No homelessness
What we would now call free healthcare
Equal rights and respect for male, female, and other genders.
Care for the elderly and disabled
No racism
Heart knowledge, or what we might call, mental healthcare
What we would now call free education
No one would starve cause of someone else's greed
Yeah, no society is perfect, and we have our faults. But whose society would you rather live in?
Now think about how all of that was stolen not only from natives, but the decendants of settlers too. You, settlers, could also have had better, had people in power been stopped. And it's still your responsibility, settlers, to stand by us and take away those evil people's power.

Heyo, you've mentioned that in your AU Crocodile isn't going to try to destroy Alabasta, so I was wondering if his end goal is still Utopia but he's going to try other methods or if he has a complete different end goal?
im thinking his main goal is to secure a safe future for luffy, this version of croc started baroque works and his schemes after luffy was born, so if he's aiming for a utopia of sort it'll mostly be for his kid.

i wish i had more collected and intellectual thoughts on jim and la’an. instead my brain just screams about them all the time

those playdough ass sims aren't gonna fit in with that beautiful beautiful lighting let's get a move on i wanna see some realistic skin folds (MODELED not a flat texture) and blemishes and subsurface scattering i want that-specific-breed-of-maxis-match-tiktoker-you-know-the-ones tears
#i changed my mind about not liking the hair being clay#as long as people can still make alpha hair i actually like having the option between the two i wasn't thinking#in my dream utopia we get some kind of particle system but in actuality that would make modding way less accessible#and you can't count on ea to give us all the hair we want so that's definitely a no#but i hate the completely smooth plastic skin. away with it#i saw people say those supposed leaks look 'too alpha' YOU'VE LOST YOUR MINDSSSSSSSS#just because the shirt's not painted onto the skin with a shitty low quality jpg graphic doesn't make it 'alpha'. unfortunately#they were on the right track with sims 3 medieval but noo#project olympus has done so much damage it's unreal. in a million years aliens are somehow going to trace the apocalypse back to it#my mom was trapped in the passenger seat of my car today listening to me explain the entire project olympus history. i'm sorry#i mentioned the live stream and she harmlessly asked if it seems better than ts4. like oh man do you have a minute to hear about ts4#but it's on my mind it's such an interesting topic too bad it poisoned my water supply and killed everyone i love

#ask#I gripe about star wars all the time but I can't deny that demystifying the oral-tradition-mythos-esque way the franchise is built#is very fun#your cast of larger than life characters concerned with deep truths of the universe and the fate of the world. what if I make them live#I have... ran into a very funny complication all things considered. I've always thought the prequels have a good bone of a tragedy#but they fail to make me mourn for anything lost because those losses don't really mean anything. it's the flow of the emotional developmen#without the meat that makes it substantial. and that's what I go into my fics wanting to do!#trying my best to make that world feel precious and important to the characters. and the characters to each others#and then I realized in the process I have endeared that world and these characters to /myself/. and now I don't want them to be gone#wild kind of trick to play on myself there... I went through a micro version of this with meli in our utopia of the meaningless#well! I've never professed my writing to be anything other than self-serving. if the objective changes then it changes#m glad you enjoy! thank you for spending time with my fics. please continue enjoyin these idiots grappling with being historically importan
