I have to keep reminding myself that is alright for me to take a break from blogging. Whether that be a three month break, or three week break, that is just fine. I love blogging. It is my creative outlet for styling photos, working with new-to-me brands, and working with like-minded bloggers, and of course for writing. In all honesty, being a full time student, and working part time at a high energy job, and not having some of the resources I used to can put a damper on my blogging. Not to mention that sometimes I just don't have the energy. You know how you sometimes need to take vacation from your job to regroup? That is how I feel with this break from blogging. When I get back into it, fresh and new. I want to begin again with a new design, more post content, and better quality photos. I am really excited for what is coming to my blog. Finishing up another chapter in my book, and in my life. I am preparing for another busy week, which consists of packing up my room (again, because that is how dorm life works, apparantly), studying for two more finals, and working everyday. When I moved here, I wrote down some goals that I wanted to achieve this year. I have already crossed off, and achieved one goal, now I am about to cross off another one. I know that I will successfully complete this Summer semester. I am taking it a semester at a time. I am going back to my healthy lifestyle, as I did when I was living back in Oregon, and when I first moved to Pensacola. I took a little break because I was exhausted, and I wanted to save money. I have figured out that you can still eat healthy on a budget! A college girl's budget, I might add. So, this morning, I made a little breakfast salad. I made eggs with green onion and kale cooked into them, and I laid the eggs on a bed of spinach, with some thinly sliced white cheddar sprinkled on top. Oh my goodness, it is my favorite breakfast now!
