MÉDITATION MATINALE DU

JEUDI 06 JUIN 2024

THÈME : LA RÈGLE D'OR. (Partie 1).

RÉF : Matthieu 7:7 -12

Circonstances.

Cette semaine l'Esprit du Seigneur me proposa une ballade dans les écritures que j'aimerais partager avec vous ma famille.

Contexte du passage.

Matthieu le chapitre 7 fait partie d'une collection d'enseignements du Seigneur appelée Sermons sur la montagne qui regroupent les chapitres 5, 6 et 7.

Matthieu 7:7 est très célèbre parce qu'il est facile à retenir et simplement énoncé. Il pose une RÈGLE MAJEURE DE LA PRIÈRE A DIEU à savoir 1. Demandez- 2. Cherchez et 3. Frappez.

Il y a dans ce passage 3 niveaux de prière et non 3 types de prières.

Je ne sais combien de types de prières il existe. Peut-être qu'un jour j'en ferai la recherche avec l'aide du Seigneur. Mais Matthieu 7 v 7 (pour moi ) parle de 3 niveaux de la prière ou 3 dimensions de la prière.

1ère Dimension: Demandez- et vous recevrez.

C'est la base car toute prière contient une demande à Dieu.

Un cantique peut nous préparer ou nous conditionner à prier, mais chanter n'est pas prier. Il faut parler, demander à Dieu.

Dans les versets qui suivent Jésus nous dit que de même que nous savons donner de bonnes choses à nos enfants, Dieu aussi sait nous donner de bonnes choses.

Ces bonnes choses sont OUI et NON. Une réponse positive ou négative. POURQUOI ? Car aucun père ne donnera un couteau à un enfant qui lui demande un jouet, ou un poison à celui qui lui demande à boire. (_Lire les verset 8 à 11 pour des illustrations_)

C'est pourquoi celui qui comprend le principe de la prière sait que la réponse négative ou le silence de Dieu face à une prière est UNE BONNE RÉPONSE car Dieu est BON et ne sait que donner de bonnes choses à SES ENFANTS.

La 2ieme dimension de la prière:

Elle consiste dans le "*CHERCHEZ et vous TROUVEREZ. "

Lorsque nous avons compris la première dimension de la prière, nous gagnons en maturité pour savoir que si Dieu nous demande de chercher afin de trouver, c'est que nous en avons la capacité.

'' Recevoir UN CADEAU est une bonne chose , mais le fruit d'un travail est un Précieux Trésor, un fontaine d'enseignements. '' MYMY.

Vous connaîtrez la vérité et la vérité vous rendra libre.

Aux enfants on peut donner, mais à celui qui est devenu un fils, on apprend à pêcher. "Cherchez et vous trouverez" est une dimension pour ceux qui acquièrent de la connaissance dans leur recherche de Dieu.

Le 3ieme niveau de la prière:

FRAPPEZ et l'on vous OUVRIRA.

Cette dimension de la prière est une dimension d'autorité ou d'identité.

A ce niveau, le Seigneur Jésus veut nous faire comprendre que ce que nous recherchons dans la prière est caché derrière une ou plusieurs portes.

On frappe à une porte lorsqu'on ne possède pas la clé donc on est ici dans une position de prière...de demande.

Cependant , la prière ici est une question d'autorité ou d'identité.

La fameuse question posée à celui qui frappe une porte: qui est-ce ? est une interpellation et nous conduit à révéler notre identité. Car celui qui doit nous ouvrir , ne nous ouvrira que lorsque notre identité sera reconnue ou lorsque l'autorité dont nous sommes investis ou revêtus ne lui donnera que la seule option d'ouvrir la porte . C'est un travail que nous faisons sur nous-mêmes dans notre intimité avec Dieu, notre connaissance de la parole de Dieu et des principes du Royaume de Dieu... au moyen non pas de la Sanctification "occasionnelle" mais par la vie de sanctification. Car, Dieu n'exauce point le pécheur.

Ainsi, après l'exposé de Matthieu 7:7 et des passages suivants qui permettent de mieux le comprendre, le Seigneur Jésus présente ce que des commentateurs et théologiens appellent LA RÈGLE D'or (THE GOLDEN RULE) contenue ou énoncée dans le verset 12 et ainsi libellée << Tout ce que vous voulez que les hommes fassent pour vous, faites-le de même pour eux, car c'est la loi et les prophètes.>>
