I'm just sharing this for fun and to mull about. I'll be around and work (collab) on the self creative projects that I'm doing currently, but as October nears, I will inevitably be getting more and more busier with my studies. Still, I'll continue on with the projects that I want to do whenever I can. (I can't be online much as the end of the semester nears though, as the amount of reports/work are staggering around that time.)

Yesterday, I went out with my siblings to the city just to hang out. And during that hang out session, we visited a Apple Store. These types of shops usually leave their electronic products outside for consumer testing, so I tried messing around with the (newest?) ipadmini (particularly their drawing app, Procreate). And WOW, holy fucking shit, it's so smooth, it felt like drawing on the heavenly clouds itself lmao.

Imagine if I had a better device to create the stuff I want to do..., I would improve in lightning speed lol. All of these ideas will be easily formulated.... Asks from others? Create a quick mini comic sketch to explain your concepts, then boom, finished! Drawing in a smartphone is already a miracle for most, but... I have a desire to have a better way of creating art and improving my skills...

Besides that, my smartphone is quite old, like circa 2019. It still functions well as a phone, but it is not really a device you can dump heavy art projects in. Like, this phone's memory is dwindling fast as I create more and more stuff lmao. Plus, my wrists and hands do hurt from doing creative projects on a small ass screen. Those are one of the many reasons on why the length of time between my art posts is so long.

As I still can't really buy the art devices that I need for my own self-fulfilment in this current-time, I'll just create the stuff I wanna do with the way I can. Adapt and improvise... and just be grateful with the way it is for now...

Agh, when will I get to the point where I can do whatever I want in life without my parents restrictions and scrutinisations. Being a young adult in this current times and economy sucks major fucking ass and I hate to breathe another day sometimes. I'll survive, until I can't. For now though? I just want to have fun and enjoy what I can do while it lasts. In the meantime, I'll also adore and admire what art others have created (while I suffer daily life and have fun in my own art progress).

I'm just expressing my dissatisfaction on here with how my life has been going by that short glorious experience with that ipadmini lmao. So yeah, this is just me being a whiny baby lol.

If you read this far, I hope your life is better than mine. And if you're still young, study smart and well to create a better future for yourself than the unfortunate few of us who are stuck in any type of unfavorable situation by our own weaknesses and the previous generation faults. Like, we, as in the current young adult generation want to create a better and brighter future, but I really don't know if it'll get better from here. All I know is that, as you age, it doesn't get any easier and personally, I can't see my future from my experiences and failures.

Oh, its a FOP Madoka Magica AU fanfic... 🥺🥺🥺😢😢😢

I think the baseline draft here so far is pretty solid. I understand the premise of the plot and how and why it went there. I'm not sure if this fic has a definite ending or if this is just the background prologue explanation story to Timmy's whereabouts in FOPANW.

So..., who granted that wish? Was it the Fairy Council? Or is it his Fairy Godparents?

After the wish has been granted, does this make Timmy similar to the other mythical (magical beings that are different/above than fairies) creatures like Father Time, Cupid, Easter Bunny, etc.?

I'm understanding Timmy now is kinda like an overseer of the universe after that wish. That makes him somewhat OP and omnipotent lmao.

Also, kinda sad that he doesn't find value in continuing his life in the physical world. ("It's A Wishful Life" episode kinda hinted at this type of outcome as a possible future, what i mean is he doesn't think of himself so highly but he cares about others too much, like his fairy family) 🥺🥺🥺

Still, I think this fic has a solid foundation! I'm wondering how can Hazel help in reuniting them, since Timmy isn't exactly accessible through normal means now.

I'm just not sure how this fic will be executed in full (or if it's just a short story, it depends on you, you're the writer). Still, I am intrigued and fascinated so far.

Besides that, I don't mind being tagged if you just want outsiders opinions on something. I'm a pretty flexible guy. It's just that sometimes I might be too busy or what you're asking is out of my depth of knowledge that I can't help much. Those are the only limitations that I can think of though.

I'm not sure how to tag you lol, so I will just type this as a repost.

I'm working on a Fop au where a 17 year old Timmy wants to wish himself out of existence- but for real this time.

I have the basic outline pretty much done but not really at a point where I want to share it. Hopefully I'll get there this weekend.

To make a long story short, Timmy couldn't wish himself out of existence but, he made such a convincing case to the Fairy Council that, they let him rewrite history so he could avoid making most of his more catastrophic wishes. Effectively writing the current version of Timmy out of existence.

There are some things Timmy couldn't change per the Fairy Council, ruining Crocker's life being one of them. And Timmy refuses to unwish his baby brother.

Timmy's final request was that he could watch over his fairy family and make sure they never question why their memories don't quite line up with reality.

The Council agrees but due to some unforseen circumstances Timmy can only oversee Cosmo and Wanda, he has no influence on Poof/Peri. So he just has to hope that Peri doesn't question anything.

The part I'm stuck on is the part where it ties into a new wish.

In this Au Dev still has Peri. I'm going to be vague on if he never lost Peri to begin with or if he was given a second chance later on since it's not really relevant to the plot of the fic.

I want Hazel and her friends to be the ones responsible for reuniting Timmy with his fairy family. I just don't know how Timmy would be brought up.

I read your post on Zack Fair, about how he really suffers (from self deprecation thoughts) through the events of the Crisis Core, (the many tags on a piece of art that you posted), and I personally think that it is quite interesting that you came to that conclusion. If you want to write more, I would be happy to read it. If you're okay with it, or when you feel like you have the ideas to write it. It's interesting to read what people think, while waiting for Part 2 of FF7R to come out lol. Thanks for the great Zack art, and your input on his character. I feel like Zack is a really misunderstood character, since he only shows up on side games. (If you know what I mean).

It sure is! I’m not sure if this reply is disgusted or awed by this fact. If the former, let me know how I can tag it so you can avoid seeing stuff like that in the future! I have more anatomy art in the queue but not all of it is this intense, so filtering out the “scientific illustration” tag would block out a lot of other, less grotesque stuff too. 

If the latter, here is a cool fact that people who know better are welcome to correct me on: for a while in Europe surgeons and artists practiced using literal cadavers, sometimes stolen from graveyards. It started in the Renaissance and continued into the 19th century.

I don't usually talk about this in public, but I also don't really have anyone to talk about personal stuff in real life. So, I'll just say what I'm stressed about here. Maybe it'll help me feel less shitty about myself.

I feel like ass today. Maybe what I meant is, I feel like I haven't been doing my best? Or that, I don't think I could do this or stand to do this anymore. It is so tiring. It is probably because I have so much to do this week that I feel so goddamned awful today lol.

I feel like making some vent art, but I know I don't have the time for that too. I am so frustrated lately. I have to do everything myself, plus nobody really likes me in my class, currently. It is, kind of petty for me to be fretful about this to be honest, since it's normal for me to be left out most of the time. I should have gotten used to it already.

Hm..., what's most important is that, I'll just respect their space if they don't want to be friends with me. My luck with people/making friends is always abysmally terrible so far lmao. That's just my reality. Maybe its because I'm too boring, lukewarm, or neutral lol.

Even my parents don't support me too much. I have to beg so hard and desperately to get what I need for important stuff in university. ...Well, that's how it goes for people who don't have any personal income yet. Gotta live the beggar's way.

There is also the fact that I am really sick of the disrespect and blasé behaviour my parents usually reserves for me. I am also so fucking worn out about most people judging your worth by physical or whatever values that they put upon you. Maybe I am just exhausted of people around me putting labels on each other in order to find worth. I really hate that.

But, I also know, it is inevitable and unavoidable. Labelling makes us feel like we're in control of the situation after all. From what I've read that is.

So yeah, I AM JUST so tired. So tired. So tired... I don't know how long I have until there's nothing meaningful left to hold onto, so I'll still be in this world before that happens.

I'll be in the background for now. I apologise if you've read this far. These are my depressing thoughts lol. I'll continue to watch, observe and create artworks if I'm ever not busy.

But, happy birthday to me. This is just a self-art post. Life is still tiring from when I've written that introduction sentence on my tumblr page lol. I'm not sure how much I should post it, but maybe 3 is enough for now.

I did most of these just for my profile pictures honestly.

If these pieces had names, the first one would be, Congratulations on your?, Digital Brain Erosion, and me as a Pokemon trainer. I don't think I nailed the colors on the third one lol. I just wanted to quickly draw a cool pose of me and my favourite Pokemon at that time. Honestly, my Pokemon trainer design still needs more polishing hehe.

I'm currently so busy with uni. But, I'm still indulging myself with being online lol. I think you'll see me less after this (not sure how much I'll follow this one lol). So, I will be continuing to find Adachi related stuff, plus looking at many other different things that grabs my attention so far. Have a nice day if you're reading this.

Rare fanart from yours truly. Today is his birthday! I tried drawing Adachi with the people that he cares but will never admit it. I did not use their original designs though... I decided to draw them in their supposed ages as of this year. Adachi is 39, Yu/P4 protag is 29, Nanako is 18, and Dojima is 53. I hope I did not miscalculate their ages...

Oh, I did not expect for you to agree with me lol. That's a first.

You can't really avoid those who think that animation should only confine to young children (those who complain about how these kid-friendly shows should not include darker themes at all). This problem will unfortunately persist until the end of time I'm afraid.

I'm more of an advocate that animation is a medium, not a genre. So, I will usually ignore those kinds of criticism if their reason and explanation is not sound and critical.

Still, I understand that not all people can avoid the dissapointment when reading these kinds of comments on the things you found fascinating. Like, "Why don't they understand this topic like I do?". So yeah, can't do anything about those "softies and overprotective people". They are just on a different wavelength of thinking, that's why they expressed their opinions on a show that way.

I will also shake hands 🤝 with you regarding their depiction of the fairy mythology in the Fairly Oddparents lol.

"Art disturbs those who are comfortable, and art provides comfort for those who are disturbed."

This quote by someone (I don't remember lmao), shows that art doesn't exist for a single existence. There's light and dark, ying and yang, the sunny and dark sides to everything in this world. So, I guess that's why you felt that way regarding the lore of fairies in FOP. It feels more complete in a way, how the lighter and darker aspects of the show complement each other and how they can also reflect how the real world views these concepts. I guess you can say that the lore worldbuilding in this show feels "realistic" at times despite the fantastical setting and cartoony depiction of abuse on children hahahaha.

The FOP show touches on serious problems that we can't avoid. Instead of dwelling on it and saying it's no use, the show takes its time to show that there's more to the world despite the terrible circumstances you're stuck with at birth, and for that I admire the show. Even if it doesn't give me an ending to the character I want to see finally achieving happiness the most.

That's why I won't touch FOP: A New Wish. Let the youngsters have their fun. I still feel somewhat... angry at them for not giving us the old gens the ending we deserved.

Its sibling show, Danny Phantom also suffered from writing problems, but at least there's a large dedicated fanbase and a recent comic tie-in with the show that addresses these writing issues. For FOP? Just scrap them all in the trash and just take the characters that most people actually want to see rather than giving us a special ending movie animated episode and then moving on to the new generation.

Sorry, that got cynical and bitter of me lol. You can enjoy FOPANW. I won't disturb you for it. I just... have a lot of lingering hostile emotions towards how the original got mishandled so bad towards the end. I'll handle this on my own.

Moving on..., oh you wish to create a horror FOP AU? Hm, I am not sure if you've shared your thoughts on this before, but I'm the type to read whatever anyone has written and shared. I think if you want your AU to be noticed by a large audience, you can include illustrations or sketches? It doesn't have to look pretty and complete, just understandable enough to get your idea through.

But, I don't mind reading your ideas on a horror FOP AU. In fact, I encourage you to share whatever you're thinking about the horror AU!!! There's so much potential for horror in FOP, and I think it's kinda disappointing that most people haven't realised how DARK fae lore can go in the real world lol. I've seen some fanworks that managed to implement the darker themes of FOP into their stories, and oh boy, do I enjoy it immensely. There's not many though, so just do it!!! Contribute to the darker themes of FOP fanworks *laughs maniacally*!!!

It's up to you ultimately. You can include any iteration of your favourite FOP lore (even FOPANW). I think there will be an audience for it. Just let it out lol. I'll just be reading and giving my two cents on it.

I also have a FOP AU that I've been thinking too much in the drafts lmao, but I am just swamped with university responsibilities that I can't make a serious post talking about it. I also won't expect much attention from the FOP AU I will be creating someday lol. It's just an AU I thought about to fill in the void from the original.

A scandalous episode for many, which in my opinion changes the general image of fairies (clearly not for the better)

Many people were shocked, to put it mildly, after watching this episode. And many were unhappy and even more frightened by the behavior of Cosmo and Wanda, which I can't help but agree with. However, I liked this episode on the contrary. It shows the darker evil nature of fairies and how crazy they can sometimes become if someone simply offends their child. And it doesn't matter that this is their godson. Because of this, it now really seems to me that fairies are not who they pretend to be and the creators sometimes directly show this. For example, this phase of fairies at 2 years old(terrible twosome) when they start to go crazy and rebel against everything. You will say that "it's just a phase." Really? And the fact that Poof almost destroyed the entire Earth in this episode is considered "just a phase"? The fact that fairies can destroy all life just because of this phase begins to worry. Like, what makes them do all these terrible things? A sudden change in behavior or ….. an inner voice inside that is their secret dark essence??And if you remember the anti-fairies who are the complete opposite of fairies, then I'm starting to seriously think that they are less dangerous than them. And this is not the only scandalous episode…

(Poor Timmy… What the heck??)

And going back to that scandalous episode, I had a thought: "what if all this was true?" Because Cosmo and Wanda were enjoying this suspiciously so much and it all looked extremely realistic.. And the fact that they really left Timmy with injuries and bruises made me think that this is true and they really turn into monsters after 8 hours. And you know what? This would be a great idea for more lore between fairies and anti fairies (they, as opposites in THIS way, would look incredibly cool). And it would also be a great idea for creating some kind of horror game (well, just a note)

Victorian era AU

So, we can't delay any more! I have accumulated concepts and sketches on Victorian AU and I am ready to share them with you!!! YAY!!! FANFARE!!!

Let's start with the fairy flower crowns.

So, I thought it would be fun if there were flowers with meaning in the flower crown, and not just beautiful ones. And of course, there is more than one type of flower in the flower crown. To determine which flowers can be in the flower crown of Cosmo and Wanda, I used the "Language of flowers". The picture is signed with flowers and their meaning so that everything is clear.

I must say right away, yes, it's not that important, it's just a small detail, so if you are a person who wants to draw on the topic of this au, don't worry, it's not necessary to understand colors. Draw flower crowns as your heart desires.

Oh and hey! Look, I drew Jorgen in this Au

Of course, since he is also a fairy, he is just as sparkling shiny and with wings. And of course he cannot be left without a flower crown, but it is woven into his helmet. It seemed like a good idea to give him a Roman helmet. It suits him, because he is all so military, belligerent and definitely has some kind of dominant and protective role in this au. It's still in development, but I'll definitely think through this part more. Well, his wings are the wings of a large beetle, these wings suit him, it would be strange if he had butterfly wings like in the designs of Cosmo and Wanda, so yes, all fairies have insect wings suitable for them.

A little bit about Vicki

So, let's take it in order, otherwise I'm afraid that I'll get confused in my thoughts lol.

There is a manufactory/factory that is definitely owned by Doug Dimmadom (who else?). Child labor is used in this factory, because, well, have you seen children? Have you seen their little nimble hands? They are excellent workers to work with small details! So, Vicky, who is in charge of these poor children, also works there. She probably rose to this position, but it would be funny if her little one was noticed initially as a commander over the children lol.

What else about the Dimmadom family is there in AU? Well, actually not much. Doug is still a tycoon who owns a bunch of businesses, and Dale is probably also kidnapped by Vicky here. Why would she kidnap children for the sake of child labor if she is already in charge of children at work? Well, obviously, more money and power for a woman in this difficult era. We have not considered this in more detail yet

Other things

My dear co-author (@usagifuyusummer) also has good ideas for the storyline of this au! I think I can't reveal all these ideas, because well, work on them is still underway, but I can tell you a little about them.

There is already a pretty detailed idea of how Timmy got to know the fairies, and then got to know Cosmo and Wanda specifically (the first sketch). I don't want to reveal how it all happened yet, but after one situation Cosmo and Wanda followed Timmy everywhere in an attempt to help him (well, or have fun, we already know what kind of fairies they are) and after a long time when unexplained phenomena occurred, Timmy accidentally discovers these two fairies (yes, unsuccessfully falling into the bushes, with who does not happen)

Well, the second sketch as a reference to the work of the Urusami, lol. This art is gorgeous, if you haven't seen it, take a look. Personally, I was delighted with this picture!

Oh hello! Ah, your welcome! Maybe it's because I've also wanted to see a FOP AU that leans more into darker fairy lore that I felt so inspired by seeing your post lmao.

Like..., you can do so much with how many dark themes FOP has. (Plus, your Fairy designs remind me so much of the full on white robe costumes from the Midsommar movie, like I wonder how Jorgen would look like in your AU adfagsgshs. It certainly will be funny to see him in a dress hahaha.)

It is unfortunately a detriment for Timmy's safety and sanity, but it is also for character development and good horror writing hehe. I just thought there's so much fun with such a concept.

But, I don't think there's many that share my sentiments lmao, since FOP as a standalone show is so light-hearted and slapsticky with heavy dark understones. Unlike, it's sibling show, Danny Phantom, which also has really cool dark ideas, but sometimes will touch upon it, dissimilar to FOP lol.

But about what you mentioned for your AU, adafhsshjs hahaha alright, I guess Timmy being involved in child labor does contribute more to him being really miserable hahahah. So, hm, I guess I will have to rethink about some stuff I've thought about and with your recent inputs of your AU.

I think Vicky being his workplace tormentor is a good idea! My theory was just quite similar to what the show had, so I think this makes more sense to implement her by this role in this AU.

I wonder how much does Timmy owe them with the wishes/magic conjuring lmao. It certainly will not help him being less involved with the paranormal and magic later on (or being taken by Cosmo and Wanda lol).

Besides that, I didn't know that fairies from myths all see humans on a similar age level? That's certainly an interesting idea. So, that's why they terrorize the humans without discrimination then. (Eh sorry, I think I misunderstood of what you mentioned about children being treated as similar to adults. You meant that in the era sense, not myth sense. Apologies my bad.)

Still, Cosmo and Wanda are the ones to free Timmy from his child-labor situation? Or do they just provide him the childhood that he needs? I'll reread that part lmao. I guess I am that tired to misread that.

I do have to admit, that I do not have enough knowledge or know intimately on details of the Victorian era in history. Like, I can google it and read about it online, but it will never be as great as those who have learned about it more seriously and can implement it into their stories. Still, even if my understanding is just surface level, that doesn't stop me from having fun thinking about your AU.

I will continue to read about stuff related to this AU for more accuracy, but it still won't be as perfect as those who get the era and myths more deeply. So yeah, I have more ideas that I want to share on your AU, but time isn't on my side currently. But, I will read more if you have more to share about this AU in the meantime.

No pressure though! Just have fun and take your time like I do!!!

Thank you for the compliments on my sketches by the way. I kinda want to draw Timmy in a dress based on an old painting for this AU hahaha. (I need to formulate which angle and designs looks good... this will take a while.... I have to finish my reports first *cries silently*.)

Just a few thoughts in the night

My little fix on Fairly "The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish!" won't let me go, so I've been thinking a little bit about everything. Today I decided to refresh my memory about how fairies were represented in myths and folklore. Of course, I turned to wikipedia with this question. It was interesting to find out that fairies were described as spirits with a glow, and their bodies had the consistency of a thick cloud, "and their bodies are so changeable because of the refinement of the spirit." By nature, they are quite touchy creatures, but also fairies have always been ready to thank a person for doing them a favor / helping. It is better not to accept gifts from fairies. After a while, the "fairy gold" may well turn out to be leaves or crumbs from a pie. Well, how can you forget that these creatures are terrible pranksters? It was they who tangled their hair at night, soiled things that were dried in the air, stole small objects, led travelers away from the true path. And besides small tricks, they could have more dangerous behavior, well, for example, it was believed that if a person died unexpectedly, his fairies stole and planted a dummy. Do you remember that fairies are offended? Well, they're also vindictive. The avenging fairy can cause serious illnesses and cause paralysis in livestock, or cause fires. And they also stole or took children (and not only) to their magical world forever. No one knew about the fate of these unfortunate people, but there are two options - either an absolute joyful life without worries, or death from homesickness. Oh, and many more people who supposedly had magical abilities received them from fairies. Just imagine an au in which the fairies from FOP would be more like the fairies from the myths (I don't know if there are similar au and fanfiction on them, but agree, the idea is interesting). Or in general, where the characters are transferred to a more medieval/Victorian setting and interact with fairies. Imagine, fairies don't just help children, but use them for their own selfish fairy purposes. Either for revenge, or for a prank, or for the sake of, uh, the subsequent transfer of children to the Devil. Idk, it's fun to play with and all that.

(Well, it seems that in the Victorian era people especially strongly believed in fairies, so, huh, keep Timmy that a little boy in the Victorian era and meets fairies. They definitely will NOT give him to the Devil instead of their child ("It was popularly believed that this dangerous habit for humans had to do with the "subordinate" position of fairies, who are forced to pay tribute to the Devil with their own children; to save the latter, they steal human ones"))

Yeah, I’ve been practicing on how to draw these cuties lately. I have a lot of sketches on them in my sketchbook, just decided to share this one first. While drawing, I’ve been inspired by Something Comforting by Porter Robinson and Level of Concern by Twenty One Pilots. Just reminiscing how the first movie made me like and love characters like Poppy and Branch and the stressful and fun journey that they had to go through.

I’ve known the Trolls franchise for a long time actually, but recently I felt the urge to draw them only when the new movie is out. Funny story, while other regions just watched it recently, as for me, the second movie premiered early March in my country. It just so happened I still got to enjoy it at the theaters before all the quarantine shit happened.

About the second movie, a lot of people have talked about it, majority of them liked it and saying it’s better than the first movie. As for me, well I just so happen to be the minority to like the first movie more than the sequel. I find the second one, to put it simply, too fast paced and the branching story lines don’t mesh together well in the end. There’s also the fact that I don’t find the ending very satisfying. Just a feeling I have. There’s always counterpoints on why I felt that way, maybe because I’m older and less suitable for these kinds of movies anymore. But, despite my negativity towards the second movie, I have to say, the soundtrack for the second one slaps hard lol. Found myself humming to the tunes after I watched it.

Still, I find myself to be attracted to this franchise because of how well the execution is despite what other people say that makes it look predictable to some of them. There’s this saying I learnt from Rebeltaxi, it doesn’t matter if the idea is cliche or stupid but what matters is the execution of the said ideas. If the execution is interesting despite the cliches, then it checks out for me.
