 🎅🔔🎄 For me, the holiday season is always a challenge. My main problem is the food craving feeling mixed with eating fast. Sugars skyrocketing and then bouncing for hours... My strategy to tackle these problems (I don't always succeed) is just not to be in front of the food all the time. Drink tons of water and try not to feel stuffed. The latter one is very difficult to achieve, however, a little trick might be just to say "no" to food offers. Do not feel bad about saying it! Jag heter Linda och är 27 år och har diabetes typ 2.  Jag fick min diabetes den 16 maj 2017, så jag är ett ganska nytt tillskott i diabetes världen.  Under min diabetes resa har jag skämts över min sjukdom då jag känner skam över att jag själv på grund av alla fördomar som finns om diabetes. Att jag skulle ha förätit mig på socker och får skylla mig själv att jag fått diabetes.
