Hello everyone, Happy New Year 🥳 Let’s hope for a better 2021 for each one of us. Today I’m sharing the next five physical books on my TBR. I’ll also be reading some Kindle books and listening to audiobooks but I’ll update you on these as and when.⁣ ⁣ 🔥 Bonfire by Krysten Ritter - highly recommended by @lovedreadingthis and @keeperofpages this is a book I’ve bumped up my list. Kerrie was also kind enough to send me this copy. This is a twisty, suspenseful tale that I’m really looking forward to. ⁣ ⁣ 🐇 The Looking Glass House by Vanessa Tait - this is written by the great-granddaughter of the girl who inspired Alice’s Adventures In Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. It hasn’t got brilliant reviews on Goodreads but I’m still going to give it a chance! ⁣ ⁣ ⚓️ The Devil And The Dark Water by Stuart Turton - I’m so excited to read this! I’m sure it’s going to be as complex and fascinating as the author’s previous novel and I look forward to getting stuck into an interesting mystery.⁣ ⁣ ❤️The Prophets by Robert Jones Jr - this debut novel was gifted to me by @quercusbooks (thank you so much to them) and tells the story of the love between two enslaved men on a Deep South plantation. I’ve got a really good feeling about this one. Could it be my first five star read of 2021?⁣ ⁣ 😱 Under The Skin - Michel Faber - this author is one of my favourites and I can’t believe I’ve left it this long to read this book! I’ve managed to successfully avoid all spoilers up until now so please don’t tell me if you know anything about the story 😅 Can’t wait to find out what everyone who has read this book is talking about. ⁣ ⁣ Have you read or want to read any of the books on this little pile?
