धर्म और राज्य क्या है ? अवधारणा और विशेषताएं ( What is the Religion and State

About 11.52 lakh candidates applied for the UPSC Civil Services Examination in 2022 and around 0.7% are finally able to crake this examination. So we can imagine how difficult this exam is. But don’t worry there some qualities that can help you in this examination process.
Qualities which is needed the most
Having a Plan
There should be a proper and well defined plan. You will have less than 12 months to prepare for this exam. You are the only person who know your strength and weakness. So you have to map a plan accordingly. You can search and see how toppers made their plan but you should not follow them blindly because that plan may had worked for them but it is not necessary that it will work for everyone. So make a plan which suits you better.
Give importance to Time
Time is very precious. So when you have a proper plan invest your time more on those area where you need to focus. There should be a proper time management for study and for your personal needs.
Discipline
After having a proper plan and time management ready you should follow that correctly be a disciplined person. You should be sincere and dedicated to your goal.
Revising want you have learned
Revision is very important when it comes to exam preparation. The more you revise the more knowledge you will have.
Ready to accept mistake
Mistakes haves to everyone so their is no need to shy away from it. Accept your mistake and correct it in timely manner. It will help you in exams when you know what mistake you have done in past.
Caring yourself
While preparing for any exam a student should be mentally and physical fit. So you should look after your body, have proper food and if there is any issue regarding health you should consult doctor if needed. Remember we can only prepare for exam if we are healthy.
These are few qualities an aspirant who is preparing for civil service examination should have. Once John Ruskin said “Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort”. So make these qualities a habit.

What are best books for UPSC ?
Aspirants starting for UPSC preparation have preconceived notions about how they should study , how much they will study, and where they will study. These preconceived notions are they must join coaching class to clear UPSC, study 16 hr and read lots of books for a subject to master it.
These notions are responsible for many unsuccessful candidates especially the last one about what to read.

National Hydrogen Mission: Really Life Changing Scheme by the Center(India)
Starting from the fact that India expends 12,00,000 Crore every year on the import of energy which is a ton of money OfCourse, and also important to note because according to the National Remote Sensing Agency, India has about 28% of its land area covered by darkness at night 🌙 That means more than 200 million people live in areas that are not lit up by any artificial source of light.] with 28% of land area still under darkness. (It's the data I got from bing search engine, by its digital assistant sydney). So the important point that we should be concerned about, or at least I am this time is 12L Cr. for lighting 100-28 i.e = 72% of India, meaning additional money is always needed to light up 100%. As the country buys 85% of its oil and 53% of gas demand from other countries. Well that point was for maths only.
Now the big question i.e. What is National Hydrogen Mission and what's the linkage between energy, electricity and Hydrogen, so here we go
National Hydrogen Mission is a scheme /plan launched by the Union government (Central Gov.) in 2021, with the main mission to generate clean energy using Hydrogen Gas and as to replace fossil fuels. Because India plans to use it in core industries such as "Steel" and "Chemicals", its also going to reduce "Green House Gas Emission(GHGE)".
Key point is the term "Green Hydrogen" has been coined in this scheme.
By 2030, a total of 450 Gigawatts of energy is to be produced using renewable resources, on which 100 Gigawatts has already been achieved in before the desired time.
So prima facie it looks very easy, soft target to be achieved till 2030, but here comes the bigger picture
According to the report by Crux India,
"India's total hydrogen demand is expected to nearly double from the current 6.7 million tones to 11.7 million tones by 2030. At present the cost of green Hydrogen produced in India is estimated at around ₹350 per kg and the gov's plan is to bring down the cost of green hydrogen to ₹160 per kg by 2029-30, for which it has started some very effective and efficient efforts like
improving the ethanol blending in the country to 20%, which is currently 10%
This will require more infrastructure support then what we have like more sugar mills and on time payment to farmers for the crops, also some kind of offers to farmers to attract them more, so they increase the growth(its my opinion only)
proper management of irrigation
As we all know with the data of 2013-14, only about 36.7% of total agricultural land in India was reliably irrigated.(according to the data of Ministry of Agriculture and the Central Water Commission), which shows how much low performing we are as per our capacity!
And finally, the government's way forward
According to the data by Crux India,
The Gov. aims to extend the production linked incentive(PLI) scheme for manufacturing electrolyzes to "produce green hydrogen"
India is also considering a proposal to make the purchase of green hydrogen mandatory for fertilizers, plants and oil refineries.
In this time, when climate and environment is the most deadly issue, society should work together, meaning different working classes should come up together with a joint solution, as we have seen in the Farmer protest, no one benefited from the protest, we have to look forward for a middle ground in this tuff situation and changing ecosystem, and if you consider it as just metaphorically tuff, then you can check the 19th June 2019 "Day Zero" of Chennai water crisis
Climate change due to increasing temperature of mother earth, is dangerous and we are responsible for it, whether as a society or individual, we should at least accept "this fact"!

UPSC Civil Services Examination: Let’s Grab the Information for the Most Prestigious and Talked-about Examination!
Are you preparing for the UPSC civil services examination? Are you searching for the best UPSC IAS coaching in India? If yes, you should go through this article and find the right answer for your civil service exam preparation.
UPSC Civil Services Coaching
A goal without correct design remains a mere dream. This can be also true in the case of civil services. The government officials test, being the toughest test in the country, needs just simple preparation. It needs what’s referred to as ‘strategy and preparation’.
A decent strategy attracts a skinny line of separation between aspirants and sensible aspirants. The latter becomes more productive with fewer inputs, whereas the previous is less productive with additional inputs. Every year, lakhs of candidates work effortlessly to clear the test, however, only some lucky ones get through.
An accurate understanding of the character, clarity, and scope of the syllabus is crucial to permanent preparation. It helps in understanding what to read and what to not read. The queries asked in the test are forever among the course of study and therefore keeping a detailed eye on the curriculum is key. Before you begin your preparation, a wise strategy has to be written keeping in mind the main points of every step that you have to go through.
A correct strategy is an in-depth setup concerning what you’re doing, how you’re doing it, and what resources you would like. Selecting study material isn’t a straightforward task and needs proper guidance. It’s forever a decent plan to start preparation by obtaining subject fundamentals in place.
