No, no. Don´t say oh, no.¨ You shook your head.
¨Y/N-san, that´s the emergency light.¨
¨Yeah, so...?¨
¨So the elevators are not a priority now.¨
¨And that´s bad...?¨
¨Well, yes, because the energy is being used somewhere else.¨
You stared at him for a few seconds. All of his words made total sense, and in a normal situation, you would be able to handle it without further complications.
¨Koby, I don´t know if you´re getting somewhere...¨
¨Y/N-san, there was probably a problem with the generators, and they had to redirect the energy consumption.¨ you nodded, starting to connect some dots in your head. ¨I think they are sending everything to the kitchen beca-¨
¨Wait.¨ you said with a terrified expression painted all over your face. ¨We´re stuck?¨
He saw the panic grow in your eyes.
¨Y-Yes. B-But it should be back soon, don´t worry. Someone will come.¨
You remained in silence for the first hour, mainly because you kept falling asleep.
Little by little, the effects of the alcohol on your body began to cease and your temperature to cool down. Added to that, the darker the night fell, the chillier it got. So at some point, you couldn´t sleep anymore because your bones wouldn´t stop shivering.
Koby handed you his coat as soon as he took notice of your discomfort.
¨No, you don´t have to-¨
¨Y/N-san, you´ll end up getting sick.¨ he spoke, leaning a bit forward so you could take the piece of clothing.
¨Thanks.¨
A huge smile rose on your lips when the coat fell on your shoulders. It was incredibly warm and had his soothing laundry fresh smell.
Maybe with a hint of meat from the party.
It served you like a cape, so you pulled the collars closer to your body and curled up to retain the warmth. If you closed your eyes, you could almost feel like it was him.
That granted you another nap.
Still, after about twenty minutes, something woke you up. This time it was a sneeze from Koby, who leaned against the wall, hugging his legs close to his body.
Guilt hit you right in the guts.
You crawled towards him, gently poking his leg.
¨Koby-san...¨
He raised his head and mumbled something you didn't understand. Maybe he asked if you were ok.
¨I... I´m still a little cold... c-can I sit by your side?¨
¨Uh? Yes, of course.¨ he shifted on the same spot, only to return to the previous position.
His voice was a little nasal and rasped, probably from the cold. You hoped he wouldn´t get a sore throat.
The coat became a blanket that you used to cover both of your legs, although he made sure you had gotten the bottom end since it had more fabric.
¨Are you feeling better, Y/N-san?¨
¨I am, thank you.¨ you whispered.
¨Y-You can lay on my shoulder... if you want.¨
You smiled and did as he suggested, curling up closer to him. It took you very little to fall asleep once you rested your head on his shoulder. His body began to feel warmer, and he even asked if you wanted to hook your arm with his to maintain warmth.
Using the last bit of boldness provided by the saké, you reached for his hand. You had this sensation, deep down, that the feelings you carried for him were reciprocated. But you could deal with this some other time. For now, you focused on calming down the fireworks inside of your chest.
Tumblr media
[EXTRA SCENE]
A roaring noise followed by a ray of light fished you out of whatever dreams you were having. You pulled the blanket up to cover your eyes and snuggled deeper into the warm body in front of you.
Nothing crossed his mind at that moment. All you wanted to do was get rid of the light and have a few more hours to sleep. However, a sound like a throat clearing caught your attention.
You blinked a few times, images of last night taking form in your memory. The last thing you remembered before blacking out was you leaning against Koby.
I must have slipped to the floor at some point.
Your hands were wrapped in a turquoise fabric, and it didn't take long for you to realize that the fabric was wrapped around someone.
Koby's scarf.
Koby!
You ended up lying in front of each other, sharing his uniform. Your face a few centimeters from his chest.
After yawning a couple of times, you opened a distance to look at him.
His face was wrinkled, brows furrowed, and lips turned into a pout. The round glasses were no longer on his head, and the bandana, like his hair, was frowzy.
So adorable.
A louder throat clearing made you turn your head. The groggy smile on your lips disappeared instantly with the image of the elevator repairer, Garp, and dozens of other marines staring at the two of you.

The entrance into the tent is akin to crossing the threshold of a lobby situated adjacent to a sauna. It doesn't have the same thick heat, but the atmosphere shifts - lit by many votives, burning low and illuminating the space with soft flickers of light, the smoke billowing lazily from the wax and warming the surprisingly insulated tent. A standard issued Sharran tent, one she didn't care to switch out despite her denouncing her goddess. The scent of sandalwood and ritual jasmine is thick as the lingering warmth in the air, the other half-elf welcomed quietly into Shadowheart's innermost sanctum. A privilege few indulge. Ritual by all meaning of the word - a small statuette of Shar and her disapproving glare seated on a black pedestal, juxtaposed before a prayer mat. Said prayer mat was deep purple at one point, but had been viciously stained with splotches of blood that did not seem to wash away any more.
Shadowheart seems vaguely on edge when she allows the other woman to enter, but makes no move to immediately dismiss her. The tent is very orderly and clean, with very few personal possessions. There is a plant here or there - and a well loved bone that Scratch had been chewing on. Slowly, the cleric settles herself down onto her knees, a position that her body had naturally fallen into after forty years of prayer and dedication, that it was second nature. Her hands settle against her thighs neutrally and she worries her lower lip briefly, trying to take attention away from anything that was not herself.
❝ thank you . ❞ She exhales, a breath she didn't even realize she had been holding. Her brows knit together briefly, considering Tav's genuine care, her soft voice when approaching her like she was an easily startled animal. She may have gotten severely defensive over such an offering at one point, but now it was... Comforting. She was thankful for her. ❝ your discretion is appreciated , truly . ❞ And she draws in a breath through her nostrils to steady herself, as if the very idea of this conversation is... Heavy. And it was.
❝ after all this time , i 've grown . . . trusting of you . fond , even . i am aware that I cannot hide this past of mine , and must confront it and the issues i still face . as you ' re familiar, i followed shar for - well , my entire life , essentially . there were certain rituals that we were forced to participate in . . . and old habits do die hard . ❞ Said again, so intentionally, for a second time - and she's dreading the revelation. ❝ i cannot escape my past , so i need to confront it . perhaps it will heal this void left in my heart . it ' s difficult to shy away from my privacy , as it were . ❞
Tumblr media
❛ don’t shut me out like this. ❜

Snapping was nearly second nature at this point. It was something carnally ingrained within her, a defense mechanism, a knee jerk reaction - she wanted nothing more than to bare her teeth and tell the other half-elf off. But this was Tav - maybe she was onto something after all, demanding yet hints of compassion thick in her tone, concern blooming beneath the veneer of the sorceress's sharp expression. This was something Shadowheart had been putting off; outright avoiding. A sharp dismissal here and a change of subject there. But now, she couldn't put it off any longer. The more her companions learned of the Cloister of Sombre Embrace, the more questions they seemed to have. And that, in her eyes, translated into pity. She couldn't do with such a vagrant misconception.
❝ i . . . suppose i should apologize for that , ❞ The half-elf breathes hesitantly, her brows knitting together tightly in a grimace before they relax. Her eyelids flicker, revealing her slightly remorseful gaze to the sorcerer. ❝ old habits do die hard , after all . something i still can ' t quite kick , despite it all . ❞ The priestess admits, casting her gaze habitually down towards the prayer mat laid out beneath her - flawless at a quick glance, but closer scrutiny will reveal how the surface still remembers the remnants of old blood. There was no hiding it now. The silver-haired woman draws in a long breath, an attempt to soothe her anxiety, but the action grants no such peace. A quick glance around confirms that they are alone - and the priestess invites Tav into her tent.
❝ there are some . . . endeavors related to my previously pious past that i have been reluctant to educate you on . if you wish to know more , truly , and believe that you can handle something that many may view as grotesque or macabre ; in a manner of speaking . . . well , you have earned the right to know it all . ❞ And she extends that invitation with a small gesture of her hand - into the recesses of her private tent, the interior glowing with candles ominously. ❝ while my memories may be few and far between , the body has a tendency to remember . ❞

Chapter Seventeen
As you stood outside gate C14, you tightened your grip on Sunny’s leash. With a wagging tail and shining eyes, she pulled in every direction, determined to greet every passing traveler.
“Hey,” you whispered, “I know you’re excited but be good before they kick us both out.” You weren’t exactly sure if she was supposed to be there but sometimes it was better to ask for forgiveness rather than permission. She made a displeased whining noise as she sat down next to you. “Don’t you want to see Javi?” Her ears perked up at the familiar name. “I thought so.”
You glanced back at the gate through the crowd of people. There was still no sign of any disembarking passengers. You took a deep breath and tamped down your own excitement, deciding to crouch down next to Sunny and pet her rather than stare at the empty gate. Your affectionate touch calmed the both of you.
So when she yipped again, you knew exactly why.
Glancing up, you found Javier scanning the crowd and his eyes were drawn to Sunny’s bark. A grin broke out on his face that certainly matched yours.
The two of you met somewhere in the middle. You don’t even remember making the conscious decision to move toward him. It was just instinctual. Like the way you threw your arms around Javier’s neck and his wound around your waist as your lips met in one long deep kiss that left you weak in the knees. You leaned into him, knowing he’d keep you steady, and savored the way he hummed in pleasure against your lips.
“Hi,” Javier breathed as he rested his forehead against yours. You traced the curve of his smile with the pad of your thumb as you cupped his cheek. It was one of those perfect ones that crinkled the corners of his eyes and left him looking years younger. And so damn happy.
“Hi,” you echoed, unsure if you could find another word in that moment. But maybe you didn’t need to say anything else. It was enough just to feel his arms around you again.
“I missed this,” he murmured. “I missed you.”
“I missed you too, Javi.” Your eyes fell as you took him in. Long-sleeved plaid shirt tucked into his well-fitting dark wash jeans and paired with his signature boots. You ran your hands over the soft material covering his chest. “You didn’t have to come back,” you whispered.
“I wanted to.”
“What about your dad?”
“He has plenty of family to spend the night with. He was fine with me leaving early.”
“You’re sure?”
“Yeah,” he answered, rolling his eyes. “When he found out you were spending New Year’s Eve alone, he smacked me upside the head and told me to get on the next plane to LA.” You made a surprised noise that quickly turned into giggles. “Don’t laugh at that. That’s not funny,” he said with a smile of his own.
You laced your fingers with his and kissed the back of his hand, trying to hide your grin. “It is, actually.” Your smile fell. “Still, you didn’t have to come back just for me.”
“Yes, I did. I wouldn’t have been happy knowing you were alone. I’m right where I want to be.” His grin widened and you felt a quiet laugh in his chest. “I don’t think you were the only one who missed me.” You followed his eyes to find Sunny, tongue out and tail wagging, with two paws on Javier’s hip as she vied for his attention. He let go of you only to kneel down to greet her. “Si, si, te extrañé,” he shushed as he tried to calm the excited dog. Your heart soared as he planted a kiss on the top of her head.
“Should we stop by baggage claim?” you asked.
“Nope.” He stood and swung a worn leather duffle over his shoulder. “Let’s go home.”
You tried not to read much into his turn of phrase as he slung an arm around your shoulders and guided you out of the busy terminal. “So,” you decided to prod as you waited at the crosswalk leading to the parking garage, “you told your dad about me?”
“Well, he figured it out.” He continued only at your confused expression. “He said I was happy.”
You kissed him. “I’m happy too,” you said, slipping a hand in his back pocket and squeezing his ass through his denim jeans. That earned you a wolfish grin that brought out that lone dimple just for you.
… . …
“It looks like 1985 in here,” you commented as soon as Javier could even set his duffle and your overpacked tote on the kitchen counter and flick on the lights. “Well, at least the parts you’ve unboxed.”
“Didn’t want to get too settled.” You peered over your shoulder at him with a bit of a scowl. All he could offer in response was a shrug as he slid your coat off your shoulders and hung it next to his. “I didn’t know if I would last the first week of classes let alone the first month.”
“You absolutely did. You survived the whole fall quarter.”
“Only because of you.”
Two fingers gripped his chin and turned his face toward yours. Your eyes locked onto his. “You’ve got to start giving yourself some credit, Javier. You’re a damn good professor. Whether you like it or not.”
“Wouldn’t you rather inspect what I have decorated?” he asked, placing two hands on your hips and spinning you around. “I know you’re dying to.”
“Maybe a little,” you admitted with a light laugh. With a firm hand on the small of your back as he pushed you further into the apartment. “Bedroom and bathroom are that way,” he said, pointing down the dark hall.
You gestured to the closed door on the opposite side of the living room. “What’s that room?”
“Empty spare bedroom.”
“God, I hate you. You have a gorgeous two-bedroom apartment in Brentwood, and you don’t even appreciate it. An empty room, boxes still unopened. Why don’t we ever come here? Your place is so much better than mine.”
“It’s fucking depressing,” he scoffed.
“I could help you make it feel like home.” You meant that innocently. He could hear it in your tone. You were probably only referring to adding a few throw pillows or candles or something like that, but already just having you there felt different. He’d thought he was going back home to Texas, but the truth was he felt more at home now just by being with you. “Yeah, I think you could.” You might’ve responded, but something caught your attention.
Almost reverently, you picked up a framed photograph off the lone bookshelf in his living room. “Your mother?” you asked quietly. He didn’t have to look at the photo to know which one you were drawn to.
“Yes,” he answered as he moved to stand behind you. Wrapping his arms around your shoulders, he pulled you back against his chest so he could peer down at the black and white photo in your hands. He was maybe five. Just a gangly boy with limbs too long for his own good and a cast on one arm from when he’d fallen off his new bike. That younger version of him sat his mother’s lap in front of a birthday cake lit with thirty-some odd candles. Much like the way he held you in that moment, his father stood behind the pair with his arms around his wife. She wore a dazzling smile that his aunts swore he inherited from her. If he remembered correctly, his father was behind the camera, muttering something that made them all laugh at the time.
“She was beautiful,” you commented. Lost for words, Javier pressed a kiss to your temple. But the mood clearly shifted. “And you were adorable.” Your eyes narrowed as you looked back at him. “What do you think happened?”
Javier grinned at your dig. “She would’ve liked you.”
You reached for the only other framed photograph. A more recent shot of Javier and an equally mustachioed blond man sitting together at an open-air bar, both looking unusually relaxed and happy with a beer in one and their arms around each other’s shoulders. One of the rare moments like that in Colombia. “This must be Steve,” you observed.
“His wife sent me that as a housewarming gift.”
“That’s so nice of her. You need something to cheer this place up.” Still clutching the photo, you turned in his arms. “Do you– I don’t know if I’ll ever get to meet them, but do you think they would like me?”
He almost laughed at your question. It was genuine on your part but so absurdly unnecessary. “Mi compañera,” he murmured as he pressed his lips to yours, “they already do. They were surprised though.”
“Do I want to know why?” you smirked. He had a feeling you already had some inclination as to why that might’ve surprised his closest friends.
“No,” Javier laughed. He watched you as you smiled at the photo, tracing a fingertip along the image of him. A strange feeling gripped his chest. It was as if you were trying to know that version of him. “You never talk about it. I know you don’t like when others ask you about your time in Colombia, but you never even mention anything that happened down there to me.”
“You don’t want to know about any of that.”
“Why not?”
Because you won’t like me, his traitorous brain supplied. He let you go and joined Sunny on the couch. “Want me to put on the Times Square thing?” he asked instead.
“Yeah sure. I don’t mind either way,” you responded lightly. He cringed inwardly at how habituated you were to him deflecting your questions. Shaking his head at himself, he dug the remote out from between two of the leather couch cushions and switched on the television despite having no intention to watch.
A moment later you joined him on the couch, dropping down next to him unceremoniously as you draped an arm around him. “Don’t mope,” you compelled with a kiss on his cheek. He turned to you with a raised brow. “And don’t look at me like that.”
Javier held your gaze for a long time, entranced by the soft look in your eyes and the way your fingers played with the ends of his hair at the nape of his neck. That seemed to bring him back to the present moment. “How does pizza sound?” he asked instead of a reply.
As expected, you smiled and nodded happily.
… . …
Much like your own at home, Javier’s kitchen table was covered with stacks of books, papers, and folders. Rather than clearing it off, the two of you sat on the floor around his coffee table eating pizza slices straight from the box. With the television muted in the background, you talked quietly, mostly recounting the little things that had happened while you were apart. You asked him more questions about his family, and he seemed keen to answer. You’d learned to savor every bit of himself that he elected to share with you.
After dinner, you wandered over to the unsurprisingly well-stocked bar cart, fingers dancing over the crystal glasses and bottles of whiskey and tequila as you contemplated pouring a couple of drinks. Until you noticed something amongst the mess on his kitchen table.
You picked up a book with dozens of sticky notes peeking out of it and flipped through the pages.
Talk about this in lecture.
Assign this chapter next quarter.
Fuck. She’s brilliant.
The notes went on for pages and pages. When you finally lifted your head, finding him across the room through watery eyes, Javier looked like a boy caught red handed. His wide brown eyes locked on to you as he gauged your reaction. “You’re reading my book?” you asked, voice barely more than a whisper.
He nodded quietly. “I finished it. It’s amazing.”
“Ja– Javi.” You attempted to speak but his name was just a broken sob.
He was on his feet in an instant. With a hand on either arm, he attempted to soothe you. “Don’t cry.”
“I’m not crying,” you insisted as you roughly wiped at your cheek with the back of your hand.
“Honey,” he chided as he pulled your hand away and replaced it with his own, cupping your cheek and wiping your errant tears with his thumb. “Why does that upset you?”
“I’m not upset.”
“You’re crying.” He would think that. He’d never seen you cry before. You’d cried from laughing at something he’d said on more than one occasion. There were a few tears once when you were frustrated. But nothing like this.
“That– that doesn’t mean I’m upset. It’s just– That’s–” you tried to collect yourself as you fisted the front of his shirt with one hand and pulled him closer. You took a deep breath and met his gaze. “That’s the most romantic thing anyone’s ever done for me.”
The scrunched up look on his face was almost comical, and you would’ve laughed any other time. “That is?” he asked, dumbfounded. Before he could say anything else, you slotted your mouth with his, kissing him with everything you had. “Of course I read your book,” he assured you, kissing you over and over again. Your body practically melted against his. “You’re fucking amazing, mi compañera” His hands moved to your face, wiping away the tears. “Are you sure you’re okay? You’re... you’re crying again. What’s wrong?”
“I think I–” You stopped yourself. Or rather the words threatened to choke you, so you swallowed them down and hid them away. Instead, you caressed his face as you looked at him through half-lidded eyes. “I need you.”
Javier hesitated, watching you for a moment longer, eyes smoldering as they bored into your soul, before his mouth met yours with renewed determination.
You didn’t even bother looking around Javier’s bedroom as the two of you burst through the door. The two of you were a mess of limbs desperately trying to strip the other of their clothes. He walked you back toward the bed until your calves hit the frame.
“Why are you still holding this?” he asked, prying the book out of your hand and tossing it on his nightstand. He lifted your thick knit sweater off your body and over your head with ease and his hands quickly found the button of your black denim jeans while you worked on his shirt buttons.
As soon as your clothes had fallen aside, he laid you back in his bed, letting you rest against the pillows as he eagerly kissed a frenzied path down your body.
“Javi, wait.” He froze above you with concern in his eyes “Please be gentle with me,” you asked softly.
The implication was clear. And it weighed heavily between you.
Javier nodded once, almost imperceptibly, and you relinquished yourself to him. He changed course, and his lips found yours once more. While he kissed you, his fingers gently prodded you, stretching you out and readying your body for him. You whimpered against hip lips, wanting more than anything to feel him inside you.
“Shh, baby,” he shushed you huskily, intertwining your fingers in a tender gesture, “I’ve got you now.” You spread your legs wider, aching for him. Only him. And mercifully, he lined himself at your entrance, dripping with your desire, and slowly thrust forward, filling you to the hilt and stealing the air from your lungs.
As he moved inside you, every kiss, every touch seared your skin with invisible brands that would mark you forever as belonging to Javier. And you let him.
Neither of you said much of anything, preferring to simply breath each other in. You let the moans and mewls falling from your lips fill the room as your bodies rejoined and relearned each other. Hand in hand and warm skin on warm skin.
Until a wave of euphoria pulled you asunder and you came hard and shaking beneath him.
“You’re so beautiful. So fucking beautiful.” You only heard his murmurs of praise as you broke the surface and came up for air. He kissed away the teardrops streaking your cheeks. You tried weakly to apologize for crying again. “It’s okay,” he assured you, “I feel it too.”
You gaped at him as you watched him move above you, still buried deep inside you, chest heaving and some unspoken emotion drowning his eyes. You wanted him to feel everything that you did in that moment. Wanted to make him to feel the same sticky sweet pleasure
With little resistance, you pushed Javier onto his back and straddled his hips. He looked divine beneath you. His hands reverently caressed your back as you settled on top of him before snaking around your body to hold you tightly against him. You pressed your forehead to his as you rolled your hips, sliding up and down his cock and coating him with your creamy pussy.
Only when his chest hallowed with a broken, desperate groan did you finally take pity and sink down on him. You caught his sharp exhale with your lips. You focused on kissing him, pouring all your affection into him, and he slowly rocked up into you. It was unrushed and unhurried, as if the two of you had all the time in the world. Maybe you did.
“I need you to cum with me. Right now.” His fingers found your clit, coaxing a second climax from you.
“Let go for me,” you whispered against his ear.
Javier shattered beautifully under your touch.
… . …
Javier pulled back the bedsheets for you as you slipped back into bed next to him after spending way too long in a steaming hot shower together. “Did you bring these for me?” he asked, fingering the fabric of your satin sleep shorts with a lopsided grin. Dozens of little embroidered dogs dotted the fabric.
“Yes,” you chirped. “They always seem to make you smile.”
He shook his head at you. “No, honey, you make me smile.”
When he said things like that, he took the breath right out of your lungs. The rest of the world faded away and nothing else mattered. It was only the two. It was then that you noticed the time on the clock behind him. Time hadn’t stopped after all. In fact, it was 12:01 on the dot.
“Happy New Year, Javi,” you said with a smile. “I think this is going to be a really good year.”
“I do too,” he agreed. He cupped your cheek and guided your lips to his for a midnight kiss. “Happy New Year, baby. Now c’mere.”
You laughed as Sunny responded to his command. She seemed to appear from nowhere only to hop up on the bed and lay half on top of him with her head on his chest. “Yeah, you too,” he smiled, scratching behind her ears. You indulged for a moment, hoping you could commit the scene to memory. But Javier looked like he was on the verge of sleep, so you switched off the small lamp and happily curled up next to him. He draped an arm across your waist as you looked up at him. “I fucking missed my girls,” he mumbled before drifting off into a dream. You couldn’t help but smile to yourself as you watched him in the faint moonlight.
You weren’t sure if it was the holiday season or that magical stroke of midnight, but as you gazed up at him, you realized you didn’t just want Javier to be your yesterday, today or tomorrow. You wanted him to be your whole future. You wanted to spend your whole life with him because…
Your heart belonged to Javier Peña. You loved him. Truly, deeply loved him.
That thought didn’t scare you as much as you thought it would.

Anon request: “hi love, hope you are doing well.. I want to request you something.. Can you please write a fic/series where Henry's Gf dies.. and he is absolutely devastated and a mess since then ..He remembers their fond memories, her immense love for him.. He is left to live the aftermath and misses her..(intense angst) I think with your writing this will be loved by all.. Please consider this request.. Love you <3″
A/N: This was honestly such a hard one to write, imagining Henry to be like this honestly broke my heart, I was literally a sobbing mess the whole way through. This was very different for me but I’m glad I expanded my horizons and wrote this. I would say I hope you enjoy it but I don’t think it's appropriate.
Also I know you asked for it to be Henry’s gf but I started writing it and it became wife so sorry. Also I usually write my stories as “you” but I’ve been wanting to switch it up a little so my stories don’t seem too repetitive.
Also I listened to Goner by Twenty One Pilots (one of my favourite bands) whilst writing this so if you wish to listen to that, to add to the mood, ’ve added it.
I love you all so much - L

Broken : Henry Cavill Fan Fiction
Warnings: mentions of death, severe angst, crying and sobbing Henry. Please do not read this if you think it will impact your mental health. Mental health matters and always comes first. Here for anyone who needs to talk
He had never believed in the idea of the human heart shattering into a million pieces... until he lost her. This dreadful event had been the downfall of his once perfect life.
Darkness. That’s all his life was now, the existence of her had changed his life, she was his saviour, his salvation, but the loss of his one true love, that destroyed his life. She was the brightness even in the darkest of times and places. Everything he had loved before, he despised now, everything reminded him of the woman he once held in his arms, the one he was lucky enough to call his wife. He was convinced he would never be the same again, he felt like his heart had been combined with hers and when she left him, his heart left him too. He hadn’t expected this, he had expected to grow old with her, have 4 or 5 children and several grandchildren to carry on the couples legacy. She had promised him that’s what would happen. She vowed to love him until their final days, and he had underestimated when that day would be.
Here he sat, in their garden, a cigarette between his fingers, bringing it up to his lips and taking a deep puff, the tar slipping down his throat and coating his lungs with filth, she’d scold him if she were here... but she wasn't. He knew it was bad for him, but he didn’t care anymore. He needed an escape, he didn’t want to feel anymore, he wanted all the agony and anguish to disappear, leave him like she had.
God knows why he blames himself but he does. She had her whole life left ahead of her and this cruel world stripped that from her, removed all opportunities for the both of them to live a full and happy life together.
“I miss you my love” he says, to the sky, the darkness perfectly resembling himself, the stars in the sky seemed to be dimmed, apart from one, which was glistening brightly. He had decided that was her, watching down from heaven. Heaven was another thing he hadn’t believed in until his world collided with hers. She was this angelic being and had to have fallen from heaven, there was no other explanation to her beauty, her perfect personality, one in which complimented that of his wonderfully. She was the kind of person that bettered those around her, made them whole, made them purer.
Tears emptied from his eyes and he sighed, his hand which was holding his cigarette thrusting into his deep curls, curls he hadn’t washed or brushed in weeks. He didn’t think he could cry anymore, but here he was, water running down his face like a flood, amplifying his red and bloodshot eyes, the deep and bruising bags underneath his eyes a reminder of his soul crushing pain. His hand moved back down, slipping the tip of the cigarette back in between his lips, sucking it.
“God I fucking miss you baby” he says, his voice completly broken, he sounded like a character in a show or film, a different person alltogether and he supposes he is now he’s without his wife. He hears a knock on the door and swears, picking up the ash tray and walking with it, inside his house, where he plods to the door, swinging it open and seeing her best friend.
“Fucking hell Henry” she says as she sees him, the lead in her hands attahced to the collar around his dogs neck, Kal looks up at him making him turn away, even Kal reminds him of her and he can’t deal with him at the moment, hence why her best friend was looking after him. She closes the door behind her, following his trail back outside, releasing Kal from his collar, letting him roam the house.
“Thought you’d want to see Kal” she says, sitting outside with him, it was freezing and dark but she bared it, picking up his pack of cigarettes and taking one for herself.
“You don't smoke” he grunts, flicking the ash at the end of the cigarette into the ashtray.
“Neither do you” she quips back, making him raise his eyebrows, putting out the cigarette as it reaches its end, pulling one from his packet and lighting it instantly, needing his lungs to be filled with the poison.
“If she saw us now” her friend says, making him sigh, more tears falling down his face.
“Fuck” he says, wiping them away, the last thing he needed was her friend seeing him completly destoryed, she would for sure tell his family and hers and that would damage him even more.
“Henry” she says, sympathy laced in her voice.
“I miss her so fucking much” he says, making her reach forward and take his hand.
“Me too” she says, not knowing what to say, but she squeezes his hand, making him tear it back not wanting the attention.
“You don't understand,” he says, making her scorn him.
“Of course I don’t. It’s not as if she was my best friend. For fuck sake Henry, I’m trying to be here for you, its what she wanted” she said, looking away, her eyes landing on that same twinkling star, taking a puff from the cigarette.
“Well she’s not fucking here so who the fuck cares” he spits.
“Amazing. She wouldn’t have wanted this” she says, standing up, taking one last puff of her half used cigarettes, stubbing it out before leaving him.
“Wait” he says, stopping her in her tracks, she looks back, her eyes falling over his face, tears now streaming down his face, she walks over to him and his hands reach out to her, they’ve never done this but she knows he needs it, so she wraps his arm around him, his tears sinking into her shirt as his head rests against her.
“I’m so sorry” she says, tears springing in her eyes too.
“I can’t live without her” he sobs, his voice cracking making her heart ache for him.
“Henry” she says as she hears Kal crying behind her. Henry pulls away and looks at the dog, his face falling, the dog's large eyes looking into his.
“Hey buddy” he utters half heartedly and the dog walks up to where he’s sat outside, Henry puts out his cigarette and his hands begin to pet the dog's head.
“He’s had his hair cut” he says, making the friend nod.
“Yeah, he needed it, I know she usually takes him on Monday’s so I thought I’d take him” she says making Henry frown.
“Shit, did you tell Caroline?” he says, talking about the groomer she usually takes Kal to.
“Yeah” her friend says, a frown on her face too.
“I forgot to tell her.” he says.
“It’s okay, it’s the last thing you needed to remember” she says, referring to the long list of people Henry had to notify.
“We need to sort out the funeral, I can plan it if you’d like?” she says, making Henry shake his head, still petting his dog.
“No that’s okay, I should do it” he says, his voice breaking as he sobs loudly again.
“Henry, she'd hate to see you like this” she says, her hand gesturing to the man whose features looked uncanningly like another person.
“Well she’s not fucking here is she?!!” he shouts making her friend flinch.
“Sorry” he utters, dropping his head into his hands.
“I just wanna be alone” he says.
“No you don’t” she says, dropping down to her knees, placing her hands on his knees so she’s level with his face.
“Talk to me, she asked me to be here for you and that’s what I tend to do” she says caringly.
“Well I don’t fucking want you here, I want her and she’s fucking dead” he shouts, knocking her back, her hands landing on  one of Kal’s paws making him yelp.
“Shit, I’m sorry” he says, to her best friend and to Kal.
“I’ll just fuck off then” she says, giving up. The dog looks longingly at his dad as she storms inside, before she comes back with the lead clipping it onto the dogs collar, slamming the door as she leaves the house.
“Fuck” he shouts, standing up from his chair. He walks back inside, looking around his house. His hands land on a vase containing flowers from his mother and he throws it aggressively against the wall, the noise ringing out dramatically in the empty house. It smashes against a picture on the floor, the picture falling loudly to the floor, the glass from the vase and the frame smashingly loudly making him swear.
“Shit” he says, walking over the picture frame, picking it up, the shards cutting his hand, but he doesn’t flinch at the pain, no amount of pain could hurt more than that in his heart. His fingers push the remaining shards of glass off the picture, revealing a picture of him and his wife on their wedding day. A small smile appears on his face as he scans her face, she looks genuinely ecstatic, that's how he will always remember her. His lips are pressed against hers and he carries her down the aisle, a smile against her lips and he remembers the moment like it was yesterday. It was the best day of his life, their friends and family were there to celebrate the union of the couple, it was the day she promised to love him forever, promised to be his faithful and loving companion until death does she part.
“We didn’t know it would be so soon huh love?” he says, chuckling despite it being far from funny. He places the frame down, deciding to clean the glass up later, he no longer had the dog to worry about and he didn’t care if he got hurt by the sharp shards.
His eyes drift to the other pictures that frame the walls, the one he had taken of her at their honeymoon, her naked body completely covered by the beach water, the waves crashing against the shore perfectly, making for the perfect picture, she had that same smile on her face and Henry’s lips lift up momentarily at the sigh.
“So beautiful” he says, looking at the picture.
The next is a picture he had taken of Kal attacking the beauty with kisses.
“That was taken after the first time we shagged '' he says to himself, chuckling at the memory. Laughing loudly when he remembers all the times she cringed when he used the word shag. They had shut the dog out wanting to save him from the sight of the two of them making love. Henry had gotten up moments after the wonderful moment when he heard his dog crying at the door, he had opened the door and Kal had jumped up on the bed, kissing her face as soon as he saw her, Henry had picked up his phone almost immediately, he remembers framing the picture on the wall but she had taken it down to cut part out (because her breasts were in the picture).
He looks at the next picture and he thinks this might just be his favourite, it was a picture of her being carried by his brothers, they had played a game of rugby and Henry was worried she would get hurt but she beat his team and his brothers picked her up to celebrate her winning the final shot. They were all laughing and so was she.
“Oh how I loved your laugh baby” he says. He walks to the kitchen, grabbing the first aid kit from the cupboard and quickly cleaning and wrapping the wound, before  picking up a notepad she kept there, finding a fluffy pen she used and he began writing.
“My love,
No words can truly express how much I miss you, no words can describe my pain. So I’m not going to speak about that. I’m going to talk about how amazing you were, how amazing you will always be. The moment you walked into my life, I knew I was done for. You turned my word upside down baby. I know you were the one the moment I met you, I knew when you said my name for the first time, I knew when we kissed for the first time and every time since, when it felt like fireworks. In films we constantly see these epic ideas of love and me being the pessimist that I am never believed in them. But then I met you. And oh baby did that change. Our love was epic, and it always will be. I remember the first time you met my family, you were so nervous, you bit your lip so much that it bled. But the moment they met you, they loved you, you became one of us, that was the moment I knew I wanted to be your husband. I remember being so excited to meet your parents, because I was so curious to meet the people who shaped you into the wonderful person you are… were. I remember asking you to marry me and I was so fucking happy when you said yes, the moment you became my life will always be the best thing that has ever happened to me. And part of me is convinced that it’s the best thing to happen to anyone, anywhere. I will forever be grateful for the time I had with you but boy do I wish we had more time. I will love you forever and a piece of me will always be absent. I ask you to look over me. Heaven is one lucky place because now they have you. I was and always be your husband, your Henry. This world has no idea how lucky it was to have you, you will forever be the love of my life and I will continue to count my lucky stars, everyday baby.
Forever yours,
Henry
