Preparing for a performance was a dream come to fruition for her. The city had been buzzing with worry that it may attract unwanted attention, which was why despite the singer's reluctance for the additional security, the Crownsguard were there. In so, she felt it was mandatory to at least greet them, thank them for their trouble, and offer tokens of appreciation for their service with tickets or some other memorabilia that they could give to fans.

It was the very least she could do.

Approaching the small group stationed within the back of the stage, she had turned to what seemed to be a young assistant briefly. "Please, make sure they have everything they need and want." Her voice was a soft melody in itself, but seemed far muted than how it was when she sang.

The utterance of her name garnered her attention, the flicker of blue eyes lifted to meet with the source. Recognition was instant, "Jackson--?" The sound caught in her throat, fingers lifting to it subconsciously, shock shifting towards a radiating beam.

The space between them was nearly eliminated as she bypassed the others, going straight to the boy man who stood before her. "It's you! You've changed...but not entirely." That bright smile was gleaming as Lucille soaked up his appearance. "Oh, well," a tinge of red danced across her nose. "Make up and Wardrobe are the best, and I've been--well, it doesn't matter. You, how have you been?" Her smile faltered at the edges. "I haven't heard from you since graduation. I thought you had forgotten about me." A pause before she brightened up her smile. "Just kidding, of course."

there is a moment where he is absolutely shocked at her response. rufus should not be, this is pretty typical for their interactions by now, but... damn. a small, indignant scoff, and aranea wondered why prompto was the nicer brother. "you're such a fucking asshole." yet, the words are said with nothing but fondness behind them.
